This is such a beautiful and awesome product from Hasbro games. The outer packaging if the game looked so beautiful. It looked like a small briefcase or purse with a button to store the game. The game is made up of superior quality.

It has a large central spinner and there are so many interesting truth or dare cards. I felt so nostalgic playing this game with my kids. Great product and it will keep the kids entertained during sleepovers and parties.

As figures go, this one is fairly good. We actually use it to play soccer with other dolls and it’s size helps whoever has it win. LOL. The figure has good detail in the face and armor. Also good that it includes a hammer that has some good detail.

We wish it could bend at the elbows and knees as it is a little more stiff in nature. My son doesn’t love that the figure is a woman but my daughter likes that there are super heroes that are girls. As a mom, I like that it shows a female super hero as well.

My son loves all things avengers so little by little weve been collecting each action figure. They all move relatively the same however this “mighty thor” was not what I expected. Every other action figure has looked just like the character it portrays, but this thor looks like a woman.

While, yes, thor does have long blond hair, this ones face structure looks very feminie, even the chest looks feminine.

What a cute fun game. It says 16 and up but as long as you don’t use the cards provided it was rather fun family night game with the kids. It takes 3 AA batteries and is quick and easy to set up. It has no real small parts besides the cards with questions on them.

Looks like a real lie detector (obviously much smaller) without wires. It reads your tones and voice to determine lies. I’m not 100% convinced it’s completely accurate but its quick to get a response and super fun.

I asked my kids questions and all they had to do was press button on top, wait for a beep. It was really fun and it was cute to watch kids turn red with embarrassment especially when they were asking each other questions.

My family, including my daughter and her teenage friends, still play board games on a regular basis. Since we do this so often, I’m always looking for new and different games to switch things up. The Lie Detector Game is unlike anything else on the board game market! It’s simple to setup and is a lot of fun.

The kids kicked me out after the first game, lol, and all I heard was laughter and good-natured roasting of each other. There are no sensors to attach or other complicated equipment. The game works by detecting inflections of the voice when answering questions into a microphone.

It’s a lot of fun and I highly recommend it.

I found this game in the toy/game aisle at Walmart and purchased it for my 15-year-old son as a Christmas gift. It looked like the lie-detector feature might be fun. I didn’t check reviews on Amazon or Walmart.

com and wish I’d had because it’s correctly listed here as an adult game. To be fair in reviewing, I haven’t played the game myself but from the description my son gave me about the questions, it tends to be risque, which may be the point of an adult game.

However, I wanted to warn any parents out there that it’s not designed for kids and should probably be better marked/placed in the store so it’s not mistaken for a kids’ game.

The game itself is pretty high quality. Lots of questions, good categories. Simple and straightforward, which is what a truth/dare type game should be. The only reason I give it less than 5 stars is because many of the questions are brutal! Like, how could I ask someone these type questions? We had to sift through them to find a set that would be playable.

Now, that is the point, if you’re not willing to play the card you Dab. I get it. I think this review is mostly based on who I could play this game with. It’s a close circle that would be good for this game, and I don’t have it once you include their wives, which is typical of my game nights.

Cool game, just pretty crazy questions, so just know that! I would recommend it, but things could get uncomfortable, and it’ ain’t the hot sauce!.

Pros: Intriguing prompts to encourage sharing experiences/stories, helps people be more honest/unfiltered in sharing thoughts/stories, enough hot sauce to last a few games, and satisfying to any Hot Ones fans.

Cons: Some prompts are irrelevant or hard to apply to everyone in the group, and the pop quizzes don’t add much excitement, though act as a small break in-between roasts/truth. Overall, I’m glad I bought this game!.

I recommend exclusively playing this with people who you are incredibly comfortable with. The questions can get so painfully awkward but the hot sauce is so hot! It’s a real dilemma. It’s a good way to get to know people though!.

I like trivia, and that’s all this book is. It’s quick reading, and the articles are fairly short, and an easy read. Unless you enjoy reading about trivia, the book isn’t “compelling”. I’m enjoying it.

