As I got older, I was starting to have skin problems. I developed dermatitis. My doctor recommended that I switch my body bar soap to this. I got a free sample to try. I will say the initial smell puts me off, very medicine smell, but then as the bar slowly disappears the smell goes away.

The initial out of the bag is intense. Today this review is after 8 years of use. If you struggle with skin issues, I recommend this to people. It is a gentle cleaning bar that deep cleans but does not dry out the skin.

NOTE: I live in Texas, HEB has the best prices on this product in store. Costco once a year has a sale of these online. Keep an eye out for the Costco price.

A great brand for a great price!! I received a sample when I went to the dermatologist. I tried it and loved it. It does not dry out your skin, which was one of my concerns with bar soap. This one was very nice and soothing to the skin.

Cetaphil is a great brand. I have also purchased their Cetaphil cream. Another amazing product.  I would definitely check out the Cetaphil products the next time you go to the store. They have added several things to their product line with some really great ingredients.

This cetaphil gentle cleansing bar is my go to for quick facial cleansing. I keep a bar of this in the shower just for my face so when I shower I can give my face a good clean with a mild soap free product.

The bar never dries my skin out, it’s quite hydrating and leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft and looking clean and clear. It will not irritate sensitive skin and I love that it is tested by dermatologists so I am quite confident in the product.

I love this cleansing bar and would recommend it.

I’ve been using this soap for years. It clears up acne and dead skin. It leaves your skin with a soft and healthy glow.

Skin type: Normal to a little dry (Very sensitive). As i’ve mentioned before nothing beats this soap and the African Soap bar from Nubian Heritage! Shea butter is known for the benefits of improving and healing the skin! Usage – Daily (Morning/Night) also mix it with my other soaps! This soap is much friendly than the African soap bar since it doesn’t really strip out the moisture in your skin.

Lovely scent and does me great! Recommendation: Cut into small blocks for longer usage and place in mason jar and keep away from damp places.

Just like all of NATURA’s products I’ve tried, the smell is amazing. Exfoliating & moisturizing. Leaves skin soft. I would suggest keeping soap out of shower when not using it, as it does get “soft”.

After using NATURA’S bar soaps I’ve switched from liquid/cream body soaps back to bar. Watch for them to go on sale and stock up!.

This soap not only smells good but effectively provides gentle exfoliation. I love that the scent is not overpowering but still so pleasant. My skin was super soft and felt moisturized after rinsing.

My baby just a few months old had such dry bumpy skin everywhere! Could figure it out. Nothing Elsa’s working spent a lot of money on products and prescriptions that didn’t work. I tried drs recommendations from cetaphil to prescriptions cortisol creams nothing worked until he turned two and a few amazing ladies said to try this! Skeptical I did and I I used a dry skin scrubber with the rough and bumpy lotion after his bath and he FINALLY AFTER TWO YEARS HAD THAT BABY SOFT SKIN EVERY MOMMA LOVES ON THEIR BABIES! My son was afterwards diagnosed with KP that is what they found out after all of the creams and washes I had tried this was amazing.

I love this body wash from Cerave. I have been struggling with KP known as “chicken skin” on both arms and legs for two years. It’s out of control and I can’t find any item to help. This bodywash doesn’t fully clear my issues up by any means BUT it’s awesome for daily cleansing with no harsh chemicals which help my skin barrier heal and exfoliate at the same time.

It’s clear and perfect solution to use daily in shower. I love the non scent yet I think it smells fresh. Must have and a great price.

I purchased this kit from Target because I was having horrible combination skin issues. I had a large dry patch on entire left cheek along with an oily t-zone. I bought this kit from Target online. The first thing I noticed was that the moisturizer was the perfect consistency for my skin.

It is creamy but it goes on with a matte finish. It doesn’t leave my face oily at all, but yet it still provides an excellent dose of moisture. I bought the kit in September of 2016 and by December, the dark marks and acne scars that I had were fading very noticeably.

I also have much less breakouts and the breakouts that I do get especially during that time of the month are much less intense. The dry patch on my cheek has disappeared and the discoloration is gone.

