20 Best Non Stick Pans Cooks Illustrated (2023 Updated)

These fry pans are easy to use, easy to clean and heat up quickly. A warm soap and water cleanup is all that is needed. The pans are dishwasher safe, but it doesn’t seem necessary to put them in a dishwasher.

Cooking eggs, making skillet fried chicken uses very little oil. Sprinkling a dried herb seasoning may stick to the base of the pan when cooking chicken parts but it cleans up very easily. These pans are a great gift or perfect for the student returning to college dorm / apartment life.

The two different sizes allows easy cooking of scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and grilled cheese sandwiches. The larger pan is great for fried chicken or larger entrees when cooking a larger meal. These pans do not come with covers, but covering with aluminum foil can substitute for cover, if desired.

These fry pans work well on ceramic top stoves. The pans heat up quickly. When cleaning, soak the pan in warm soapy water. Do not use an abrasive cleaner or a metal type scrubbing pad on the pan. It may affect the finish coating on the pan.

After multiple uses, the pan still looks new.

These frying pans are the worst. Unfortunately my wife got taken in by the hype at the store and brought these home. The supposed “non-stick” coating lasted not even a year. We always use oil or butter (helps conduct heat) and after only a couple of months, things were starting to stick.

A year or so later, tried making an omelet, and the eggs stuck around the entire perimeter of the pan, to the point that I couldn’t even get them off with hot running water and a brush. In fact, in my efforts to clean them, some of the “non-stick” coating came off! Talk about your unexpected outcomes.

So into the garbage they go. We’ll replace them with Rock frying pans, since we have two of those and they’re both going strong years and years later.

were these people given a free product or what? LOL! I cook twice a day and recently switched all of my cookware to toxin frees ceramics. I have had excellent luck with each piece and they cook flawlessly.

This pan was cheap and I took a chance. HOT SPOTS, horrible uneven frying Chipping wihtou dishwasher or meatl ware, I put towels beteen each pot and pan and hand wash everything, all wooden or silicone utensils.

The worse part is it developed hot spots that burned that no amount of olive oil and seasoning after and before use would cure. I used it about 8 times and threw it in the trash. Its thin, its cheaply made and I dont trust the toxin free integrity compared to what my high quality pans look and feel and perform like.

At first, I thought the problems I was having with my pan was a fluke. Pan was 100% non-stick for about the first four months. After that, I fried an egg with butter and a little olive oil & the egg stuck to the pan.

Even hamburgers and pancakes stick to the pan. The ceramic coating started wearing off the bottom of the pan within about nine months and in the tenth month the Blue Diamond ceramic coating wore off the face of the pan.

The pan was never dishwashed but hand washed. Never use any metal utensils in the pan. Very disappointed in this pan! I would never waste my money on this product again. The only good thing about this pan is that the nonstick surface lasted longer than the show called copper pans.

I guess now it’s time to try the granite Stone pans. I really think they’re all a bunch of hype!.

The frying pans heat up much faster than my old set. The 2 lids fit on all 6 of the pots-which is great for storage but not great if you need more than 2 lids. Each pot handle has plastic on the underside so you don’t have to worry about it getting too hot.

All of the pots have hanger holes if you prefer to store on a hook. The lids are vented, also include the plastic underside on the handles, and have silicone lips on the edges. The outside of the pans are a sleek gunmetal gray and the inside is black with sparkles.

The handles are shiny silver but not quite chrome. The set includes a great variety of sizes! The sheet pan is a little deeper than a baking sheet which is great for roasting vegetables. My favorite tool in the kitchen is now the nylon turner! When I initially washed it I thought it seemed flimsy but it is not.

It is handy for stirring, flipping, and serving and I use it all the time now. Important features to note are that this set is NOT dishwasher safe and silicone/nylon utensils are recommended.

What a versatile cookware set! 2 skillets, 2 pots, a stockpot, universal lids, a baking tray, and even utensils! The cushioned handles feel great on the hands and have a pleasant curve. The have a satisfying heft but are not too heavy.

Our heatwave broke for the weekend, so I baked a chicken casserole topped with prepared boxed stuffing. I used the stockpot to prepare the stuffing and the larger of the 2 pots to make the creamy sauce that binds together the casserole.

Generally, the creamy sauce is the worst part of cleanup because even at lower heat settings it tends to scorch. My sauce came out perfectly cooked with no scorching, and cleanup was the easiest it has ever been! Same with the prepared stuffing.

