20 Best Place To Buy Poly Mailers (2023 Updated)

We recently purchased these mailers to test as a replacement to what we had been using. These mailers are great quality at an affordable price. They have a nice high gloss look leaving a professional appearance on your packages and are think enough that you don’t have concerns about ripping during shipment.

We have tested other “cheap” mailers in the past with no luck, they were prone to early tear especially with the products we ship inside of them. These bags have been great quality, providing a thick back that won’t puncture and is strong enough to not tear easily, but still easy to open by your customer.

Another thing we have liked about the bags is how well our postage labels and tap sticks to them, unlock other mailers we have used that you can peal the tape and postage off, these bags have superior adhesion, once the label goes on there is no concern that it will come off! These mailers are a great and simple quality for mailing lightweight items. I have been mailing DVD’s in cases inside of them and am able to fold the holder over one time for extra padding. I also ship the DVD holders inside of carboard inside the mailers.

I have no idea how well these mailers would hold up for heavier items (like the textbooks pictured). I believe items inside the mailers would likely be dented or bent during shipment without wrapping cardboard completely around them inside.

But, I believe that would work! They are lightweight, which saves money on shipping and that is why I chose them. For the money paid the value is great! I can definitely recommend them for lightweight items! :).

These bags are strong and seal perfect every time, I have used over 200 to ship light weight USPS itmes. (under 1 lb) they are perfect, never have I had one break or a customer complain. I ship small box’s in them some times also and have never had an issue.

People who say these rip or smell must be a little over critical. They smell like plastic, because that is what they are made of. And yes you can force a hole in one if you try. I would compare the strenth to that of a good quality frezzer bag from Glad.

Trust me I am a mechanic, if these were junk I would tell you, if you use them for what they are and dont over stuff them you will have zero issues.

I bought 100 to give some to my other family members. We all send clothing as gifts and have been using boxes. NO! that always increases the price of the delivery. These puppies are super strong and don’t add any weight to the shipping price.

It’s a great way to save money. They can be used for almost anything! : stuffed animals, books, magazines, clothing, small pillows, towels, etc. plus, this size seems most practical as it can be folded over with smaller stuff.

These bags are great! They hold a lot without ripping when putting in shirts. The bags dont stick to each other either which is nice! These are my go to bag!

These envelopes are great quality and very durable. The 24 x 24 size is perfect for shipping pillows and blankets. Definitely will be buying more in different sizes.

Used this to mail clothing gifts internationally. Double bagged the items for more durability. Not only was the postage cost much less than a carton, the package arrived quickly, without damage,and sailed through customs at the receiving end.

I had purchased the largest size bags thinking I could fold them down to size which was a slight nuisance especially trying to press the air out of the bags.

These poly bags are definitely better than paper as it gives some tear resistance to your packaging. For this price, it is worth the purchase and use.

Decent. you get what you pay for. I’ve used worse and I’ve used better. thin, usually come with a handful unusable. most are good to go. for the price it’s hard to complain. only disappointed thing for me is it takes about a week or more to even start shipment.

Not only do I appreciate how cost efficient this is, the quality behind these poly mailers are incredible! Takes a few seconds for sharpie to dry & in order for package to be torn is highly unlikely unless you are purposely trying to rip it you really need to put some strength into it.

I 100% would purchase these again.

They are a good thickness and they have a good self-sealing strip. I am pleased with my purchase and I will buy these again.

Excellent value. Less expensive than the bubble mailers. I use these (and smaller ones) for items that don’t need the padding or awkward shaped items. Makes the postage cheaper because it’s not a box.

They are exactly as expected. The adhesive is great so the bag will remain sealed during the shipping process. Others Ive tried did not. I highly recommend.

The envelopes are made of cheap paper with very little bubble cushioning. We were extremely disappointed. The envelopes are not all all weather resistant. No where is this mentioned in the listing

The bags are just as described, seal securely. They are not padded yet exactly what I was searching for.

I have purchased these mailers several times to ship products…they are definitely my go-to item for large packages!

although they did give me a refund on the 8 bags that were missing, I counted the others I ordered and they were also short. I didn’t realize after counting my big bags that were missing 2 per each bundle that the rest of my bags would be wrong.

the easiest way to check is to weigh each bundle and make sure you got what you paid for! I am a business owner myself and this is NOT acceptable.

Great poly mailers. Thick, seals great! I tested these bags by sealing the bag with a straw in the corner. I blew into the straw to blow the bag up to check it they really were airtight. I sealed the corner and yes the bag was airtight.

That was 3 days ago and the poly bag is still holding air.

I wish there was an equally inexpensive biodegradable version. How about corn starch plastics maybe? Sorry earth..

I may have received the wrong product, but this is not 2. 6 mil, which I ordered. The lightest stretch on the packaging and it instantly tears. Anything other than clothing or soft items will tear during shipping as well.

Worked for what I needed. Price was $5. 99 at the store where I purchased, but were on sale at $2. 99. I would never pay the full price. Only bought these because the brown clasped envelopes I needed were out of stock.

I purchased shoes from QVC. Unfortunately I had to return them per their instructions in its original package. That was not possible because the plastic envelope had been battered and not reusable. I purchased poly mailer which was an excellent fit for this large box.

I am so pleased with this purchase and the quality of the product.

I do art and sometimes mail matted watercolor paintings to friends and relatives. The various envelope sizes are perfect for the various sizes of paintings. I cut a piece of cardboard sized to the painting and they always arrive in good condition.

Best price on the internet on these mailer sleeves, and the quality is great. They don’t stick together. The back is very easy to peel off. Perfect!

These are the same bags that all my prescriptions come in. They have a very strong tape seal and that super strong but thin bag material my meds come it. If it keeps my meds safe when mailing, it’s good enough for me.

These are not going to tear or rip when shipping / mailing. Great for papers, books and other small items. Note they are not padded so small items should be in a box or wrapped in some sort of “bubble wrap”.

But once you seal it, will not come apart or rip when shipping.

I would have preferred the plastic envelopes as they are more flexible. I shopped by looking only at the color and not description. They work as well as any paper envelope. Size is correct.

I use these envelopes to ship smaller items and gifts. The envelopes withstand rough handling by the carriers. The flaps have good adhesion The envelopes are water-proof. These light weight envelopes would hardly add anything to your postage.

We needed something strong yet light to mail specialty items to our pastors. These envelopes served the purpose greatly.

I love that these are capable of holding items from outer seam to outer seam versus the yellow padded paper shipping envelopes that are measured from inner crease to inner crease, which loses valuable space.

The measurements are just off on the yellow ones because of how they’re put together. These white shippers are the perfect size for my needs, and the plastic will stand up to mild conditions. Also they work great with a Sharpie, as the ink does not bleed or run as can on more shiny plastics.

They’re priced right at under a dollar per envelope. The only qualm I have with them is that the seams often have little holes and imperfections leaving the contents exposed to external elements.

These are excellent for mailing/shipping 8. 5″x11″ documents, up to 160 pages thick. The self-sealing saves a lot of time in mailing/shipping prep’. Were they still in 50-packs or 100-packs it would be even better for bulk mailing — but that only assists bulk senders like me.

The white color is preferred by my organization because white address labels and return address labels blend in with the envelope and don’t look so stark.

Although it makes them a bit pricey it was nice to be able to purchase just one at a time rather than a multi-pak. I found this bubble mailer to be the perfect size for returning an item to the manufacturer for replacement and it fulfilled their requirements as well.

The construction of the mailer is sturdy, and the closure flap works well. I would buy again.
