DELICIOUS! With Silk almond milk it tastes just like chocolate milk! I drink one scoop with one cup of almond milk for lunch. I started the “Ketologic” 30-day challenge on Tuesday 5/28 (all items purchased at target) and am now 4 days in I already have small ketones and I notice that I feel just better in general.

I start my morning with a cup of coffee, a scoop of Ketologic vanilla creamer and one packet of stevia (I suggest that you mix the creamer with small whisk). My mid-morning snack is 12 ounces of ice water with patriot-pop BHB mixed in followed by the chocolate KL shake with vanilla almond milk.

Mid-afternoon is another cup of BHB and maybe a few nuts, or some other low carb tiny snack. Dinner is usually a meat-centered meal (keto friendly of course) but sometimes I do a shake instead. I am the worst at following diets particularly because I’m always starving and craving things but I don’t feel that way at all on keto! I did the first 2 days but then it left and that makes it so easy to follow the plan! I highly suggest the BHB because it prevents the aches, pains, headaches etc that come with going Keto :).

Awesome shake. The strawberry flavor I drink it with almond milk and a splash of heavy whipping cream and 2 packs of Splenda it taste like McDonalds strawberry shake. The chocolate I mix the same and it taste like Wendy’s chocolate frosty.

I have not tried the vanilla one yet. Debating if I should. However the strawberry I’ve purchased 3 now since mid May.

Slimfast Keto has a great taste; I prefer the Chocolate one, the Keto Meal Shake Mix, Fudge Brownie Batter. It has a welcome smooth texture & is very hydrating every morning for breakfast. It fills me from 9a to 1p; then I have a regular lunch.

I add additional collagen peptide, and fiber and it tastes the same and I get my perfect balance; protecting my hair skin and nails & regularity. I have lost 45 pounds in the last 4 months and I credit Slimfast Keto with helping me achieve this weight loss.

I absolutely love this meal replacement shake. I read some reviews on it prior to trying it, and a few people mentioned that it had a bad aftertaste because of the stevia. I HATE stevia and usually can always taste it, but I did NOT get that feeling with this shake.

I used 2 scoops with water just like it said, and it honestly tasted like a chocolate milk shake, minus the thick texture. A lot of people use some sort of milk instead of water, and I am sure that would make it even more tastey.

Why 4 and not 5 starts?I did not feel like it satisfied my appetite. I had a breakfast smoothie with their Strawberry Whey powder around 9am, and I had a bagel around 11am. By 3:30pm when I was real hungry, I drank the shake.

An hour later and my hunger was not curbed. Kind of sad because that’s what a meal replacement is for. However, if you are on the go and need something quick and easy, this is definitely it.

These shakes were absolutely AMAZING!!! I received the vanilla and just to put it with almond milk and a little of water was so good and mixed together so well. But then I decided to just used frozen strawberries, mangoes, and bananas with almond milk and it just blew my mind!!! I purchased the Pro-180 Keto Shake in vanilla and it was just as good!! At one point I mixed both the poweders together with some halo ice cream for a yummy protein packed dessert, and MY GOODNESS, just amazing!! I have notice a change in my eating habits and also my energy as well since drinking the shakes.

I was able to also get some of the Skinny Burn tablets and I took two every morning and when I tell you those 12-18hr shifts have been going by a lot more quicker and easier with energy still to spare and not having any bad side effects I will DEFINITELY be getting more of each!! Wanted to try this before I purchased the larger bundle online since the reviews were mixed and boy did I love it! I’m not sure why there are people complaining about the taste and aftertaste. Maybe they mixed it with water? I don’t know, but I mixed mine with Almond Milk and its so so good.

I love the atkins drink and drink it every morning for breakfast and it lasts me till 3pm which is when I have main meal, anything I want not necessarily low carb. I am planning on drinking again at night.

I am not using it for weight loss but for protein. It tastes delicious and Please do NOT replace the sucrose with Stevia. I am a holistic practitioner and don’t believe the fake condemnatio. of Splenda.

It has fallen out of favor since Dr atkins died but that doesn’t mean his research is less valid. I’m going to be 70 yrs old soon and have been on one high protein diet since my teens. I am currently on a eat whatever I want diet supplemented by 1 atkins drink in the morning.

I’m going to add another at night. I am satisfied it keeps my blood sugar balanced. Other protein drinks taste nasty IMO but the atkins milk chocolate and the Carmel flavor are my favorites. Keep up the good work and if you must create product with Stevie then make it an alternate product.

If you like dark chocolate, this is the shake for you. Make sure to drink it ice-cold for best flavor. If you’re weaning yourself off high-calorie/carb chocolate drinks, it may taste “funny” the first couple times.

Hang in there: I completely acclimated to it in maybe three days, and every carton now is a treasured special treat. If you are mad for dark chocolate, bittersweet even, here’s how you can make the shake even better: Pour around 1/4 cup of water in a glass and microwave it for a minute.

Pour out all but a couple of tablespoons of the water and add a heaping teaspoon of good quality unsweetened cocoa. Stir until the cocoa is melted into the water and then add a full carton of Atkins Chocolate Royal.