I like that the rivets for the handles are set quite flush inside, so that they don’t make cleanup more complicated. The sizes are generous and will accommodate a wide range of meal preparation. Again, cleanup was so easy: with just a sponge and a bit of dish liquid, the cookware was thoroughly clean with minimal effort.

And it is very attractive!.

I am a Kitchen and Product Designer and have been an avid cook for over 40 years. I have had the best of the best non-stick cooking pans over the years and always took care of all of them. None of them have lasted.

My last 8″ non-stick cost over $100. 00. The coating has begun to peel off, almost everything sticks and it is seriously discolored after just a few years. The company tells me that is normal. So, when I saw the Lima Ceramic Nonstick 8″ Frypan for such a reasonable price, I figured.

what the heck. I’ll give it a try. I bought one, received it in short order and have used it every day for the past three weeks. I was more than mildly surprised. The handle was well made and very comfortable, well riveted, beautifully coated inside and a perfect weight.

Everything I have cooked has turned out wonderful, the heat distribution is good, and cleanup is a breeze. I only use silicone utensils and a soft sponge to wipe clean after rinsing and after the pan has cooled down.

I was so impressed with the quality and usage that I purchased another one for a friend, who also loves it. Now the only issue that I have is will it last. Time will only tell, but so far it is number 1 on my list.

I purchased 4 pans from The Greenpan company before, and I am upset: I got a defective pan with scratches and bump. The customer services wrote this email to me: Pitting up to 1 to 2 mm is perfectly normal.

Due to the fact that our product is a sand derivative, there may be minor bumps or roughness on the surface of your pan. These imperfections are considered manufacturing variances and do not require replacement.

Seriously, I bought many pans before, and none of them having bumps or scratches. This situation is a poor quality control. If this company doesn’t have quality control, then I will not buy any product from The Greenpan again.

Now I have pay money to buy another pan from another company, because I don’t want to do business with this company anymore. I would have been continue buying from this company; if they replace my pan.

Too late now, I see how this company treat customer,.

I read the other reviews before buying but chose to buy anyways. They are exactly right. These pans are unbelievably good at first, probably the best I’ve ever used, but after about 1 month of light use, everything is starting to stick and there are faint brown stains in the coating.

I didn’t wash them at all and treated it almost like a cast iron, wiping out excess oil with paper towel when done. Overall not worth it because they’re useless now. I will be returning them. Just purchased Caraway non stick pans instead.

I have never heard of Cooks Brand Cookware so I was excited to try a new brand. I love cooking and a good pan makes all the difference in the kitchen. I have a couple of sets of pots and pans that I use for different types of cooking and finding a good nonstick pan is vital.

What I like about this pan is it is heavier than my other nonstick pans. I also like that its oven-safe up tp 450 degrees. One thing I noticed right away is the nonstick surface looked more durable than some of my other pans.

It doesnt look painted on if that makes sense. I find myself reaching for this pan more than any of my other 12″ pans. I am definitely going to look into more Cooks brand Cookware.

Really liking this pan so far. It has a moderate heft (not unwieldy by any means, but sufficient weight in the bottom “disk” to help with heat distribution). As with any pan, a great test of the non-stick is scrambled eggs.

Heated up some butter, added the eggs whole, and mixed them IN the pan using a plastic spatula. After serving, cleanup of the pan was literally just a wipe with a paper towel. Easy-peasy. Can’t speak to the longevity yet, but if it holds up it will prove to be an essential tool in our kitchen.

I love the nonstick coating on this pan. It’s slippery AH. The size, weight, balance and handle are perfect. Cleaning is a breeze inside and out. HOWEVER, the interior of the pan is convex, meaning it is raised in the center.

Liquid pools on the outer edges of the pan. Everything does. If you can live with that you’ll love this pan. If not, like me you’ll still keep looking for that elusive 12″ skillet that has a flat bottom, inside and out.

I LOVE TO COOK and this is one of my most favorite tools in the kitchen. Eggs, pancakes, bacon, fish. whatever. comes out great each and every time. Be advised though that just about ANY non-stick frying pan needs to be replaced every 2-3 years.

This pan is no exception. Nonetheless it is priced right and built to give many pleasurable culinary experiences. BTW, keep the cooking temperatures on the lower end of the scale. Super HOT temps aren’t good for ANY non-stick pans.

We haven’t used the pan too many times, but when we have, it has been amazingly non-stick, and easy to clean up. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the “delicate” nature of the coating.

