20 Best Pixie Cuts For Thin Hair (2023 Updated)

Recently just chopped all my hair off into a pixie cut! I had really long hair, that was looking super flat and thin, so my hairdresser recommend a pixie cut, so I went for it 🙂🙂. I’m new to learning on how to style short hair as I always just thru my hair up in a messy bun (BORING I know 🤣), this stuff tho is amazing it definitely let’s you shape and define how you want your hair to sit, it always helps with giving volume when playing around with different hairstyles for shorter hair.

And it smells absolutely devine.

When I had a pixie cut, this was my go-to pomade/hair texturizer! It feels super light in the hair it doesn’t weigh it down. It has an amazing smell. It can be versatile too, so if you’d like to go for a wet/spikey look you can add more gel to the hair.

Or for just some light texture, a quarter’s worth will do ya just fine. It is super easy to use. I would take a shower in the morning, towel dry my hair a bit, and go in with this texturizer. Boom, fabulous hair here you come.

Excellent product, basically the only hair product my fiancee will happily use. It is a lighter cream so if you have issues with your hair getting oily too easily, this is a great product to use. It also only takes a tiny bit to do the job.

Bought this as a gift for someone with a new short haircut. Got hair straightened in about 14 mniutes (user has lots of hair). The controls are a little awkwardly placed, as another reviewer stated. Biggest complaint is that the clamps do not close completely.

Even when squeezing them tightly together, there is a considerable gap between the heating surfaces and quite a bit of hair gets only partially straightened, If you try to put in enough hair so the contact with the heating surfaces is good, not all the hair gets straightened or smoothed.

Not sure if it’s designed that way, or I got a slightly defective unit. It does a decent job, for the price I paid for it, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

worked so well (with the exception of a very strong plastic smell) but stopped getting hot after six months. I used it at like 150 when it was new and it straightened my bangs perfectly. now even up to 450 it’s not as hot, it won’t even burn me.

my hair has a slight wave to it and is medium thickness and three inches long in the longest section. i only use it for my bangs so it really shouldn’t be struggling so much. I’ll just go back to using my one inch Eva Nyc.

I usually like all Loreal products I try, but I’ve yet to fall in love with anything from them, other than the total repair five deep conditioner. I stumbled upon this leave in and purchased it bc it claimed to help grow your hair while also offering heat protection.

Idk if this actually grew my hair or if it was due to Quarantine / not being able to have my hair cut, but this for sure makes my hair so soft and smooth before and after I blow dry and style. I was curious how this would perform as a “one and done” product since I’m locked indoors for who knows how long.

I was so shocked at how smooth and fluffy / voluminous, but not frizzy, my hair was the next day when I woke up! I went to sleep once my hair was about 80% air dried and was actually sad that I had nowhere to go bc it was such an amazing natural hair day! This does have silicone in it but I don’t find this to be heavy at all and trust me when I tell you I really pile this on my hair.

This leave in treatment came in a colorful package and had a pull-up lid, which made it easy to control the amount of product. The consistency is creamy (but not as thick as usual hair masks) and is supposed to be full of vitamins.

I used it every second day after washing my hair with the shampoo and conditioner. I applied it to dry hair because this awesome leave in treatment also protects hair from heat damage. What I noticed after applying it to dry hair, was that the product didn’t fully absorb.

Some parts of my hair were sticking together and I had to comb the product out. It works well when applied on wet hair, since it then absorbs quickly. But nonetheless of the applying method, it makes hair look healthy and I am also a huge fan of the scent which a bit on the sweeter side.

Once hair is dry, it looks shiny, healthy, and freshly trimmed. Before finding No Hair Cut Cream, growing my hair long meant regular trims, otherwise it always looked stringy and kind of gross. (But trimming your hair when you’re trying to grow it long is like taking one step forward and two steps back!) This product works—today my long hair is soft and looks so healthy.

I continue to use No Hair Cut Cream even when my hair is shorter and I’m not necessarily growing it out. It just keeps my hair looking beautiful. Side Note: This cream was great during the pandemic closures in 2020– when salons were closed… and my hair was growing longer and longer… but I couldn’t get a trim.

