Ordered 2 spools of 12lb test and regret it. I used mono as a backer and when I tried to attach the two lines together the outer portion of the leadcore repeatedly broke when I tightened the knot. I should have taken the hint that the line was junk.

I spooled up the leadcore and when I attempted to attach a mono leader to the end again the outer portion of the line broke repeatedly when attempting to tighten the knot. Now I am concerned that the line is going to break the first fish I catch.

I probably wont even use my rod that I spooled up. I am very very disappointed in Cabelas for selling this line. With shipping 2 spools of line was almost 70$ and I consider it a complete waste of money.

I hope that someone at Cabelas reads these reviews and will reach out to me as I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with this purchase.

I used to buy the latest and greatest lines when released. I have settled on Daiwa jbraid grand in island blue( bright sky blue) with suffix siege smoke green as a leader. This is my crappie & my bass rigs.

Flourocarbon was a headache with a bunch of lost fish. The siege just works for everything I do. Its cheap , lasts forever( 300yds) goes a long way as leaders. I love it in the rocks or brush. I wont be switching to anything thing else unless they come up with something really new and special.

First of all I’ve been using Sufix since the 90’s when no one was using them or never heard of them. Their products have always been good and consistent. This is the only line (mono) of theirs I haven’t tried yet.

So I put it through my initial test of tying knots with it and was impressed with how well it tied blood knots and double uni knots. It ties really nice strong knots,however, I was surprised it didn’t tie the Uni knot to the lure that tightly.

The Uni is my go to when fishing because I can tie it fast and have never broken off. Being familiar with Sufix this line is unique compared to their other monos. So I decided to try the San Diego Jam knot which is a variation of the Uni -knot it tied nicely so I think I can fish with this line confidently.

Compared to the other Sufix (monos) it appears to be less supple and is slightly harder.

Very happy with my recent selection of the June Gold pencil lead 0. 9mm. It was the proper size for my instrument. My only concern is that it was not a bold black as l felt it would be. When l went to reread the next day what l had written it was very faint.

Timely delivery less than 24 hrs.

I will not buy these again. They are very fragile and has inconsistent color. If I push it little harder to get little bit darker red, it breaks. Writing feels hard compared to Pentel leads, because hand feels more resistance.

This 0.9mm red lead is sturdier & less likely to break than 0.5mm red lead. I am more than satisfied with this purchase.

I read Jocko’s book “Warrior Kid” with my nephew and we both loved it. Now my nephew says he can’t wait for me to visit him at Christmas so we can both read it again. Recently I picked up a copy of “Extreme Warrior” for myself and can’t put it down.

Sorry to be unable to say more than this but I am not that far along and I have been asked to write a review. Another book by an ex Navy Seal I greatly enjoyed was the “Rogue Warrior” series by Richard Marcinko.

Begin with “Rogue Warrior” number one in the series. And for Viet Nam vets, read “Up Country” by Nelson DeMille … you will especially enjoy it if you’re familiar with travel between Saigon to SaPa.

It’s in my Delguard. 5mm pen right now. It is just hard enough to resist snapping, but still soft enough to provide a readable black line. I use this grade for writing in pencil and it works very well.

The actual Neox formulation is great, it resists snapping better than the other brand I was using. Annoying is having three snaps in one sentence and you aren’t pushing that hard. It also seems less likely to break in the pencil itself.

I’m sold on this lead and will probably be using it exclusively from now on.

The Pilot Neox Graphite 2B is the softest lead available in 0. 9 mm. Neox Graphite leads are in general on the soft side for a given hardness rating. Compared to Pentel leads, Neox Graphite leads of the same hardness rating will be a bit stronger and usually look nearly a grade darker.

Comparing Pentel and Pilot leads that make lines of the same darkness, the Pilot generally smudges more. In the 0. 9 mm size (and also 0. 7 mm), the 2B is extra soft, about equivalent to a Pentel 4B.

I have a set of Foray. 7 mechanical pencils that I got from Costco a while back and though they are quite serviceable, I discovered that the HB leads are atrocious, especially when used to fill in puzzles published on lightweight newsprint.

