Before Lus my long wavy (but dry) hair used to get really matted and knotted – so bad large clumps would fall out in the shower (causing thinning in spots) or at times I’d have to resort to cutting tangles out (gasp).
But now my hair loss is kept to a minimum (and has even grown back in) and my beautiful mermaid waves are accented, healthy and less frizzy. I can go a whole week without washing my hair and still the waves look great.

This is the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used in my 46 years! Have been looking for a shampoo that doesnt bubble up like crazy and leave my hair like hay for years, and a conditioner that actually makes a difference once its rinsed out – eureka I’ve found them!!! I have unruly wavy hair, with blonde highlights, tending to dryness and frizz.
The shampoo cleanses without stripping, and the conditioner just melts into my hair leaving it super manageable and shiny. You dont need a ton either, its nicely concentrated. I love it, and my daughter adores it so much she almost used up my small bottles – hence I upsized to the litre set! Expensive, but worth the $$, I don’t wash everyday anyhow (another earlier revelation!) and I alternate with less expensive product some days to make my LUS last longer.
Did I mention it smells like freakin heaven and i would easily wear a perfume version of the scent? (In fact got the hair perfume – closest thing to that lol) Thanks LUS!!.
I’m not super impressed with the shampoo and conditioner. It’s nice and hydrating and works well on my twins kinky curly hair, but for me, it’s irritating to my scalp and since I’ve been using it my scalp has been itchy and my hair has been even more dry and stringy.
Not sure why it works for my kids and not for me. I’ll continue using it for them but not for myself. I even got the unscented for myself and it’s still irritating my scalp. It really hasn’t made a difference in the quality of my hair.
Kinda disappointed. But for my kids like o said, they have kinky curly mixed ethnicity hair and it’s very unmanageable. It helps making brushing the knots out a little easier on the shower. The curl product for after the shower is ok for them but not for me.
To sticky and heavy. But they need a heavy curl cream for their curls so for them it works. The deep conditioner – definitely not worth the money. It doesn’t seem to deep condition anymore than the regular conditioner.
Won’t buy that again. But still giving the shampoo and conditioner a try for my kids.

I started useing Purad’or as a recommendation from a close friend. She suggested I tried this collection of hair products as I was using more expensive ones and she thought I could get similar or better results.
After trying Purad’or Biotin Shampoo 2x Concentrated for a couple of weeks I have been happy with the results so far. To start, it has this wonderful aroma. Not only as soon as you open the bottle but when you start applying in on your hair.
It is easy to use as when you apply to your hair, it didn’t dry out my hair like other shampoo’s tend to in the middle of the wash. I like that you can see that it actually washes from the scalp, leaving it all nice and clean.
If you like a nice lather then you will love this shampoo as it gives you a beautiful lather to work with. Another great thing that I really like is all the natural ingredients that is has like biotin, argan oil, aloe vera and tea tree oil to name a few.
The benefits for me are that is has helped hydrate my hair more for sure, it looks more healthy and shinny and that even a bit fuller now. Will continue to use to get more results.
In just two washes I started to notice how soft my hair was getting. It doesn’t have that crispy and crackly sounding when I run my fingers through my hair. I have a tendency to play with my hair a lot.
So it’s easily noticeable for me. I could finger brush my hair and not hit a tangle or anything but have several strands break off come out. Now I don’t have that issue. I’m not losing as much hair when I put my hair up or brush it.
that alone I love. I was beginning to lose a lot just by noticing that. Because I would break it as I was brushing my hair now I’m not. I have noticed individual strands are actually stronger than they were just 6-7 washes ago.
The smell at first seems to be really strong and I was worried. However it isn’t as strong as you think it is actually nice and it does last in your hair. It doesn’t put an offputting smell throughout the day and it does keep your hair clean between washes.

I bought this shampoo and conditioner set because of the reviews and because of the description of the product and all the benefits I was supposed to get from it. Needless to say once again I was absolutely disappointed!!! Instead of nourishing my hair and making my hair soft and repairing my hair they made my hair feel like straw!!! I can’t believe how much of a waste of money these products were for me!!! I don’t understand why this shampoo and conditioner did what they did to my hair but I’m heartbroken !!!.