After reading the instructions my wife & son (and me too I guess) are “scared” of damaging the non-stick coating while cooking or washing it. Even though we only use plastic/nylon spatulas on it, and very carefully at that, I can see marks on the surface.

We basically use a paper towel to wipe it after it has cooled, then wash it with warm soapy water and regular old non-abrasive sponge or terry washcloth. All in all, I like it a lot. I had been used to my cast iron skillet & old (and I’m guessing worn out) T-Fal fry pan.

I would recommend it to anyone who can remember to handle it gently.

This set has thought of everything you need for the kitchen! It comes with 11 pieces of cookware (see photo). The cookware is aluminum; the pieces have enough heft to them so that they feel sturdy and durable, but not so much heft that they feel too heavy to hold or pour from.

The handles also feel strong. They have nice rubber, heat-resistant grips on the ends so you can get a good grasp on the handle without burning yourself. Because of the rubber grips and the non-stick coating, these pots and pans cannot go into the oven, but don’t let that deter you from buying these.

My favorite thing- there are only two lids for the entire set. The lids are designed in such a way that they fit multiple pans/pots, making them an awesome option for someone with limited kitchen space.

The only thing I would change would be the utensils in the set. There are two flat spatulas (that look like fish spatulas) and a spoon, all of which are made of plastic. I wish the utensil set was all silicone, so that they could withstand higher heat without scratching off the nonstick coating.

I also wish it included a rubber spatula (scraper) in the set. Even so, this set deserves an A+. It’s great for a housewarming present, your kiddo’s first apartment, or even for the seasoned chef looking for a nice set of kitchen necessities!.

I am not the cook of the house so I’ll make this review short. I have bought much more expensive, even what is called pro-cookware in the past. These Rachel Rays are the first pots and pans that offer TRUE nonstick ala like any infomercial where you may see eggs actually sliding off the surface using NO oil.

As small as that is, I am blown away with how great the non stick surfaces work. The cookware is very attractive. I’d say medium weight. Not so thin where you feel they are going to bend easily if you bang them around a bit, YET Very comfortable to hold vs the heavy pro? pots and pans that are so cumbersome to lift, even to clean.

The color and painted surfaces are really nice. so far have been rather durable. no fading etc. When a couple pots got some minor stains on them I could not get out. just used a small amount of Bon-Ami (That stuff is amazing) Stains came right out.

color on the pots remained perfect. All in all my wife loves this set of cookware and I am constantly impressed whenever I make eggs on the frying pan as they TRULY need NO oil at all and will never stick.

I guess there may be more durable cookware out there for THE VERY long term, but for every day use, for the price, and if you care about style. this set of cookware is really GREAT!.

I have had these pans for about three weeks now and so far I absolutely love them. I have not had to “wash “either of them. Just half a paper towel to wipe them out does the trick. I can’t speak to the longevity or durability of the pans although I have vowed to be very gentle with them and never ever use any metal on them.

One thing I find is it I have to be also very careful with the bottom side of the pan on the metal grate of my gas stove top. The other thing I am on a custom to are the steep sides of the pan which make pouring fried eggs out of the small pan more difficult.

If that’s of concern to you, look into the other pan shapes. Otherwise, very happy, did a lot of research, and feel like I got good value for the money.

I have owned Green Pans from the beginning. Original from HSN. Loved so much I purchased my 3 sons and 3 step-children a set. Then they came out with the stainless steel set. Had to have. Another winner.

I still have a few from my original set. Purchased a new set about 15 years ago. Just now started having a few nicks. I saw this new design set at Macy’s. I liked the design of deeper sides. I purchased a year ago.

within six months coating was chipping off the inside of the small skillet. I use this skillet almost everyday. I should have stayed with the original set. Much cheaper and never chipped.

I absolutely love my SearSmart Cookware. All pieces were in perfect condition when they arrived. They heat evenly and quickly. You don’t need much butter/oil in the pan when making food. It is non-stick like advertised and they clean up easily.

The cookware is not heavy or bulky. It’s very sturdy and substantial. I am extremely happy with my purchase and it is the best non-toxic cookware I have ever owned. Looking forward to purchase additional pieces.

It’s a great size. Feels like a good weight. First time used, however, some melted cheese stuck to the pan. While the cheese slid off after soaking, there were leftover black spots in the plan. Additional soaking did not help.

Boiling dog not help. Eventually using some baking soda send to help. I did not use anything sharp or sharp or scratchy. The marks are still faintly there. It also looks scratched up in spite of gently cleaning.

