20 Best Men’S Slip On Work Boots (2023 Updated)

My 1st pair of Doc’s back in the late 80s were made in the UK, and they were AWESOME! They fit well, and were Durable and Comfortable straight out of the box. I didn’t have to replace them until the early/mid 00s.

I bought a pair of 1460-ish mid-calf lace-ups in Smooth Black, and a pair of Greasy Black zip-sides whose name escapes me at the moment. The zip-sides were UK-made, but the lace-ups were from China, I think, (bought both from DM’s online store) for some reason.

I read later that Production was being moved there for the stereotypical reasons. There was an easily-overlook-able difference in Material Quality and Workmanship; the Chinese lace-ups needed more Maintenance than the British zip-sides, as the leather tended to dry out more quickly, and they arrived on my doorstep with no insoles, which the Staff at my local Doc Marten’s store immediately comped me a pair when I stopped by to complain (that’s where they shipped from, so I figured I’d go straight to them with my problem).

Not a BIG Issue, but worth mentioning – they recently started eating into my heels due to a pair of inconveniently-placed wrinkles that have dried into place. I recently found my tin of Original Formula Wonder Balsam that I bought with my 1st pair of Doc’s (I’ve heard that they’ve changed the formula within the past 10yrs or so, but that may be no more than hearsay), and am in the process of trying to rescue those Smooth Black mid-calf lace-ups, as they are my favorites, and I’m loathe to let them die so easily.

The only way that style could be improved is by offering them in Greasy Black. My most recent purchase is a pair of Greasy Black 1460s that are marked as being Made In Thailand. Honestly, I had Issues with them straight out of the box.

The Greasy Black finish was closer to Smooth Black, except that they were covered in what I can only describe as “micro-wrinkles” (like the fingerprints on a baby), they felt notably dry to the touch, and the insoles were thin and adhesive-backed (that’s a 1st in my experience), making it much more difficult for me to replace them with the better-quality insole options available (personal habit).

Wonder Balsam to the rescue! I got the finish back to the Greasy Black that I love in about 36hrs, but that should NOT be necessary before the 1st Wearing. It took me about 30min to rip out all that adhesive-backed insole, which is about 29min longer than it should’ve taken to remove insoles.

Oh, and the included laces are thinner, and some sort of synthetic fiber. Yes, they’re easier to tighten for a snug fit, but they also loosen quickly while being tied. I’ll have to swing by the DM Store downtown to see if they have the old-style laces.

Another Minor Issue, but I’ve NEVER had an issue with my Doc’s if they were marked “Made In UK”, but they seem to have moved Production to Asia on a permanent basis….

At the local mall I tried a pair of Dr. Martens to verify that the size and fit was the correct one. 9 was too small and 11 was not available, so size 10 was given to me and I put one boot on, and the foot was in without being too loose, or too tight.

So then I gave the boots back to the store and thanked them. So once I became assured that my shoe size was the correct one, I then visited the Dr. Martens Made in England website and decided to order TWO PAIRS! The order was successful, I waited a few days and the shipping box arrived undamaged, complete and without any scratches or tears.

I opened the shipping box and there they were, TWO PAIRS! I immediately tried the first pair and I have not stopped wearing them since the boots arrived. The boots are comfortable, but I have to loosen up the top of the boot, otherwise my ankle will be choked and the skin will become irritated due to the tightness.

The leather smells everyday. I do not shine them with grease or anything, these boots are not to be altered in anyway. I will not use any shining greases at all, all this will do is gather dust on the boot.

No No No. The boots will remain as they are in their original form until I wear them completely out. I would like to thank the workers at the manufacturing center in Wollaston, England for continuing to make excellent leather boots.

The price was not expensive, I understand why the price is different from the Chinese made boots, so I decided to choose the original factory made boots and pay the fair and correct price. Thank You for shipping my order correctly! Oh and I have recommended Dr.

I bought these for my daughter and in all things, you learn a lesson. I am an older guy and remember when things were built for the person, not the company. Doc Martens has a particular brand that is very popular but that popularity is marketing, not product driven.