Par contre, il est très économique car 1 seul coup de pompe suffit largement pour faire mousser toute ma chevelure. Il se rince bien et sent bon. Il lave sans aucun soucis les cheveux, ce qui est plutôt bien pour un shampooing ! Aucun effet “restructurant” ni de “transformation instantanée”.
Je peux avoir le même résultat pour bien moins cher avec un produit lambda de grande surface. Je ne rachèterai donc pas.

J’ai suivi les conseils de ma coiffeuse en passant au shampooing pour cheveux très secs : résultat très concluant, en quelques semaines, ce shampooing a permis de réguler l’excès de sébum et de réparer les longueurs.
J’applique après chaque shampooing l’huile sèche Mythic Oil en complément, le résultat est parfait, fini l’excès de sébum, et plus de paille en guise de cheveux. Des années que je procède ainsi, et compte bien poursuivre.

Big mistake! I’ve never had a more useless conditioner in my life. It doesn’t matter how long I leave it on my hair, my hair still feels dry. Also, my hair has so much static! The product doesn’t work well with any of my other hair products.
As soon as I apply something else, like mousse or even hairspray, my hair turns in unworkable straw. I’ve used it 4 times, and I won’t be using it again. Total waste of money and I hope that no one else buys it.
I’d have given it zero stars had I been given that choice.

I love this line because it doesn’t way my fine hair down, smells great, degangles my hair, adds shine, and a little goes a long way! To get the best out of this line be sure to emulsify the shampoo in your hands, wash twice, and section your hair when adding the conditioner.
That makes such a difference!! 10/10 would recommend and buy again! I’ve been using it for 3 months and I don’t plan on stopping. :).

Normally I go with Kevin Murphy (which is my favourite line of hair products) but I’ve been trying to spend a little less, and see if I can find a comparable product. As far as detangling and hydrating goes, I found it did better than the drugstore conditioner that I have (which is a relief) but still not that great.
For a basic conditioner, it works. That said, I probably won’t purchase it again. .

I am African American with low porosity 3c hair. And this is a God send for my hair along with few other things. I had trouble using this in the beginning as it would just sit on top of my hair like snow when I would try to do my monthly deep conditioning even when I would use a heated bonnet or plastic cap for maximum penetration.
It wasn’t until I started steaming my own hair with my at home salon facial steamer did I realize the magical difference. Without the steam I don’t believe I could have achieved the results I’ve been looking for for so long.
Heat is good for deep conditioning but steam is absolutely necessary and with this conditioning balm it’s gold standard.

Unfortunately they changed the formula, and it’s bad. It doesn’t smell as good, it doesn’t keep my hair as clean as it used to. Don’t think it’s the same shampoo, This one is now called Daily fortifying Shampoo, and the previous formula was “Daily Protein Shampoo”.
For me, two completely different products. Men don’t have a lot of choices as compared to women, and by changing formula I’m now stuck with 3 x 476 ml bottles of unsatisfying shampoo and in search of a new shampoo.

The smell of this shampoo is fresh and clean. The pump is so nice and easy to use. The refreshing clean feeling of my hair is FANtasic. My husband also really likes this – now we just have the one shampoo.

I have really fine hair that gets knotted easily when washing, so I am always trying to find a product that can help detangle my hair and also moisturise it. I spray this on towel-dried hair and let it sit for about a minute before brushing, and it’s amazing how easy it is to brush and detangle my hair afterwards.
It actually hydrates your hair (unlike a lot of other products) without weighing it down and my hair feels noticeably softer. Will buy it again.

IšverstiShow in original languageI received this shampoo along with the conditioner in a Influenster Box a few months ago, and have been using them in conjunction with each other since. For reference, I have medium length Type 1 hair.
I think this shampoo is a gentle, more hydrating option for people who wash their hair 3-4 times a week, even daily. I wash my hair 1-2 times a week, so this product was not targeted towards me. However, it is still very nice.
It reminds of a pink L’Oréal shampoo with silk extract or something along those lines. I’m not sure I’ve noticed any long term benefits from using this shampoo. My hair doesn’t seem repaired, or any stronger from using this.
Overall, I’d say this is a gentle shampoo, for people who wash their hair often.

