Wow! This lumbar cushion is even better than I had imagined. I like to sit at my computer at my dining room table and my back ends up killing me, sitting in my wooden dining set chair. This lumbar pillow is a fabulous solution! It comes wonderfully packaged in a secure windowed bag; however the bag was a nightmare to remove the pillow from, in that the zipper did not go all the way around, but only across one way.
Once I finally got my pillow out though. heaven! This super high quality lumbar cushion is firm, but adjusts exactly to you as you use it and easily returns to its starting form when you are done. It has a super soft, very classy looking black cover that has gorgeous aqua specks scattered about.
It has a zipper to remove for washing, although, like the storage bag, the zipper only goes straight across, so removing and putting the cushion back in will be a challenge. One of my FAVORITE things about this cushion is the strap.
Unlike others that simply have an adjustable single strap or strip of elastic, this cushion has a strap that features vertical straps off of it, allowing it to easily hang from my chair without sliding down (think suspenders instead of a belt).
There is a clip on the elastic strap, along with adjustment available, so it is extremely versatile in where and how you can use it. My back feels great with this cushion behind it and I am SO pleased I purchased it.

Ok, so my husband and I have our own business that requires a lot of time in our truck. We both have back pain but he is definitely the bigger baby bc he’s a man and they just whine a lot. Don’t get me wrong, he has back pain but he does make it worse by doing certain things a certain way instead of adjusting his habits.
Anyway, I wanted a lumbar support pillow that wasn’t super hot bc we live in Texas and we always have back sweat when in the truck. I wanted him to try it first and see if it helped with the sweating or not.
So, I just got this product and installed it with no issues, duh! But not really, I saw a lot of reviews saying how small the strap was and that people couldn’t get it to fit in their vehicles, blah blah.
I put it in my full-size truck no problem. I think maybe people are just putting the straps in the wrong spot, or maybe they are just lazy weaklings that love to complain. The straps are very stretchy so that makes it so you can tightly attach it to the seat.
The best place to wrap the straps around is at the lowest point where the seat has a crevice. If you put it there it won’t interfere with the seat pockets and it will hold the pillow in place well.

Searched high and low and seen an ad for cushion lab and was glad I found it. May 20th I had a decompression spine surgery and a spinal fusion from L2 to S1 and due to be a small petite woman and only at 100 lbs my mid spine bones after the fusion, I was suffering every time I sat in a car or a hard back chair.

This lumbar pillow is great for home or office. The multi level heating allows for a more customized temperature. In our house the favorite location is on the couch as a heated neck pillow. The quality of materials is first rate and the heating element warms very quickly.
A great item to also pack on vacations and use in the car even without the heat. The only thing I wish is that it was powered through a USB plug but assuming the power requirements are to high requiring a common house hold plug.

It provides that lumbar support we all need and that most seats are severely lacking. It does reduce the pain when the back is properly supported. I’ll have to cut the band and add some elastic but that’s no big deal to me. Maybe Walmart can strong arm the manufacturer into fixing this design flaw. I haven’t seen any chairs that the current elastic band would fit around without eventually ripping the seams of the cushion.
That having been said, this cushion is sooooooooooo comfortable! I bought one for $30 at O—— D—– and it was too small and too hard; this one fits the entire lower back area and has a shape that fills up the space between your chair and your back.
