I was able to sight it up well enough to be quite consistent. Only downsides are that it doesn’t attach super well, like it won’t slide off or anything but if you bump it, or drop the gun it will spin and possibly slide a little.

The adjustments to sight it in aren’t the best either, they work but can be hard to sight in. Since it’s just 2 screws that press up against the laser pointer you can’t adjust it by loosening the screws as they aren’t attached to the laser pointer itself, so once the laser is at default position the screw just threads out and the laser makes movement.

Other than that, this does help a lot in quick target acquisition, and makes hip fire so much easier.

I was finally relegated to having to buy sea salt only from health food stores to find it without an “anti-caking agent”. Even some brands at health food stores have it in them. Read labels. When my local store stopped selling it in bulk, I was out of luck until stumbling on Redmond’s while shopping Vitacost online.

No anti-caking agent (yay) so I gave it a shot. I love the fine texture and prefer it over coarse grinds. Tastes good and gives a consistant sprinkling when seasoning food or measuring when baking. After I bought the first bag and tried it, I bought 2 more bags right away JIC it was ever OOS when I needed to make a reorder.

Now, when I finish a bag, I order one or 2 more so I don’t run out of it. I store it properly and never have an issue with it clumping or caking. I always put uncooked rice in the bottom of my salt shakers and that keeps it from clumping at the table.

Every bit as good as the many other brands of sea salt I’ve tried. The packaging doesn’t have to be fancy for the product to deliver on taste. I’ll keep buying it as long as Redmond’s doesn’t put an additive in it.

This salt is fine to medium grained and requires no grinding before use. Compared to the highly processed white table salt I’ve been using all my life, this Himalayan Pink Rock Salt has a phenomenally pleasing flavour.

You can almost taste the dozens of healthful trace minerals it contains. I would do business with this company again without hesitation.

My wife and I found tiny pieces of stones that are transparent and look like salt granules that don’t dissolve in water and has no taste. Might be tiny granules of stone. We are using pink salt for several decades in both India and US and know what it looks like.

The pricing is good but not with adulteration. I am gonna say no to this product just for that.

I purchased this salt on the recommendation of my chiropractor who is also a neuro biochemist. I never was a salt lover, and it annoys me when I see people cover their food in salt. My doctor told me that pink salt is good for you due to its high mineral content.

I wasn’t sold. I thought what’s the big deal, salt is salt. not so, not by a longshot. I bought a bag and I was instantly hooked. I have not tried any other brand because I don’t have to, Viva Doria’s brand is excellent and the price could not be more reasonable.

Pink Himalyan salt makes anything you put on it taste so much better, it brings out the flavor in ways I didn’t think possible. And I sprinkle it liberally. If I put that much of my old iodized salt on my food I’d be throwing it in the trash.

I cannot stress how much this salt improves the flavor of whatever you put it on. Salads, soups, sauces, dry rubs, BBQ. it is amazing.

I use them to kill wasps on my porch. It doesn’t always kill them, but it definitely puts them on the ground until my shoe finds them. I try to get at least 10 a day. I don’t always count my shots so now and then I miss a wasp because I shot an empty cartridge.

I used to kill them with my tennis racket. I am 5’7″ and my ceilings are 10′. Ergo the use of the handy pistol. The salt riffle just couldn’t do the job as, as it was meant for flies anyway. I am very pleased with the pistol.

I never write reviews so there must be something really great about the Bug-A-Salt to get me to post here. We came back from vacation and somehow got a good number of fruit flies around the house. I went out and bought spray, not thinking i had a Bug-A-Salt handy.

I thought the spray would handle all these pests once and for all. Well, I was totally wrong. The spray smells absolutely awful. The best description i can provide is WD-40 being masked by vanilla bean candles.

And that smell does not go away. It’s been over 24 hours and the whole room stinks after only 2 flies killed. The walls i had to spray on, now have oily residue. This was the organic, safe for pets, kinda stuff.

