20 Best Non Stick Pan For Dosa (2023 Updated)

I have owned a lot of granite pans before that I replaced every year when the non-stick has worn out. These are usually Chinese made granite pans with wooden handles so they cannot stand high heat. This pan is different, it can go into the oven and dishwasher.

But I have not attempted those things. I just wash it by hand. Frying eggs and egg whites are a plus, definitely non-stick. I also pan fry salmon and chicken and they turn out to brown fine. My main disappointment is my pot stickers.

Maybe the heat is too high too fast and the bottom of the pot stickers either burned or not get crisp. Also if they burn too much, the juice leaks out. So maybe not a good pan for pot stickers like my old granite pans.

So far the pan has not discolored yet. Very light and the handle is not very hot. It is worth trying. Also no prop Cal prop65 warning, unlike the Chinese pans.

I got this pan from BJs on the clearance rack. I use this pan like I would use any teflon coated pan – with oil. I did not see the TV advertisement, so I have no expectations that it would be miraculous.

After a couple of weeks of use, this pans behaves so much like teflon that I question if it is actually teflon free. The surface does have a texture which eggs and other proteins will tend to run into, causing a small amount of sticking, but it really isn’t that bad.

I like my eggs with duck fat, so going without fat wasn’t an option I was going to attempt anyway. Cleanup with it so far has been very easy. This pan is lighter than my other commercial Lincoln Wherever, but it’s not so thin that it’s difficult to get even heating.

I also don’t tend to use this on high heat as there is simply no need. Medium heat and patience does 95% of my cooking. One note about teflon: Teflon is nearly chemically inert, meaning that heat is one of the very few things that will cause it to break down.

Those who are concerned about eating it can relax as there isn’t anything in your digestive tract that will cause breakdown and absorption into the body. The only concern is if there is leftover PFOA from the manufacturing process.

If you use your pans and treat them carefully, the amount of PFOA would decrease over time to a point where it isn’t a concern anymore. The few teflon pans that I have are many years old, so it’s not a concern for me, anyway.

This is a very good pan based on using the pan for one month. Time will tell for overall build and non-stick quality after using for 1, 3 and possibly 5 years. Lasting 5 years would likely raise the overall rating to excellent, currently too soon to call.

The Caraway fry pan is sturdy, having a hybrid steel base and aluminum pan. For this reason, it should work fine on induction cooktops. The pan is so non-stick, it is difficult to lubricate the pan with oil or butter which separates across the surface rather than adhering to the bottom flat.

Lubricating the pan is therefore a question of flavoring and not needed to prevent sticking. I have not experienced any cooking result which stuck to the pan. When cooled, the pan is easily cleaned by warm soapy water, rinse and wipe dry.

My only criticism is recommended care which came as a separate instruction in the Caraway pan box and limits cooking temperatures to medium heat or lower. While max. of medium heat will undoubtedly extend the life of the pan, this is undesirable in various cooking methods, especially when trying to brown.

Due to this recommended cooking temperature, I use another non-Caraway pan for browning. On the Caraway web site, having bottom browned eggs with runny yolks, sunny side up would be nearly impossible using medium heat or less, as recommended by Caraway provided cooking care instructions.

I considered buying a lid but prefer glass lids to be able to view cook status without letting the heat out. If glass lids are offered, I will also purchase a lid but not from the currently exclusive opaque lids offerings.

Purchased as a Xmas gift for my mom who didn’t have a non-stick frying pan for years. I gave it to her early while home for the holidays after she read a food preparation instruction that required a “non-stick” pan for stir-fry.

Unboxing was a beautiful presentation. My mom was really impressed! The cork trivet with bow, and Caraway logo’d protective bag are very nice touches, as well as the box it came in. Perfect for gift giving.

We prepped the 10. 5” gray fry pan as instructed and very pleased with its performance so far. I used it everyday during my 1 week stay, and plan on getting myself one as well. The quality is definitely noticeable, both in fabrication and performance.

It does what it’s intended to do, and distributes the heat evenly while cooking. Note that my mom has a new slide in electric range with glass cooktop that heats very quickly, and cooking on medium heat worked well with this pan.

The handle remained relatively cool as well. Love how it arrives in its own protective bag, which is used to protect the pan while stored away in the cabinet. Not sure if it’s necessary, but instructions do advise to use wood or plastic on the ceramic cooking surface, so the bag will keep it protected if other pans happen to be stacked on top.

