Love them – Suction works fantastic on granite counter tops and our ikea antilope highchair or similar. It does not suction very well on wood grained tables or any thing that is not a smooth finish. The durability and overall product though is very good.

Only down side if you have to hand wash and they are not microwave friendly. We own both Bamboo Bamboo and Avanchy and we use them everyday for 3 meals a day. They last and fit a good portion of food for our 10 month old!.

Great, but needs a minor tweak to be great – I bought this at the same time as the regular bowl which I happily gave 5/5 for. This being a little wider gives the little tyke more leverage to try and prise the dish from the surface you have stuck it to.

Lets be clear, if you just try and lift it straight up with both hands the suction is immense, but if you use one hand on one side as kids are more likely to do, the seal between the bamboo and the silicone gives out and separates, throwing fishfingers beans and mash all over the shop.

The issue is not the seal between the silicone and the table. While I’ve yet to do it to ours, a bead of glue around the silicon/bowl mating point would prevent it from popping out and keep it secure at all times.

The small bowl doesn’t suffer this problem as there’s no leverage like this one. You’d need to make sure to dry it properly after washing though.

Great design but still the children quickly detached it! – Love the design and three ‘areas’. Easy to attach the suction part. However, it last 3/4 of a meal then my 1yo very quickly worked out how to pull it off! It’s sturdy and easy to clean – just don’t put in the dishwasher.

This is my second product from this brand. The other I bought 4years ago and still in excellent condition. I’m hoping this plate will last just as long and just change uses as kids grow.

Amazing baby weaning plate – I love this pate, so is my daughter! Sometimes she’s more attracted by unicorn eyes than meals, but oh well. It’s adorable, good sized, and sturdy. I find suction is not great on high chair tray, but it’s because tray is not smooth itself.

It still sticks, but sometimes I need to repress it before little one get hold of it. But on smooth surface it sticks like glue! At the beginning I had problems with unsticking it to be honest. Higly recommend!.

Beautiful plate – Beautiful plate with strong suction. I knew when I purchased the plate it wasn’t dishwasher friendly but what I didn’t know is how much that would annoy me. I put most things in the dishwasher so the plate will sit beside the sink and not used for a day or so.

Wish I had considered that before buying. The quality of the plate is excellent.

Lovely products and excellent customer service. – I love the Bamboo Bamboo plates, I have bought the unicorn and the bunny so far for my daughter who will be starting to wean at around Christmas time.

The plates are beautiful and great quality. One of the plates had a sight defect in it, I sent a picture to the Bamboo Bamboo team the day I received the item and they responded promptly to let me know they had arranged a replacement without return which arrived the next day.

I purchased this 4 pack of Munchkin Multi Bowls for my almost three year old daughter. I really like when she has her own plastic, safe, and more “her sized” dishes to use when she eats. These are the perfect size for her, and will continue to be a good size for her for at least another few years.

I also really like how each bowl is a different color rather than repeating colors. They’re thicker so they’re very sturdy, but not heavy which is great since she’s being more independent and wants to help carry her bowl to and from the kitchen table.

One of the best things I’ve discovered is they’re pretty stain resistant. She has had other bowls in the past that if we were to leave pasta and red sauce in for a few hours they would become stained and no matter how much I would scrub and cleaned they never came out.

With this set I accidentally left pasta and red sauce in them over night, and when I went to wash them thinking for sure they would be ruined. they came 100% clean! No stains at all, they look brand new! I was so socked, but happy! I will for sure be buying more of these munchkin multi bowl packs!.

These plates are great for toddlers. They are dishwasher and microwave safe without any BPA. The colors are fun and they wash easily. Sometimes I wish they had separate compartments but for the price, these are perfect to have on hand since we use many plates throughout the day.

Purchased this plate in hopes it would be better than plastic since plastic stains and seems to always feel greasy. I saw the marble design and had to get it. After a week I noticed my child not eating his meals even his favorite food he would refuse.

Thinking he was going through a phase I realized the only thing that changes was the plate. I tried a piece of food from his plate and it tasted like soap! After washing the plate letting it soak in water and then drying it, it still smelt like soap.

Sad these weren’t a good plate.

