Had to wait over 2 months for my order, kept getting back-ordered. Nice shoe, true to size. I have it in suede and it fits better but have trouble with both of them. The junction of the stitching hits right on top of my bunion.

Very painful after a couple hours. Suede shoe is softer and I get more time out of it than this one. Probably would recommend if you have a narrow or average but not wide foot.

how to rate this product. I’ve just received it. I haven’t had time to wear it but I’m supposed to rate it immediately. I do know that it runs short in length. I had to return the 9. 5s for 10s. When I tried the 10s on they seemed to fit comfortably and I’ll actually have room for my toes with socks on! Other than that I don’t know because I haven’t worn them yet.

I’ll try to write an addendum later if possible. after I’ve worn them.

They seem just ok to me. Over the past couple of years the problems with my feet continue worsening and growing. I feel I’ve tried every shoe out there to help with stability and support despite how ugly they have all been.

I still feel much pain wearing brooks. This is my first pair. And my last. I haven’t seen any issues with the product itself, they seem made well. Not too bad looking and cushioning is good so 3stars for all that.

These are my 5th pair of Brooks Adrenaline and have loved every pair until this pair. (GTS 22) I was so excited to get a new pair and what a disappointment. They do not fit near as nicely as every other pair I’ve had.

They are narrower, the tongue is weird , the laces are too short and they would definitely need to be broken in for me. (I’ve never had to do that before with Brooks) Sadly I am going to return them and look for something else.

I’ve loved Brooks shoes for years, but this year they don’t feel as good as they used to. I tried 6 pairs of Brooks before I found the Adrenaline GTS22 that feel almost, but not quite, as good as my old Ghost 11s.

Wore them all morning and was very comfortable and cool. Bring back the Ghost 11s!!!.

I have been a Brooks Adrenaline GTS lover for going on 12 years. 3 years ago, I noticed changes in the shoe but not too bad so I purchased again last year. Last year, again, I had issues. But, because I have absolutely loved this shoe for so long, I tried again this year.

Sadly, this may very well be the last year I purchase for running. I’ve been lightly running in the shoe for a little over 2 months now, maybe at most 100 miles on them, and the treads are separating from the outsole of the shoe.

same thing happened last year. Two other issues I have had last year and this year are (1) the heel counter causing skin abrasion (until the skin toughens in the area) and (2) small sections of the upper mesh detaching.

I will say the midsole and the toe box are great which is probably why I tried one last time on this model. Overall, I will be trying another runner soon.

I have worn Brooks adrenaline gts for years. Most recently, the last two I have had the right outer rubber sole has peeled off. They are the newest Brooks Adrenaline shoe in production. This has become a tripping issue.

I have less than the recommended 300-500 miles recommended for replacing with new shoes. The good news is that after sending a message with pictures of my shoes, they are mailing me a new pair. My other concern is the mesh on the upper forefoot gets a hole where the big toe touches the material.

Other than that I will continue to buy and wear Brooks shoes.

The fit is accurate. I will give these a 4 because the insole seems to break down in these pretty fast. They aren’t maximum support on the insole, so I have to have the Road runner inserts which I’m not convinced are always a great idea.

They don’t correct any gait issues or anything, it’s just the shape of your foot. Lately the back of my ankles are getting irritated and I’m not sure if it’s the extreme dry weather we are having or the insole.

The shoe itself is made really well and lasts long. I only use these for brisk walking, I’m not a runner. I log 4-5 miles daily give or take a few days out of the month.

First, a shout-out to Altitude Sports – the shoes arrived so fast I was blown away! I’ve been running in Brooks for years- love them for their stability and durability. With no seams, there is nothing rubbing or poking and the toe box feels nice and roomy.

I ordered a size 8 as usual and the fit is perfect- consistent with previous Adrenaline models. For comparison, I’m a 7. 5 in the Saucony Hurricane and an 8 in Sam Edelman flats. In seasons when I don’t alternate between 2 pairs of running shoes, the Brooks have still held up great at 20-30k per week… when they start feeling compressed around November they still look good and do fine for walking, gardening, etc.

