20 Best Medicine For Back Pain Relief (2023 Updated)

Had a sore place on my foot. Put this on the spot and then tried to put on a sock. very carefully so it doesn’t touch the patch while putting it on. Doesn’t matter. The patch doesn’t stick well before putting on the sock and the slightest contact with the sock pulls it right off and then wads it up into a ball.

It sticks to itself, but not your skin. Totally worthless. Even without shoes or socks, it won’t stick. It flops off just sitting there. Waiting for it to “set up” some doesn’t help. The glue is worthless.

I thought it might be expired, but the expiration date is not for two more years. Complete garbage. If you decide to ignore my advice and buy it anyway, try some adhesive tape around the edges since that sticks much better.

A better choice is to buy one of the creams or roll-ons that allow you to put pain on medication and rub it in. You just have to put them on more often which is why I decided to try to patch. Don’t bother.

I didn’t get the medicate but it looks kinda like this, I got the Menthol 5%. Smells really good it’s minty and it’s a bit of an intense smell but that doesn’t bother me. It’s like a gel coating, this is my first ever trying an Icy Hot product so I’m not sure if all their patches are like that.

It’s very slow for me which is my reason for 4 stars as well as the peel was kinda hard, you gotta pop it like opening a bag chips, peel and apply it’s was tricky because it didn’t pop I guess because of the sticky gel like side.

And it made a few bubbles when I applied it so I fixed a few times. It’s realllly icy and like I said doesn’t heat up fast. I LOVE the Thermacare wraps, those are fast action but these I would say are for you pains that may not be intense but more on the mild side.

I have back pain that really kicked in from 2013/2014, the cooling is nice I guess but I’m not a fan of it because my back paint is for real like. If you have intense pain you could take a hot shower and better results I think.

It says these are fine for Cramps, sprains, muscle strains. It says simple back pint which is why it’s not doing me justice and that is my fault 100%, I was just desperate for some relief and I didn’t see Thermacare at the store!.

I really like the Icy Hot Original pain relief patches. The product comes in a box that contains 5 patches. I found that the patches are the perfect size for your arms, legs, and neck. I also like how the patches come in a resealable pouch.

The patches are very easy to use by just peeling off the backing, then applying it to your skin. I found that they are very comfortable, and stay on well. The patches did help with the pain that I was experiencing.

I’m amazed at how well this stuff works. Out of desperation, I gave it a shot. My hands would be in excruciating pain, waking me up from a deep sleep. Nothing worked when I tried to change positions to relieve the discomfort.

Now, when the pain awakens me, I apply this medication to my finger joints and hand, and within 10 minutes, I am sound asleep and pain-free for the rest of the night. Don’t give up if you’re in pain.

I love Bayer’s Back Body Extra Strength coated caplets! These work as well for my back as my prescription Ibuprofen! And that’s saying something. 800mg of Ibuprofen is a lot for a body to take and not something I like taking unless I completely throw out my back.

However, I’ll admit that before getting these Bayer Back Body caplets I am guilty of reaching for them on days I’ve simply overworked my back mopping the house or what-have-you. But now that I have Bayer’s Back Body variety in my line-up I have something else I can alternate with that has the muscles 💪 I need, but that doesn’t do so much work on my kidneys and liver.

It’s as good as you’re going to get without a prescription. I took some (2 pills) and put some icy hot on my lower back pain. I was in such bad shape that I couldn’t even turn to the side in bed or stand up without my back involuntarily seizing up and spasming.

These work really well for my sciatic issues! They really target the back pain and start working fairly quickly. I am surprised they work as well as they do for them being over the counter-docs have prescribed stuff that doesn’t work as well as this.

I’ve been using this acetaminophen product for many years as part of my arthritis regimen along with a prescription NSAID. I take it twice a day, adding a third time if necessary. (The maximum dosage is 4X per day.

As an older golfer I have found Nurofen a terrific alternative to ibuprofen pills to relieve sore muscles and joints. For me its my lower back and sciatic nerve that can be painful but Nurofen works quickly and is just as effective as taking ibuprofen orally without the worries of side effects.

This product should be sold over the counter in the US. This price is much much more than it is sold for throughout Europe over the counter.

I no longer take Ibuprofen or Tylenol they don’t take the edge off my sciatic pain. I gave this a try this week when I pinched a disc in my lower back and it definitely reduced the. Today I feel soooo much better! It’s been almost a week in discomfort.

Another plus is that is was cheaper than Excedrin and some other brands and has more tablets.

If you have chronic headaches this medication is for you. It always works and fast. CVS always has it in stock. It’s more pricey, but it works!!
