I had a Core pillow before and was mostly happy. I have a short neck so with that pillow and with this I had to remove some stuffing to accommodate my needs. What stood out as so very bad was the neck “roll” was so stiff and hard, I might as well have cut a branch off a tree and used it instead.
I find no excuse for this at all. The previous pillow was just right balance of softness and support. This neck piece required removing quite a bit of stuffing. After removing a rather large amount of stuffing, the pillow works okay.
The price of the pillow certainly went up considerably with having to make alterations. I am very disappointed. No need to send the discount slip, I shan’t be using it.

I barely slept for the first initial nights. I then got used to sleeping on it, but I noticed that the neck ramp is not designed for everyone. I’m on the short side (about 5 feet) and noticed I had to stretch out my neck so my head would fit in the concaved head basin.
This caused me to have frequent headaches and neck pain, which eventually led to to radial nerve palsy. I’m getting physical therapy to treat it. I’m not sure if the folks loving the pillow are over a certain height, but it really damaged my body.
If you’re on the shorter side, I’d strongly advise to stay away from this, or consult with a doctor before buying it as it could have serious side effects.
I hesitated to purchase this pillow as I’ve tried so many in the past and have given them away. I use a CPAP so sleep mostly on my sides but also wanted something that wasn’t hard. This is also large enough to meet my needs.
There is give so it isn’t hard but it is somewhat firm. My neck feels totally supported and in perfect alignment and for the first time my shoulders are perfectly comfortable. The one disappointment for me is that it looks like there is a “Trough” (dip) horizontally going through the length of the pillow.
That’s exactly what I wanted so my ears aren’t crushed all night long! Unfortunately it’s barely there and not deep enough to keep my ears off of the pillow. Otherwise it’s a winner for me. Please offer it with a deeper trough.

Do not buy this pillow. It’s a generic foam molded chunk of low quality memory foam. You can buy the exact same non branded pillow from any drop shipper in Ebay for $15. It arrived via Chinese SpeedPak, had no labels, and a very pungent scent.

I had a car accident a few years ago that ha slept me with severe, daily neck pain from whiplash. Regular pillows do not properly support the injured ligaments in my neck, and so I wake up hurting each morning.
This pillow however has been a breakthrough for me! I can comfortably sleep on my back or side and do not experience the same type of pains in the morning and my chiropractor has even noticed that I am progressing faster now through my treatments and needing less of them!.

I have a big head and long neck so I appreciate how each end of the pillow is a different size for tall and short people. The raised edges keep your head in place while letting you side sleep too. The memory foam is absolutely great, other memory foam pillows feel stuffy or warm whereas this pillow is cool with the right amount of firmness.

I have discovered that if I put the pillow into a pillowcase, stuffing it in perpendicular to the normal way and tucking the open ends of the case smoothly down the inside along the pillow, it holds the pillow more firmly in position and doesn’t deteriorate the cervical support as much.
I’m then able to keep using the pillows longer and more effectively. Eventually, maybe every 6-12 months, I do replace the pillows. I also clean and dry them in my washer/dryer.

This pillow feels great! I lay my head on it, and I feel relieved immediately. However, if you like a firmer pillow (like I do) you might want to look elsewhere. I’m someone who sleeps on my side, and prefers a lot of support when sleeping on my side.
This pillow does not provide that. This pillow has a lot of cushion, and sinks in when there’s weight on it. The few times I’ve slept on my back, though? Wonderful. Beautiful. This pillow is definitely for someone who likes a barely firm pillow and sleeps on their back exclusively.

Well, four months have passed and I can no longer sleep on this pillow (I have been sleeping on a cheap $5 pillow for two weeks with better success). Once again, the fiber is no longer supportive, just as in the other Core Products pillows I’ve tried.
I appreciate that they stand by their products, but I can no longer buy from them at their price point. Either I’m sticking to cheap pillows that offer the same results (having to replace often) or I’m back to the drawing board trying to find one that lasts! I’m a side sleeper that has slept exclusively on memory foam pillows for years. I’ve always wanted to try a contoured pillow like this, but I was a little worried that not having a “traditional” shaped pillow wouldn’t be comfortable and would kill my shoulders and neck.

I am SO GLAD I did. It took a few nights for my neck and shoulders to get used to being cradled and supported, but even then I just had some slight shoulder stiffness that went away fairly quickly. Now that the adjustment is over, I sleep beautifully every night and wake up with no pain in my neck or my shoulders, well, unless my four-legged snuggle buddy pushes me off the pillow and claims it for himself! When I received the contour pillow, it looked like all other contour pillows I have tried in the past. Full disclosure: I am a stomach sleeper 90% of the time. With that in mind, if you are a back sleeper this is absolutely phenomenal.
I laid on my back and the contour without going flat was superior! I was actually surprised. If you are a side sleeper, this is still a good choice as it still contours when you sleep on your side. For me, it was a little more awkward because I like to put my arm under my pillow and above my head.
It took a few maneuvers, but I was able to find a comfortable position. If you are a stomach sleeper, as I am this pillow can go either way. If you don’t sleep with your arms under your pillow/over your head a stomach sleeper would still benefit from this pillow.
I have used this contour pillow exclusively for naps and nighttime sleep since I received it. It has maintained its shape and I have actually been able to fall asleep laying on my back. I see myself continuing to use it, as I feel I have less neck pain and it can teach me to sleep on my back that is a double plus!!.