Don’t get me wrong, it works well, but the stench is beyond comprehension. Then I remembered the Bug-A-Salt. I didn’t think about it since fruit flies are so small but why not? So i did. I’ve taken care of way more flies and there is no smell, no mess, nothing but safe, effective removal of pests and it’s kind of fun to use.

A few grains of salt are all that is left and there is no risk to people or pets. And since the bathroom has been the primary location for the pests, that leaves toothbrushes, towels, toilet paper, etc all safe and secure since no chemicals are being used.

The Bug-A-Salt has been a tremendous help in pest control and has prevented any additional damage to the house from traditional sprays and chemicals. I strongly recommend considering getting a Bug-A-Salt for small pest control.

I went camping last month and my friend brought his Bug-A-Salt. It was a blast killing all the flies that came to visit our campsite, after a few minutes all the flies were gone! We ran into another set of campers and they complained about all the flies at their campsite.

My horses love this salt block! I also prefer purchasing this rather than the typical salt blocks because this is salt from the Earth. No additives, no processing, just natural minerals and the way salt is supposed to be, making it a healthier option.

We’ve used Himalayan salt licks for some time now. my horse likes them a lot 🙂 We’ve always gotten them from different sources, feed stores, online, ect. The Hilton Herbs brand seems far superior! My horse still had a little wafer of his old one left when we put this one up.

right away he tested this one out and was licking “yum yum yum” for ages! He has used this brand of Himalayan much more than the others. good boy! If you check online, the Himalayan salt has mineral content too.

it’s weird this brand only wants to declare the salt. calling it “sodium-chloride” can that be accurate(?) since in natural forms sodium is separate from chloride and the two are only combined in processing.

Himalayan salt does have chloride too, but it is weird to refer to it as if it were a processed product. All in all, I really prefer this brand. I’d only like to see a more complete label. it would be nice to see a detailed mineral analysis on the particular vein this brand sources.

Something has to make it better tasting than the others! :).

Great quality salt block. Sturdy and long rope. My Quarter Horse loves it. Tied it in his stall and he has something to “play” with and lick. With these high temps this summer in Ohio he needs the salt and minerals.

I got these for my horse but after giving it an experimental lick I am buying a few more for around the house. With the convenient cord and hole I can hang this bad boy over my stove so I can grate a few flakes into a soup or roast.

I have a personal vendetta against these abhorrent maggots ever since they killed my pet hamster in the most traumatizing way a 12 year old girl might witness. I despise flies with a visceral passion and bought this seemingly ridiculous item to dispense violent retribution upon my enemy thinking it would be a frivolous expense that might give me some small joy in dispatching these disgusting invaders.

Feel like a legit killer with this model. One shot one kill. Roaches and flies alike. The black fly misfired jammed slot and lacked the velocity that this model has. I spent like 4 days unarmed after my old one didn’t work anymore and my new gun arrived.

In the duration it was misery. The little sob s seemed to know I was defenseless and mounted an all out offennlsive on me. Some big ass ones even,kind I’d never seen before. Was right on the job with my new cammo edition.

This is my 3rd bug-a-salt gun. I love them. I got my first one years ago and wore it out not due to poor quality at all! I shot hundreds of hoppers of salt through each of them and if I ran out of salt I have shot pepper, spices, garden lime, epsom salt, other garden nutrient pellets, even diatomaceous earth.

All started when I was raising pigs naturally there were more flies during that time… I have now found that the smaller grain cheapie salt works best although some of those bigger epsom salt Pellets payed down some heavy damage! After my first kill taking a fly out of mid air it was like shooting my first deer.

Since then I have found I can shoot enough flies to make a fly burger in an afternoon! So rewarding! So keep your eyes peeled, hopper full, thumb on the safety ready to fling as much salt as it takes until you eliminate those annoying buzzing buggers! FYI black flies are not the only pests you can massacre! Hornests(typically a few shots) moths(🤨) mosquitos, the neighbors kids(jk) ants, maggots well pretty much any little bugs.
