I can’t believe how comfortable this seat it. It has changed my riding habits. I have a mountain bike and it had a stock seat that was ok to me. After about an hour of riding my but would start hurting.

With this new seat I rode for over three hours with no soreness. I can’t believe that this seat made such a big difference. I have started to ride more often and ride alot further with this new seat.

My three year old spin bike only got an occasional dust off, was too uncomfortable to workout with due to the racing style bike seat. When I saw this I jumped on it—felt certain it was the solution to my problem.

It was, and is…perfect! The only thing I’d correct is the tool that comes with for assembly. Best you use your own tools, as the one you’ll receive looks like a ninja throw dart! :-/.

This seat is pretty bad. It puts all the pressure on my hip joints and kills my behind. The light on the back is just reflective tape that was installed crooked. Really pretty unhappy with the seat.

Very soft and shock absorbing. I’m an off road user and use it in the mountains. The bumps are so much more tolerable. I had the cloud 9 but this is like a cloud 99 in comparison.

Better than the seat comes with the bike, especially for long distance commuting. It provides comfort and prevent fatigue. I recommend it.

I’m really glad that I purchased this. The seat that came with my exercise bike was uncomfortable so I was not using it as often as I wanted. Saw this on walmart. com, and between the price and pickup option decided to give it a try.

Very happy I did! Easy to install (my exercise bike has the same kind of connector as an outdoor bike), comfortable enough to sit and pedal but does not get in the way when I want to lean or stand while riding, and a great buy at barely $20 (with tax)! Definately worth a try if you want a comfortable, but inexpensive, replacement seat for your bike.

Bought one on clearance and went back for another. My wife and I had other bell seats that had split and started leaking gel after a few years of use. These are much more comfortable and don’t have the same styling that caused the old ones to split.

I bought this seat as a replacement seat for my stationary exercise bike. I would have given this 5 stars, but the seat is a tad bit hard. But with a padded seat cover, the seat is perfect! Unlike the seat that came with the bike, this one doesn’t hurt my crotch.

Also, it has springs that prevents it from rocking. I would definitely buy this again!.

I have not been able to ride my bike comfortably for many years. As a young teenager I could tolerate the narrow racing bike seats, but even as I reached 18/19 years old the seat started to hurt more and more.

I put up with it through my 20s and 30s while riding less and less. Now that I”m 40, I have no desire to ride if I can barely sit. I finally decided to get a big wide seat so I can enjoy riding again with my kids.

This Giddyup seat is awesome. I can finally ride in comfort again. I like the red light too.

The bike seat is well made, comes with a cover for rain proofing, LED back lights (with replaceable battery spot), and a reflective ankle wrap to protect pants from the bike chain. The seat is much more comfortable than my prior two seats.

Working with food requires a hat. This is the best one I’ve ever had. The venting on top helps keep me cool in a hot kitchen. Awesome, high quality product.

Most teens would not be happy with a padded bike seat for their birthday gift, but my daughter loved this gift! We have taken up biking as a family activity, often biking 5-10 miles on the weekends. My daughter can now ride long distances without discomfort, making our family outings much more fun! This seat is super comfortable and easy to install.

I highly recommend it (the advantage of this seat versus a cheaper memory foam bad is that you know it will fit any bike)!.

I purchased the Cloud-9 Cruiser Anatomic Saddle for my Aventon Pace 350, even though the original Aventon seat that comes with the bike is pretty nice. The Cloud-9 does offer a slight upgrade, though.

The “love canal” indentations make for a more comfortable riding experience, especially on long rides. I can go for 30 miles without any of the annoying “boy parts numbness” that typically sets in after and hour or two in the saddle.

My wife liked my Cloud-9 so much that she bought one for her own bike. She reports back that the saddle is equally comfortable for female riders. The only downside is the stitch & trim work. The material for the seat is fastened underneath by several big, ugly staples and the material has been trimmed sloppily, to say the least.

This is an odd place to cut corners, as the rest of the craftsmanship seems top notch. Granted, you can’t see the shoddy workmanship without actually removing the saddle from the bike, but you’d think they could do better than this.

The original Aventon seat, by way of contrast, offers solid craftsmanship all-around. But in the final reel, it’s the butt that makes the call, and mine say the Cloud-9 is more comfortable. And despite the poor trim work, it seems durable; I’m sure it will last many years.