One thing to note is that I shopped for a 10. 5” cover elsewhere and it did not fit, but a 10” did, even though a bit loose. A 10. 25” would have been ideal, but couldn’t find. It’s due to the metal thickness of the Caraway pan.

So, this was a perfect Xmas gift, that I was happy to use as well.

They are most definitely a beautiful product, and super easy to clean. However within the first week of use, there are already two spots where the coating has chipped off. I treat these pots as though they’re made of glass, I read how to be gentle with them.

Only use silicone utensils already (have since they were a thing) do NOT slide them across the burners, I hand wash them once they’ve cooled a bit. Even my husband has noticed how I treat them, and he notices nothing.

So to have two chips already really irritates me as these are not $30 skillets covered in traditional non stick coating. (which doesn’t chip within the first week, not even after 2 months) Would I recommend them, probably not.

Do not get me wrong, they are lovely looking, and the easiest clean up ever, but with the cost, they should hold up for years, especially if one treats them as tenderly as I do. Thank you for esthetically pleasing cookware, it’s just too difficult treating them as they are fine crystal, and they’re already chipping.

Met my expectation so that I decided to get the next 2 sizes. Love them! “Seasoning/Reseasoning” unnecessary. Non-stick from out of the box! WHOO-HOO!

I’ve been using my cookware for several months, following care instructions, and am super satisfied with each. They are all as good as advertised.

I bought these items several which are Christmas gifts so they have not been tried. But I love the slippers. Cannot wait to use the skillet.

I have had these pans for about 2 weeks now and I am in love. Straight out of the box you notice the beautiful teal blue color. They are different from other pans that I have and I really like the color.

Their felt pretty sturdy and a good weight, and it was nice to have the set come with three different sizes. I have used them several times and they heat up quickly and evenly. I have used them to make eggs and have been successful every time.

I did use a little butter in the pan and had no issue with the eggs sticking. Clean up was breeze with a quick wipe of a sponge and a rinse. I have also tried making sausage and again great even heating and no sticking.

These pans have become my new favorites!.

ive had lots of non stick skillets and this cookn’home 3 piece fry pan set is by far the best quality. Its heavy gauge aluminum and heats up very quickly and evenly with no hot spots. its even oven safe! nothing sticks to them and they clean up really easily i just rinse and then wipe out with a paper towel.

The sides of the pans are a little higher than my previoius pans so there isnt as much spatter. Ive been using them for a couple of weeks and i dont see any scratches at all. They arent just functional they are also very attractive with a speckled turquoise finish.

This is a great set of pans. They are very heavy weight so they do not wrap like the cheaper lighter weight pans. They sit flat on the stovetop. Cleanup is a breeze. After cooking in them I usually only have to just wipe them out with a damp paper towel.

I Love them! This is my second set.

This is by far the best general purpose pan I have ever owned. I use it most days for a variety of different foods. The non stick element is amazing and the fact you don’t need to add any additional oil makes it even better and a healthier way to cook.

I use it to cook fried rice, curries, spaghetti bol, bacon, sausage and the list goes on. The depth of the pan is perfect for our family of 5 including 2 very hungry teenagers. The heat is distributed evenly across the whole pain so the food cooks through at the same time.

Having the extra small handle on the side makes it easy to lift off the hob. Also, as it comes with a lid it means I can cook dishes in advance and leave it with the lid on until I’m ready to reheat and serve.

I hate leaving food uncovered so this works really well for me when I’m busy and need to cook in advance. It’s really easy to wash aswell as long as you don’t use a scourer on the inside. A soft cloth or sponge does the trick and then it’s good to go again.

I would definitely recommend this pan to anyone, it’s a great addition to my kitchen.

I have no complaint with the seller. Fast response and shipping. Price fair. The cover for the small ironing board did not fit ANY of the five small, portable ironing boards I have. I MADE it fit with string and many safety pins and it is doing its job but it is going to be difficult to take off to wash and put back on again.

I was totally sold by the Caraway brand and decided to try their Sauté pan—especially as it came in a gorgeous yellow! All the reviews were great with some minor warnings about easy chipping, but that was all.

I wanted to write this review to just flag up some of the little things that I didn’t expect and that ultimately made me decide to return it: 1. The pan was so heavy! This was something I didn’t think to look at on the product page (Weight (w/ lid): 6.

8 lbs). It feels like it’s a cast iron skillet which for me was not what I wanted. There is no way I could lift this pan with any food in it with one hand—and that’s with the lid off! 2. The pan handles are metal which heats up.

