20 Best Shop Vac For Auto Detailing (2023 Updated)

I use this vacuum for detaining cars. At this point I’ve had this vacuum for about 3-4 years and it has never failed to meet if not exceed my expectations. I use it very consistently and haven’t had any issues out of it apart from stuff I have damaged in the past.

The hose, mounting bracket and the vacuum itself all feel and preform like I would expect for a shopvac like this. I have also used it to get water out of a friends flooded basement and it did a stellar job at that too seeing as we were both sucking water up for a few hours and it never had a single issue handling that as well.

The only real complaint I have about the vacuum is the hose, if you aren’t careful it can kink up pretty easily but other than that I absolutely love it and will probably buy another one when mine bites the dust.

The Garage Pro has impressed me. I’ve had this for about a year and it’s still running strong. I use it to clean 40-50 state vehicles each month. (In a rural area with dirt roads) I have it strapped into the back of my small SUV running off a power inverter.

The 30′ hose lets me get both sides of 3 mid-sized cars, or 2 SUV’s, at once before moving. I’ve dropped the plastic dirt bucket a few times and I did crack it once. It’s plastic, and they never claimed it was drop proof, so it’s to be expected.

The vac didn’t lose any suction from the crack though. I also cracked the crevice tool trying to pry something out of a tight spot. Again, my fault. I taped it up until I ordered another one. A note on suction; I have to clean the filters once a month or it has a hard time with rocks and heavy materials the next month.

This isn’t bad as I do at least 40 cars. If you are in the market for a wonderful home garage vacuum that can also handle light commercial work, this is worth the investment.

Just so you know, this is NOT a Shop Vac. The hose is 32 feet (!) and pretty narrow, so things that a shop vac would suck up in your garage tend to get stuck in this hose. Due to the length, getting things unstuck from this hose is a chore.

That negative aside, if you are looking for a vacuum to clean up sawdust, dust bunnies, vacuum your car in your garage this is a good vacuum. Once I get the leaves and years of debris out of my garage, I think this will work just fine.

Absolutely recommended! I normally don’t bother writing reviews because I think sometimes you just have to try a product for yourself, but in this case I have to give kudos to the manufacturer. I’ve had a love/hate relationship with many vacuums over the years, but so far, it’s only love with this machine! I’ve never had a vacuum that actually cleans my car so well.

All the other reviewers are spot on about the suction power. It picks up EVERYTHING. The multiple attachment are an added bonus. I utilized all of them while cleaning my car, and was very impressed with it’s ability to clean in all of the hard to reach places under the seats.

I have not had this vacuum long, so I cannot attest to the long-term durability of it, but fingers crossed it continues performing as well as it has so far. If you need a vacuum that does what it actually is supposed to do, this is the one to purchase!.

My wife wanted a miniature shop vac and found this one online. She read reviews and did her research. She liked what she read and bought one. She absolutely loves it. It is her opinion that even if you don’t think you need one, you’re wrong.

It was originally bought to vacuum our large couches, she has used it on so many things I lost count. Since it’s so portable, it gets carried from room to room to suction dust various areas and vacuum behind areas that are hard to reach.

My wife states that it is the perfect size for so many cleaning projects that my full size shop vac is “too big and bulky to drag around. ” She’s 100% satisfied.

I’m sorry I didn’t expect too much from this tiny little shop vac. I was wrong to underestimate how much I would be using this on a daily basis! The wall mount is not too space consuming, the attachments are all stored neatly and easy to interchange the filter from wet to dry.

I’m vacuuming my car every day, goodbye dog hair and beach sand and miscellaneous French fry! I’m driving around like a woman who has her stuff together and it’s not just a valuable tool for cleaning the car! I use it to clean up after my kids and pets (sometimes me) inside the house daily.

I’m using the dusting attachment on the AC, and before making my bed if I see dog hair I can suck it right up. It’s a game changer. I store it in the bedroom closet, wall mounted but it’s so easy to grab and go out to the car with.

The only suggestion for improvement would be the cord isn’t retractable, it has to be wound manually and secured with Velcro strip after each use to maintain tidy appearances, if the cord was retractable I would also suggest a longer cord, as I have had to use an extension cord to reach further than the current cord allows.