I was so excited to get my shoes. Altitude sports was great. Quick delivery and good customer service via phone. However very disappointing. The blue colour I chose were awesome. However, the stitching inside the shoe, where the laces begin is dreadfully painful.

It bruised the top part of my foot and I’ve been unable to wear them. The stitching is poor and there is a thick, hard fabric that makes the show unwearable. I had the GTS 21 and I never had this problem.

I am so disappointed.

This is the second time I’ve bought these shoes. I have plantar fasciitis, they are supportive and have good cushioning. I wear these everyday. Only problem is on my first pair the material broke where my big toes are on both shoes.

So the material is too thin I’m guessing? I have bought fabric patches and put this on the inside where my big toes are- hopefully that fixes this issue.

I’m a longtime wearer of the Adrenaline GTS line. I like the fit and they give me the support I need. I feel that this version is good but not as great as the 21. When I put in a new pair of the 21’s it was like I had clouds on my feet.

The 22 are more stuff and not as cushiony. My feet are aching after wearing them and I’m considering switching to a new brand. I plan to give them a few more wears before deciding but the 22 are not as good as the 21 in my mind.

I’ve put hundreds of miles on versions 10 and 11 of the 1080, and I can say that version 12 is the better of the three by a considerable margin. Most of it has to do with getting rid of the god-awful “UltraHeel” but there are other subtle improvements that take the 12 to the next level.

First, the Fresh Foam tuning. This is still your long haul, easy miles daily cruiser, but the compound in the 12 is slightly (really, just slightly) firmer, slightly bouncier than previous versions. I’ve found myself enjoying the ride far more than I expected.

The Fresh Foam here is dense, substantial, and it feels durable. Second, there as been a slight improvement on the lockdown across the midfoot, which I was not expecting but it feels welcome. In versions 10 and 11, I remember often feeling like the the top and sides of my foot were irritated by the rigid structure that surrounded the midfoot cage–not quite Ultraboost midfoot cage territory, but still enough to notice.

Now, I feel very well locked down without any sort of obvious bunching, pinching, or other unpleasantness. I think some of this has to do with a better heel lockdown; I’m simply not cranking the laces like I felt I had to before.

But the rest of the upper has improved, too, which is commendable. Finally, the shoe just *looks* better. I love the design of this version, and it makes me want to reach for it more. The weird veiny vibe of 10 and 11 is gone, and I couldn’t be happier about that.

Overall, what a shoe, and what an improvement! I’m so excited to spend the summer cruising in the 1080v12.

I got the Fresh Foam X 1080v12 as a daily trainer but, to me, it’s more of an easy or recovery day kind of shoe. I normally wear 8 and sometimes 8. 5 so I ordered 8 EE and it was way too big when I tried it on.

So I returned it and ordered 7. 5 EE and it’s still on the roomy side. NB’s idea of “wide” seems to differ from other brands’ shoes. Normally, the standard size works fine for me as my width is probably “medium”, not “narrow” or “wide”.

Anyway, I’ve already put in 20 miles on 1080v12 so I’m keeping it but I’ve decided that I will put it away for now and use it in the winter with thicker socks. The 1080v12 has good cushioning but isn’t quite as soft as I expected, which isn’t good or bad, just not what I thought I was getting.

It is firmer than I thought it’d be and has a decent energy return and pop. It’s fairly comfortable but is a lot of shoe and heavier than I’d like for a daily trainer or for tempo running. It doesn’t make me want to go fast.

At the same time, it’s not as soft-cushioned as other shoes that I’d consider for easy/recovery running. It sits somewhere in between and I’m not sure what to make of that. Overall, I enjoyed the several 6~7 mile runs I’ve had with the 1080v12 but it’s a little too roomy with my summer socks and feels a bit clunky for faster running.