The facial mask and facial scrub are strong so I only use them once a week. I also liquified the bar soap by melting it with hot water and this prevents the bar soap from being too drying on my face.

I’ve been using this product for a long time, and I like it for those days when my skin feels a little extra oily. My only complaint is that I miss the days when it was an “antibacterial” soap. Those of us with acne really appreciated a little extra help in keeping bacteria at bay on our skin.

I understand that the soap was changed at a time that there was a lot of hype in the media about resistance bacteria and such. For that reason, I only use it very occasionally now instead of daily like I used to.

It’s basically nothing more than “soap” now, although it’s pretty good at controlling oil without drying out my skin. I just wish it were still antibacterial.

I don’t know what kind of voodo witchcraft is going on at shea moisture, but whatever it is they can continue on!!! I came across this product while looking for something to help with my boyfriends skin on his arm that breaks out into red puffy splotches all the time.

He’s been to the dermatologist and was perscribed stuff and it didn’t work very well. SOOOOOO after reading the great reviews this stuff got I figured it was worth a shot. I saw that there were a lot of reviews saying that it worked on acne as well (something I struggle with ALL THE STINKIN TIME) I’ve tried all sorts of stuff that didn’t really work (untill I got the African black soap face wash which is amazing) but I still had some issues with break outs.

I though I might as well give it a shot. Back to my boyfriend. His arms cleared up in about a week or so. I have NEVER seen his skin looking so clear! (He has very dry and fair skin if that helps for reference) I tried it on my face and BOOM almost flat skin!! I’ve found that it doesn’t do a good job of actually cleaning out pores but it will help calm pimples down and acne but not help so much with black heads and evening out skin tone and what not.

But this stuff is AMAZING. BONUS. I have pretty bad razor burn on my bikini line which is so frustrating and I’ve used stuff specifically for bikini line razor burn that did NOTHING. but then I decided if this works on acne might as well try on razor burn.

And it works SO well!!! Now I don’t have to feel self conscious whole on a swim suit! OVERALL REVIEW——– It feels pretty dry when it goes on but once it is rinsed and some time has gone by my skin feels fine! Works very well and very efficiently.

For the cost it is wonderful! FOR REFRENCE——– My skin is combination but I would say mostly dry. Very prone to breakouts. I am age 18. I keep a pretty good skin care routiene. I use this in combination of african black soap problem prone skin face wash and african black soap problem prone skin face mask.

(Both by shea moisture) My boyfriends skin is extremely dry even though he moisturizers all the time. Very prone to sun burn. And I’m pretty sure he uses this with maybe a cetaphil moisturizer/lotion.

I bought this on a whim at Walmart because I love their shampoo healed my hair, the ingredients list looked safe, and I liked the words “inflammation therapy” (cuz that’s what I needed, desperately).

I am not joking or exaggerating. This soap cured me of both my cystic acne and my excema at the same time. It works, it works, it works. My face was always burning and itching, whether it be from dry, cracking skin or from deep, inflamed breakouts, and since I’ve started using this soap, my symptoms have almost disappeared.

I would recommend this soap to anyone, and I will continue to use it. It’s cheap and smells clean. Doesn’t dry out your skin. It has done things for me that my dermatologist couldn’t do, and it has given me my confidence back.

This brand and scent is my favorite for my sensitive skin. Gentile and skin feels clean and soft.

All of the Pre de Provence products are good, but this soap is the best I have found. I buy it regularly and was very happy to find it on ebay. I highly recommend all of there products. The Argan and Shea body butter is also excellent.

This shea 2-in-1 exfoliating soap is gentle for your skin and has a lovely, light fragrance. It fits nicely in my hand, the “nubs” feel wonderful, and the exfoliation leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth.

I have always believed in exfoliation and use L’occitane scrubs on my face – this is a great addition for the bath or shower. I love everything shea: thank you for introducing me to this new product.

It has no scent to it. I have the body wash and lotions which smell exactly how it’s described, like charcoal. Disappointed with the bar soap but the lotion is a good base scent. Mixes well with commes des garçons wondereood or any earthly hippy scent.

I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again.

This soap has startling bluish grey lather, which I did not expect. It feels soothing, not harsh, and it smells great.
