19 Best Mens Iphone 6 Wallet Case (2023 Updated)

I love Speck cases and have used them for the last 5+ years with Android phones, so I checked Speck first when I switched to the new iPhone 13 pro. I was concerned about other reviews that said that this case wasn’t grippy enough or other reviews elsewhere that said the case was too tight to get on/off the phone, but I really wanted a clear case to be able to see the color of the phone I got and this just seemed like the best product for the job, and I trusted Speck enough to deliver.

First, I LOVE the clear – it meets all of the expectations I had there. Second, I didn’t find it too tight to put on at all. It’s snug but not to any concerning level or that made it too difficult to put on.

so I’m not sure what those other reviews were talking about. Third, I read some reviews that said that this case made the phone more slippery than if it didn’t have a case and it wasn’t grippy enough, but I don’t agree with that either.

The case isn’t tacky rubber but it’s definitely more grippy than without the case, and it makes me more comfortable holding it and trust that it’s not going to slip out of my hand. So. again, ignore those weird comments in other reviews.

The only issue that I have is that the case scratches more easily than I anticipated. I know that it’s not that tacky type of rubber so scratches would be more expected, but it seems to be getting scratched from the surfaces I’ve put it on more than anything else.

I have dropped my phone a few times since I got it, and the case has absolutely protected it and not cracked or broken the phone or the case so I’m glad about that, but the scratches aren’t from dropping it (otherwise I’d totally understand that).

Instead it just seems like the coffee table or side tables that it sits on most of the time are scratching it as I pick it up/put it down. It probably wouldn’t be an issue if the case wasn’t clear, but I should have thought about how scratches would look on a clear case before I decided on it.

I have a graphite iPhone 13 Pro and switched from the black version of this case to the clear. Perhaps I’m losing my mind, but I swear the clear version is a bit lighter, which is nice. I will agree with other reviewers that it was incredibly hard to get on, and now that it is on I’ve noticed some smears or something on the sides and top of the phone that I think are from the case being so tight.

I’m not sure, but I’m going to see if they go away with time otherwise I will try to take it off and put it back on. Time will tell as far as how the case holds up and quite frankly regardless of any advertising I expect any cleare case to turn yellow at some point.

Overall, though I liked the raised rubber grips of previous generations as many other people did, I really do like the way the grips have now been incorporated into the same material on the new version of these cases.

Originally the “redo” of the Presidio Grip was was terrible, but when they revised it again for the iPhone 13 lineup it seems they listened to previous reviews and made some good changes. I always think the Presidio Grip has the best feel in the hand of any similar type case; the textured areas just seem to be in the right place for holding the phone securely.

Without a doubt, the clear version of this case is probably very slippery and likely not for me as I am prone to dropping my phone and also like to take it on hikes and adventures. I just agree with other reviewers who have said the buttons are difficult to press.

That is not my experience at all, unless this has been fixed since those reviews. I have always liked Speck and although I have bought other cases here and there I somehow always go back to Speck. Yes, the cases have been damaged when I have dropped my phone but my phone has always been protected.

And isn’t that the whole point? So far I’m really happy with my purchase.

Once I bought the iPhone 7 Plus version of this case, it halted my personal iPhone case quest. I’d been through literally dozens of “The Best” cases. I’d tried all the highly rated cases and the 50-foot drop tested cases (if you know the website I’m referring to, it sets a very high bar on case protection).

I don’t go through a lot of cellular phones. or cases – once I’d decided on a case. I’ve just now upgraded from the iPhone 7 Plus to the the iPhone 13 Pro. My wife did a similar update, going to the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

The Speck Presidio Grip was highly rated back when the iPhone 7 was new (Eh?). I’d been through a lot of cases, over 2 dozen of the highest rated cases at the time, on a quest for perfection, which landed on the Speck Presidio Grip.

Once I’d recently upgraded to the iPhone 3 Pro didnt’t even look at current iPhone case reviews – I ordered a Speck Presidio2 Grip case. Looking back, I’m glad I didn’t look at current reviews before ordering, which seem to downgrade this case for the recent changes.