On the long side handle this means that you can’t hold it close to the pan which, combined with the weight, makes it very difficulty to move around while in use. The top handle is worse, as when you use it while cooking the handle itself doesn’t heat up so much but it’s very easy to brush your knuckles on the top of the lid when using—and the top of the lid is definitely hot when cooking! All this being said the whole buying experience was seamless and the the customer service was on point.

The sauté pan is the first Caraway product for my kitchen; however, I previously bought a complete set of pots and pans and the bakeware set for a family member. Truth is, I cook almost every day and entertain several times a month.

I have been wanting to replace my existing pots, pans and bakeware sets, but decided to try one out first. I have used many different manufacturers’ cookware through the years. The Caraway sauté pan is far superior to my smaller capacity iron skillet for most every task, though I will likely continue to use the iron skillet to bake cornbread in the oven for nostalgia’s sake! Caraway cookware is easy to clean and attractive, too.

I would prefer a transparent lid to be able to see what’s cooking. Even so, Caraway cooking/baking products are the best I know!.

I’ve been enticed by Caraway targeted ads for over a year now. When my old pan finally broke, I decided to splurge and buy the Caraway saute pan. I have to say, the aesthetics are perfect. When I received the package, I was amazed at how everything was so beautifully wrapped and presented – it was like receiving a designer purse.

The pan is beautiful. It’s the most beautiful thing in my kitchen now. The pan itself is very versatile because of it’s large diameter and high sides. I can use it to make big batches of stir fry or saute large amounts of vegetables at a time.

The pan is non-stick, so cleaning has been really easy. I am making sure to follow the care instructions very closely though – so no heat above medium, only wooden utensils, wait for it to cool down before cleaning, and make sure the bottom of the pan is completely dry before using.

I’ve been using it for a week now and haven’t noticed any deterioration in the non-stick properties, the appearance, etc. What I have noticed is that because the pan is very large, it does take a little longer than my previous pan to heat up on my biggest electric stove burner – maybe an extra 3 min or so.

The reason why I gave the pan 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the weight of the pan. It’s too large and heavy to efficiently hold with 1 hand to spoon food out onto plates. You can do it, but your wrists will hate you.

The lid also is very heavy. I think if the lid and pan weighed a little less it would be completely perfect. It’s not a huge con, but it is something that is not immediately noticeable from the website.

To summarize – PROS: – Absolutely beautiful in every way. – Nonstick works great if you follow the care instructions – Large diameter enables efficient large batch cooking CONS: – Pan and lid are heavier than one would expect – It takes a little longer to heat the pan up on a conventional large electric stove burner Despite the cons I do not regret getting this pan over the Always Pan or in general.

The fact that I can stick it in the oven if I want is a huge plus.

I feel completely mislead into believing I’ve been cooking using a safe product for about a year now. Unbelievable! There’s people out there who are either unaware of the dangers with using such chemicals in cooking pans, or do not care either way.

Sell to them. To try to pull a fast one over on all of us health conscious consumers is immoral to say the least.

This frying pan is a repeat purchase for me because I like it so much! I have it in all sizes. It cooks great, and I like the deep sides. It is also very attractive with the nicely designed handle. Also, it comes packaged with a protective shield to place between others frying pans which is very handy.

I absolutely love, love, love this pan. Nothing sticks I can use little to no oil which makes everything I make so much more healthy. Easy to clean. I would totally recommend and would definitely purchase again.

I ordered our first Misen 12″ nonstick pan around the beginning of 2020. About a month ago, the nonstick coating in the middle of the pan started to bubble and eventually chipped away. After looking up the warranty information I found that the care instructions advise to use these on medium-to-low heat (which I probably used this at least a handful of times on high), and that they were only rated for about 2-5 years.

Fair enough, I figured I’d chalk the damage up as user error and order a second one and see how it fairs with me keeping it to a lower heat setting. So far this pan cooks about the same as the old pan.

Having the nonstick coating all the way to the induction base on the outside is nice in that it’s far easier to clean cooked on oil off the outside of the pan without using Barkeeper’s Friend (which I do use on the bare steel, and works pretty well, but of course I don’t care whatsoever about any kind of coating there.

DO NOT USE Barkeeper’s Friend on the nonstick coating). The pan retains heat VERY well, and this is something I’m already used to, though admittedly that was the end of a handful of sauces at the beginning that burned instantly even when I’d had the pan cooling for a while before switching tasks.

In fact, most times I cut the heat about 2 minutes before I believe the meat us fully cooked just because the residual heat will take it the rest of the way. I’m very happy about the change to the handle.

