I’ve bought the Trace Minerals brand for years now, but finally leaving the review it deserves! HIGHLY recommend the Trace Mineral drops. I took these because my TMJ specialist suggested a supplement that contains potassium. My other mineral supplement only had magnesium and I need both. Well, this certainly got things moving in the bathroom (in a positive way) , but the thing I also noticed was one night when I had a glass of red wine that was a little stronger than my usual, my recovery time after popping two of these was MUCH better.

I did not get as dehydrated and I did not get a hangover. (I’m not encouraging anyone to go get buzzed, but this to me is proof that they are doing their job. ) I was using the liquid IV brand, but not everyone, myself included, is always in the mood for a salty drink – and that one doesn’t have magnesium.

I wanted more out of my tap water for drinking and I found this product to have what I was looking for. I don’t mind the taste actually find it refreshing, not overwhelmingly salty. I would question the product if there was no flavour whatsoever, especially when adding 10 drops to only a 300 ml bottle, which I think is about an average glass of water.

Sometimes I feel like my brain is not getting enough of something and have this weird tight feeling, and this helps so much when I put it in my water. It’s strangely good, like, something feels missing in my body unless I drink it.

Especially in the summer, it helps immensely to rehydrate the body and replenish lost minerals. I will continue to use it every day!.

If you suffer with constant heartburn and do not take prescription drugs to control it then this product will help to reduce the symptoms considerably, just add to all your drinks. Although you should avoid caffeine and alcohol as much as possible, this product will help you to still enjoy your favourite drinks (in moderation of course) with reduced reflux.

Best of all it contains no sodium so if you suffer with raised blood pressure then this is quite safe to use. Most other heartburn products contain sodium in some form.

I was amazed at the strength of the flavor. I feel like this water can provide enough minerals and electrolytes for me after any type of physical exertion. I feel that this is a well rounded beverage unique in its own ways and can be enjoyed over a great deal of time.

I believe the best source of trace minerals is from high quality mineral water. It is one of nature’s main ways of providing these essential nutrients in balance. Pellegrino is, in my opinion, an excellent example of how nature provides trace minerals, the gold standard.

Yet it’s expensive, environmentally unfriendly (shipping heavy water around the world is a no no), and unnecessarily contains carbonation. However, the water itself is excellent. I have long sought a way to remineralize locally filtered water up to Pellegrino quality.

I find Concentrace to fall short on a number of fronts. Pellegrino water is mineralized as it spends decades passing through dolomite and gypsum in the Italian alps. Concentrace comes from a completely dead lake in Utah, exposed to all sorts of modern day contaminants, like acid rain.

Pellengrino’s mineral analysis shows 43% sulfate, 17% calcium, 5% magnesium, and 5% chloride. Gerolsteiner, another wonder of nature, tips more heavily towards calcium and magnesium, yet it’s chloride is still 4%.

Concentrace is 70% chloride, typical of what you find from sea salt, not mineral water. I’m not saying taking mostly chloride from your trace mineral supplement is bad, I honestly don’t know. I do know it differs greatly from the mineral balance seen in high quality mineral water.

And Concentrace just feels weird to me, as unscientific as comment as that is. I have search far and wide, to no avail, to find a quality trace mineral supplement that more closely mirrors the mineral balance found in quality mineral water.

I continue to purchase Concertrace, from that old nasty lake, because sadly, it’s the only game in town. If I were an Italian business person living near San Pellegrino, I would figure out a way to create a trace mineral supplement that mirrored Pellegrino’s balance, from the same mountains, and be prepared to make a fortune selling it.

We add these drops to our distilled water. Not only does it re-mineralize the water, but it makes it taste great ! These drops make a great electrolyte drink, too! With today’s depleted soils, we need more minerals, and this is an excellent source, and easily absorbed.

I really needed something to help me stay hydrated because it gets really dry with the heat on during winter months and I can feel it damaging my health. I tried a few drops in a glass of water and it felt like it made the water taste a bit better, but I didn’t really taste the drops otherwise.

