20 Best L Shaped Desk On Amazon (2023 Updated)

I have no idea why the main photo is advertised as if it is a platform bed. There is no way a person could use this as is without a box spring. I bought it and bought wood to cut down to make proper slats for it to be used with just a matress.

The sides are made out of two pieces which are held together just by the leg. The middle of the bed also has a large gap where there is no support and due to the leg being taller than the lip that holds the slats, you can’t even add additional there.

Which makes absolutely no sense due to the middle carrying so much weight. The lip that holds the slats on the sides is screwed into the leather siding. So pretty well the whole thing is held up by the sides.

Overall I love this bed, the leather style is stamped well, it is a really dark brown with a black tone. It looks luxurious and feels sturdy for now. Hoping it holds out on me though.

The product is cheap. cheaper than most ‘big box Swedish meatball’ store products in both price and quality. It goes together fairly easily although the pictures included change direction/perspective and threw us off at one point.

Not a big deal just pay attention. Quality of the coating on the laminate is poor. Three spots (one large on top!) of bumps and roughness. The large one was right in the middle so the computer covers it.

I knew what I was buying – a cheap desk to hold a computer – but was a teeny bit disappointed with it still. You won’t even notice the problems once you’ve been using it. but DO NOT sit or lean on it heavily.

I wouldn’t buy it again but it is serving our purpose so. a three star review.

I was really excited about this desk. After hauling the heavy box up 3 flights of stairs in Texas heat, I spent 3 hours assembling it when all of a sudden I had no more pieces left in the box and had only put together the drawers and the shell of the cabinet.

The manufacturer only shipped me less than half of the parts for the desk. Not even the desk top was in there! Thanks to Walmart customer service I am currently waiting on a replacement, but now I have to disassemble the parts that I spent hours putting together, find a box to package them in, and ship it back to Walmart.

Not to mention having to spend yet another day assembling the desk when the replacement product arrives. Bummer. Other than this, the desk pieces I did receive arrived in perfect condition and the assembly instructions were pretty straight forward in my opinion.

Seems like it would have been a very nice desk if I had been able to completely assemble it. Excited for the replacement to arrive.

The desk looks great! It shipped much sooner than the given date (which has happened before with Walmart) so we got the desk early. The desk arrived without any damage and was packaged very well. The instructions are detailed and very easy to follow.

It takes 35 steps and around an hour to assemble the desk. Pros: It’s a great desk for the price! The desk space fits multiple computers, a printer, lamp, notebooks, etc. It also has ample storage space for any electronics you don’t want out.

The drawer technically is a file drawer, but can be used for storage as well. Cons. If I’m picky, the fitment on a few of the pieces is off by millimeters. It’s not noticeable at all. The cabinet does not contain any shelves.

If you use a tower, maybe it makes sense. If you have smaller items, shelves would be a good investment to make use of the space.

I am very pleased with this purchase. Delivery and packing: Was AWESOME, they have it well packed to make sure nothing was damaged. Everything was nicely labeled and easy to identify. 2 boxes that were close to 100 lbs.

each. Assembly: Took 2 people about 3 hours, we took our time and really made sure we were reading the instructions correctly. Color: This is where I’m a little disappointed, I was hoping for more of a light color hickory but it more on the dark/grey brown.

Still looks beautiful. Function: I like all of the compartments and the quality of the “wood”. I wish there were cut-out options for people that still use CPUs and cords. I had to drill a couple in so I could get everything connected.

I need to mount a fan on the side of the cabinet so I can keep things running cool inside. Cost: Was hard for me to swallow but I’m hoping for, “you get what you paid for”. I’ve only had the desk for two weeks.

Overall, this is a very NICE desk! However, I did struggle putting it together. The last few steps were the most confusing because it asks you to connect the pieces together, but the two panels didn’t have holes coming out the other side of them.

At first, I thought it was just missing the holes, but then I realized you actually have to use the screws and apply force and screw them in (making the nail go all the way inside and making a hole).