Having worn Army Surplus boots since the 1980’s, I know boots. And this is the equivalent of buying un-treated cow hide that has yet to be tumbled. Or like purposely stiffened Jeans that you despise having touch your skin but it’s a particular look.

This was the second pair as the previous ran small and now these do as well. So I paid nearly two hundred dollars for boots this kid will likely have sitting on a shelf, which I can understand, since it would take years to soften these up.

And they are so uncomfortable, that she will choose them ONLY on special occasions to show off. They will never be an every day boot. Your company makes a fine product but what of it? If you can’t be comfortable and enjoy it.

Thats ridiculous. It’s a status symbol and useless. A waste of money. I could buy used similar boots at Good Will for $6. 99 (or used to be able to) and DID, which my kids grew out of and gave away. But those boots were soft, comfortable, looked great, and lasted forever.

I could easily have bought cheapie boots at Walmart NEW for $40 to $60 dollars that would easily rival these in form and fit. Could you call them knock offs? Perhaps. But they would have shoes leather that was already pliable and comfortable in-store.

Not something you had to wear for two years before you made an ankle crease. That’s nuts. I feel ripped off. I used to sell shoes and my father was a Furrier and Leather hand bag maker when I was a kid, so I know what goes into such things of finery.

This product is a JOKE by comparison. In the 1970’s the Levi Straus company decided to take the drastic measure of adding rocks to the pockets and tumble washing their products to make them more appealing.

It worked and the entire world wanted soft Jeans you could put on and have that broken in feel. Perhaps your company might consider getting off your dumb high horse and making something that is worth the ridiculous price.

I just ordered my 3rd pair of Lace Up Georgia Mud Dogs in 4 years. I have been getting about 14 months per pair and honestly could probably stretch that another few months. I live in Michigan so I put these boots through every type of climate and whatever Mother Nature throws at them.

I work Commercial Construction both indoor and outdoor all phases. There is nothing these boots can not handle (Concrete, Mud, Flooring, Roofing, Yard Work, Snow Shoveling) all while remaining extremely comfortable.

At a minimum I wear my boots 6 days a week 10-12 hours a day if not more. They have been comfortable from day one, but once they get broken in there is no comparison in comfort. Pro Tip – Purchase a Boot Dryer.

No matter what type of boot you have. I put my boots on a boot dryer every night before bed. This helps the boot last longer, feel fresh every morning, and definitely keeps them from stinking. Got my first 5-6 years ago for C$89 and have worn them on the farm and working in the bush at least half the year since. Back in the spring they needed new heels and the stitching around the outsole started unravelling.

Looked at new Muddogs and was shocked to find they would set me back about C$200, plus shipping & duty and that none of the sale discounts applied to Canadian orders. Unfortunately when I tried to get them fixed (who does that anymore?) found it was going to cost not much less than new ones.

Best boots I ever had but no way I could pay those kind of bucks, so will wear the ‘Dogs until they fall off. In meantime got some Muck boots that are comfortable, so far are doing the job and on sale cost me less than half as much.

I think quality has gone down on these I’ve brought georgia boots over decade. I always buy this mud dog style and I’m a slippon guy lace ups for me always leak. My current pair 150$+ I buy from local store started leaking with with no visual damage.

So they went straight in the garbage I work at treating plant. Nothing dangerous just oil but inside boot is nasty. They where 3 months old I came here to see reviews mostly postive I just couldnt see spending that much again.

I wouldnt buy work boots again all my old ones lasted over year. BUT I did just buy 2 good looking pairs to for around town because these boots have ALWAYS been more comfortable then wolverine or any big name brands.

I want spend 150 nor will my wife let me again to see if they leak so buy at your own risk mine leaked with NO visable damage and thats a first. So I’m stuck with work provided rubber boots that are painful but FREE.

I would recommend always buy some Georgia boots for comfort but not to be waterproof there having problems.

These boots were purchased for a daily use on a construction site. Still in the breaking in period, hopefully they are more comfortable in the next few weeks. Some discomfort where the composite toe stops, rubs on the top of my foot while walking and bending.

They fit nicely, very lightweight compared to the steel toe I usually wear. I have only been wearing them for about a week and a half and can already see wear and tear on the front of the boot. Not typical with the brand I usually purchase but I am pretty rough on my boots.