I’m in SoCal and the ongoing 100+ degree heatwave has made me adjust my running schedule and the types of run I make and this shoe just does not fit in right now. Although this may seem like a less-than-positive review, I think it’s a very good pair of running shoes.

20 miles isn’t enough to make a final judgment and I think I will enjoy the 1080v12 in cooler weather and grow to like it more as time goes by and I rack up more miles.

I have to say at first I was skeptical I read all of the reviews and I had never ever invested in an expensive shoe. When I put my foot in the shoe and I stepped down oh my God it felt so comfortable it’s the most comfortable shoe that I have ever purchased in my life I feel so good in them that I don’t want to even take them off.

If you are looking for a very comfortable shoe lightweight that has plenty of space in the front I highly recommend this shoe. I have flat feet and I thought they were big in the front because I just feel like I have space but when I checked and I felt My foot it was just perfect.

I am never buying a $30 tennis shoe in my life again. You truly get what you pay for and I am in love with the comfort feeling of this shoe. it is truly the best investment and best birthday gift that I could give myself I am going this Saturday to the better back store to get Measured for some inserts and I can’t even imagine how my foot is going to feel then if it already feels so good I highly recommend this product and I’m not even trying to overexaggerate nobody is paying me to give this review but I just had to leave this review for everyone to know that my feet are literally walking on clouds.

I did not buy the yellow color shoes the ones I bought were the black wide size 8 but I can imagine they all feel the same.

I bought these shoes for weight training but loved how they looked and felt so much that I ordered a second pair for everyday. These are SO comfy and have just the right amount of support. I walked three miles in them over the weekend and my feet felt great at the end.

Normally wear between a 6. 5 and a 7, and the 7 worked great in these. I have wider feet but didn’t feel like I needed a wide width, the mesh let my feet expand enough to be comfortable without it looking like my toes were spilling over.

(If you have wide feet, you know that feeling when your foot looks like it’s bursting out the sides of a shoe. ) I also have super high arches and so was a little worried about the pull-on style, but it wasn’t a problem at all.

My only complaint, and it’s not a deal-breaker at all, is that the cloudfoam soles get pretty warm. These aren’t the most breathable shoes. But, again, that’s not stopping me from stocking up on these.

I had read a review from another purchaser that stated that they didn’t lace up, but I didn’t understand exactly what she meant. Well, the laces are just decoration. You cannot loosen or tighten the sneaker by adjusting the laces.

The sides and tongue and laced area are all one piece. Unless they fit you perfectly, they really aren’t very practical. I usually wear a 9 or 9. 5. I ordered these in a 9. and my toe touches the end, but not so it is uncomfortable.

I also wear a N, and these are almost a little too tight, or at least difficult to get on because you have to use the back and front tabs to pull them on. If your feet swell at the end of the day, forget wearing these.

I wore them around airports last week, and they were fine with a thin athletic sock. They are very light. But they are definitely not an athletic shoe. Strictly for looks.

The perfect gym shoe, does it exist? I can tell you that it does and it’s the Adidas Cloudfoam Pure shoes. Although the shoe is advertised as an everyday shoe it’s perfect for the gym as well. For the last two years I’ve been trying to find a good versatile shoe for when I go to gym.

To me the perfect gym shoe has soles that are almost completely flat so that when you lift you’re able to drive your heels into the ground and stabilize yourself, but still has enough support in it if you were to do any running or jumping.

I purchased the Adidas Cloudfoam Pure shoes about three months ago to give them a try and they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn to the gym. The shoe hugs your foot so there isn’t any movement which provides good stability.

It does have a slight incline in the sole but it’s okay because it provides support for cardio activities, but still has the stability you need while lifting. A lot of the training shoes I’ve worn before are really stiff, which is good for stabilizing yourself, but it makes them uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time.