All in all the positive is far outweighing the negative.

I am absolutely in love with this thing. If you have pets, or just a hard time cleaning in general- this helps SO MUCH. It picks up hair and litter no problem. Ive used it to clean my carpets and deep clean my couch.

It really is a life saver. I never realized how filthy things can get. The only downside is that it is so lightweight and not on wheels so it is easily knocked over. And when you knock it over you need to shut it off and open it and close it for it to work again.

It is also pretty loud but hey, for a powerful vacuum I expect it to be a bit noisy. It comes with all of the attachments you would ever need. I can’t wait to try it in my car!.

If you are looking for a small shop vacuum, this is the one to get. I have had this since Nov. 2020 and it has been awesome. It’s big enough to handle any job you might have and small enough for storage and to carrying around.

I was deciding between this one and the Hyper Tough 1. 5gal and so happy I got this one. Since it’s advertised for “car cleaning” it came with little attachments that can squeeze into small tight spots.

The first time I used the attachments was to vacuum my fridge coils, the little attachments were awesome. I’ve used this vacuum for everything in my garage, saw dust, sand, dirt etc. Can not recommend enough if you are looking for a small vacuum that doesn’t break the bank and take up tons of space.

Also, it comes with a wall mount which is kinda cool but i don’t use it since I move it around so much I just have it under my work bench.

I had a few car vac and all i did was killed my back. finally i found one that actually works is light weight good suction & left my truck looking new again yes i recomend this vac & i forgot to mention i have a dog by the time i finish the truck it looks like a dog free car, love it.

I only gave it a 4 out of a 5 because it does a good job but it seem to have lost some power after one use! Then I had a water damage job and it did work great but the sleeve you have to fit on is clumsy not sturdy like the dry filter! But over all it does a good job.

Works great. Used several times in 1st week. Excellent. I like that it has attachments for misc stuff. Great unit.

Note: this is my first Rigid thingymabob, so I want to be real. If I can’t be real with you, what good is this review? I purchased this vacuum a month ago for around $100. The first vacuum had a smashed wheel out of the box, so I went back to Home Depot and got another one.

I read great reviews and my brother-in-law has the same vacuum, so I was really excited to get this. The size is amazing, and I like the wheels so it can “follow” you as you vacuum. It holds enough for a normal handy-dude vacuuming around your house, garage, car, but if you are expecting to hold a vast amount of rubbish, remember it is only 4 gallons (FYSA the filter protrudes into that “4 gallons”).

So even though the bucket may be 4 gallons, that big boy of a filter is taking up some of that real estate. Ok, here’s the kicker – it’s loud af and puts out some exhaust! Seriously, I’m not messing when I say it’s loud.

I purchased the diffuser/muffler attachment and smacked that sucker on it, which helped diffuse the massive amounts of air this thing shoots out the back, however, it doesn’t do much for the sound. I’m sure someone is going to get all super dork on this thing and measure the decimals or whatnot, but I didn’t…I don’t need a scale of numbers I won’t understand anyways to know from my own ears thats it’s loud.

To be fair, this motor really does a great job! I know it’s a bigger motor and that’s why it’s loud and all, but I will say if this motor keeps sucking and picking up the way it does – totally worth a little extra noise.

Now for the hose, yes the hose that comes in the box is junk. Rigid should do right by their customers and add the orange super awesome thick hose in with the vacuum. I purchased the heavy duty hose (not the car one!) and I feel bad to say it but it was worth the $40 because the one that comes in the box is junk.

Can you use the hose that comes with it and get by? Sure! But if you are accident prone like me and are going to smash, abuse, and fling around the hose then I’d get the Pro-Grade Locking Vacuum Hose.

What’s great about the pro-grade hose with this vacuum is that 1. It gives you extra length – so you are further away from all that noise and can reach things 2. It locks on the vacuum and swivels so you don’t have to worry about the hose popping out or falling off 3.

It’s REALLY strong – so you don’t have to treat it delicately. All in all I like this vacuum. I used it in a bathroom remodel, basement remodel, and hose remodel and love it! Do yourself a favor, get the vacuum and then pick up the diffuser and pro-grade hose.