I don’t anticipate it will last long.

Ok, first let me say that I gave a speech to my husband and oldest son stating that they better not mess up my new pan! It comes with instructions and state that due to the thermoconductivity which is exceptional high per the instructions.

My husband has a tendency to walk away from a pan that he is “warming” up and we have a gas range! This pan works beautifully for egg scrambles and omelettes!! I also was impressed that my organic chicken sausage that doesn’t have a casing did not stick either! The ease of cooking and the non-stick factor has made me fall in love.

I was looking for a pan that doesn’t have a lot of chemicals to create that non-stick surface and this one fits the bill. I will definitely consider purchasing more of this line if there are other pieces available.

I cooked at my normal mid-level heat setting and the pan did not get over-heated but cooked wonderfully!! Cuisinart never disappoints. If you are looking for a pan that is easy to use for those foods that have a tendency to stick and make your clean-up a job, you will love the ease of using this pan!!! Just read the instructions and you will love it.

Pan has been just great but it sure needs the helper handle put on it. I had the 12″ with the helper handle before this pan and believe me here if either pan ever needed the helper handle its this pan.

Just fill both pans up with food then try telling me differently? Its much deeper and all that extra food weighs quite a bit more so please put a helper on this one asap. Honestly I’ll never buy another 12″ up pan without the helper handle again anyway, it helps out so much.

After having one with it for yrs then “poof” its just gone I quickly realized how helpful the extra handle actually is and how bad I just messed up buying another pan without one. Lesson learned!.

We used this pan maybe 10 times at most and the non stick surface began to chip away. We did not use metal cooking utensils. Instructions say you can do so but we have a silicone set as well so there was no need.

We also hand washed it with regular old dawn dish soap and a soft sponge. Cooked basically chicken or seafood with it. Regardless of good care, we started to notice chips missing from the non stick coating.

Really disappointing. Total waste of money, look elsewhere for a nom-stick.

I’m actively getting rid of my old, possibly Teflon ridden cookware. This is a total upgrade and is sleek and cute too. I read the instructions and am avoiding using this for high heat cooking (that’s what my cast irons are for) and only using regular oil abs butter not sprays.

I love how my normal breakfast dishes turn out and my stir fry lunches. I just wish it had come with a lid! Clean up has been very easy too. Another good thing about the inside of the pan being ceramic and white – easy to clean!.

This is a real, unpaid review. This pan sucks. Do not buy. When you first get it, you will love it. Things turn bad after about 9 months of use. I treated this pan like a baby. Hand washed every time.

It was never placed in a dishwasher. Then it started sticking. I called the company because it’s under “warranty”. Their response was to boil water in it and then use a Mr. Clean sponge to clean it. I did as instructed twice.

Didn’t help. I threw it out and bought Rachel Ray’s 14″ pan which has held up very well and cost me less.

All of these so called non-stick pans don’t last very long. This one has a lifetime warranty, but I’ve had several of these and they don’t last over 6 months-and that not even putting them in the dishwasher.

All non-stick pans begin to loose their food releasing ability after about 4 months and by 6 or 7 months they are almost useless. They start out fine, but gradually food starts to stick to them until there’s a point where you have to keep water in the pan after each use so you can scrape it out with a spatula or cloth or whatever.

I don’t know how they can say it’s a lifetime warranty. You’d think after 20 years it would stop releasing food, but in reality it’s 6 months. They should change it to a 6 month warranty, because that’s all they last.

It’s not just this pan, but all non-stick pans from my experience.

I bought this skillet twice! The first time was for my daughter’s birthday. She says it is the best non-stick skillet she’s ever had. Cooks great, washes beautifully and looks amazing. So for Christmas we bought another one for our grandson who is setting up his first apartment.

We added an inexpensive splatter screen for him. He immediately made french toast and said it turned out great. Number three is going to be for us! And I’m thinking this item just might become my go-to gift for newlyweds in the future.

I like everything about this frying pan — except it’s about 1/2″ too wide at the top for my existing frying pan lid. I already had the 4. 5″ pan from this same company and style and really love it for making a single egg.

This 10″ pan (which is more like 11″ at the top) is perfect for bacon, pancakes, and family sized breakfasts. Heat distribution is wonderful. Deep enough that the grease from cooking bacon stays in the pan better than most pans — and less likely to burn you when you turn the bacon over.

Definitely one of the better pans I’ve owned. Will buy more for gifting.