I have tried the Coffee, Vanilla, milk & dark chocolate flavors. The coffee tastes like nothing, until there is a slight aftertaste of coffee. Inedible, in my opinion. The milk chocolate was meh. The Vanilla tasted like cake-batter, so if you like that flavor, you’ll like it.

The Dark Chocolate actually tastes like chocolate! It is quite good and keeps me full for a few hours. It tends to sell-out in the store, so it can be tricky to find. It is helping me stick to my low-carb diet.

A friend gave me a sample of Isopure and it has 25 grams of protein per 8 ounce serving plus all of your vitamins and minerals,. I add low fat milk to mine and Chia seeds for extra fiber. I stir it really well with a knife there still may be a few little clumps, but no worries.

Put it in a shaker bottle shake it well. I always make mine the night before and by morning there are literally no clumps left. I love the extra vitamins and minerals that are added in because it alleviates a vitamin pill in the morning.

When I first seen this protein powder sitting on the shelf I had already put 2 containers of Slim Fast Keto in my basket. As I passed it on the shelf it was ok n sale for 10 bick which is a great price, but of course I dont like stevia in my powders but for some reason I had to get this one to try.

So I bought it home opened it and notice the texture was about the same of the Slim Fast Keto. So i tastes it with just the powder and it taste like the sweetness of the Keto Slim Fast Shake mix. So I mixed up a smoothies and added some blueberries and strawberries and it was a must have now.

With the sugar free whipped cream freshly homemade. This drink is life. Now it will be added to my new morning drink routine.

I’ve tried everything from Pruvit products & Isagenix to expensive supplements. I actually gave up! The Pruvit products literally caused me to have major withdrawals when I didn’t have the funds to keep drinking them.

makes a great energy boost wake-up shake in the morning on the way to work. Atkins and slimfast are garbage in my opinion cheap ingredient. Try to stay away from soy products/oils, and products made with canola oils and fillers like dextrose and maltadextrose as they can upset stomachs.

I’m sorry, but this product tastes like rancid coconut and is overly sweet. I’m quite disappointed as I really wanted to like it. I am by no means a fussy eater and can tolerate a lot but this is unfortunately not living up to its description.

I’ve tried several different brands of meal replacement shakes but the Slim Fast Original Meal Replacement Shakes are the best. I buy the milk chocolate and enjoy the taste, I’ve tried the vanilla and mocha but didn’t care for them.

These shakes have the correct amount of nutrition, some other brands have too much protein or certain vitamins like vitamin E which is not a water soluble vitamin so too much is bad. If a person injests more protein than they need it just turns to fat – not muscle – so that’s not good either.

These shakes are perfect and I drink them when I have migraines which is about 3 days a week all day. I keep the box by my bed so they’re readily available, I know that I don’t have to worry about my blood sugar getting too low or that my body isn’t getting sustenance.

The price is a little high but doable, I just hope it doesn’t go up any more.

I’m not a morning person. Don’t like waking up and definitely need coffee to get me going. For years, that was my breakfast: COFFEE. It was recommended that I start eating a nutritional breakfast, but ughhh.

This was my first time consuming slimfast shakes. I purchased the strawberries and cream meal replacement shakes. This flavor is so delicious! I have drank a bottle for breakfast every morning. It sustains my hunger all morning and I am able to make it to lunch without snacking.

It contains 24 vitamins and minerals 10 grams of protein in 5 grams of fiber. Each bottle is 180 calories which is low enough to where I could eat some eggs, fruit or yogurt along with it if I chose to.

I use the 20oz shaker bottle and 2 packets of the Wonder slim shake mix. I love this chocolate with a packet of choco mint or mocha. I keep them in the shaker ready to go. My job is busy and I am on the road all the time.

These great tasting shakes keep me away from the quick, easy, fast food places. 200 calories and I stay full for hours. I have tried lots of brands including Medifast and Nutrisystem. WonderSlim has them beat for flavor, mix-ability and sustaining fullness.

The shakes are almost like the real thing made with ice cream, similar in consistency if you make them in a blender with ice, yet a fraction of the calories. These are almost a daily desert for me after dinner, much healthier than snacking on high sugar and/or high cholesterol type snacks.

This shake is good, but not great. It’s thin and liquidy, more like chocolate milk than a chocolate shake – even when I make it in the blender with creamy cashew milk. I prefer the aspartame free chocolate cream pudding shake however this isn’t the worst shake I’ve ever had.

I was skeptical as to what this would taste like because I’ve purchased a number of ‘protein powders’ over many years and I’ve never liked the taste. Dr Berg’s Meal Replacement Shake was a definite exception to all of my previous purchases.

It does NOT leave a chalky aftertaste, but rather reminds me of drinking chocolate milk. I make it in my Vitamix machine. Here is my recipe: To the Vitamix I add: 1 large handful of Kale and/or Spinach 1 Tbs Golden Flaxseeds 1 1/2 scoop Dr Bergs Replacement Meal Shake Powder 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 cup Ice cubes Water for consistency you may like.

for me it is usually about 4-6 ounces Blend it altogether. I like my shake moderately thick with chunky ice so I will add ice to get consistency I enjoy. Drink it up. I do taste the greens just a bit, but I don’t mind that.