Since the Adidas Cloudfoam are made of a knit material they fit to your foot making them both a stable and comfortable shoe. The only complaint I have is that when you purchase these you need to go down a half size from your regular shoe size, they are not true to size.

So if you typically wear a 7, like I do, you would need to get a 6. 5. Overall the Adidas Cloudfoam Pure shoes are a great shoe for the gym. They give you the stability you want while lifting while still giving support for cardio activities.

If you are buying for fitness look elsewhere. The only reason I am not returning is because I bought them for looks not working out. There Is absolutely no comparison of quality between these and ballistic trainers.

I foresee the leather eyelets ripping out. The very bottom eyelet is just rubber that is stretching. I got an 11 in both and they are extremely close this one may be a tiny bit shorter and wider in the toe box area.

Will be the last pair of Reeboks I’d buy without seeing them, seems like they are running on a name but I have been disappointed in both pairs I have bought of theirs. Soles are cheap looking with holes that let the white and black show through on bottom.

Premium price, not premium shoe. Just my opinion I’m not gonna put them through any sort of torture test. Love the way they look though.

This is hands down the best version of the Nano they’ve had in quite some time. Super comfortable and versatile. I use it during regular lifting sessions, cross training, and even just for the occasional walk.

Only two things I would rate negatively on these shoes. The first, the laces are too short (if you lace through all the openings, which I do), and the second being the lace loops fray easily. They haven’t torn or anything yet and I’ve been using them daily since June.

I took notice more recently as I’ve been using the rower more and the strap on the footrest definitely plays a factor in that as well. But otherwise, great shoe.

Just ordered my first pair of Nano X2s for all around HIIT, CrossFit, and weight workouts. They look good and seem well made, unfortunately they are HUGE. I wear, and ordered, a 9. 5. There is so much extra room in the toe and heel, it feels like I’m wearing 11s.

Went to Reebok’s website to see what they had to say and found this statement, “Runs large. Based on returns, we recommend you size down. (If you usually wear size 7, order 6. 5). ” My bad for not doing more research, but for those of you considering these shoes please take notice before ordering.

I was recently told by foot doctor that I had Tarsal tunnel with ankle & foot along with Morton neuroma and toe starting to overlap another. I Needed surgery and he also said I’m wearing shoes that are bad for feet.

Like all females I had my years away from work wearing high heels with pointed toes that of course started pinching after so much dancing. I also love being barefooted & wearing flat flip-flops. Doctor said he wanted me to start wearing athletic shoes when I’m running around shopping & doing errands.

I don’t usually wear shoes like this unless I was to start working out again. Now he wants me to live in them. I told the store clerk at Dick’s the problem I was having & she knew a lot about shoes & recommended Brooks, said they were one of the best.

Well, I bought these & another pair of Brooks with even more support & love them. I have to say, they are so comfortable and worth buying. After surgery I hope my feet start loving me again. My the way , this surgery is.

AWFUL! Just had it. Can’t step on foot at all and living with this heavy boot is terrible. Fell a few times. Well, buy the shoes! You’ll love them! Oh! Buy the way, I learned that when it comes to athletic running shoes or any sneakers that these are the only shoes that you should buy a half size larger.

Everyone has one foot that’s a little larger , go by that foot. I take a size 8 and bought an 8 1/2 which is an 8. 5 My foot is also on the narrow side & like most shoes these are medium width. They also come in a wide width for those who need it.

These are my first pair of Brooks. I’m not a runner but I do a lot of walking and have joint issues so comfortable footwear is important to me. I’d been looking at Brooks for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger on these.

They are extremely lightweight which is nice. When you put them on there’s an instant relief of muscle fatigue in the foot and calf that is hard to explain but very refreshing! The first time I slipped them on I thought, “Why did I wait so long to try Brooks?!”.

They continued to be comfortable in my first walk, however, my arches started to cramp from lack of support. I do have very high arches so for many, these may have sufficient support. I’ve added a set of Dr.