The Presidio Grip was highly rated back in the iPhone 7 Plus days. The rubber grip lines weren’t just a design/fashion statement – they made the case very grippy. I went through two Presidio Grip cases for that phone, with the rubber grip-strips wearing down after years of use on my first version of this case.

I didn’t mind that it “wore out” after years of use. The Presidio Grip was my “perfect iPhone case”, due to the grippy-ness, combined with the slimness, and the protection. I just recently upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro, and immediately ordered a Speck Presidio2 Grip case for it.

I was surprised to see some of the current reviews, downgrading it from previous versions due to the changes Speck had made to the case. The previous rubber strips are gone, but the grip lines are still there in a different way.

It had me worrying as I waited for the case to be delivered. No need to worry. Speck’s re-make of this case to accomodate MagSafe recharging still leave it as one of absolute best iPhone cases available (IMO obviously, but also from a broad perspective).

The overall edge grip isn’t downgraded at all, which some current reviewers seem to falsely indicate. The back of the case no longer has built-up rubber grip lines on the back of the case, but has grip-line cutouts there, accomodating MagSafe recharging.

I don’t need to go on another “Case Quest” for my new iPhone. this is it, If you liked the Presidio Grip, you’ll still like the Presido2 Grip.

Love this case. I’ve had this case for about 4 months and it’s still like new. It’s plastic, rubbery surround for the housing of your phone doesn’t stretch out of shape, crack, etc like other cases I’ve had in the past.

It holds 3 cards in the slots and you can store more or cash in the folded slot. Get this case you will not be disappointed. I cut the latch part of with a utility blade for the men’s wallet look.

I really love this item. I do not like leaving my phone exposed when I am at work. This case is perfect for my needs and it is comfortable to carry. It also offers some protection if dropped. I actually bought this particular item and another one just like it in brown & navy blue.

Would buy again when this one wears out but so far still in good shape.

I’ve always preferred wallet cases and of all the ones I’ve owned this one is very well made and yet is the cheapest one I’ve ever purchased. The small magnet in both the clasp and the cover means that they both fold out of the way and stay where they are put.

The magnets are strong enough to hold but haven’t affected my credit cards. All cases eventually wear out and if this one lasts a decent time I’m buying 5 more.

With three credits card and a couple of notes in the cover the case didn’t close easily. However, their excellent customer service advised the leather will stretch quite quickly in use and close more easily (we’ll see!).

The case itself is beautifully made and I suggested to them that it might help if the three card slots were evenly spaced across the whole length of the cove rather than the top half. CS said they’d pass this on to the design team.

Definitely recommend this case!.

Bought this for a friends birthday. Our other friend has one and I also have one. We all love them. Ive bought cheaper ones before which only seem to last a few months. Its well worth spending a bit more on one of these.

Can’t fault these cases, I’ve had one on an iphone XS-Max for nearly 3 years now and it’s the only case I’ve ever had that’s lasted that long! Ordered this one for someone else and they’re really happy with it.

I was really excited to receive this case. My phone fit perfectly and it can hold 3 cards and a small amount of cash. exactly what I was looking for. However, I can only give this 3 stars because the case smells horrible! It smells like fish food.

I left it open overnight thinking maybe it just needed to air out from the packaging it came in but it still stinks. Pretty disappointed.

I just received my second jimmyCASE for my iPhone 6 Plus. After about 11 months, the black plastic siding on my first case came unattached from the wood backing. Because it was within the 1 year warranty, I was given a 70% discount on a replacement (if this case wasn’t so great for nearly a year, I would have been frustrated that the return policy requires you to partially pay for a new one).

Customer support was responsive and very easy to work with — they just requested a photo of the area that was coming apart. They didn’t require that I send back the faulty case first for examination or make any other frustrating demands.

The jimmyCASE constantly gets attention from friends and co-workers. It adds only minimally to the footprint of the phone (no bulky siding), and even though it has the elastic cloth backing to store cards/cash, it isn’t extremely thick.

I love the lightweight wood material on the back. I’ve seen a whole slew of plastic, rubbery, faux carbon fiber, and other materials with every type of texture but I’ve seen very few well-done wood cases.