I mostly taste the chocolate flavor. Of course you don’t have to add the greens but I’m always trying to find ways to get my greens into my body and this shake helps me to accomplish that goal. My recipe makes about 20 ounces.

just depends on how much ice and water I add to it. I love this drink and look forward to having it every day. I just reordered because I don’t want to run out of it.

Unbelievable. I really didn’t expect much when I ordered this. I mean, kale? How can you mask that taste? I figured it would probably taste like some horrible concoction of chocolate laced with kale.

If you want to have kale for the health benefits but, let’s face it, kale is pretty yucky. You can’t even taste the kale with this shake. It’s like having a chocolate shake with supper. Woo hoo! Here’s how I do it.

I use my Nutri Bullet and since I use store bought kale: 1. I fill the Nutri Bullet about 1/4 with vinegar and then water to make a 1 to 3 ratio, 1 being vinegar, 3 being water. 2. Then I tear up 2 big kale leaves and put in there.

3, Then I put the mixer base on and shake it up real good this way and that way to make sure and clean all the kale. 4. Then I rinse 3 times to get the vinegar out. Just filling the Nutri Bullet with water and pouring it back out 3 times.

5. Then I fill a measuring cup to 1 cup of ice. That’s because the Nutri Bullet will make the shake too warm after mixing a few minutes. 6. Then add water to about 1 1/4 cup mark. 7. Then push the kale aside and pour the ice water in so the ice falls to the bottom.

This way, when you turn it over, the ice will be on top and the water will be on the bottom. If you don’t do this, you’ll have problems chopping up the ice first while the kale sits on top. 8. I blend for 3 1/2 minutes.

9. If you have trouble digesting all the raw fiber at first (like me) I strain the kale mixture, pushing hard with a spoon through the strainer to make sure you get all that kale goodness and not waste it while separating only the fiber.

Now I strain a little less of the kale mixture going forward so I’m increasing the raw fiber slowly over time as my digestion gets used to it. 10. Then add the kale shake powder to the kale mixture in the Nutri Bullet.

11. I also add 1 teaspoon of Dr Berg’s Wheat Grass Juice Powder. 12. Then mix for another 30 seconds. I drink this with my meal because I figure the vitamins need the fat that’s in my meal. That’s just my best guess and I’m sure I eat less because that is one filling drink.

This definitely taste like a chocolate milkshake but only if made correctly. Someone else had shared this recipe and I’m so glad they did. 8 oz of milk (of choice) 5 ice cubes (I use big cubes) 2 scoops of this shake Blend and enjoy! This taste like a cross between a milkshake and a Wendy’s frosty.

It also has that signature artificial sugar after taste BUT you also have to be realistic, it’s not an actual milkshake. It’s thick, rich and delicious! It’s a great meal replacement for lazy dinners to avoid my most craving filled nights.

I don’t eat breakfast and so I have tried a lot of different protein shakes and meal replacement shakes. Almost all of them taste gross when just using water and shake mix. It is definitely a required taste.

That is why most people add banana and use milk instead of water etc. Well I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. You cannot tell that it is just powder mix and water. I double the mix up 16oz with 4 scoops, and drink half before getting ready for work and refrigerate the rest.

I have lunch at work and then come home and drink the other half as a snack between my early lunch and when I make dinner. It’s a great plan for the people like myself who are working early morning shifts and our meal routines get all screwed up.

I love these Vanilla Lattes! They have been my favorite flavor, ever since l found them, even though I’m not a coffee drinker. I like them even better than the Carmel Cafe, Mocha or any of the other chocolate flavors that used to be my favorite.

Now l just tried the Creamy Vanilla for the first time & found it surprisingly good as well. I had not tried it because the reviews had been bad for the last couple years since they changed the name from French Vanilla to Creamy Vanilla.

Reviewers said the old French Vanilla was very good but they ruined the flavor when they changed the name. I checked the reviews again recently & found the newest current reviews were very good again, so l thought l would give them a try.

I’m very pleased to report that they must have greatly improved the vanilla flavor recently without changing the name again or drawing attention to it in anyway. I recommend anyone who used to like the old French Vanilla but had given up on the newer Creamy Vanilla, should give these another try.

I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the excellent vanilla flavor. Overall, these Atkins protein shakes are an excellent product. They have the best flavors & no weird chalky consistency like other protein shake brands.

Not sure why they call this Keto slim with pretty much no fat content. I wanted to live this shake but just can’t. Added MCT oil to get the fat content up, blended with ice and coconut milk and it’s like a delicious vanilla freeze.

Only problem is it kills my 6 every time, leaves me feeling nauseous and tired. So despite the great flavor and blend-ability I’m giving this one 1 star due to lack of fat for Keto diet and the severe nausea.

By the way, I use the same MCT oil in black coffee with no ill effect, so I don’t think it’s the MCT causing the trouble.