Cute wig but. there are a few things you need to know. 1) I washed the wig and let it air dry, it shrunk! I had to cut one of the sides in order for it to fit. When it arrived it was perfect for my large head.

2) after the first time I washed it, it smelled. I used a mild shampoo & conditioner in lukewarm water and air dry like the instructions said. Oy! The smelled just lingered no matter how many times I washed it.

3) If you have a big forehead like I do, it will look a little like you have a real short cut not like the picture with the wig. 4) the cap made my head hot, it could be me as I’m new to wigs. I don’t like my head being hot and this one I sweat like a pig! Nonetheless I still wore it because it was cute.

And when I did I got tons of compliments.

It is simply great right out of the box. You can just finger to style in any direction. I just purchased another one. I only wish there were other color selections. I just love the short cut and looks so natural.

I have short stylish hair and cut it myself. These cutters are amazing for doing the bottom half of the back myself. There are two choices of length. My hair always comes out great and people are always commenting me on my great haircut.

Might be OK for human hair trimming. I bought it to comb out some matting in my cat’s hair because he is old and can’t groom himself like he used to. Comb really isn’t strong enough to do that type of trimming so just don’t buy it for pet use.

I love this style so much. It’s becoming all by itself and many have admired it. The texture, color and ease in style is great. This is my second in this style but another color. I am an elder lady and I feel wonderful in this unit.

I had my head shaved for chemo. I have never worn gray, l have been a redhead for years. I absolutely love the two tone on this wig with the bright silver in the front. It is very comfortable around the ears and the sides and back are perfect! I was so happy that l could change the part, l am a right side part.

I would love this one in red. I’ve had many wigs throughout my life, this may be a favorite. I purchased the Sandy Silver.

gorgeous wig RAISIN color! ive also purchased “Extra Long Bone Tail Comb”. you can beautifully move the curls to different positions for a different look, better than with a regular comb. ive also purchased this wig in other colors.

Very comfortable and cute short pixie cut. It is heat friendly, but not sure why you would need to use heat on it to style it. Because it is heat friendly, the fibers are not soft, but it does look natural.

Not too much permatease and I love the rooted color 24/102/R12. Definitely a warm blond. I have a petite head and even though this isn’t a petite size, it works well for me.

I love Estetica’s generous cap size on their wigs. It can always be made smaller using the little fasteners inside the cap. I have several wigs I no longer wear simply because the cap is too small to keep the wig from slowly moving up my head and off my hairline during the day.

I don’t have a large head. Jones is a wonderful, natural-looking wig. I have had multiple compliments when wearing Jones. I often will let them know it’s a wig and they are always totally surprised. Jones is very comfortable and lightweight.

I’m a nurse and work hard but I have never felt like it’s keeping the heat in.

I think I’m going to really love this wig. This average cap fits my 21 3/4” circumference head perfectly. I ordered it in R8/26H (Golden brown/Golden blond highlights). It’s darker than I anticipated.

(Definitely not what I would call a golden brown). I shook it out real good, and lightly brushed it to separate the fibers before I popped it on. After arranging it and breaking down some of the perma-tease by digging my fingers in and giving it what I call a “deep tissue scratching”, it’s laying flatter on top and I’m rather taken with it.

I had to trim the bangs a little and oh! So cute! I’m definitely going to try SilversunRT/8 next.

Make sure you get the cape snug around your neck and you’ll stay pretty dry. I also used the cape for my makeup to protect my clothes. It’s not long but it’s wide enough. I’m thinking if you have thick hair you will need more than the 2 clips provided.

For me they were enough.

This comes with a capelette (doesn’t cover but half of your torso), a regular comb, 2 clips which don’t hold dry hair and slide right off, and scissors, which were sharp and worked perfectly. Use your own clips.

Worth the price, especially if you’re going nuts about split ends or you don’t want to grow out your bangs while waiting for your hairdresser to see you.

I am disappointed. I was told that there is a chocolate brown and a dark brown variety. I requested chocolate, but it seems that I received dark brown, but my bigger issue is that the top itself is not quite as pictured: there are far fewer cuts on the back of the shirt, and they are significantly wider than what is pictured.

The slits do not reflect around to the lateral sides of the body as pictured, and the center tie down does not reflect open like pictured. The beauty of the design is lost. Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with this purchase.