You will love this little thing because it is fun, small, light weight, and streamlined compared to other vacuums.

I bought this about a month ago, mainly for My detailing sidekick and I cannot be more happy with its performance. I have been looking for a good vacuum. I recently had a bigger rigid shop vac and well that was great and all the size was not really good for my vacuuming needs and while I love the Ryobi brand I had a battery powered vacuum from them and what it was great and it did not provide anyone near the suction that I was looking for.

This one definitely does from ridged. I hope soon that widget will make a battery powered vacuum to go with this one with the same section string as their 4 gallon portable wedding dry vac. I do plan on hopefully buying the auto detailing set up soon.

I borrowed my fathers and it is amazing for detailing so I will definitely be purchasing that add-on soon and wanga manage to anybody not only for detailing and for auto detailing but for vacuuming stuff around the house that you just need a little bit more flexible cable and some better brushes.

So if you’re reading this I highly recommend that you go and buy this. It will definitely be worth your money and will save you a lot of time and heartache with its portability. It’s long cable for power as well as the many features.

Not to mention, there are a lot of third-party add-ons that you can add to this that because rigid is such a well-known and amazing vacuum. That is a go-to for almost anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Convenient size for smaller projects with more power than those twice it’s size. We typically use it for dust collection on an orbital sander for drywall. Paired with a hepa or blue dust filter and a bag the dust output is minimal and the suction is strong.

Accessory bin is a nice catch all. The downside. came with a white paper filter and a bag instead of a hepa filter that was not so strategically placed right on top in the box so you cut through the bag when you open it with a knife.

The hepa filters are only available online, the blue is okay but not as durable. If you use either without a bag for fine dust. expect it to clog a lot. I added a small off brand filter bag over the filter in addition to using a shop vac bag.

The hose is just under two inches which is better than most of similar size but it is shorter than I would like at 7ft. Adapted with a 25ft drain hose helps to reach higher walls and not have to drag the shop vac around.

The bin is great as long as it’s on level ground a bag and some bungee help to keep parts in. Overall this is one of the best options on the market that will not take up a lot of space in a work truck while still having great power but it’s easy to spend more than the machine cost on accessories.

First off, I love that this comes with a carrying case. It’s the perfect size and it fits everything nicely, and not too tight. So far the battery has kept its charge well and it’s fairly simple to clean.

This works perfect for in between the hearth stones my wood burner sits on. those have always been such a pain and this makes is super simple! Also scrubbed the rail for my sliding glass door and used this to soak up the grungy water afterwards, it worked ok for that.

Overall not a bad product, just wished it has a bit more suction power.

I love how easy it is to use. The battery slides on effortlessly and the on/off button isn’t hard to push. It cleans up large sized messes with ease but struggles with smaller sized crumbs. The suction just isn’t strong enough to get all the fine pieces.

The vacuum comes with a few different attachments to use depending on the mess. I love that it comes with a carry bag to keep everything contained.

I really like this vacuum. I desperately needed too clean the floor of my car. I haven’t for sometime because cords are always getting in the way. It’s fustrating. This vacuum is light weight, cordless and actually holds a decent amount, before having too empty.

My first impression was that this doesn’t feel cheap as with many new products these days. The flexible hose felt very heavy duty as does the body of this unit. The suction surpassed my expectations.

After setting it up, I stuck my hand near the hose inlet as a test and based on how it was sucking on my palm I have decided that it has great suction. Another feature that I like is that it has a compartment at the top that stores your vacuum accessories.

However, one thing that I disliked is how loud this unit is. My reference for this observation is in comparison to my old shop vac that this is replacing. This vacuum is really loud, especially when vacuuming out my car in an enclosed garage.

Depending on your job size, this one does very well. The capacity isnt huge, but as long as you empty it as needed, this machine is awesome. And I like that this vac has a specific output port (VS the ones that just output in several directions around the top mounted motor).

I wanted something to keep in the garage to clean my car interior. This unit is so handy and still sufficiently powerful. The blower function is also handy. When purchased on sale it is very good value.

The house should stretch more easily.

Had this vac for 3 years and use it more than my expensive upright. When I first opened the box and took it out I thought it was the cheapest thing I ever bought but to my surprise it’s a tough little guy.