Scholls inserts to them and that seems to have given it the boost in arch support I needed. So all-in-all very comfortable but if you tend to need a higher level of arch support, these might not be for you unless you’re ok adding insoles.

These fit true to size.

I primarily buy Saucony and ASICS. But I recently began reading more and more about people who love the fit and comfort of Brooks shoes. So I did more research on their styles and what DSW had to offer and I decided to try this Revel 4 and I love them.

Extremely comfy, nice styling (but not too tricked out) and a decent width in the toe box (which I need although I am not a Wide Width size in shoes). Good cushioning. I would say they run true to size – I usually wear a 10 in Saucony and ASICS and bought a 10 in these Brooks and it is perfect.

I use them primarily for long walks – mostly on pavement. Very glad I bought them.

*My husband bought these for me as I didn’t want to pay as much for shoes. *I love Hoka Bondi. They were a little more pricey than I was used to paying but after getting my Hoka Bondi 6 pair a couple of years ago, I was sold! They have held up great but were, of course, starting to break down some.

I am a walker and also a nurse on the go. I wanted to wait til the new Bondis came out before purchasing anything new. I was a bit taken aback at the price but I was sure they would be worth it. I also a bit disappointed with the limited color.

White usually isn’t a good color for a nurse who is at the bedside (Hoka, if you want medical professionals at the bedside to purchase shoes, we need colors other than white!). I was excited to get them and although I’m not completely disappointed, I not completely satisfied.

I didn’t like the tongue of the shoe. not padded enough which makes it tough for older fingers to get a hold of and rubs a bit while walking. The protruding heel can snag on things in tight quarters of the nursing world.

After wearing them now for a couple weeks, I have decided that my 2 year old Bondi 6’s are just as comfortable as the Bondi X with the price $50 cheaper! Please go back to the drawing board Hoka. Be what I know you can be.

I’ve suffered from plantar fasciitis off and on since 2005. It was a constant from 2005-2010. My custom-made insoles made working on my feet just bearable. When I received my Coral No-Tie shoes from you, I was on the front porch and put them on right then and there.

They felt soooo good even before I stood up, I told my husband I felt like running and he looked at me like I was crazy! (I’ve never been a runner to start with). These days I also have off and on again issues with Achilles Tendonitis and have Haglands deformity.

I’ve also been a lifelong barefoot person whenever I can get away with it. The first couple of weeks after I got these shoes I had noticeable improvement, but still some pain. I realized I was still running around barefoot most of the day (I’m retired).

I made a conscious effort to keep these shoes on when I wasn’t working in the garden. After maybe another week or two I was feeling better, but decided I needed to add the extra arch support pieces that come with the shoe.

I’m doing really, really well now at 7 weeks. Actually I think I was out of most of the pain a week ago, but I had a bad knee flare-up, so I noticed nothing else at the time. I love the slim look too and not having to tie and untie.

Being a women’s size 12, having an athletic shoe that isn’t a big obvious chunk is a huge plus. I only wish it was in the budget to get some sandals also. But now I know what to save for! Thank you!.

My left foot ligaments around my ankle scream all day long. They work too hard to stabilize my left foot which pronates inward and collapses downward at the arch. My pilates instructor, a professional dancer who has ordered Orthofeet shoes for her abused feet, recommended I try Orthofeet shoes.

With vacation coming quickly, I needed a shoe solution. The podiatrist had confirmed my self diagnosis, but other than surgery to move that ligament back in place, doc recommended shoes with strong arch, solid foot bed, and support against pronation.

I took those two tidbits of information and ordered the Orthofeet Black knit stretch shoes. I was heading on vacation at the end of the week, right after breaking in these shoes. They were true to size, of high quality, and looked good with both shorts, and go-out-at-night pants.

It did take 2-3 days for my feet to find their happy place, and for my bones and ligaments to shift back to where they belonged. But then I walked and did low level hiking in Sedona and Grandcanyon in these shoes for the next two weeks.