The jimmyCASE nails it! Additionally, the broad range of color options for the elastic cloth strap gives you some customization to get something that feels right for you (I chose the orange and navy blue option for my first case, then went for the more subdued shades of grey option for the replacement).

I find that the texture of the wood grain and the cloth backing make it difficult for the phone to slip from your fingers. I expect that the protection afforded is somewhat less than you see on some of the bulkier cases, but I’ve dropped my phone several times on hard surfaces and my jimmyCASE came through — no damage.

In short, it’s by far the best phone case I’ve tried. It’s a little pricey, but the package of style, quality, and customer support that it delivers is worth every penny. Cheers!.

I have purchased 2, maybe 3 of these cases. From a stylistic and utilitarian point of view, I love it. They look great, I don’t need to carry a wallet. The elastic band does not wear out, even if you have a few cards in it.

However, whatever adhesive they are using the attach the bumper that goes around the phone to the wallet part on the back of the case does not do the trick. The bumper has peeled away on each of the cases that I have purchased.

The latest one I purchased started peeling within a month of buying it, I contacted JimmyCase about it and they quickly sent me a new one (after I sent pictures to them) and allowed me to keep the old one, which was pretty cool, even if it’s not of much use.

I have now had this case about a year and the bumper is peeling again. A little frustrating, since the iPhone 7+ case is the same as the iPhone 8+ case and I was hoping to not have to buy a new one. But, as long as they last until the next iteration of the iPhone.

I’ll probably keep buying them. Hopefully this time it won’t happen again. TL;DR highly useful, looks awesome. but be ready to use super glue.

The cover has been received in a simple envelope which might cause some damages to the cover as it is lightly protected. The concept of the cover is great and The back elastic works very well. Wood is quite thin but seem to be solide.

The cover fits perfect’y the iphone shape and is easy to fit. The edges are high enough to protect the phone when you lay it face down also if you have a protection glass. The buttons and lightning plug can be easily accessed and any lighning connector size can be used.

The speakers openings are well designed. But the quality of the bumper/plastic where the phone is inserted is average and quite slippy (I have to be careful when I take the phone as the grip is not really safe and if you hit your phone on the table it might be sliding directly on the floor).

The inside is raw plastic with no protection as in the original Apple cover which protects better the phone especially if you have a jet black color which is quite sensitive. To summarize a great idea which would have deserved a better quality to match the high price.

I am delighted with my new phone cover – the colour,fit and style exactly as described – it looks and feels smart and I love the design. Altho little side pockets are provided for credit cards etc, I doubt you’d fit more than about 2 in as quite snug , but that’s fine by me anyway as I didn’t buy it as a purse.

Also like the magnetic catch, it’s strong and doesn’t get in the way. Really recommend this product.

Sand storm, snow storm, water puddle or drop to the floor. This case will take it all and you don’t have to worry about your phone. Plus it has a great non-slip grip!

This is a great product, stylish and protective at the same time. I have a desire for the front guard to be magnetic, but even without that this case is wonderfully crafted.

First I had problem installing but I was doing wrong. The product fits very well and I like it and highly recommend it considering the price.

I love my new case. It has made using my phone more convenient. I watch videos and tv shows on my phone so being able to stand it up is nice. I don’t worry about dropping my phone now because it is protected.

I can also use my case as a wallet, very convenient.

This is my second JimmyCase, and they are great! They keep my cards secure (I’m never worried about them slipping out), they look nice (even more color options this time), and they’re not bulky. I’ll probably keep buying JimmyCases because I like the wood/and then blocks of color look.

I will say my first one lasted about a year until it lost some of its elasticity (but I keep my phone in my pocket, and the top part of the fabric just kept getting stretched there) – so keep that if you’d want this to last for a long time.

But yes I’d recommend these cases!!!.

INITIAL REVIEW (2 weeks): The case I purchased looks and feels fantastic! The quality of the build is apparent the moment you hold it in your hand. I just got the new iPhone SE 2020 and wanted to “clothe” my little one in a new outfit.