It’s incredibly light weight and that’s why I choose to use it over others. The fact that it’s a dry/wet vac is a plus. It’s easy to bring outside to vacuum the car and porch too. It’s not a heavy duty vac so consider what you need it for before purchasing.

It may be a little more work to empty because it’s a canister and not a bag. I’ve washed the filter bag and the inside of the canister with out a problem. One thing to be aware of is when it tips over the unit shuts off and you have to turn it off and on again to resume.

I will purchase another should this one fail one day. For someone who has lifting issues like myself it is great.

It seemed to be working fairly well, but over time, maybe a year and a half now, the suction power is minimal and it’s not working like a shop vac should be working. I’m not sure why it lost its suction power.

I was using it correctly and only for dry debris. I emptied it and cleaned the dirt collection pouch, and it still fails to properly suck up dry debris without me having to crouch down really low to the ground, making the whole 3 extension tubes virtually useless.

I’m going to research and see what can be done about this loss of suction power, because it if were not for that issue, I would have rated this product higher.

I was searching for something to help clean up after the dog, easy to handle for wet/dry situations. It was easy enough to put together and seems to work great. I have used it for much more then I had intended.

I find myself reaching for it instead of my regular vacuum since it has proven versatile and powerful. Easy to switch from wet to dry. Target delivered it right away which was very convenient. Nice hardworking machine.

Bonus is no bags to fool with.

I am thrilled with this vacuum! I have an all-black car and a long-haired black and white dog. I’m never able to get all of the “sticky” fur out of the upholstery, regardless of how many coins I put into the professional vacuums at the car wash.

I’ve tried every vacuum I could get my hands on, including the Eureka Rapid Clean, with only frustration. I plugged this light-weight, heavy-suction little machine in and went for the hardest area first — the back seats that my dog leans her body against while riding in the very back of my SUV.

Much to my surprise and delight, the fur started coming up immediately! With every swipe of the nozzle, I became happier! In no time at all (and I really mean that), the car was completely fur-free, something I’ve never been able to achieve since I bought the car.

I then went to work with the vacuum on the stairs in the house. Again, I had recently purchased the Eureka Rapid Clean for just that purpose, but the Carrand made short work of the stairs, and with much less hassle than the Eureka requires (hard to keep the switch in the “on” position — thumb burn by the time you are done).

The Carrand has a logically-easy on-off switch, is light weight, and has MUCH more suction power than the Eureka does; it also has tools that are easy to access and handy to use. Best purchase I’ve made in a long while!.

Pro’s: Lots of power with great suction or as a powerful blower dryer thanks to 120 VAC motor. Compact. 12 foot cord wraps around the base for easy storage. Good selection of tools. Easy to empty and uses no bags.

Con’s: Accessory hose pulled out of end of unit due to a design flaw. I used a strong adhesive to apply the permanent fix. No real deep crevice tool for cleaning between the seats etc etc. Can get warm from prolonged use.

Cord could be a bit longer. Rubber around accessory’s dragging edge is too soft and prone to wear. All could be EASY fixes at the factory with a small redesign and are reasons for my 4 star rating.

I cannot tell you how happy I bought this vacuum. I wanted something easy portable so Incan clean my car more often and this vacuum definitely is worth it. My favorite thing is the suction is amazing on this.

I did a quick clean of my flor mats and it got everything up. I have cats and it got all the hair and it looks brand new. On that alone I would recommend this. My only negative is changing the attachments.

Sometimes it comes apart from the hose and you have to reinstall it but that isn’t too bad. Get this vacuum if you want your car looking like it is fresh from the showroom.

This vacuum is much quieter (even before the muffler) than my old vacuum. Latches are simple and secure. Quickly and easily change filters. Dust is completely contained in the canister-no leakage. The 4 accessory holders on top of each foot keep tools handy.

The 20 foot electrical cord is a BIG plus as I no longer need an extension. The cord storage keeps the it neatly stored and allows having just the right length available. Latches on accessories are a plus.

Suction is sufficient, even when adding a cyclone separator between the vacuum and a tool. I am looking forward to trying the removable blower. The 60l canister seems smaller than my old one, perhaps just an illusion or perhaps the volume is measured differently (allowing for filter volume).