It’s kinda hard to explain here, but for the future purchaser, here’s a heads up! I wasn’t sure at first, but then that’s what it was. I wish the directions were a little clearer regarding that. Also, the cam locks were kinda annoying trying to put them in place and making sure they were in the right orientation.

Also, you really need two people to help you build it. Aside all that, though, it is a very beautiful desk and really compliments any room you decide to place it in. I suggest getting the protection plan (only $7) for two years because you never really know what could happen with these desks.

Especially with such a cheap desk (seems sturdy, but over the years I’m sure it will start to get flimsy and loose).

When unloading this from the box for assembly, the leg on one side was ripped off and a chunk of the particle board was torn off. It wasn’t well packed so with the way FedEx handles packages, I’m not surprised it was damaged.

After finally getting it assembled, I was impressed by how nice it looked. Then I leaned on it and was shocked by how much it gave and I’m not that heady! I could sit on my old desk that I finally am replacing after 20 plus years.

This desk will be lucky to make 5! The next time, I will put good money into a better, more sturdy desk. If there even is such a thing these days. Buyer beware!.

Purchased this desk for my home workstation and love it. It is not too wide or too long to where it will take up much space. It fits in the corner just perfectly in a small room. I was able to put up a 32″ monitor and a laptop on one side and utilize the other side for writing.

There was still space for my stapler and other office supplies without crowding the desk. Definitely recommend for those who are looking for a decent size desk to work from home. It didn’t take too long to put up the desk and I was able to do it by myself.

I am in love with this desk! I wanted one that would maximize the big empty space in the corner of my room and this beautifully fit my needs. This is definitely high quality too. I’ve scratched this so many times when I do my makeup or work on my laptop, but it doesn’t leave any mark.

It’s definitely heavy the UPS girl helped me bring it up to my unit even if they’re only required to bring it to my doorstep so kudos to that lady, it’s 100 pounds and cannot be brought by one person if there is no cart.

My boyfriend set the desk up for about 45 mins, and he says it’s a bit difficult because there were a lot of parts and directions. The reasons why i’m deducting one star are because: 1 the smaller glass is protruding a bit, and no matter how much I move it or change the way it sits, it won’t get straightened!! It bugs me way too much.

2 the 4 legs 2 on the very left and the 2 on the corner right are crooked. My boyfriend even tried to reassemble the desk but the legs still won’t get straightened. I know this is crooked because my dresser is right beside it, and I notice it’s slightly off.

It’s not that big of a deal but I’m very meticulous about these things. Overall, this is a really perfect desk I plan on bringing with me until I have my own home! But in all honesty, I wouldn’t recommend this for a rental apartment like mine because I am sure it will be a pain to move.

I love this desk! It’s beautiful, sleek, reasonably priced & super easy to put together by yourself and the short side can be installed on either side for flexibility. A second set of hands to place the larger piece of glass is needed.

It looks great! There is room for 3 file cabinets underneath. Perfect!.

Bought the desk and hutch. Desk went together fine, although a couple of steps could be changed to make assembly easier, plus given the size and weight of the desk, its not practical to reserve certain steps till the end that require access to the rear of the assembled unit.

This means the entire desk would have to be moved into final position. As for the hutch, i was shipped an incorrect part that prevents assembly. Its on backorder and could take over 2 weeks to get the part.

So the hutch is not in place. Lastly, the brackets that secure the hutch to the desk mount to the back if the desk. I cannot imagine having to move this huge L-shaped desk with a huge hutch on top of it into position after installing the hutch.

It really needs a way to fasten it to the desk from the top while the desk is already against the wall.

For the price, this is not worth it. Unfortunately, I made a 750 mile move and the those movers lost parts of my desk that looked exactly like this made by another manufacturer so I was forced to buy a new one (enraged).

I decided to give this one a try. Argh! The pieces do not hold the lower part of the desk together prior to putting on the large parts of the desk, including the L-shaped side. I had to use many, many, and many nails and my own screws to secure the bottom half of the desk to even offer some sort of security.