She LOVES IT!! This is her beach outfit. and she frees me up from having to pack a wallet (hint: wallets and swim trunks just don’t get along!). Granted, we’ve only been together a few weeks but I couldn’t be more pleased with how this case looks and feels.

If that were the end of it, this case would still get a 5-Star rating from me but. it doesn’t end there. The second half of this review is about the exceptional service and communication I received. About a week after placing my order I hadn’t heard anything so I sent an email to Paul who immediately responded both with a status and a hint to go check my Junk mail.

duh!! There was all the notifications including one that referred to the same logistical supplier issue that Paul was referring to in his response. REALLY? This IS 2020, right? The Pandemic Year? I love the case – it fits really well, feels very secure. I got the rainbow style band, which looks great. My only concern is that the band got dirty pretty fast and it seems a little tricky to keep it clean.

I sprayed it with laundry stain remover and that seemed to help a bit. but does anyone have better tips on how to keep it clean? I recommend pairing the case with a screen protector for maximum security.

This my second Torro case the first lasting several years. Great case made of top quality leather and serves as a practical wallet too with 3 credit card slots and a separate note holder. Dropped my phone many times and the case has provided excellent protection.

You get what you pay for and is certainly the case with this product. Highly recommended.

I ordered this case to replace another leather case I had that was a bit worn out. The wine/maroon color is beautiful but it looks like all of MK’s iPhone covers are poorly designed: 1. The flap to close the case is attached to the side of the case where your iPhone sits.

What that means is that it flaps in front of the screen and you have to use one of your fingers to hold it out of the way, so you can see the whole screen. My previous case had the flap attached to the front cover – makes much more sense!! 2.

The leather is really stiff and it doesn’t appear as though it has much give – really hard to get cards in and out. There is also very little room for cash, because again that slot is pretty stiff. 3.

Want to use the case to act as a stand for your phone – my other phone case did this much better. This one kind of works but not entirely. really hoping that MK looks at redesigning their cases going forward so the features make them more user-friendly.

Im not sure what the other reviewer was talking about the leather being a thin sheet. its not supposed to be as bulky as a leather wallet. LOL Anyway, my wife loves it, feels great in hand and looks very stylish.

The leather is just thick enough that you can actually move it some and feel the material. It also has 2 card slots on the back just in case you need to go ultra minimalist. Tip: if you use a magnetic car mount just slip the thin metal plate in one of those pockets.

As far as protection. I wouldnt completely trust a drop with this case, but then again if that is what you are concerned about you wouldnt be buying this half phone coverage case anyhow. You definitely need to still put a screen protector on your phone if you care about scratches and keeping your phone on top condition.

I bought this in black a over a year ago for my iPhone 6. It was always convenient for my license and debit card. The leather and stitching good and still perfectly intact. The gold-tone logo part of the case, however, began to lose it’s color a couple months after I purchased it.

Now it has patches of cooper and metal grey colors which looks absolutely horrible. Also, the sides began to peel off it’s matte coat a few months back and it scratched up my phone completely. My phone also fell one time and I am very careful with it.

It has only fallen twice since I’ve had it (2 years now) and the phone case did not protect it; the screen shattered on the bottom. It’s better to keep my license and card in my wallet and have a better case for my phone.

Definitely not worth the price.

I think this kind of case is great because it can hold up to 3 credit card plus my drivers license and one bill. It allows me to go in and out quick because all my stuff is in one place. My is black but I added Cricut designed monogram on the back and gave it a little extra flair.

Poorly made although it stated it was an eyn case the one I ordered directly from eyn even though it was $10 more was better quality. This one made a clicking noise and did not close very well so I returned it and purchased another one directly from eyn.

I have two of these for my I Phone6 Plus and love them. They are well made and carry everything I need. I just grab my phone and go.

After having used a otterbox strada case on my iphone 8 plus, when I upgraded to the 13 pro max I wanted another strada for it, as I loved the 8 plus case. However, this case is not as good, not nearly as good in fact.

Starting with what is good, it is a beautiful case. The leather is great, and the stitching is suburb. The amount of protection it provides is also quite good. Both the front and back of the case have a good amount of raised edging to protect both the screen and the cameras when they are lying on a surface.