Woodworkers will appreciate this VERY well designed vacuum. It addressed all of the shortfalls of my previous vacuum.

Bought this a few years back for the purpose to help out during power washing kitchen floors for steak’n’shake. It made clean much easier. The little hose hook up pump made it even smoother. After year of that it has cleared out flooded floor drains, unclog toilets that snake just couldn’t get saving me from having to lift a toilet.

You could say “this shop vac will suck the **** out of anything”. With the use of a shop bag and the proper filter for the job it will suck up drywall dust to rags others leave behind without needing to dust off anything afterwards.

Throughout my years of using it it has the same suction now as it did on day one. That’s without having to take it apart one cleaning it’s guts out to maintain its suction. I only recommend this vac as others would of been tossed and replaced by now.

Wow, bought on sale and only by chance as the home owner version was sold out and this came up last a sale item. It replaced a very similar vacuum that needed parts and was well used and there’s no comparison on power.

The Ridgid professional model is so much better suction but it pushes the circuit it’s plugged into close to the tripping point so I have to endure everything else is turned off. The included accessories are a bonus that is had to pay extra for in the cheaper version and worth getting.

This is my 4th Ridgid vacuum and I’ve used them for everything you can imagine and still going strong! Worth every penny over other brands vs friends and family who bought other premium units that have quite.

i bought two of these little machines and im happy with both. very lightweight and they have good suction. i would recommend this to anyone that needs a low priced small vac , weighs about 11 1/2 pounds.

Very light weight with lots of power. The only thing that could make this vacuum better is a shoulder strap and a pipe or long straight tube.

So i use it to clean out my grow tent its great for getting into small cracks and whatnot also great for getting out runoff water from the saucers. Powerful and works well.

I owned the older version of this vacuum and I really liked it. I had it for almost 20 years and the bearings were just starting to get bad. I replaced it with this new version. So far it works just as well but I actually prefer the attachments without the locking clips.

Also, the motor, when used as a blower, doesn’t sit upright very well and is prone to tip over. Aside from that it seems to function pretty much the same. I do highly recommend the detachable motor to use as a blower.

It’s especially useful for cleaning the filter.

I looked at different shop vacs online from different hardware stores. Quite a few of them did not have the attachment pieces like the fine dust filter, filter for picking up water, etc. The Rigid shop vacs from Home Depot were the only ones that had all the filters needed and/or parts that you could add on.

I am hoping they will always have them. Plus the added bonus of calling Rigid customer service for advice is golden as far as I am concerned. One stop shopping for everything is much more attractive to your customers than looking high and low everywhere for filters and parts.

Ok, I admit it just arrived 2 days ago but I couldn’t wait to unbox it and hang it up in my garage. My last garage vac was an inexpensive wall mounted shop vac which I thought had decent suction. It died after a somewhat long life.

So this time around, now the owner of 2 cars not one, I wanted the best garage vacuum, dry and wet, that I could find. I had never heard of Prolux, I’ve had Electrolux vacuums in the past but never a Prolux.

After all the reading, this one sounded like a winner. I need a vacuum with a lonnnng hose, plenty of suction and reliable tools for my cars, plus this Prolux hose reached my front porch! I’ve always used my blower for the garage and porch but now I can vacuum them OR blow them out.

I also am Mom to two adorable blue merle Corgis and one outstanding Shepherd/American Bulldog mix. The hair that accumulates in the SUV is unbelievable and I did have an add on brushroll accessory for the old vac but Prolux actually gave me one for free and it works so much better for hair.

My other car is ‘my baby’, an all black convertible, BMW Roadster, that never sees a car wash. I have set up a perfect car wash here, with deionized water filters, pressure washer, special drying towels, etc.

You get the idea. I do baby her and black, shows EVERYTHING. I tried the Prolux on its black carpet, OMG, I can’t believe how easy it was even with ground in stuff. I may never heard of Prolux before, but I will never forget them.

When my current vacuum for the house goes out, I’ll be back!.

I have only had my Prolux a few weeks but I will say I love its. It seems very durable and certainly works well. I like all the attachments to select from. I even liked the instructions. Good images to help walk through the set up and added some humor in there.