As for the hutch, again, it is cheaply made and parts were missing. At least customer service was great sending replacement parts. I do not recommend the hassle and the time wasted on this desk, although it does look nice in the picture.

I fear it will fall apart if I ever have to move.

This was purchased for my office so it would be a nice looking desk. Well, it is nice looking. It just isn’t functional. The hutch takes up valuable desk space. The other side of the desk is not big enough in either direction to have two monitors and still have space to do actual paper work.

The cabinet on the left, takes up leg room, constantly hitting my let on it, I would really love to just remove the cabinet, but it provides support for the desk. Overall, if you want a functional desk, do NOT buy this one.

If you want something that look pretty, then this is your desk.

We loved the desk. It took some two to three hours for me and my son to put it together. We immediately visit a local home improvement store and purchased additional items. We have drilled one more grommet hole for the cable management in the corner of the L-shaped desk.

We have installed two shop-style electrical power bars, We have used a wider piece of wood for the keyboard drawer as the one provided was not wide enough to hold a professional keyboard and a mouse.

We did use the original keyboard drawer piece as a pedestal for a desktop computer by adding four omnidirectional wheels. We installed a series of hooks under the desk to allow for ties for cable management.

During the work, while creating the additional grommet hole we were able to verify that the desktop boards are made from a very good quality, durable engineered wood, and that the wood impression on the top is thick and also very durable.

All the screws and holes were aligned well (except for the wider keyboard drawer, of course. ) We also think that the price is very reasonable. Should the desk be cheaper it would have been flimsy. Should the desk be more expensive, we would hesitate to modify it, and hence since the original design was not exactly what we needed we would not have bought it.

I was on the fence, was it going to be an L-shaped, or executive desk. Extremely I selected the L-Shaped. I do suggest if you’re going to assemble this on your own that you take your time. We purchased not only the desk, but the lateral file cabinet as well.

I took my time, and everything lined up correctly. Looks great, solid craftsmanship, very satisfied with my purchase.

The desk arrived in two very heavy boxes. The instructions were excellent and all the pieces and parts were well labeled. While one person can assemble the entire desk, you’ll need a second person to get the desk tops on the frame in the final steps.

Overall, this desk looks beautiful in my home office and it was an excellent value.

We moved down south and wanted a light colored and spacious desk for our home office. This desk fit the bill with its Key West vibe and L-shaped configuration. It arrived well-packaged and went together easily.

We purchased the matching bookcase and a lateral file to complete the room. We added two clear blotters to protect the desk surface as we werent sure how sturdy the finish would be and we wanted to protect our investment.

There are lots of glass top L shape office desks. I have inspected many of them, none of them looked firm and strong enough to hold the weight on the glass desk top. They looked cute, they were cheap enough to have cheap finish and appearance.

I was specifically looking for a frosted glass top on the L shape desk because it does not show the dust unlike the desks with clear glass tops. This is the L shape desk I have decided to use in my home office, it has good appearance and strong frame to hold enough weight and it is very rigid after installation.

When you order one of these L shape desk with a glass top desks you will receive two boxes, one of them only has the glass and the other one rest of the packages. When you open the box that has the parts don’t get scared with all the parts and screws in it.

Their installation instruction is perfect, you follow it step by stem and you will be able to install it in a very short time. Installation is very simple, just follow the instructions. It is a beautiful desk, worth the money.

I am in the process of turning an extra 10 x 10 room into a home office. I like to buy my furniture before I set the flooring ( I know that sounds weird!) The quality of the desk was a must, especially the size, I didn’t want it to overwhelm the room.

This L shaped glass computer desk was perfect. I fell in love with the soft grey color, very modern with its tempered see through heavy, sturdy glass. I love how I can interchange the longer side of the desk right or left (more info on step #4) It does have a way to lift it an extra inch or two from the bottom at the beginning.