The writing was too light to read, inconsistent in weight, and very scratchy. In short, they needed the old heave-ho and how! I discovered JetPen’s outstanding article on Mechanical Pencil Leads and eagerly lapped up every word.

I especially loved the table that compared Lead Smoothness, Darkness, Break Resistance, Longevity, Erasability, and Smear Resistance. With that, I was able to determine the ideal brand for what I needed: the Pilot Neox High-Purity line.

I got 2B’s, which are the darkest and smoothest for. 7 mechanical pencils (They are rated as such: Lead Smoothness: Very Smooth, Lead Darkness: Dark, Break Resistance: High, Longevity: High, Erasability: Excellent, Smear Resistance: Average).

When the leads came, my husband and I had some fun comparisons to do. The leads that came with the Foray pencils were very low-grade HBs. We found some Pentel High-Polymer B leads that we were using while we waited and actually, they were incredibly nice compared to the HB’s.

Quite smooth, darker, and overall, much better. However, when we swapped in the new Pilot Neox 2B’s, writing suddenly rose to a previously unknown level of buttery, dark, and rich smoothness! INCREDIBLE! Seriously, we didn’t know that writing with a pencil could feel like gliding over silk.

What an amazing difference! Now I can see everything I’m writing on my puzzle pages and the marks erase easily and completely. We couldn’t be happier!! (One other comment–we also purchased. 5 4B Pilot Neox leads for some nice mechanical pencils we have and as outstanding as these 2B leads are, the 4Bs are even NICER! It would be awesome if 4Bs were made for.

7 pencils, but as far as I can tell,. 7 leads only go to 2B. not that we’re crying, because the 2Bs are delicious!) Bottom line: you will be over the moon with these perfect leads! :).

Beautiful paper and great for notes with pen and pencil! I was torn between this and the Kokuyo graph paper for a while, but overall I prefer this one. Although I am more partial to Kokuyo’s rounded corners, header line, and loose-leaf format (rather than Maruman’s notepad), what cinches it for me is the lighter guidelines Maruman uses.

If you’re using the paper for math and physics notes (which I am), the fainter lines make it much easier for use with pencil. It works well with pens too – little to no show-through, no bleeding. Overall, great paper!.

This paper is great and the quality deserves five stars, although using it to fill a notebook like I did was a struggle. The paper comes attached at the top, so if you want to separate them all, you have to spend some time tearing them all off of the rest of the pad.

Occasionally when separating them, I would rip the page at the top a little bit which would be slightly frustrating. If you have the time and the patience, I would recommend this paper, but if you need paper that is always ready, try to find something different.

The paper quality is great but the rule is too small. The pages sometimes rip unevenly, so next time I´d purchase the sheets in the plastic sleeve presentation.

I usually use Pilot Neox 4B, but wanted to try this because I like Uni’s mechanical pencils. It’s as dark as the Neox, but a little firmer (not as buttery smooth). This makes sense since it’s a long-lasting lead, and it does last longer and doesn’t blunt as fast.

I really like them both now. PS: They are definitely darker than Pentel Ain Stein 4B.

The Uni Nano leads are superb. Genuinely break resistant and no dust. smearproof as well. The Japanese leads are always darker than their European counterparts for comparable grades. I use the 2H and find it still plenty dark, but also have that nice precision feel.

While it is expensive, with how long this lead lasts and the fact that there’s 40 pieces, I’d say this lead is worth the price. It takes so long to get through each piece and it’s lasted me forever. I don’t even remember when I bought this and I still have about 30 pieces left.

I don’t think the tip has ever broken on me either. The lead itself is smooth and the perfect darkness for me. HB is too light and hard, and 2B is too soft and smudges. This one does smudge but only a little and never bothers me.

Overall, with how long this lead lasts, I’d recommend it.