I think this machine is well worth what it cost. I now have the shop vac I wanted in my garage without having to keep moving it out of my way. Yes I recommend Prolux all the way.

After finally cleaning out, putting drywall up and a tiling the floor of my garage, I wanted to add a good vacuum to hang on the wall. Researched all the on-line reviews and decided on the Prolux-Pro Wall Mounted Garage Wet-dry Vacuum and I am delighted with my decision.

The vac was easy to wall mount and even has a hanger for the nice long hose. Would like to have had the hose attachment and exhaust on the other side, it is on the right side, wanted to mount it so the hose connections are from the left side, but was able to find a different place to hang it then was originally planned.

There are more attachments then I’ll probably use but, there are no excuses for not keeping the inside of the car and truck well vacuumed. It’s also great that it does not require removing the filters when vacuuming up water.

Suction power is strong and can reach the cars in the driveway without loosing suction. Have not have it long enough to really provide an adequate review of it but, so far very happy with it.

Overall I am very happy with the product as well as the transaction with the Prolux web-site. I ordered directly through Prolux and the product arrived quickly, well packaged and without damage. The suction power is excellent.

I can vacuum my whole garage using the 30ft. hose. The vacuum (purchased in white) looks very clean and professional. The only drawback in my opinion is the blower. I thought I would be able to blow up air mattresses and plastic tubes with it but that has proven to be ineffective for this application.

All else has been great and I would recommend the product.

Love my new Prolux wall mounted vac. Bought it intending to keep it in the garage to help detail my interior. Loved all the attachments, but it really saved the day when my hvac system went haywire and I needed to use it as a wet vac.

Saved my house and still pulling strong. Best of all the unit is light for it’s size and easy to clean on those occasions that I need to pull it out of the garage. Wonderful design, excellent power, and actual people working in customer service of you happen to need anything.

I used this for the first time today and overall, it seems like a well designed machine that would function well in most scenarios. Similar to a few other reviews, the on/off switch will not stay off.

No matter how hard I try to disengage the on switch, it continuously slides back to the “on” position – even at rest with no handling. The only way to disengage, is to unplug the unit. I will be returning for a replacement today.

I purchased this to drain my pond and clean up some dirt and rocks around it left behind by the contractors. It’s easy to set up and use. Comes with one filter but you need to buy the bags and other filters like the one for water and fine dust.

I search a lot and learnt a lot while looking for a wet vac and knew I needed the highest HP for the suction and this one has one of the highest without being one of the expensive professional ones. This one not only picked up the dirt really fast but it also picked up rocks the only rocks it didn’t pick up are the ones that had been too large to go through the hose or it would have sucked them in as well.

In the picture some of those rocks are about 2″ to 3″ and it had no problem picking them up.

This is my new favorite toy! I live in an apartment and I have cats. I always love shop vacs for its strong suction. I have bigger ones but theyre clumsy. I can vacuum anytime, anywhere. I just wish it had a blowhole also.

This doesnt have a blowhole. I still gave it 5 stars as its probably difficult to have both holes in a tiny 1. 5 gallon canister.

This little shop-vac is just perfect for what I use it for!! I love that it can be mounted on the wall where it is up and out of the way. The attachments are mounted on the shop-vac so they’re always there when you need them.

The hose is pretty short but that’s the way I like it!! After all, this is a very small inexpensive portable gallon sized shop vac!! For it’s size, it has an amazing amount of power. You could say it REALLY sucks!! Whenever I make a mess on my work bench in the garage, I can grab this little vac off the wall and plug it in and have the mess I made cleaned up in just a few minutes.

I am going to get another one to use in our basement. I’m very impressed with this little Shop-Vac and I highly recommend it.

One thing of note though is that this vacuum is primarily used for dry cleanup so it is not recommended for wet cleanup which will ruin the filter and possibly the vacuum.

Great little vacuum at a good price. Bought same thing in 2012, but its motor just burned up for unknown reasons. So, just bought another. But disappointed that even though model number is the same and user guide looks same on the outside, they have stopped including the plastic ring for using paper filters and stopped describing paper filter use in the user guide.