On the previous iteration of this pan, there was a flat handle with a silicone wrap that would slide at times. It made me too uneasy to attempt to flip items in the pan, out of fear that I’d end up inadvertently throwing the pan at my glass stovetop.

The current handle is easier to hold, more comfortable than the flat handle (even with the silicone), and I have no worries about potentially turning the meal into a weapon. I’ve actually gotten pretty good at flipping things like chopped meat or veggies without having to use utensils to flip them.

Overall I’m pretty happy with the pan and the changes. If I hadn’t been happy with the original I certainly wouldn’t have ordered a second, but going from Calphalon One pans to Misen felt like a big upgrade a couple years back.

I did shop around a bit before ordering the second, but figured I didn’t want to pay more for something where I knew I’d be paying a premium for a name and likely not see much added benefit as a home cook.

Hopefully this one lasts longer with better care, and I’m not buying another pan in 2 years.

I very much like the pans. They’re efficient and heat quickly, and once you adjust to just how efficient they are, they’re a joy to use. Coating is performing well a year after purchasing the 8/10/12 set.

But I wish the design had taken as much care with the exterior of the pans as the interior. Whatever the “shiny” is on the outside of the pans actually seems to attract stains, but if you scrub them.

well, the shiny comes off, revealing the raw aluminum below. What was once a pretty set of pans is less pretty now. Hopefully when a redesign comes up, you’ll consider anodizing the exteriors, so they can be kept looking nice.

It’s really a minor grumble, but I was just surprised at the oversight. The 8-inch pan is great for a classic 3-egg French omelet. But, it’s also the pan that really gets the wear and scratches on the outside owing to the lack of a hard protective layer.

I’d knock off half a star for that, but not a whole one.

My mom purchased three sizes of their old version of non-stick pans for me, along with the silicone lids. I am vegan, so I wanted to have my own pans that didn’t have non-vegan food cooked. From the beginning I was excited.

I didn’t know she’d even purchased them for me. But when I got them. OMG. I LOVE my pans!! When they say non-stick, they mean it. I was genuinely surprised by the quality and care that clearly goes into creating Misen products.

She bought the pans for me about two years ago. There is one pan that I use more and seems to have gotten more wear from all the use. I follow the care instructions provided by Misen, and my pans have lasted, with that care.

I use silicone material sponges, silicone cooking utensils, and cloth pan protectors. The one that was used more has recently been losing its non-stick quality, so I reached out to customer service, and Marvin – the customer service rep I’ve been communicating with – has been excellent.

Their customer service response time is just great. I messaged them and got a response within two hours or less of me sending the initial message. And after that, he responded quickly to each e-mail I sent.

We got the issue resolved and I am VERY happy with Misen. Do I recommend Misen products? ABSOLUTELY, without a doubt, yes! As a matter of fact, I’m about to invest in more Misen products because when you find something that works so beautifully, why look elsewhere? Thank you Misen!! You’re the cookware creator I didn’t know I needed!.

I was excited for this pan, finally a non-stick skillet that was “non-toxic”. Well, it was non stick for all of about 1 use. Even worse, the surface is permanently stained, and because it’s a non-stick pan, you have to be really gentle with cleaning it.

No matter how much oil I use, the food sticks. I really wonder if this company tests their products at all? After reaching out to the company, noting how terrible it was to use, the reply I received was basically “are you sure you know what you’re doing? Non-stick pans are delicate and it probably doesn’t work now because you didn’t follow directions.

” To be clear, I do know what I am doing, and to push problems of the product onto the customer is deceptive, especially since this company caters to “millennials” who are amateur home cooks. I really have no confidence in this brand, and will not be supporting them in the future, in fact I feel dumb for having fallen for their branding.

You are better off buying from a company that has better quality standards and manufacturing practices.

I bought the Fry Family and noticed on the smaller pan that where the handle connects to the pan there were bulges on the inside of the pan. I’m assuming these are rivets connecting the handle to the pan.

I wasn’t immediately worried and used the pan a few times. After about 4 uses and after giving the pan a normal scrubbing, I noticed the ceramic coating was coming off where one of the bulges was. I contacted Great Jones and they immediately sent me a new pan.

Second one, same issue, just not as prominent. I let the company know of the issue and agreed to keep it with the understanding I would return this one if the same issue happened again. Customer service assured me this is not indicative of their quality standards but I’ve got nothing else to go off except 2 pans with the same flaw.

Our daughter gave us the large and small fry pans as gifts. The first few times they were non sick. But they rapidly lost that capability. We have followed all the suggestions, and cared for them properly, but everything sticks and makes a big mess.