This bike seat has everything going for it (wide, well padded, good quality), except those springs, IMO, could stand to be a bit “springy-er”. I weigh in at 215, and when I sit on the Cloud-9, the springs barely flex at all.

At least, not that I can tell. That being said, this is definitely a more comfortable seat than the one that came on my bike. I would say it is worth the money, but could be even more comfy if it weren’t so stiff.

Still glad I bought it, though. My wife got one, too, and likes it a lot.

We upgraded the seats on our e-bike with a Cloud 9 seats. Love them. What a difference. Nice cushioning for taking road bumps. I am still debating if we are going to need seat post suspension to add more shock absorbing.

Note: the seat mounting bar of the CLOUD 9 were a bit too wide and I could not attach them to the seat post. So we took the bikes to a professional bike shop and they were able to mount C9 securely on our RAdMission e-bikes.

I can’t say if it’s the most comfortable seat out there, but I can say it’s more comfortable than the factory seat that came on my new Giant mtb. This coming from a mid-40s guy just getting back into biking after lots of years.

It’s obviously more plush which causes it to sit taller on the seat/stem clamp. For this reason I had to cut about 3/4″ off my seat post to get it down where I need it. I’m 3 or 4 rides deep now and I like it.

When I saw this saddle in the posting, I thought- this appears to be designed actually right. So I ordered it and tried it. It DOES work. I had taken the saddle off my mountain to try on my road bike, ( it was better, but still lacking) so I put this new saddle on and NO MORE PAIN– I have just one thing to say THANK YOU FOR TAKING MY PAIN AWAY.

I havent had the seat long so I cant rate the long term, but I think the seat quality is low looking at how it is assembled. I dont expect it to last.

If you are a frequent biker, don’t buy this! because the tip of the saddle hits the side of your thigh when your back is bent a little bit. This saddle is designed for cruise bikes meaning that your back should be completely straight all the time.

The use can be that you wanna bike once a week and you want to be completely upright. But if you are a frequent biker that use your bike for daily commutes, it’s very common for your back to be bent a little, and I think the commute bike seat of Schwinn might work for you.

Last March I bought a vintage 1981 Raleigh Reliant. The original seat, (37 years old), was squeaking. So I bought this seat. It felt fine. Five months later, this seat started squeaking too. I’m very disappointed.

This is the second Bell product I purchased recently that failed miserably. (I went through 6 inner tubes in a week…. with no puncture in the outer tire. ) I think Walmart should reconsider their arrangement with this vendor, (or insist on tighter quality controls).

Bicycle saddle comfort is a very individual thing. What’s comfortable for one may be horrible for the next. I personally found this saddle to be as comfortable as some saddles I own that I paid over a hundred dollars for.

I’ve only ridden this saddle on a few twenty mile rides, but it’s been good so far. I’m a six foot, two hundred forty pound guy, btw. If it holds up to me, it should hold up to most. Excellent saddle, especially for the price.

This is a great bike seat that is comfortable and has the hidden storage area that unless you know it’s there it hides away anything you store inside it. Though the inside area isn’t all that large, It will hold smaller items, like a tire repair kit and tools in case you have a flat while riding.

Most people won’t know the storage is even there. Storage area does not lock but will not open while riding.

The seat pad provides an amazing amount of cushioning, even though it does not look like it would when you first get it out of the box. It made me able ride my bike for longer distances due to improvement in comfort level.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the string to hold in in place does allow for a bit of movement / sliding around but it is not bad. Overall, satisfied with the product. Great value for $15 (including shipping)).

Gel padding is thick and really makes the ride pleasing. Only complaint is that the seat can move when you adjust your body. There is a string that tightens the seat.

Exactly as described. Came with a rain cover, which is cool. Shipped on time. Definitely worth the price I paid.

I figured out why this is the best seat for me and for so many others too, hence the many great reviews. I have been using the Planet Bike ARS Standard Saddle for three years now riding recreationally 100 KM on weekends mainly and some weekdays.

This is the most comfortable seat I have used so far including the Brooks B17 Standard which I will compare with later. In my opinion, most of the saddles available are too narrow, made for slim riders with narrow sit-bone distances or designed for sleek looks and light weight first before comfort.