I purchased two of these dishes in November and liked them so much i purchased two more in December. By January !st I realized there was an extreme problem. When our toddler refused to eat I tasted the food and there was an extreme smell of dish detergent and worse yet, the food tasted like it was doused with the soap! The dishes were washed on the top rack of the dishwasher, never put in the oven or frozen, and never heated more than thirty seconds in the microwave.

If you purchase this dish please test the food before giving it to your child. I contacted buybuyBaby Customer Service. Next I will contact the manufacturer.

To the reviews that mentioned a lingering food or soap smell, I recommend using an unscented, additive-free dishsoap on all your bottles and baby items. We handwash our kids’ stuff exclusively with dapple, and it’s been great! You can also briefly soak staining food residue like red sauce, and it comes out no problem.

My big girl loves carrying her plate to the table, and I don’t have to worry about it slipping off or breaking. This plate, plus an ezpz mini bowl, were all we ever needed for her food. Will be duplicating this combo for our second (so we don’t have to take away her favourite plate!).

The suction is excellent on our graco high chair table. Baby tries but gives up and can stay somewhat focused on eating instead of playing with plates/utensils. Less distraction is good for tired parents.

Also, this is a well thought out product — silicone bottom is removable for easy cleaning and the tab (that releases bowl from surface) can be positioned away from baby’s fussy hands. Bowl is smooth — no splinters / rough edges and silicone does not smell.

The soft pastels and thick material for added durability is just an added bonus. Finally a baby product that’s worth its price.

I got this for my 9 month old who started BLW and was more interested in eating off our plates instead of his tray. Since having it, my babe enjoys eating food and both of us love that it is separated so he can choose which food to grab for.

I like that it also helps me determine how much to give. The suction is amazing. He sometimes tries lifting it but has given up at this point because there’s no budgeting it. The spoon is also nice but big for babies mouth.

The color is nice and vibrant. It does stain depending which fruit is used but hot water and soap cleans it off fine. Definitely a fan of this.

Easy to clean & suction works well.

The dish is easy to fill by itself, but I use a little collapsable funnel to make it easier. I fill it with hot tap water and it keeps warmed up food warm and makes room temp food warmer. It doesn’t really do much for cold food though.

If you take something out of the refrigerator and try to warm it up in this the water will cool down before warming up the food. I warm up cold food in something else and then put it in this dish to stay warm while feeding.

I like that the suction base is removable, I don’t use it now since I’m feeding baby, but when he feeds himself it will be helpful. Easy to clean, we’ve been hand washing it, but yellow and orange foods do stain it (like most plastic baby dishes).

Overall a great buy.

These plates are great so far! They are sturdy and appreciate being dishwasher friendly. As a note, they are only top rack friendly – fine by us, we just had to change old habits. I do wish they were offered in a few more “fun” colors – beige and gray don’t really do it for my kids, so I find myself just using the more colorful ones per their request.

Would be nice to buy a set of all the same color or a few more fun ones, but obviously this is more of a personal/my kids preference and says nothing about the quality. The shipping was fast and the price was great compared to other sustainable choices on the market.

Great plates! I love that I can put them in the dishwasher. I love that they are not plastic but are sturdy like plastic. I love that they don’t pick up smells and flavors like silicone dishes. I definitely recommend these plates for toddler meals.

I bought these after I bought the bowls and really liked them. It’s nice to have a matching set. I am happy with both purchases.

Purchased the plates a few months ago to try out and they were a big hit not only with mom and dad but also for my grandson. The design of the plate allows him to get the food on his spoon or fork without it being pushed off of his plate and he has been excited about this.

Since then we have purchased not only more of the plates but have also bought both sizes of the bowls and we are equally pleased with them as well. I would definitely recommend these plates and bowls.

So I received the item today and it’s the size I was expecting and heavier than I thought. To keep my microwave clean I bought a think stretchable silicone set lids on WalMart. com to cover these Oxo Tot silicone dishes.

It does not get nearly as hot as glass in the microwave and the silicone is very easy to wash. What I don’t like is the hard plastic bottom will eventually scuff which for a single bowl at this cost is a bit much really.

It’s still buy it but I’d never buy more than a couple of each of these because of that problem. It’s a design problem.

I love these OXO plates. I have this divided plate, the regular plate, the bowl, and spoon, all in different colors (navy, teal, pink)—the colors go perfectly together, and I love how they are gender neutral.

