Diablo’s New 10″ & 12″ PCD Tooth PergoBlades are the first blades specifically designed for cutting laminate flooring in a chop saw application. This radical new design delivers 75 times the cutting performance compared to a carbide-tipped saw blade.
This blade is the only approved blade by the Pergo brand for cutting their material.
People spoke highly of this blade from other reviews so I decided to try it. They were right. It’s a very good blade for laminate if used on a non-sliding mitre saw. Clean cuts, minimal burning, no struggling.
Price is a bit high but I’d strickly reserve it for laminate floor to preserve the blade.
I recently decided to replace all our carpet in our living room, dining room, and master bedroom with laminate flooring. In total there was about 750 square feet. I purchased a few extra items specific to laminate flooring install, wedges ,tapping block, etc.
I pretty much have all e!we that I required. That left me with one remaining item to obtain – a good saw blade. I have a table saw and miter saw. I thought about buying a 3 pack of blades at Harbor Freight or Amazon and just throwing them away after the job was completed, knowing what laminate does to saw blades.
Them I saw your product, endorsed as the best laminate blade. “Yeah Right!” I thought. Well, I did buy your blade, and was I impressed. Every cut, every cut was perfect. No chipping, burning of anything else.
Just a great cut every time. When I don’t like a product I have purchased because it didn’t measure up to the claims I generally let the company know how I feel. It’s only fair that when a product meets, or in this case exceeds (in my opinion) the claim , compliments should be given.
We do a lot of remodels many include new laminate flooring. A typical job is about 2000 sq. ft. A standard blade will do 1000 sq. ft. before replacement. At $60. 00 each. Plus at least one table saw blade, $200.
00 per job. The Diablo laminate blade is only $80. 00 i have completed 4 – 2000 sq. ft. floors and half a dozen smaller jobs and this blade is still cutting like new. Thats less than $20. 00 per job so far for the mitre saw.
We installed a Diablo non ferris/laminate blade on the table saw for $60. 00. Also still going strong. From $200. 00 per job to $35. 00 per job SO FAR. You cannot argue with savings like this. If you have more than 1000 sq.
ft. of laminate flooring to install buy this blade. Thank you Diablo this really is a game changer.

this blade provides flawless, chip-free edges in veneered plywoods, fine moldings, melamine, laminates, and crosscuts in solid woods. the combination of hi-atb tooth design and anti-vibration slots makes these thin kerf blades the ultimate finish blades.
the result is a cut so smooth it eliminates the need for a stabilizer or a scoring blade!.
Love it! After much consideration and research I bought this blade for a vintage DeWalt (1956) radial arm saw that I am restoring. It checks all the boxes. I was particularly interested in it due to it’s low hook angle of only 10 degrees.
With a low angle like this my saw is less likely to pick up my material from my table when ripping. It’s safer. And I am a Freud fan any way. I have a few of their cutters and they all are very nice.
In researching I found many radial arm saw users expressing satisfaction with this blade. No complainers. And, I have an earlier uncoated one in a bigger size for my other radial saw. I am in process of cutting out some rails and stiles for some cabinets so I put it on and wow, so smooth and precise! If you can’t justify the cost of separate cross and rip blades, this is the ticket!.
Circular saw blades ripping carbide teeth dia 8 inches -1/4 tpi=24. Made from high density tungsten carbide for toughness, wear resistance and long life. Tough coat anti-stick coating reduces friction and gumming.
Thin kerf design for smooth cuts. Reinforced shoulder for impact resistance in nail embedded wood. Tough-trac k tooth design for accurate tracking over the life of the blade.
This 7 1/4 High-Density Tungsten Carbide tip circular saw blade (DWA1711424) is comparing it to using a new utility knife blade to cut. Nothing like a very clean and easy cut! It’s clean and smooth and cuts a fine line through wood other than simple framing lumber with ease.
I normally go with Diablo blades, but this is very even with them in durability. Even though this has a thinner kerf cut than the Diablo blades. This blade is. 065” and Diablo is at. 093”. It is especially nice, while using a secured guide, to cut 3/4 sanded plywood, which usually frays and splinters fairly easily, but not with this blade.
This blade created the smoothest cuts I have ever have seen, there was very little tear out at the end of the cut. Ordinary cuts are a cinch, and it stays nice and sharp. This blade is amazing! It cuts through PT lumber like butter.
No telling how many cuts it will take to make it dull either. It’s worth every penny. Quality matters!!! DeWALT has done some great innovation to this blade. I would recommend this blade to my peers!!!.
The GOOD!: Cuts reliably. Little to no resistance while cutting most common materials. Has great vibration reduction to keep that blade from drifting. Never had any kick back using this saw blade. The Bad?: After using it with so many projects the teeth gummed up with thin film of junk.
Weather that’s glue, or other products from manufactured woods it seems to make it harder to push through any product after that buildup happens. NOTE! This happens on all blades and is not really the fault of the manufacturer.
This blade features a thin kerf triple chip design that is specially designed to cut laminate flooring (Pergo, Armstrong, Swiftlock), double-sided laminates and melamine cleanly, leaving a smooth finish with no chipping or tear-out.
The Tico Carbide tips are an exclusive formulation manufactured by Freud that is extra hard and durable, and lasts longer by withstanding abrasive materials like laminates. The thin kerf wastes less material and requires less power from the user and the saw.
This blade is ideal for 12 inch sliding miter saws and portable table saws. This blade also features Freud’s Perma-Shield coating, Anti-Vibration reeds, Heat Expansion slots, and Laser Cut technologies.