IšverstiShow in original languageI can’t believe this doesn’t have reviews! First off: SAVE the bottle. They sell big refill bags. My pictures are just to show length, they’re screen caps from a video which I didn’t want to post because 99% of what I listen to has bad words.
Anyway, the wind was blowing so it was pretty beat up in the pics. You get the idea, though. Unlike the shampoo, you don’t need much of this conditioner. It’s like the Tatcha or Juice moisturizer equivalents of conditioner; a little really does go a long way.
This is the first brand where I’ll run out of shampoo before conditioner, so that’s new. I think I just need to figure out the shampoo application better since it doesn’t produce that lather we’ve been fooled into thinking I’d good for our hair.
Never did I think I’d say that I noticed results after 2 uses, but here we are. This stuff is great. Given the obvious color of my hair and it being hot out, toning is a frequent chore for me to keep my hair from getting brassy.
Purple hair products are SO drying (excluding Bold Uniq…or maybe it’s Blond Uniq, idk its $35 on Amazon and I have mixed feelings about it but it is the best non-damaging item out there). I needed moisture and repair, so I went for this combo after reading the (paid customer) reviews for just about every shampoo conditioner they have.
It’s $24 for each at Sephora. I think that’s a very fair price for the size and quality. Plus, it smells amazing and the bottles are really cute. Depending on your specific needs, I’d still recommend this brand and then choosing your shampoo conditioner based off of which issue they address.

I have Afro-textured hair, I was born with the back half of my head about 4a/4b and the front half about 3a-3c, yes it’s very weird. Because my curl patterns are different, the constant bleaching absolutely ruined my hair, it went from dark brown to almost white, and almost all of my curls had dropped, my hair was very much dead.
I had too cut it super short, dye it black, and became very distraught over the state of my hair. For months, I wasn’t taking care of it properly, I did use an Olaplex hair mask every now and then, but it was really the shampoo that was making my hair so dry.
I found this exact shampoo at a salon in Brooklyn. As I’m using it, my hair feel soft, moisturized, healthy, it was literally coming back to life. I’ve been so afraid to even wear my hair outside of a bun or protective style, but this shampoo has changed that.

I looked into it and it just felt like a lot of steps and a lot of money, so I looked for alternatives. I was so excited to find that Amika had a system that was only three. In the three weeks since I had my hair done, I could tell that it was a little worse for wear, so I was excited to use this for the first time last night.
Upon smelling the shampoo, I was like “Ohhhhh, that Amika smell!” But unless you only use a shampoo, it’s hard to gauge what it does for your hair. My hair was pretty grungy, so I did double-cleanse and I got a great lather the second time.
Then I conditioned and it was so good… I didn’t leave it on very long, the instructions say to massage it in and rinse. So I left it in for a couple of minutes and upon rinsing, my hair was so soft and felt so good.
I followed with the treatment and then proceeded to air dry for awhile before styling as usual. This morning, my hair is so shiny and healthy looking and I can only attribute it to this system. I would say before you commit your money to a eight-step system, try this!.

I love this shampoo. I personally find the scent very pleasant and long-lasting after I get out of the shower. My hair feels softer & looks shinier since using this shampoo & conditioner. It also has helped my natural waves/curls show up more, which might be because it doesn’t feel like it weighs my hair down as much as other shampoos.
I also feel like there isn’t as much build-up/residue like other shampoos, just feels clean. My oily roots have improved and my split ends look much better. I am not typically sensitive to smells, but this is just awful. It smells like some kind of toxic industrial bathroom cleaner. This is the risk you run buying scented things online, but it is the only Attitude scent I’ve had an issue with so far so I’ll just try a different one next time!.

Will definitely keep buying. My hair feels fresh afterwards, and there’s no artifical smells (i hate those!) and my hair seems to stay fresh for longer. Will be buying again.