I measured my sit-bones to be 15 cm apart and they fall within the width of the Planet Bike ARS Standard Saddle which is 18 cm wide. Also, the nose of this saddle is narrow and functional enough to aid in controlling the bicycle.

The relief channel is one of the largest out there so blood flow is not restricted to our private parts. The seat is also water resistant unlike leather saddles. And speaking of leather saddles. Compared to the Brooks B17 standard saddle which I own too, this Planet Bike ARS Standard Saddle is better for me.

Although the width of the Brooks B17 Standard (17. 5 cm) and this Planet Bike ARS Standard saddle (18 cm) is almost the same, the problem with the B17 is that there is a metal support railing under the leather very near where my sit bones rest, and hence I get a sore spot directly on the sit-bone area after long rides.

But because my weight was put on the sit-bones, my private parts were still okay while using the B17. On the Planet Bike ARS Standard saddle the entire 18 cm width is available, but on the Brooks B17, the useable width for comfort is several centimeters less than the reported 17.

5 cm width. So in conclusion, if you don’t support your weight on the sit-bones, your weight is put on all the soft spots between your legs leading to tingling, numbness, and pain. The Planet Bike ARS Standard Saddle is wide enough to support my sit-bone dimensions, provides a wide and deep relief channel in the middle for the times when we ride more on the nose of the saddle, and it is water-resistant, and relatively inexpensive.

Comfort and health is the priority now and I am writing this review because I am really happy with this product.

i’ve been using the ars for about 7 years now. it’s a nice comfortable ride for me but factoring in that i’m using this to commute and not travel longer distances than 30 miles needs to be factored in for those that do ride longer and further.

my negative though the is faux leather. i get it, with the price paid for it but i would rather it be leather than the looser fabric. either way, it’s still a nice gel padded ride that makes the difference in my commute.

Affordable sprung bicycle saddles are a somewhat rare bird these days, and this one comes with a nice vinyl top instead of weird Neoprene or Spandex. Similar to the original equipment saddle on Specialized’s Globe Carmel 3 from a few years back.

Easily fixes the problem of decent bikes that, for some riders, would otherwise be unridable because of a saddle that’s too hard, too long, or too narrow. Pros include the massive width, the spring suspension and spring web, and having a reasonable amount of padding for being able to sit hard on the saddle without much squirming.

Cons include the large overall height (not ideal if your frame is already on the tall side for your PBH), and the fact that the rails are somewhat short.

The seat is very comfortable. But the main reason I bought the seed is the springs. You can loosen the springs but then they are loose. So having Springs is deceiving in a way. When the seat comes you expect to have a spring that works.

Other than that it is a very comfortable seat. Very wide. Myself I wish I would have gotten a little less wide seat but I could not find one with a spring.

I am pretty happy with my new seat. It came in perfect condition and was very easy to install. I am working to be a smaller person, but I wish the seat was just a smidge wider. It was a great improvement overall.

I am very particular about bike seats, if they aren’t comfortable to ride on, I ditch them quickly. These have nice color choices to match or compliment the color of your bike, and actually work, which means they don’t hurt to ride on them for any length of time.

I have paid 7 times as much for bike seats and they weren’t this comfortable. Price is great. Bike shops should be handling these, and get rid of their other bike seats under $50. Great for upright touring / riding.

It is built well with good quality and not a cheap quick put together low grade material seat. I was happy with it and not dissatisfied.

Best fit I have found so far, looks simple, no curves, least pressure I have experienced.

Wife commented that she didnt know what I paid for the seat, but it’s worth EVERY penny. We went to a campground and got compliments on it as well. You get this seat, and you will never need another.

This bike is amazing!! When I found out about it through an email sale for $700 off I had to purchase the C7. From what I read for reviews this was bike was the most reliable for the price! Comes with JRNY app that is easy to setup your bike collaboration and fun and challenging workouts that range from 10 minutes to 40-45 minutes! This purchase will help me on over the next 3-4 months to increase my cardio training.

The convenience of having the C7 will give me flexible times to have my sessions on my time. I already spend 1. 5 hours of weight training at the gym 6 days a week and cardio the 2nd part of the day can be grueling going back to the gym.

The C7 eliminates that pressure! The setup was fairly easy. Took less than an hour! I love this addition to my home gym and I’m glad Bowflex had a sale on this model! 5 stars #sweepstakes.