Best blade I’ve used on aluminum. I bought two of these – a 10″ for my table saw and this 12″ to replace the 14″ abrasive blade in my chop saw. Both cut extremely smoothly and cleanly, with no chattering or vibration.
If you didn’t see a kerf appearing and all the aluminum flakes flying you wouldn’t think it was actually cutting. I’ve cut thin sheet through 1/2″ thick stock, tubing, and extrusions with the cut edges being extremely smooth and requiring virtually no dressing.
The only drawbacks I’ve noticed is that the “sawdust” is extremely fine, resembling silver snowflakes, and goes everywhere, and because of the alternating square and coffin-shaped teeth the kerf is not completely flat.
This is only critical when cutting lips or rabbets on a thick piece of material, requiring a few passes with a file to flatten out the somewhat U-shaped kerf caused by the coffin-shaped teeth that are slightly higher than the square-edged teeth.
Other than these minor issues, this is a fantastic blade, well worth the price.
This 10″ combo blade is my go to for just about all my woodworking needs. From light construction to delicate cabinetry, by far the best combo, (or planer, or novelty) blade on the market, and I have over 20 different 10″ blades.
And, as an added bonus, they are easily re-sharpened using a circular saw blade resharpening tool. I can resharpen this blade about four times before buying another. Like I said, the best out there, no flex, stays true and accurate to about a 32nd of an inch.
I have Diablos on my table saw, miter saw, and my circular saw. My saw blade storage is all RED!.
Excellent. Cuts well and it is the same kerf as the OEM blade. I have already made a few zero clearance plates and a fancy cross cutting sled so the width of the blade was Important. I wish it was clearly labelled or described but it was not.
So I only found out the fit to my existing jigs after I bought the item – this shouldn’t be. So easy to properly describe this by the manufacturer. The blade is amazing value/quality wise.
Diablo’s finishing blade is ideal for smooth finish crosscuts in hardwood, softwood or plywood. These blades are the perfect choice when seeking high quality rips and crosscuts using a portable saw. A great choice for jobsite finish cuts in 1X, decking, fencing, fascia and plywood. Specially formulated Diablo TiCo Carbide withstands impact, reduces wear and lasts longer in fine finish applications.
Perma-SHIELD non-stick coating protects the blade against heat, gumming and corrosion. Advanced Laser Cut Stabilizer Vents traps noise and vibration for maximum stability, keeping the blade cool with accurate cuts in wood.
Super Thin Kerf Design provides less resistance and heat build-up for ease of cut, accuracy and longer cutting life. Tri-Metal Hock Resistant Brazing provides a high performance shock absorber behind every tooth.
Laser Cut Arbor reduces vibration and premature wear for accurate blade rotation on cordless and corded saws.
IšverstiShow in original languageI needed a blade to cut laminate flooring and didn’t want to pay $90 for the one at the big box store. The diablo blade from factory direct was almost half the price and has been cutting great.
The standard shipping was free and the product arrived in 4 business days (and this was a week before Christmas). I would definitely recommend this product and factory direct supply.
IšverstiShow in original languageI used this blade on a Skil 3400 tablesaw to cut 3/16 aluminum sheet. It performs excellent in this application, very smooth cutting and very little burrs left on the material.
I was surprised at the size and shape of the chips, more like shavings than metal chips. I would recommend using a lubricant on the blade as there was some sticking of chips to the teeth. A great blade!.
IšverstiShow in original languageAwesome product. Bought one for my miter saw and was so impressed, replacing my table saw blade. Like the others have said, cuts like a hot knife through butter. Way better than my OEM blade.

I used it on a Dewalt miter saw to cut one inch diameter aluminum tube with 1/4 inch wall. Cuts were perfect, but you MUST let the blade stop before raising the blade. Failure to do so could damage your saw or possibly yourself! Making slow cuts is necessary and clamping the material is highly recommended.
if you are putting down pergo max 8mm flooring DON’T BYE THIS BLADE. you will only get 6 cuts before it starts smoking don’t waste your money like I did save it get something better like the d1216lf pcd last 75x longer.

This is the best blade that I could have purchased for the project of cutting aluminum hurricane panels. The panel I had to modify are 15″ wide and the radial arm saw I use were a perfect marriage for the job, not only providing a smooth cut but a fast safe cut.
The package does not mention a radial arm saw, however it does a better job because the saw does not eject the metal back toward you as with a table saw (yes, safety glasses). After cutting almost 50 panels, the blade appears to be as sharp as when I first started using it.

My son and I operate a nationally known restoration franchise and use many demolition tools. The Fein tool with the long life bf metal blade makes our job much easier. Will continue to purchase these blades.
They seem to be the best blade out there for wood and the occasional nail. I buy these 10 at a time. They’re pricey but the tool can do things others can’t.

I first used Wellcut blades back in 2020 which I had shipped overnight as had badlychipped my DeWalt one cutting up some timber that had hidden broken screws and nails in it. These blades are not cheap rubbish but high quality long lasting blades at a cheaper price than some others.
I have several of them which I use constantly and they are still in great condition. Bought these as spares. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for circular saw blades. I use these in my DeWalt XR circular saws and they have never let me done yet.
I ordered 4 of these blades and used first one this week but it was not as Sharp ( quite blunt actually ) compared to same previous blades I have purchased before so a bit disappointed on the 1st one used.
Will wait and see how the other 3 blades are and if they are the same I will not be purchasing any more.
Didnt cost a lot but boy what a difference its made. I dont like it. I love it. Ripped through all the different wood I needed chopping today and was as smooth as silk from start to stop. Very impressed.

i’ve tried a lot of other (cheaper) blades but they blunt in about a third of the time the genuine fein blades do. Monetarily it’s close but less changing blades up the ladder. I’m using them to cut through putty then wood and there’s always nails.
when worn they tend not to be able to cut straight whereas a new blade will not bend in the cut.