These pans are too expensive to function not as promised. I wanted to read some of the other reviews and see if there was something we were missing, like perhaps some of these pans might be defective.

But this sticking issue seems to be a common complaint. And the standard response from the company is that the customer is doing something wrong. While these pans are beautifully designed, they do not function.

Never tried Blue Diamond cookware before and I must say I am so far loving it. Cant believe how easy it is to clean plus its not heavy to lift. I hate heavy cookware with having health issues. I did experiment with temperatures using the pan and like having to use lower settings.

Nothing sticks to it ! Pus I can use on stove top or oven. In the future I will be buying more products from Blue Diamond. Recommend to anyone to at least try Blue Diamond cookware. Price, nonstick, easy to handle, and cleanup a breeze( dishwasher or hardwash) and versatile.

Plus safe to use !.

The problem w/ pans this size, is that the handle out-weighs the pan itself and doesn’t make complete contact w/ an electric burner. I had an IMUSA of the same size. So frustrating trying to heat the pan before adding food.

Went out to look for a heavier pan and between this one and the Ninja Foodi, I decided to give this one a shot. since it was nearly half the cost. This pan does not disappoint. It’s heavy enough to lay flat on the electric burner and push down the high temp sensors in the middle.

I really like it. 5 stars. Man. I really want to try that Ninja Foodi. hahaha.

I got these in replacement of the expensive Cuisine Art pan set I purchased but returned since I was not able to cook the egg sunny side up anymore after a week of use. I had great hope on these Blue Diamond pan set but one became very sticky after two months of use.

Even with lots of oil, everything sticks. Can’t cook eggs anymore in any style. I will be returning these. $7. 00 8″ pan I bought at a local supermarket lasted me two years but visually got tired looking so I replaced with these fancy looking, higher priced ones but the result was not what I expected.

Back to using my Du Buyer cast iron pan. Need a little extra care but I can cook my eggs perfectly.

Also, a hot pan pan should never cooled quickly because the heat transfer properties of the metal and the polymer are different and they shrink at a different rate. If cooled to quickly the bond between the two will be broken and this will reduce the life time of the pan.

Used with care these pans should last years and I highly recommend them.

I like the balance and feel of the handle. I made eggs in it without any spray or oil and they came out perfectly with no sticking. I have an induction range and I needed a good non-stick skillet that would work on my range and this one came highly recommended in the reviews.

I am very happy with this purchase. I wish it came in different colors, although I really like the green.

Handle’s rivets do not tight, so handle is shaky (not much, but still). Non stick cover can be assessed only after several month of usage, because when ti is new, it is good, but its resistance to scratching is questionable and can be assessed only in time.

And after some time the MANE thing- surface holds perfectly, and it fries perfectly, does not stick, no scratches.

These pans got good reviews from the consumer magazine and online, but ours were a bust. We got a full set of these six months ago and they have failed. First, the bottoms bulge and do not stay flat making for uneven cooking.

Second, the black material covering the outside including the bottom rubs off in a black mess. Third, the non-stick coating has been an early casualty. Fourth, even the rubber handle won’t stay on, a hazard when moving a hot pan.

I’m an avid home hobbyist foodie / cook. I abuse nonstick. Cook over higher heat than recommended. Family uses metal utensils in them. So ya. And all the top chefs (and in my experience) say they need replacing every 3-4 years, so why buy super expensive? These were recommended by Consumer Reports, thus I found them.

This pan replaces a 12″ pan that I bought years ago. It performed beautifully but I beat it to death. I have two of the 8″ pans, one 10″ pan and one 14″ pan. Great pans for the price.

I bought two of these as opposed to the traditional black Teflon frying pans. I destroyed my last large black Teflon pan due to overheating and decided to try these. The pans are very elegant looking and first four or five times I used them I didn’t see any difference, nothing stuck and I thought, “Ok, these must be alright and an alternative to the black Teflon.

” Subsequently, things started sticking, not badly but a fried egg would leave a small thin portion stuck to the bottom. It would release after rubbing it with a plastic spatula but in comparison I never had that problem with black Teflon ever, even after years of regular use.

So it’s a frying pan and it fries stuff but my experience is that after less than a months use it is not as non-stick as black Teflon and just in case you’re wondering, I did not overheat them. I’m not an expert and I can’t ever seem to make a cast iron pan work but I won’t buy these again because I need a fail safe pan for my ineptness.

Maybe others use them with great success, not this guy though.