I really like the style and materials, but length is too long for the ankle fit. Had to buy a 10 to fit around instep, but my toes are nearly 1′ from the end. This is a poor fit in my opinion. The left boot tongue will not stay straight, but wants to wrap around my ankle, lays way over to the side – it is stiched in crooked.

Not impressed with these issues for such an expensive product. What do you expect from outsourcing to overseas I guess.

I have bought and worn these boots for many years. They wear great and really comfortable. They used to be made in the USA. They now say made in the USA with world wide materials. I wanted to get another pair before they are made in China (as other Justin boots are now made).

And also before the next price increase.

I love these shoes! I lived in Australia 20 years ago, where I fell in love with them. Then I kinda forgot about them, but apparently, they became popular again with teenagers – my stepdaughter had them and I was reminded about how comfortable they are.

I have a very high instep, which is no problem at all with these shoes (if you have a lower instep, the shoes come with inserts). With age, my bunions have also become worse – and again, no problem with these shoes.

They’re probably not the best for really cold climates; this style does not have a lot of insulation. But I wear them in winter time in the Southern US, and in The Netherlands (no snow). And even with my high instep, I can wear thick socks in them.

In the beginning, the leather is a bit tough, and you definitely need to break them in – but with time, these shoes only get softer and better, and they last *forever*. And with the timeless design, money well-spent.

As for buying them, I actually tried them on at my local shoe store, but they didn’t have my size for this particular style. I ordered a size 8. 5 US Women’s online, took about 6 days to get them. Unfortunately, they were too small and I had to return them.

It’s a bit of a hassle Blundstone does not do exchanges. I ended up going back to my local shoestore, which now had the size I needed (9 US womens) – so I had to pay to get a new pair, but also wait to get a refund until Blundstone received the original pair back.

But overall, that process was very smooth; it just took a while (20 days from drop off until I got a message the refund was processed, but then I had the refund in a day).

I usually wear a U. S. size 7. 5 and got the size 5 (UK) in the Rustic Brown boots. I bought these to wear for work and hiking. But I’d say they’re better for walking around town and have great traction, but the ankle area is not supportive/sturdy enough for hiking.

They definitely needed to be broken in – the back of the boots pressed into my leg right below my calves when I first started wearing them. It hurt so bad for a good week, but I toughed it out and then for a month I wore them every single day and they were perfect.

But a couple of weeks ago a deep crease formed only on the right boot, right above my heel (Achilles tendon area). It’s so incredibly painful to walk in the right boot now. My Achilles tendon is swollen and bruised from the deep crease pushing into it every step I make.

Meanwhile the left boot is completely comfortable with no deep crease in that location. This was after only 1 month of wear. One would think that a $200 pair of boots would be a bit sturdier and better constructed to not bend so much after 1 month of wear.

I’ve never had this occur before with one boot getting a crease so deep I couldn’t walk because of the pain. Blundstone wouldn’t replace the one boot as they deemed it normal and I can’t return them for a refund because I wore them.

Unfortunately Blundstone’s product isn’t sturdy or worth the hype.

Beautiful color and side detail. I wear them for casual and rustic/scruffy looks. They are very comfortable: I am U. S. size 7. 5 wide and 8 (Aus 5) fits well with plenty of room in the toebox. I’m a teacher and they are the most comfortable pair for commutes, lessons and walking around the city (10,000 steps daily minimum).

They seem very durable (six months of moderate wear): I went on several hikes and they help up well, in heat and cold, heavy hail/rain. After a rainy hike they got white stains and I just stuffed them with old paper, let them dry and gave them a good clean and polish.

The hiking scuffs do not look too bad and even give the boots some character. The 2151 is something in between very fine nubuck and traditional leather. I tried suede/nubuck brushes but they are too abrasive.

Now I use a cleaning gel and leather milk, and sometimes a waterproof spray. To be clear, I try to avoid too much rain and puddles. So far I am very happy and planning to wear them for ten years alongside my heeled black leather Blunnies.