THIS PRODUCT WE USE A LOT OF IN OUR ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT. THE GUYS ARE HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT. THEY ARE STURDY PIECE OF LEAD. YES THEY STILL BREAK IF YOU PUSH HARD ENOUGH BUT THEY ARE RELIABLE STICKS OF LEAD TO USE FOR YOUR MECHANICAL PENCILS.

I HAVE NOT YET HAD ONE COMPLAINT ABOUT ORDERING THESE PRODUCT. SO OVER ALL GOOD USE FOR EVERYDAY WRITING. JUST WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MORE LEAD IN A SINGLE TUBE. IT’S FEW LEADS AND A BIG TUBE. WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO ORDER IN BULK AND IT NOT TAKE UP SO MUCH ROOM IN OUR SUPPLY CABINET.

I purchased this product thinking that this 3 pk was red leads, but I was wrong. The product description was misleading!

When I always run out of lead I usually throw the pencils away but with this I can keep my favorite mechanical pencil without throwing it away..

For: Strength, surface regularity, value, versatility Against: Hardness grading, available only in 10-packs The Faber-Castell leads are direct competitors to Staedtler’s Mars Carbon leads, and as such, they offer some distinct advantages.

The first is degree availability. The TK 2mm leads are available in 11 degrees of hardness from 3B-6H (although Blick does not currently have 5H or 6H), while Staedtler now offers only 7 degrees. The second advantage is price: Staedtler leads are noticeably more expensive, costing about 60 percent more on a suggested-retail, per-lead basis than Faber-Castell.

As regards performance and quality, the Faber-Castell TK leads will not disappoint. Surface imperfections simply do not exist, so you can expect smooth, flawless lines as you draw or write. Likewise, the leads are strong and highly-resistant to breaking, so they should not fail in ordinary use or in lead pointers (regardless of the type of pointer used).

Although these do not have the striated flutings of Staedtler leads, the TK leads will not slip out of a properly-functioning clutch, and they should fit any standard-sized lead holder. Drawbacks are few.

The lead grading takes some accustomation. On Faber-Castell’s website they claim that, if a #2 lead hardness is desired, a customer should order B hardness leads, not HB as is the usual case. In my own experience, I can attest that the HB Faber-Castell lead does seem harder and lighter than other HB leads I have used.

Indeed, it seems more like a #2 1/2 or F grade. Whether similar apparent incongruities exist with other grades, I have yet to determine. Therefore, I would urge interested parties to contact Faber-Castell directly with specific questions about other lead grades.

As far as availability goes, one is stuck with buying the full pack of 10, as no single leads or small sample packs are offered. Finally, bear in mind that although Dick Blick lists these as “TK 9400” leads, the correct product number is TK 9071, so remember this should further information be required from other sources.

Verdict: a fine alternative to other 2mm leads once one becomes acclimated to the rather unusual grading system.

Excellent lead. Much less smudging than other brands yet still has a nice buttery feel especially considering it is a 4H.

Great choice of lead hardness. Each lead is 5″ inches long. That’s over 4 feet of lead per pack! For drafting applications, that should last a lifetime. Three suggestions, however; buy a dedicated mechanical lead holder for each lead hardness, get the pointer tool and add on an extra eraser (mine is wearing out much faster than the lead).

We’ve had good success with these collars. My dogs have worn these collars for the last 4 years and I only bought them new ones because their old ones had become so faded, but were otherwise still in perfect working condition.

The buckle has changed on this version, and I preferred the older version to be honest. However I do like that on this collar the silver lead clasp is seperate from the hook for their name and ID tags.

This collar width still fits the silicone casing for the air tag my dogs wear, so it was a very simple swap over from the old collar for us. These collars wash pretty well too – I’ve put them in the washing machine and they come out noticeably cleaner from mud/dirt/salt water etc.

This is a great collar – nice, snug fit, and comfortable. Great colour and the lock is invaluable when dealing with a little canine escape artist! Plus it’s really well-made, so I expect it will last for years.

Got this for our new puppy. Good size for a small dog/ puppy. We got Maisie at 8wks and a light 1.7kg and was able to pop this on and adjust to the smallest size to fit her. Would recommend