Nice skillet. Although, I used it on a Sunday morn. for our pancakes. The oil just went to the other edge of the skillet. So, I would say that it is not level on the cooking surface. Did not put into dishwasher.

But it says you can. All in all, it is pretty good. Cannot wait to make an omelet or his over-med. eggs!!!!.

So far, so good. I needed to replace my non-stick skillets (t-fal) that were several years old, as they showed signs of wear and flaking. I hesitated because of health and safety issues, and was concerned about feeling mis-led about it being all right to use metal utensils without fear of the finish being degraded.

So I got this skillet in 2 sizes and also got a silicon fork/spatula to use with them, for the safety concerns. It seems like they were good choices and, after several uses, I feel confident that these were good choices, both for safety and for nice cooking use.

Theyseem like they will stay nice and easy to clean.

I’d love to be able to review this frying pan, however, I can only review a wok; as that’s what I’ve received from Robert Dyas. Not just one wok though. After returning the first, a second arrived instead of the frying pan.

An easy mistake I suppose. third time’s a charm. Nope. Wok again. Robert Dyas seem to have given up. They’re refusing to engage via email (as if waiting three days between replies counts as “engaging” in the first place), and their website “chat bot” is well programmed to dump customers into dark wells from which they never emerge.

The third wok is sitting here, unloved, unwanted, unused. And I have no frying pan (three months after ordering) with Shrove Tuesday on the doorstep. Very disappointed.

I have been using this solid for a week and I realised I had forgotten how nice it is to have a good pan to cook with. I’ve been making omelettes again! I’ve also made a lot of stir fry dishes in this and the depth of this pan helps to keep everything in when I’m tossing it all about.

I’ve been cleaning it with a simple wet cloth and a little fairy liquid as nothing as stuck to it yet. My only complaint is the handle isn’t the most comfortable to actually holy due to the outline of it.

This pan is excellent! I cook every day and a good pan is essential for me. This pan is brilliant, no more mess, fries quickly, food do not stick even with a drop of oil. Cleans very easily too, no more scrubbing at all! I am very impressed! After using it for a week, still looks great as new, made of good quality material.

The price is fine for a cheap fry pan. However, the bottoms of these pans don’t sit flat on electric burners or glass top stoves. The non-stick is fine so far, but I have to set the handle on a nearby fry pan so that it doesn’t rock back and forth on the burner coils.

Maybe it’s just the one I bought, but I doubt it. Cheap pans like these seldom sit perfectly flat, so don’t expect them to. On a gas burner, they should be fine.

Ive used it twice since I bought it. Its very simple, light, easy to handle and the food did not stick at all. I cooked fried eggs and omelet. I will buy the 12 or 14 inch pan whichever is available.

I ordered the 10in nonstick skillet for my mom as a birthday gift back in April of 2021 and received it on August. Although shipping was long, it is understandable as the pans were being shipped from Italy.

I cooked eggs on it for the first time and let me tell you i made the best mfking eggs ive ever had in my life. The pan is high quality, not warped, light, very simplistic. just literally flawless. Im not even being paid to write this review the pan is just so nice.

My moms a stay at home mom and spends most of her time in the kitchen, and she says this is the best pan shes ever cooked with in her 60 years of living. If you’re hesitating in buying, just do it. The price looks scary but its worth it.

It’s November now and the pan still looks brand new. Make sure you clean & season the pan before using :).

I purchased a ten inch nonstick frying pan which took some time to arrive, but was more than worth the wait. Not only is it beautifully designed, it works perfectly. The weight is substantial but not at all heavy, the handle is very comfortable and stays cool, it is durable and exceedingly easy to clean.

The interior honeycomb design is particularly pleasing as we keep bees. I have purchased two more for gifts already and plan to order more for additional holiday presents. One is for someone with RA who cannot use heavy cookware.

The pan is just gorgeous. On another note, I found the company to be wonderfully responsive to a concern, with friendly communication directly with one of the owners.

First purchase of 12 inch non-stick pan was a Christmas present. absolutely THE BEST I have ever cooked with. It is superb. I am so happy cooking with it my husband gave me the 10 inch non-stick pan for a Valentine present.

The workmanship and style is simply magnificent. These pans are perfect for induction cooking. My creative cooking knows no bounds. I have lived in 3 countries, Italy being one of them, used cookware from around the world, these will be in my suitcase when I go to England.

I simply can not imagine being without them. Compliments to all for design, weight, style and cooking performance. The pinnacle of perfection. Thank you.