I got these slides (olive) for quick and easy shoe to slip on when letting my dogs outside. I can leave them the porch (they are rubber, and insole is not material that absorbs or stays wet) and just put them on whether I am in bare feet or socks.

I ordered 10s thinking that with socks they would perfect fit, but I returned/exchanged for 9s which are much better. A hair tight with thick socks, but fine with a normal pair. They have a deep hiking boot-type Tread, which in my yard in winter and spring collects mud, so these will track mud and debris and not clean off easily, even with a coir mat.

Something to consider. They are waterproof and made of pretty flexible material. not a hard or stiff rubber like other brands, making these pretty comfortable. I have worn them walking the dogs around them block without discomfort and my feet stayed dry in damp conditions.

These are fantastic shoes. You’ll love them. In the winter I will line mine with sheepskin liners, which feel so good on bare feet! Easy to slip on and off to go outside and into the garden. I ordered a pair of the shoes earlier this year.

I am a standard men’s 8 all the time, and they were too short for my feet. I didn’t get them back within the return window due to life’s events, so I gave them to my mother-in-law who wears an 8 1/2 in women’s sizes and she’s very pleased with them.

I think they are slightly too big for her, but are fine with thick wool socks on. So I’ve ordered a second pair in a men’s size nine and they are perfect. I will get great use out of these shoes.

Excellent boots. Lasted me a little over a year working in a very harsh work environment. Heavy iron castings and extreme temperatures from 160 and even up to (infrequently) 200 degrees down to -30 and I didn’t notice a thing.

Very comfortable. Will definitely buy again.

I ordered a 10 wide, and they fit just like the should. They are also very nice looking and very comfortable for a boot. Overall a great buy.

I like this boot, looks good and sturdy. I’m only problem is it’s a little narrow and so squeezes my feet. I have a stretcher in it and hope it will be more comfortable. Sorry I have really big feet, long and wide, made to walk on water.

Finally a pair of wellingtons that actually fit my calf. I have never found a single pair that would. The safety toe cap is also much nicer, no more digging into the sides of my pinky and big toes. The sole is very hard rubber and is terrible in packed snow/ice, but they aren’t advertised as a winter boot.

I have no idea how the boot will hold up over time yet, but I hope they do.

This boot looks great at first. Width is truth as well as length. However, the heel feels like it’s not there. It feels as though I am standing out of the boot. So much so that each step feels like the boot is falling off.

The heel needs to be at least another 1. 5†deep. I will have to return.

Received the boots by delivery date. The boots are well made, great versatile design, choice for both casual wear or for getting the job done. The slip on style makes it easy to put on & take off. Convenient lace-free twin gore stretch panels, Pull loops, comfortable inner liner padding & quality leather that is tough to scuff but yet moves with the foot.

By far best purchase made this year, quality affordable boots! Unfortunately, I had to return & re-buy them the sizing of the boot is about 1/2 size too small. Had to order a size up. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Great boots. Definitely put your own insoles. Toe width is on the slightly small side, but I have a bit of a wider front end of my feet so may not be a problem for most.

I like the slip on it makes it so convenient but my foot slips out in hard positions such as me trying to dig in to push something. Not sure if the elastic is too loose or if that’s just the nature of the slip on.

I love them for just walking around though.

The boot is, I’m sure, super comfortable, well built and will last a long time, depending on use. But even if you’re hard on boots, it takes a lot to wear them out. The reason I say “I’m sure” is because Galls shipped me the wrong size.

And they’re out of my size until June. And no one answers the phone at the local store. And it took several tries and a long time explaining being put on hold just to get the answer that they are out of stock.

That deserves one star. But, Galls said they would make it right, that’s TBD. But I can speak with knowledge, because I own three other versions of this boot. The Puma Brown Aquapel, the Outback, and the Bobcat Claret Oil Kip (this is the exact same boot as the black one reviewed here, just a different color.

I’ve had that pair 5 years- still going strong, water still beads off). Check out “Blundstone Killer” boot review online by Rose Anvil. He literally saws this boot in half so you can see how it’s made.