They are called trace minerals because they are in trace amounts. Any of them with larger quantities should have a mg amount listed. Any given mineral can be toxic at some point, but it depends on exactly how much is considered toxic for each mineral.

Also, since there should be a blend of about 72 different trace minerals in there they should all absorb nicely. In theory you won’t end up leaching some minerals or blocking absorbtion of others due to high amounts of some minerals.

For example; there won’t be enough zinc in the supplement to leech copper from your system, or too much calcium to block your absorption of iron. It’s supposed to be a balanced formulation for adding strictly very small trace amounts into your system.

Ideal for someone who either drinks a ton of reverse osmosis water, or has a hard time retaining minerals in their body.

I’ve been using this product for almost a year now. It’s an excellent electrolyte supplement that I use before and after exercise, as well as whenever I drink water! I love in Southern Louisiana where its 90+ almost year round and very high humidity points to boot. This is a combination for sweat and dehydration central. Every time you sweat in excess you lose precious electrolytes.

This is the best product to insure you are getting the minerals your body needs. Vitamins and good but people often overlook their mineral needs.

I started using Concentrated Mineral Drops Mid December. I noticed after only a couple of days that my energy levels began coming back. After experiencing an illness in September, I now feel more ‘alive’ and am able to do a lot more than I had been doing for the past 3 months! I am out walking again and tending to my gardens, which gives me much pleasure.

It is early days for me as yet but I would highly recommend this product for what I feel, gave me more ‘balance’ within my body.

I have been using these for a couple of years, as recommended by my Naturopath. They taste vile!!! But do the job. I notice a difference in my energy levels and helps with mood stability. I add a drop of green-mandarin essential oil (not from this site) and it does disguise the taste better.

I also take with Zinc mineral drops and Multi-Trace Mineral Drops. Together I think they are helping my body get what it needs but probably doesn’t help with the taste.

This may well be an ok supplement (can\’t tell yet) but the taste is REALLY nasty. So if you are somebody sensitive to taste, this might not be the thing for you. BIOTRACE COMMENT: Diluting the drops into the total water that you drink throughout the day lessens the flavour considerably.

Got this product because I learned I was deficient in some minerals and decided to choose the chocolate flavor to also satisfy that craving and in a healthy way. It really has a very delicious chocolatey flavor! I like to mix it with almonds and water.

I read some reviewers have trouble blending it well and this is how I do it. First blend the almonds in Nutribullet with the nut blade attachment and then add water and Trace Minerals packet and blend again.

I usually use about 8-10 oz of water. You can skip the almonds and just blend the packet with water or whatever liquid you are using and blend it. I think it blends a lot better than just stirring or shaking it up.

I also notice I feel full of energy and just an overall feeling of well-being after drinking it. Seems to quell other cravings I sometimes have. like for chocolate.

This is a great way for those of us who dont like eating fruits and veggies to get nutrients we are missing from having a less than stellar diet. I mix it with my pineapple juice in the mornings and it tastes great.

I have suffered low magnesium for almost one year due to malabsorbpion isdue. I have been prescribed magnesium supplement by my doctor with no effect. I have been having regular weekly infusions at hospital for 6 months.

In my first couple of weeks of strict keto, I found myself occasionally becoming light headed and with what felt like an irregular heartbeat. I love this product. My potassium always runs low, so I have been using the BodyBio supplement for years. It keeps my levels at a good place. Only disappointment is that I can no longer get the 4 ounce bottles so I have to buy bunches of the 2 ounce ones.

I am back to order a 2nd bottle. This supplement has a mild orange flavor, and is is easy to take. The consistency is a little thinner than regular yogurt, which can make it difficult to get out of the small mouth of the bottle.

It just requires a little patience, which is a small price to pay for such a great product. I like the glass bottle (not a big fan of plastics), and I am thankful that I will never again have to take chalky chewables or huge horse pills to get the extra calcium I need.