Now it just talks about using bags, which are horribly wasteful and get really expensive if you’re doing much vacuuming. (Paper filter will work just as always if you can get the plastic ring for holding them on.

I’ll just keep the one from the dead vacuum).

I bought this vac first to suck up rainwater that seeped into the garage. Eventually I will use it as a dry vac to clean the garage and screened porch. I wanted the disposable bag because I didn’t want to have to empty debris from the vac.

Three things keep me from giving it five stars. First, the volume stated, 2. 5 gallons, is the volume of the entire inside of the unit. However, it will only fill up to about half of that becore it shuts off – its full wet capacity.

This is about half a bucket. If I had known this I would have gotten a slightly larger sizze. Second, the motor gets hot pretty quickly. I sucked up four times (about two full buckets when poured out)and let it rest a while because the motor got so hot.

I don’t know if this would happen so fast if I had used it for dry pickup. Third, there is no tool storage on the unit, so you have to find someplace to keep the tools together. I do like the unit becaue it is small and light, easy to pull or carry around by the handle.

It has very good suction and sucked up the water in the garage quickly.

Great price for a good product. Cute, girly colors. If the product included the dry filters and ring I would give 5 stars. Unless you want to keep buying the dry filter bags, you must get these reusable filters and ring.

The product arrived at my local store quickly and shipping was free. However, I did have to order it twice because my first order was canceled because they ran out of stock after I placed my first order.

Great product, not so great customer service. I had to call after waiting over two weeks, only to find out my order would be canceled. No email or phone call, I had to call them. However, the second order was fast and easy.

Overall, I would recommend for anyone looking for a cute, powerful vac for light cleaning. I will use for vacuuming my car.

The vacuum is very well built; very well packaged and performs as well as any vac I have ever owned. The only disappointment is that it is not as pictured. I thought the label with the checkered flag gave it a Nascar look.

But the one I received had none of the checkered pattern on the label (see pic). Still love it though.

Easy to mount in my garage. Runs quietly. 50 foot hose has ample suction. HEPA filter is a plus. All attachments stored in hanging mesh bag. Hose storage hanger is included. No complaints. This was a good buy for me.

Even through the 50 ft hose this vacuum has great suction. Perfect for the garage and all the chores that come with it. It’s a good looking unit that is easy to install and manage. Would recommend to friends.

I use to own one of these years ago! (It died due to age). This is a nice little guy for a quick touch up vacuuming in any room of your house/apt. and is great for vacuuming under couches, chairs, etc.

It’s also nice for cleaning your car but the only thing that’s “wrong” with it, so to speak, is that it doesn’t come with a cigarette lighter adapter. You’ll have to use an extension cord because this little guy is plug to wall outlet only.

The price is right! I use this vac a lot. It is compact and lightweight–an advantage when climbing a ladder and using it to vacuum the tops of the kitchen cabinets! Since it is light, however, it very easily falls over when pulling it around on the floor to vacuum.

Then of course you have to turn it off and wait for the “ball to fall” to continue! A wider base could help. The “buttons” on the sides are a little hard to operate, but not insurmountable. Also, the exhaust is near the hose connection, meaning that if you are holding it, it will be blowing exhaust on you while vacuuming! Unpleasant.

But it does come with the attachments you need (I can use the round brush attachment from another vac I had) and seems to be a little workhorse. I’ve had mine a few years!.

We purchased this 1 gallon wet/dry shop vac for our motorhome. Tiny home living with a grandson thru the PNW seasons presents numerous challenges!! Space constraints is the most obvious. When we started waking up with so much humidity on our windows that the sills overflowed and dampened – even soaked – things around or under them, we learned something new.

Dehumidifier purchase failed to remedy the problem. So we purchased this little sucker to remove the water. It is small enough, light enough to get around to all the windows – even the ones in the boy’s cabover loft.

The crevice tool had to be duct taped to close off the niche at the end. I wish that Stanley would offer the smaller 1″ detail tools. We have had opportunities to use the vac for spilled milk – floor & upholstery!! We have half a dozen other plans for it – removing water from water toys before loading back into cubbies, cleaning car, etc.

i wish the cord was longer. And swiveled!! It was not on the shelf at the store, but ordering online & delivery to store is EASY PEASY!!.