He has access to wear all kinds of boots, and he rated this one as most comfortable of all. Standing for 10 to 12 hours on indoor floors, concrete or asphalt? No problem. I’ve stood even longer than that with no foot fatigue and no burning feeling at the ball of your foot.

Walking 8 to 10 miles a day, at times carrying a load? No issues & feet feel springy at the end of the day. Standing outside in hot sun on pavement over 100 degrees? No problem, these soles are rated to 300 degrees F.

Inclement weather? No problem. Especially if you treat these before wearing with Obenauf’s leather protection, the water beads right off. The Vulcan sole will never let water between where the shoe leather meets the midsole.

I re-reat them whenever sun, dirt, etc. breaks it down and it stops beading water. Never had wet socks. Just don’t go into water deeper than the side stretch panels-those are not water proof. So while Redback can’t claim these as “waterproof ” because there is no liner, I’m telling you, with treatment, they are.

I know some guys that don’t treat the boots and they still don’t get wet feet. TIP: I wouldn’t use any petroleum based, mink oil, snow seal or animal-based leather treatment because that will deteriorate the leather where it meets the Vulcan sole.

Also because you don’t have a liner, they breathe better and are far more comfortable in warmer temps. My feet don’t get hot ! In summer, I wear Danner Hot Weather TFX Drymax black crew socks. For colder temps, I wear wool socks.

Caveat: I wear Hapad Comforthotic (Athletic, green color) insoles vs. the insoles that come with the boots. The stock insole is pretty chintzy, without a lot of support. Redback knows this and offers a better insole.

I tried it, but it’s not as good as the Hapads. Hapads are inexpensive; have great arch & heel support/cushion; have a slight more padding just in front of your metatarsals (ball of foot). This subtle “metatarsal lift” takes the brunt of the G force with every step you take – relieving your metatarsal from the full impact of each step.

Your feet will impress on the Hapad insole, making it your custom-like orthotic. These help with plantar fasciitis, too. For sure, even without better insoles, this boot is still far more comfortable than any work boot I’ve ever worn.

I’m a diesel mechanic and work 15+ hours a day on concrete on my feet, up and down, I also must add I have a fused ankle and never have found a boot that supports or don’t hurt my feet. With all that being said once they are broken in they are the most comfortable best wearing boot I’ve ever owned.

All the other top brand boots usually only last me 3-5 months and kill my feet, knees and back. The last pair of these lasted me 4 years through the heat, oil, grease, and all other chemicals that’s in a shop.

I highly recommend these boots if you are on your feet.

Being 82 years old but still pretty active, I was looking for a slip on work boot. The elastic ankle was a little tight but after putting them on a few times it loosened up. The boots are very comfortable and the size is accurate.

They fit real well. I’m pleased with the purchase but because the soles are slippery on snow and ice, these are not an all-season boot. I slipped on the snow and fell while walking around my truck the 2nd time worn.

With better gripped soles, these would be an all-season boot for casual work/dressy year round wear.

I’ve only worn these shoes twice, but they’re the real deal. I’m pretty particular when it comes to shoes, but these one’s actually look nice on my feet; loafer vibes from the top and a sneaker-like look from the side.

They’re slightly high topped, but unlike other shoes of this type, they have cut outs that provide full ankle mobility. These are exceptionally well designed shoes. I went hiking in the rain and stood in a river the first day.

By the end of the hike, they were covered in mud, but (unlike those highly textured water resistant Merrils) I had zero issues hosing these off. Today I wore them to work and the grocery store. I’m so glad to finally stop wearing rainboots all winter here in Western Washington.

I think these would be really popular if they sold them in stores here.

I really like these boots! I love the style enough that I’ve started wearing them casually and not just in the field. I work in soil health, and they’re great for trekking around the muddiest of fields.

There are a couple of drawbacks that are worth considering: 1. Zero arch or ankle support. I exchanged the original size I bought for a half-size up and use Dr. Scholl’s half insoles which has remedied that problem.

Might want to go a half size up if you use full-size insoles. Haven’t found a remedy for the ankle support part. Step on even a slightly uneven surface and you’re gonna roll your ankle. I’ve been rolling my ankles in regular shoes my whole life, but it happens more in these, especially walking across steep slopes or rocky terrain.