No more ankle ligament pain! WOW!.

These were my second pair of fit I’ll shoes, first of this model. These are very comfortable and I have no complaints about these shoes as far as the model. I think the rebound cores are a little better feeling than the stride cores.

But, these aren’t bad. Overall, fit villa has fixed my foot pain from a bunion from too many years in narrow heels. My feet aren’t hurting at night anymore and I have noticed my arch is coming back. My only “concern” with this brand of shoes is the sizing is unreliable.

My stride cores are so big my feet slide. My rebound cores fit perfect. The cloud weaves are tight. I advise trying them on and exchanging them till they fit you right.

I loved these shoes from the moment I put them on. No breaking in period required. I have 2 pairs of strides. A black and a blue. The blue is bright and, in my opinion prettier than the black. I used to have narrow feet ( I suppose my heel is still narrow, but the development of large and painful bunions and a hammer toe now means I need wide shoes.

I chose the 4xwide. My first pair were a size 6 in order to leave space for my prescription orthotics and I was very pleased with them. Especially once I put the Fitville inner foot bed on top of the orthotic as it held my heel and stopped any slipping inside the shoe.

But I could see my toe didn’t reach the end by a little way. So I tried a 51/2for my second pair and they are even better. I have also bought a size 6 rebound shoe. I noticed that the 51/2 stride was just a tiny bit longer than my size 6 rebound.

So the rebound is a little shorter than the stride. If it helps, my foot length is 25cm.

The “x-wide” Stride Core worked quite well for my particular foot problems. I tried the “wide” fit first, and it was a bit too tight. However, the “x-wide” provided a little more width and height in the toe box.

The shoes are very comfortable, and I’ve been able to wear them most of the day. I was concerned that the heel might be too loose on the “x-wide,” but so far so good. Proper socks are important. I wear Maggie’s Organics merino wool socks which tend to stay up on the ankle even with the wider fit.

Very good customer service from FitVille as well.

As someone who, while in my pre-fatherhood days of logging 75+ mile weeks at paces typically between 6:00 and 6:30 per mile, is just getting back into running, the Clifton 7 was my default place to start after taking over a year off.

My last experience with the Clifton line was the 5 (I have worn every edition other than the 6), the improvements to the upper and weight reduction were a strong positive. Unlike many other reviews, I actually preferred the responsive foam reformulation in the 4 and onwards as opposed to the overly soft 2 and 3, as it was more durable and gave more bounce through the lifecycle of the shoe.

The 7 picked up right when I had left off but has a more open upper with a gussetted tongue, something sorely needed in every version sans the OG. My only concern with 75 miles in is the longevity as the sole is showing a decent amount of wear.

I have heard the 8 outsole was reconfigured to increase durability so I am looking forward to my next pair for comparison. However at this point the wear seems to be mostly cosmetic and has not effected the traction or midsole cushioning.

I use the Clifton 7 for my daily runs, longs (I alternate the 7 and the Mach 4 for long runs) and recovery runs. Other than speedwork, as there are much better options for that case use purpose IMO, the Clifton 7 remains what the Clifton has always been about, a supremely cushioned and comfortable ride for logging a ton of miles at an incredibly light weight and a variety of paces.

The questions over durability are the only reason I am not giving 5 stars, but RR Sports was, as they always are, wonderful to deal with!!.

I absolutely LOVE my Clifton 7s – best athletic shoe I’ve ever worn. I have problem feet/ankles/knees/hips due to rheumatoid arthritis and my 7s made walking for exercise SO much better. I loved them so much that I wore the soles down and the treads off, so I began looking for a replacement.

My local running store did not have the Clifton 8s in stock in my size, so I tried the Bondi, but they didn’t work for me. The store clerk suggested I order the Clifton 8s in my size directly from the Hoka website.