I have a decent collection of Non-stick, stainless steel, and cast iron cookware. My experience (there are exceptions to this rule) is that you get what you pay for. My cookware consists of All-Clad, Mauviel, and Le Creuset.

I was a little disappointed in the non-stick pieces I own with the exception of the Mauviel products but had read enough reviews on Swiss Diamond to try the 9. 5″ with lid. 1 – this has a good heft/weight it feels like you didn’t buy something inconsequential and that weight is accompanied by a great handle, easily the best on any product I own.

2 – the base does a great job of transferring heat and the instruction book will tell you to keep from using “high” heat settings on it. You won’t need high, ever. I’ve not used anything above “medium” settings and can easily sear anything at this level.

3 – they should promote the lid more than they do. I really didn’t realize that it has a vent feature built into the handle at the center of the lid. This comes in handy if you’d like to see some reduction of the consistency (liquid) of what you’re preparing and it’s adjustable.

4 – too early for me to comment on its longevity but Swiss Diamond has a Warranty for the Lifetime of the product with certain caveats, you can’t be using steel utensils, nor metallic scrub brushes, etc.

Read the warranty and keep metal out of your pan, IMO. I can easily wipe out the pan with a paper towel and then wash it by hand and it looks like it will last a long time. I’ll be buying a saucepan next to see how that works out.

I’m buying the HD Induction models – I’ve been using the skillet daily for only 2 weeks, so I can only base this review on that experience. 5 stars, easily!.

Don’t buy any Swiss Diamond products. I am one to usually give positive reviews but I’ve had a lot of trouble with Swiss Diamond as a company and the low quality of their products. I cook at home quite a bit and use this pan every day, sometimes twice per day.

I take great care of my kitchen tools and never put them in the dishwasher, always wash with soft sponge by hand, etc. This product, after less than 1 year of consistent use, has completely failed. There is no “nonstick” coating left and absolutely everything adheres to it now.

I contacted the company (twice) to activate the warranty that they offer, and after 12 weeks of consistently being a squeaky wheel, they finally “reached a decision” and decided that the warranty would not be upheld because it looked as though I was misusing the pan by constantly having it on high heat, which damaged the surface.

I don’t cook in this manner and know better in regard to how nonstick products should be handled. This was just an excuse to save money avoid sending me a replacement. In my opinion, it seems that they advertise that they have a warranty, but first red flag is it’s near impossible to get a hold of them.

Then, they deny claims based on what they see in a picture (I had to submit pictures of the pan) with the consumer having no recourse. I felt that this was an inaccurate and disingenuine denial of my claim to avoid taking responsibility.

Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a quality product.

This is my 3nd purchase of the same pan. I use the pan 1 to 2 times a day. I have had both the “regular” HD and the XD. Spend the extra money and get the XD, it is worth it. It is more durable and will last longer.

Don’t heat above 60% and use plastic. The very latest model have a much thicker bottom, which works well. Be aware, it does produce a little high pitch humming when used on an induction appliance. The previous model did not.

Web site states it does not. It is wrong. The manual that come with the pan states that the pan will produce a hum. It is frustrating that Swiss Diamonds web site is so out of date. Pictures etc. The labeling (models, etc.

) on the boxes shipped vs the website do not match, which can be confusing. It is not a deep fry pan, however it has the most flat area of a 10 inch fry pan, with allows me to cook a lot of food vs. other 10 in.

pans. The top that can be purchased with the pan works great. The top has lasted through all 3 of my pans (~10 yrs). The non-stick is fantastic. Eggs will not stick (with NO oil) for well over a year.

Read the instructions to learn now to maintain the pan. I know the pan is $150, however, you can see all the frustration of people buying pan after pan trying to find a “true & real” non-stick pan, this pan is truly non-stick.

I cook eggs every day in it, with NO oil, and they don’t stick for a couple of years. With this pan, I am going to be more careful with cleaning, utensils, and heat. All the best.

I had the old design non stick 12in. pan for years, more than I can count. I had it replaced under warranty several times over the many years. It was my go to pan. I loved it my husband shares cooking and I rarely saw him use anything else.

That said the new pan takes forever to heat up, and requires higher flame to cook the same foods. It is very heavy and awkward to lift. The lid is very nice, seals nicely and looks good. Overall I now am using other pans if able because this pan is not as efficient as old design.

I purchased this skillet with my discount from a PC party a few months ago. Perfect way to acquire this skillet! I must say it is the finest piece of cookwear that I have ever owned! I was a little shocked by the size of it – I thought it was just a large frying pan but it is so much more than that!! It is also quite heavy but once I got used to that, it has become my “go to” in the kitchen.