2. The black ones get really hot in the sun. If you’re standing under direct sunlight on a hot day for more than a few minutes it starts to feel like you’ve stuck your feet in a toaster oven. But, the only other option for women is white, which seems counterintuitive for a shoe designed to be worn in /muck/.

Otherwise, they’re great shoes! They hold up to water, mud, and various other muck, and the upper neoprene layer cleans off super easily. The chelsea style is perfect for keeping gunk out of your shoes without having to wear a full-length boot.

I have narrow feet and I find the fit to work well with a thicker pair of socks, which I prefer anyways.

This is a fantastic garden shoe for working around the yard. I absolutely love it and I highly recommend it. I wear mine almost daily. I also wore them on a 3 mile walk with my dog over varied terrain (mud, gravel, pavement, grass, and dirt).

They did okay but for that distance they weren’t quite as comfortable as my Merrills or running shoes, but they’re not made for that. They are made for gardening, working in the yard, farming, etc. , and are perfect for that.

I wear a size 12. 5 in almost every shoe and boot. Since a 12. 5 was not available when I ordered the Outscape Low, I ordered one pair in size 12 and one pair in size 13. The size 12 fit well. The size 13 were much too big and I felt like I was stepping out of them while walking on carpet inside my house.

I returned the size 13 pair to Muck within hours of receiving them and did so via the UPS label Muck provided. According to UPS tracking, Muck received the return 12 days ago (as of the date of this review) but still has not processed my refund to my credit card.

This is not acceptable, in my opinion, given where we are with technology nowadays. So, while I give my size 12 Men’s Outscape Low’s 5 stars out of 5 (again, I recommend them!), my overall rating is a 3 based on the fact I am still waiting for my refund for the pair I promptly returned.

The price is pretty good, the ankle support is what I need, they come in my size, and after they get stretched out by a few uses, they go on and come off easily enough. But the heels (which have air pockets for comfort) wear out too quickly and there is no practical way to have them replaced.

The soles truly are non-skid–safe on wet floors.

Bought these for my FIL. He has been looking for a “shiny” black pull-on boot and this was exactly what he wanted. He loves them. They are a little tough to pull on at first, but easily work “in” to make that simpler.

If you have wide feet and don’t like tying shoes, you’ll think you’ve won the sweepstakes with these boots. I am on my sixth or seventh pair over the last 10 years and I wear these boots for everything! Hiking (rugged), dress ( I always have two pair, one for everyday and one for town), work (farming, ranching, construction) and they are always comfortable and the elastic lasts until the leather is worn out.

Actually they are the only footwear I own, besides my down slippers.

My husband right away felt relief when I purchased the first pair of these shoes for him. He has worn them every day at work on concrete floors for the past year. He feet and leg pain has been much relieved since wearing these Shoes.

Bought these for work, I run a restaurant, figured they were “Slip Resistant”, I was wrong. I seem to be slipping and sliding quite a bit. My Sketcher-Nampa Grotons are so much better for non slip shoes.

I will say the Nautilus do seem to be better for my back.

When I first heard my Company was requiring it’s Salesmen to wear Steel Toe Shoes to work, I thought there won’t be anything that looks good to wear out in dealing with the public, but when I ordered my slip-ons from your Company, I was pleasantly surprised.

I really like they way they look and feel on my feet. It definitely chnaged my views on the way “safety shoes” should look.

Redback hit it out of the park with their easy escape boots. Ive only owned a couple other steel toe boots but these blow them away. Even tho its a slip on its very snug and secure when its on and it is very comfortable with virtually no To very little break in time needed.

I have a couple pairs now and I would recommend going a half size bigger than you normally wear as for me on my actual size which they fit great, if I wear socks on the thicker side etc or if Im doing a ton of walking and my feet swell a bit it can get pretty tight in spots.

Half size up cured all of that for me, I simply can wear thick socks if I need to and even with thinner socks its still a nice fit with a little bit of play but not enough to negatively impact everyday work use.

I put them through abuse, they seen desert rocks and debris and even snow etc , very durable and pretty good grip too, at work the floors are smooth and even when wet spots etc there is some grip which is very nice compared to a couple other shoes I had for work.