I was super excited to get my new shoes, but SO disappointed when I tried wearing them. The 8s are SO different from the 7s! THE GOOD: The only positive change is that the laces of the 8s are shorter (I always had to double or triple tie the laces of my 7s so as not to trip on them).

The outer sole still seems to offer good cushion. THE BAD: There’s something about the heel that feels stiff, thick and irritating, and just doesn’t fit comfortably for me like the old one. Also, the lining fabric is slick and sweaty/not breathable.

The worst changes, though, are in the toe box. The toe box is too narrow – and I do not have a wide foot. When I stepped forward, I could feel the edges of the insole irritating the edges of my feet where the insole and shoe meet at the sides of my feet.

Adding to this discomfort is the fact that the laces of the 8s start further toward the front end of the shoe than in the 7s, which caused the first lace to cut off my circulation at the base of my toes making the top of my foot tingle.

I tried loosening the laces, but then my foot was too loose in the shoe. I’ve sent them back for a replacement and am going to try the same shoe in a wide, just to see if it’s any better though the toe box, but I don’t have my hopes up too high.

I really hope the next version is improved!.

Read this if you’re a runner and don’t know if you need to size up! After a 10 year hiatus from distance running, I decided to pick up running again and needed new running shoes. Honestly, there are so many options out there I didn’t really know where to begin.

I just want to run a few miles a week so I didn’t want to spend a lot, but wanted something that offered good support because I’m not getting younger. I checked major sport sites and these shoes seem like they’re the most popular for a mid-price range.

As I’ve had zero experiences with Hoka before, I wasn’t familiar with their sizing. I read reviews on multiple sites and it was a mixed bag – some said they ran big, some said small, some said wide, and some said narrow.

I checked all the size charts and they weren’t particularly helpful, either. For reference, I am a solid US women 8 in most shoes – sneakers, heels, boots, sandals. Width wise, I am average – not narrow, not wide.

I’ve never gotten wide shoes in my life, but certain shoes like Converse do feel tight after walking for a while. For running shoes, I always sized 1/2 size up. I used to wear 8. 5 in Asics with thick running socks.

Anyway, I filtered down the reviews to those who mentioned running and it seemed like most runners suggest to get your regular size instead of sizing 1/2 size up as you would with most running shoes.

So I decided to get a size 8 in regular/medium width. With modern technology, I was able to pick up the shoes from a local sporting goods store 20 minutes after ordering. I tried them on in the car and knew I made the right decision – there was some wiggle room from my big toe and the width felt perfect.

Even if I wore thick running socks, it should still be a comfortable fit. Once I got home, I went for a 1 mile run and they felt fine on asphalt/concrete. Obviously, it’s too early to tell if they’re actually right for me, but I’ve had running shoes that immediately hurt, and these didn’t do that.

I am excited to see how these will hold up!.

I like that there’s a questionnaire to help you find the right type of shoe for yourself. This helped me to select the Clifton 8 with high arch support which is wonderful. It’s the first time that I’ve had athletic shoes where I didn’t have to buy a special insert to give me the support I need.

I also like the higher back heel design because I have to use a heel lift inside my shoe due to a leg length discrepancy. I have to add a half inch heel lift under the insole. Since your insoles are rather thin, I wore these around the house for a bit before venturing out in them to make sure that I could tolerate the edge of the heel lift which I normally don’t feel under my other insoles.

Not too bad. Also having the extra high back on the outside is great because if the back of the shoe behind my heel is too low after putting in the lift, it causes problems with the shoe slipping off of my heel.

That is not the case for these shoes. Finally wore them to the gym and all I can say is the cushion is great, support is great and I had no heel slipping out of the shoe. So far, so good. I’ll have to wear them a bit more to make sure these are as great as everyone says.

Looking forward to continuing to try these out and hoping that I like them enough to buy a pair for normal every day walking. Was also a little apprehensive about the mostly white color but I’ve already gotten compliments on them.

The pattern with the blue is pretty cool.