I love to make chili or sloppy joes or chicken and biscuits. It’s so versatile! Thank you, Pampered Chef, but such a high quality skillet!.

I bought the executive cookware several years ago with a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, since they no longer carry that product line, we cannot get an exact replacement. I am waiting for them to come out with a new line that is similar to the executive cookware.

Until then, I have to wait and hardly use my old one because the non-stick isn’t non-stick anymore. So sad. I do not like this new line because of the detachable handle. I want mine to be solid, no chance of breaking.

I also don’t like it because the side part does not have a heat protectant so you have to use gloves to protect your hands if you want to grab that side.

Cooks great! The food doesn’t stick to pan! I want a whole set of these. Steaks lamb temperature and taste consistent through the meat

They are a better quality granite with a bit more weight and when you follow the directions to cook on low or medium heat you get your desired texture of consistency or what you attempted. The color is quite breathtaking also.

I bought these based on a Consumer Reports review and using ScanPan skillets that are heavy and because of the handle attachments always get food stuck in the pan. I am also an owner of Lifetime cook ware, please consider my review a good and honest one.

These are the best non stick pans I have ever used. They are truly non stick, light weight, and perfect for the normal food you would cook in a pan like these. The heat is evenly dispatched. I love cooking eggs, bacon, onions, jalapenos, chives, garlic, green chile, etcetera due to non stick and able to cook on lower heat since the pan is not a super heavy pan.

I also love the colors available. You really must try these. The finish on the pan does not yellow and is very pleasing to the eye.

We bought a set of this cookware a couple months ago and have loved it since day one. It is exactly as advertised. You really can boil water on a lower heat. The non stick coating is amazing. Cleaning is trivial.

It’s also a very attractive product. Since we got the original set, we ran into some things that were hard to prepare with just the items that came in the original set, so we supplemented our collection with two more pieces.

These are every bit as good and now there is nothing that we can’t make with our new cookware. In a word, impressed.

Bought as a replacement for an All Clad non-stick frypan that had gotten the coating scratched up due to teens using the wrong utensils. I use All Clad and Le Creuset purchased many years ago but a replacement was cost prohibitive so I read some great reviews on Consumer Reports and decided to try this one.

All I can say is WOW! I love using this new frypan – it conducts heat evenly, food comes out of the pan with no problem, it’s lightweight making it easy to get out of my cabinet, and it is a breeze to clean.

I am so pleased with this pan that I am planning to purchase more starting with a sauté pan. I highly recommend this pan!.

I am very happy with this 3 piece pan set. After the set was delivered I quickly washed the pans with mild soap and water. My husband and I decided to fry some eggs and he chose to not use any oil. I was skeptical at first but it worked! I think it was because we were recently given fresh room temperature eggs by our neighbor and used these eggs after letting the pan get a little hot.

I am currently on a low carb diet with moderate fat intake (not Ketogenic per se, but close) and I like to fry up some bacon first and then my eggs. The non-stick surface make clean up chores super easy! I am a working mom and don’t like to spend a lot of time soaking and scrubbing anything, so I appreciate these pans can be cleaned with just a simple paper towel and some water if I am in a rush.

They are quite handsome pans and give my kitchen a gourmet feel and look to it. So far, I have been able to fry up some hamburgers and even stir fry some rice and veggies with ease and very little mess because as I mentioned above, I can wipe a lot away with a paper towel.

I do recommend using a favorite mild soap to clean up any residue. I think this set would make a great gift and help others cook with less fat as the non-stick surface kind of has a way to promote that healthier style of cooking.

The 3 pc Gotham Steel Diamond Hammered Frying Pan Set is a good starter pack that will allow u to cook the basics. They feel like a heavy duty pan that is able to withstand rough use however I am still gentle with them.

I only use silicone spatulas, do not cook with more than medium heat and follow the recommended instructions per the brand. The hammered exterior design gives them an industrial look that makes them stand out amongst other similar products.

One of my favorite features is how deep these pans are, makes cooking easier. Another thing I like is how the handles do not get too hot when using. I am able to hold them without a pot holder and just feel warm to touch.

The nonstick coating works well. I still use oil when cooking but so far none of all the food I’ve made sticks to the pan. Food easily comes off and are easy to wash. One thing that helps is to wash right away with a soft sponge and warm soapy water.

I am happy with how these pans work, the quality seems good and the value is great as well. I’ll recommend.