Ten middle age Femme Fatales gathered, my place, for Holiday drinks and appetizers. After engrossing conversations, introduced Adult Loaded Questions. Provocative questions inspired non-ending laughter and a bonding between several ladies, who had just met, (this evening).

By the end of the evening, there was not a “dry eye” in the house!! The “perfect” gathering game for both male and females.

I had a great time playing this with my friends. The concept is cool and it’s funny hearing other people’s answers and reactions when you find out who said what. Yes, It has sexual content. But the game says ADULT, so obviously it will have something not suitable for the younger crowd or those who are a bit more reserved.

I would also suggest playing with people you know, unless you are comfortable with telling certain information like that.

I love Fracas and Versace Blonde so I bought a bottle of this blind – big mistake (but luckily an inexpensive one). I don’t see a resemblance to either of those scents and it just smells cheap to my nose.

Being a massive Madonna fan I was excited to smell her first fragrance. The only down side was I am male and as much as I love her I cannot wear a female scent! Lol. When I read her inspiration for the fragrance she explained the scent choices.

The heart consists of jasmine, benzoin and white lily, based on vanilla absolute, caramelized amber and sensual musk. I purchased the fragrance for my mother and my senses were 100% correct and she loves it.

It’s now a scent she wears daily and receives many compliments from people about how lovely she smells. Being such amazing value also I was affordinly able to purchase her two of the gift sets so she has the large bottle of EDP, the body lotion and shower cream.

A must have for any classy lady.

DO NOT BUY! I received my package and was disappointed by the content. It was also damaged. I contacted the company and they told me they will not refund my purchase. The “tone” of the message was nasty and inappropriate, I guess because the game is the same way.

Maybe they are trying to set a tone for the whole experience. 🤣 Make sure you REALLY want it before you buy because you won’t get jack from this company. Super shady and unprofessional.

We, a mixed group of 6 millennials (all different backgrounds: ethnicity, shape, age, sex, sexual orientation, sexual experience, religion, way of thinking, style of clothing and acting, hobbies and interests.

All we really have in common is we’re all creative people from the same school. ) would go for a little trip. Some of us knew each other very well, some of us didn’t really knew each other at all. But we felt safe with each other non the less.

This Confessions Game was a great addition. We found out things about each other we never knew. Some were hilarious, some were very sad, some where thought provoking, some made us understand each other more.

Tears were shed, hearts were opened. We, as humans, normally need a lot of “foreplay” before we are ready to ask each other the questions we really want to ask. I myself do not get to that stage as often as I would like.

But this card game only needs a small introduction. If you’re with the right people in the right setting, everyone will answer and ask generously. I shouldn’t forget the looks of the game. The looks were very, very nice.

The differences between the theme colors weren’t obvious enough in our low light setting for some of us though. But ey, whatever, we had a good time. And we didn’t even use the “sex”-theme! 10/10 will play again.

The *atmosfear* in the game is *phantastic*- replete with evocative imagery on both the cards and game components. The board state is reasonably managable, while skill checks have enough mitigation to reward player agency.

Certain missions are extremely difficult, but it ain’t a game if you can’t lose. Personally, I find said challenge highly thematic- given its implications of madness and despair and find games wherein loss is rare to be more an excuse for beer & friends rather than dungeons & dragons.

My only gripe with this title is the miniature quality, wherein costs were clearly cut. Attaching many enemies to their bases is impossible without glue, while some have a small foot peg that may or may not affix properly due to inconsistent molding.

Size was also not properly considered from a design perspective, as many of said figures do not fit well on the board- crowding it at times. Fortunately, this is offset by the game being more atmospheric than combative, and the fact that the investigator minis at least come adjoined to their own bases, requiring no assembly whatsoever.

Ultimately, yes. I would recommend this game. The content and mechanics are well written/executed, and if it wasn’t for a few fiddly component gripes- I would’ve given it 5/5.