If you havent tried these yet you dont know what youre missing! One day Ill try their lace ups for heavy outdoor debris but for my uses for work and for mild desert terrain etc these are perfect! The only thing with these is that right at your ankle bone area where the stretchable material is you dont have protection and or if water gets that high can seep in.

So if you need ankle protection etc or plan on stepping in 5 puddles then these may not be what you need but for everything else its good to go!.

Verdict is still out on the boots. But they seems good. However, the sizing is a pain. But the suggested appropriate size, and they were like wearing clown shoes. Returned them for one size down, and they are darn near too small.

Just be aware sizing is goofy.

Over the years and trying many different pairs of safety shoes I’ve found these to be the best fit and feel for me. My usual problem is the steel toe rubbing against my big toes, causing pain, blisters and corns.

These shoes don’t do that. They provide plenty of room for my big toes and once I have them broken in I forget I’m wearing safety shoes. They’re so comfortable there have been many times I’ve accidentally worn them home because I forgot to swap them with my street shoes before I left work.

The shoes are heavier than my husband expected and narrower. He has a narrow foot so he ordered the medium but it feels tighter than expected. Wearable but not great other than the quality materials.

I bought these for my boyfriend. He has been wearing steel toes for 30yrs. He loves this brand and he says by far. these are the absolute most comfortable shoe. He says it feels like hes not even wearing steel toes.

He says he has room to spread his toes. The shoes are true to size. He wears a 10w. Perfect fit. Loves them he said everyone at work wants a pair.

First let me say, I have as flat feet as flat feet can get. With that being said, the insoles take a beating but they take it well. Secondly, I’ve had these boots for two years and as expected, the heel liner has torn and am gonna get it repaired.

But that’s to be expected since I’m a heavy equipment mechanic. The outer leather over the toes is torn, cut, etc. And they are still waterproof. Don’t listen to the pepe that bash these boots just because they are part of the few that just happened to get “the lemons”.

Manufacturing is never perfect. Love these boots and will never buy any other brand. I prefer these over Ariat any day.

I’ve been at the same job for over 20 yrs, These have held up the longest, almost a year. They are very comfortable, I can wear them all day without any issues I’m an aircraft mech, I do a lot of walking on concrete, scaffolding, walking up and down stairs, bending squatting crawling over concrete, metal and skid resistant surfaces.

Toes and soles take a beating. No problems with seams. Wear on toes can show up after a couple days of work. I also use boots for hunting, fishing, all around house work. Theses boots are priced the same as competition and are made of better quality materials.

I have not had a boot last longer then 3 months until these. I started ted wearing them as a gravedigger, dealing with water and dirt, they stood up for a year. Only thing that happened was the sole cracked in the middle, pushing a shovel down everyday was the cause, but the boot still held up for a year.

Now in construction again, electrical work, fourth pair, walking at least 4 miles a day, boots are still great after a year. Only thing that went bad was the shoe insert pad. I buy the boot insert for my low arch when i buy the boots new.

Love these boots! No foot pain, helps with lower back pain also. Sole is still good, wear is typical for my rough work conditions. Lasting longer then 12 months, well worth the price for me. I would spend more by buying new boots every three months.

And not having to go shopping is a big plus for me. I also like not lacing up, slip them on, and go to work. I also found that if i do not oil them, helped. Let them wear in naturally, stiff for a week, then I’m good.

I worked a few years at a job that required me to be on my feet 7-10 hours a day on concrete and asphalt. These shoes kept me comfortable and offered great traction in a variety of weather conditions.

I believe the crepe sole is the key to the comfort these shoes provide and while I wore out three pairs of them, I never felt that the quality of the shoe was lacking. I never had a problem with shucking out the bucks for a new pair and recommended them to many of my coworkers.

This is a very comfortable shoe and looks great. I debated on a couple different ones but liked the patterning on this one the best. The first day I wore them people complemented on the way they looked.

Well made and comfortable. I had to order a couple of times to get the right size but, the local TS store took them right back and I had a refund within minutes. I will definitely buy shoes like this from TS.