I have not dropped the phone (thankfully), but from my prior experience with otterbox products, I have no doubt that if I dropped it, say, from my desk or out of my pocket, the phone would not be harmed.

Unfortunately, that is where the positives end, and the negatives begin: 1. The tab to open it easily was removed. Whereas before I could flip my phone open with one hand, I struggle to do so with just one now and tend to need to use both of my hands to open the phone.

2. It no longer has any stand functions. One of the selling points of a folio case to me is that you can use them to prop your phone up for a good viewing experience. This case does not provide that function.

3. The limited card space. A lot of other folio cases provide more room to carry cards and cash, to the point that you would not need to carry a wallet. This folio doesn’t provide that. I knew that purchasing it, as my 8plus case didn’t either, but for those that are buying with wallet replacement in mind, keep this in mind.

4. This is more subjective, but in my opinion, the case is not as comfortable to hold in landscape mode as past strada cases were. This largely has to do with the fact that, where before they could serve as stands and so the back was flexible, with the back now being rigid, my fingers (especially my thumbs) struggle to find a comfortable position to hold the phone sideways.

I sadly cannot recommend this product unless you are strictly looking for a folio case that provides good protection, but little to no utility.

I know what you’re thinking. The best phone case money can buy? Seems bold. But it’s 100 percent true – and now the internet says it so it’s definitely real. I’ve had this phone case through multiple years and different phones.

I’d recommend it time and time again. But this morning, this is where I solidified my life’s trust in Otterbox and the cases they make. To say I’ve lived everyone’s nightmare is an undersell. My phone was in this highly magnetic case when it slipped through the crack of my building’s elevator.

But, since the magnets are so powerful, they latched on to the side of the elevator and prevented the phone from falling into the pits of our shaft. My phone clung to the side of the elevator and was still within reaching distance for a crow bar like tool to safely scoop it up.

I don’t know what type of sorcery is behind the magnets in these phone cases but trust me that it will save you from your phone’s worst nightmares coming true. I will continue to be a loyal customer to Otterbox forever and ever – might even get a tattoo to become a brand ambassador because Otterbox just means that much to me now.

I love the hard shell otterboxes I’ve gotten in the past. Been buying them nearly as long as they’ve been available. This time I decided to get the leather folio because it looks sharp and I liked the idea of being able to close something over the screen.

But. 100% regret this decision. The case itself is beautiful and feels great to hold. It could be slightly easier to open. I’ve seen reviews asking why a tab in previous models was removed and despite having never used that, I still agree it would be very much appreciated.

The biggest problem is the volume down button gets pressed constantly by the case. If I touch the phone, the volume goes down. If I press the side button to turn the screen off, half the time it takes a screen shot.

This alone makes the cases basically unusable. Just picking up the phone can cause the volume to get turned all the way down and you’ll never realize it. I’ve already missed calls and text and only been using it for like two days.

I would not recommend getting this case unless you really really don’t care about the volume controls. Get a different Otterbox though because they do make good stuff apart from this.

I love my phone case cover!! I purchased the full case cover with the zipped compartment. Ordering was smooth and delivery was fast. I love having all my credit cards cash, ID, cash and phone in one phone cover case when I’m dashing out the door or doing a sport and don’t want to lug my purse.

Great for traveling too as hotel door key is zipped in yet you just tap the phone case to the door without having to dig in your purse. I liked my last phone cover but it didn’t have enough compartments for credit cards or cash.

It also did not have a zipped area and when the case got old and stretched out, my credit cards started slipping out; which was concerning. I love that this one safely zips my cards in. My only suggestion to the company would be that the zip case is heavier than my last one now that it holds more cards and cash.

It looks like a tiny purse so the case should have the option of the crossbody strap AND the wrist strap due to its weight when full I think this case would actually look nicer as a crossbody strap option than the smaller one you offer now.

Punch another hole and provide the crossbody strap. That would give us ladies 3 options on how we want to use it: no strap, wrist strap or crossbody mini-purse.