If you like Chuthulu type mysteries, then this is the game for you. This game is a bit app heavy and in our first game, we found ourselves occasionally forgetting to go back to the board to move our pieces there.

It is easy to get used to though and I can imagine that the number of pieces and the amount of board/rule management that would be required without the app would be very cumbersome and could take some of the joy out of the experience.

The app acts kind of like a GM, which is nice if you are looking for a game everyone can just jump into without the need for a GM. If you like games where you get to solve a mystery with your friends or role-playing type board games, definitely give this one a try.

There is plenty of replayability too, so if you like this kind of game the investment is worth what you get out of it.

This is a great game and I highly recommend it. I would give this game an 8 or 9 on the BGG scale but when I look at the categories provided for this review, I realize that the value for money is a bit on the lackluster side.

However the gameplay per dollar is amazing! What I mean by these two statements is that you don’t really get a lot of bang for your buck in terms of the volume of content, but the content that you do get is of a very high quality and quite impressive! Plus you can pretty much play this game with anyone, even people who know NOTHING about modern board games because the app guides you through so much stuff.

That being said, someone should still to know how to play the game and be able to reference the rulebook to ensure everything is on track. I hate that the miniatures are of such poor quality, they look good but are flimsy, rubbery, and would not likely hold a paint job well due to the flexible plastic.

Also the minis don’t really fit in the base holes so most of the time the minis stay in the box and we just use the cardboard tokens. Aside from the minis, every single component is of the BEST quality of it’s time, and I would even say that these components are some of the highest quality even in August 2020.

The other negative thing about this game is that there are only 4 scenarios with the core box on the app. You can buy 1-2 more for $5 each but then that’s all you get. Now the cool thing is that each scenario you repeat ends up being different, there is a random generator in the app that does change things up a little.

After you play each scenario 2-3 times then you have likely exhausted everything new the game has to offer. I have no expansions but as I understand it, adding new enemies, investigators, tiles, and npc characters is supposed to make every scenario you already have feel different and fresh PLUS you get extra scenarios.

I believe there are only 10-12 scenarios between all the expansions which seems pretty light however for most people that is plenty of game.

Obviously this game is for adults and is posted on the box that way, but make sure there aren’t any around! It’s a pretty verbal game and you don’t want any kiddos repeating these phrases! Super fun to gather your friends around for a game night and try and guess the phrases on your cards! LOADS of laughter in a box both while trying to say the phrase and then finding out what the phrase was at the end! It’s a great time and it’s a refreshing time away from electronics!.

This is so much fun to play. When I first opened the box, I tried it with my adult son, NOT category Kinky, we had fun trying to figure out what each card meant. There’s three categories in this box, party, pop culture and kinky.

It’s great for getting conversations started and making everyone laugh. Some of the cards are easy, other hard but when you find out what it means, your like, I should of know that.

I received an adult party game called Incohearant exp pack from TryItSampling. This game is so fun! There’s a rotating judge that makes the main decisions on deciding the code words. There’s 3 categories that are definitely adult ish lol! I highly recommend this game to get your party going! Lots of laughs!.

Our family enjoys playing trivia. I don’t consider myself a slouch at it, although I would probably be in the middle, general overall knowledge wise. This game has very hard questions, which border on ridiculous! The questions were apparently submitted by trivia players I think the sole purpose was to stump people from answering their question – hence the absurd and ridiculous !! If I (with a college degree as well as lifelong experience of many years) think the game is this hard – I sure would not recommend it for family activities or casual get togethers.

You would need to be a hard core trivia player to enjoy this.

We have played this game with family and friends. Playing a game with a group of people ages 15-80 both guys and girls where everyone has a good time is rare. We all learned a little bit about the others as we were surprising them with our random knowledge.

I was little concerned the game would be geared toward British trivia but it’s not. We played this as a family and it was tons of fun. Some of the questions were pretty difficult but you’ll be surprised how much trivia you know.