All of the OXO toddler plates/bowls are the perfect size and weight for toddler/high chair use, and the price on these are great—they are solid, and I can tell we will get extended use out of them. Easy to clean, too!.

My son and I both love this new plate! It is very easy to clean and we put it in the dishwasher. The silicone is nice, durable and unbreakable! I really like that it can go in the microwave and the dishwasher.

The grey color is nice. It is easy to just throw the plate in my diaper bag and bring to restaurants to suction on the table. I will bring it with us on vacation too. There are 4 sections on the plate, it is nice to help separate foods for my son for portions and to just help him see his options.

There are measurements on the side of each section which is a nice feature if you really want to track how much your child eats. I love the suction base! My son is 10 months old and he keeps throwing plastic plates and bowls on the floor.

We thoroughly enjoy our learning plate. It is for ages 12 months plus. We have a two year old child that enjoys slamming dishes onto the table. Finding this was perfect timing. We can now enjoy our meals without worrying if our child is going to spill his plate on him or the floor.

The suction is very strong. It does not need to be wet to have a good suction. I would suggest ensuring no debris is under it such as a napkin or crumbs. That might interfere with it having a strong suction.

I love the fact the plate has individual sections. My child does not like his food to touch. The sections help with this. Also they make it easier to control his portions. Overall the plate is designed very well.

It is thick so it won’t year apart. I would suggest using children utensils that are not metal. It is very easy to clean. Which for me is a big deal. It is not oversized nor is it heavy. I would recommend this to all parents looking to have a quieter meal.

The Learning Plate has been an amazing replacement for my traditional baby plate. My daughter would eat a few bites of food then toss the entire plate across the room. The Learning Plate is light weight and super flexible, clean up has been really easy and no food stains are left on the plate after cleaning.

My 99 yr. young mother has used your black plates for years. She is able to see her food and the edges give her a great “lift” with her fork. I really like the divided plates that separate her food. I am able to give her directions to where her food is to assist with her blindness.

I’m 25 years old and I use these plates, they are great for portion control and this was the year I decided to get healthy, was so happy to find these. I’m also one of those people who dislike when certain foods touch and this works fantastically.

I bought one to try a couple of weeks ago, and am now returning to buy more. Only wish they had the orange color in stock.

We ordered this Olababy plate because we love the spoons for our young toddler, and hoped this would be just as intuitive. It is a well-made, sturdy silicone plate that feels like a quality item. Our baby didn’t take an issue with it and he is at a stage where he can be particular.

However, I’m only giving 3 stars because it does not stick to his Stokke high chair tray OR the table and that’s a problem. I tried the usual tricks to help but it ends up on the floor after a few minutes anyway.

We’ll keep it around for when our baby is a little older and is past throwing plates!.

I got this plate when I started to introduce solids and have been using this plate for about 4 months now and it’s by far my favorite. My son loves grabbing his plates and bowls and turning them upside down but he can’t with this one because of how well the suction works! It’s dishwasher safe and food rinses off really well.

The suction works much better than the bowl in the same series. Far from foolproof, but good enough for a smaller baby.

It’s a shame that this line of dishes has been discontinued by the manufacturer. They have become very hard to find. There was a complete set of dishes and utensils in this particular line including toddler spoons and forks, junior fork, knife, and spoon, covered snack bowls, cereal bowl, junior plate, and cups.

All dishes have a rubberized bottom to assist in keeping the dish stabilized on the table while the child eats. The toddler utensils are formed with perfect sizing for small hands while the junior utensils fit an older child learning to cut their own food.

These dishes came in blue, pink and lime green. Absolute best kids dishes ever made. Can’t understand why they would ever be discontinued.

Bought this plate for grandson 3 years ago. He’s now 5 and still using it. Just purchased one for grand daughter who is 19 months and she’s also eating well from it. The configuration of the plate encourages self feeding.

The gripper bottom keeps the plate in place without messy suction cups. The removable curved ring assists the child in scooping food into spoon without spilling out of the plate. White inner surface does not hold stains.

These are the best child’s plates I’ve found and I highly recommend them.

I really liked the IDEA of this product, but in reality it doesn’t do what it is marketed to do. When trying to use her spoon, my toddler would push the food to the edge of the plate, but instead of the ring helping to push the food onto the spoon, the food just ended up mashed and stuck underneath the ring, making it unreachable.

Also the ring snapped off very easily. I do not recommend this product.