Great if you’re a long leg Louise, otherwise no need to do that, just screw the bottom sliders all the way in. ( step #7) I had a little problem aligning the pre screwed holes at the bottom of the keyboard panel to the actual slider, ugh! But I did it, manually.

I didn’t trusts the power drill to do the work so I used a phillips screw driver and did it by hand. Overall, i am pleased with this purchase. BTW, take advantage of Fingerhuts pay later deals, free shipping, and $100 off on certain amount of purchase, I did!.

From the time I placed my order until the time I received the order was within a week, which, by today’s standards is pretty good. The communication was open, clear, and consistent, which I greatly appreciated.

The packaging it came in was slightly damaged, but the desk itself was in pristine shape, with noticeable quality materials. The desk is surprisingly lightweight for how durable it feels. The assembly was simple and quick.

I had it up within a few hours of receiving it. My only issue with the desk is the monitor stand. Because the monitor stand is easily replaceable for a second monitor stand, or the tablet holder (I chose single monitor with tablet holder), it bounces quite a bit if there’s any serious vibrations nearby.

I have a 6 year old son who likes to do a lot of jumping in the same room as the PC and you can see the shelf shaking a bit with the vibrations. Initially this caused my monitor power cable to shake loose, after putting it back in and ensuring everything was snug and secure, it hasn’t been an issue since.

Overall it’s an outstanding desk, for an outstanding price, from an outstanding company that should pride itself on its communication, as well as it’s timely service.

Picture does not do it justice. Very sturdy. Love the tempered glass tops. Keyboard tray can be mounted on either side. Two people recommend for assembly and would definitely be beneficial. Securing the glass tops a little difficult because they are secured from the underside.

Overall, great for the price.

This desk looks professional and is very sturdy. Everything fit together well and the materials (minus mdf in general) are good quality. My only complaint was that one of the circles glued to the glass top that attached the glass to the frame had been hit and fell off before I opened the box.

Of course this was nothing some clear epoxy and a little spray paint couldnt fix. All in all, this desk was a great value and I am more than satisfied with it.

The glass top had to be manually adjusted because it was not even. I was able to make it work though. Otherwise, great product!

I purchased this desk for my home office, now that I will be working from home on a more permanent basis. I rated that I liked (versus disliked) Appearance, Quality, Material, Wood and Design. The appearance is great and I love how it looks.

The quality, materials and wood are adequate not the greatest, but for the money it is a great buy. The design is good. It was not difficult to put together, but most of the screws do not sit flush with the wood and I had to use a drill to help a bit with the pre-drilled holes.

I put the desk together myself even though the directions suggested it was a two person job. A second hand would have been helpful. Overall – I am thrilled with the purchase and would recommend it.

So this desk was one of the cheaper ones I found online because I’m on a tight budget. VERY pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put together and overall quality. All of the pieces fit together well and it feels very solid, plus it looks great in my home workspace.

If I had one gripe it would be that your tracking system is completely useless. The desk arrived in the projected time period but the tracking never worked. I was getting worried I had been ripped off because the site kept saying it was pending, but then it just showed up one day.

All good though, super happy with my purchase overall!.

Bought this desk because I recently found out that I’d be working from home probably until after the new year. My mom was helping me search for computer desks and found this one. Was in my price range and was plenty big enough.

My mom actually liked it so much she went and go one herself! Was super easy to put together. Though I am one of those people that puts things together all the time and never run into any issues. The quality clearer isn’t top notch but it’ll get the job done! I currently have a printer, monitor, laptop and a filing sorter on the desk and I’ve had no problems with weight being an issue.

Seems to hold up very very well! The coloring scheme also happens to match some a new coffee table, end tables and TV stand that I recently bought.

We received this desk maybe 4/5 days after order. The box was damaged a little bit in transit, so I was expecting some damage on the corners of the unit, which is common w/ flat box furniture. To my surprise, there was good corner padding for the pieces and we only had one small shelf with a corner that had any damage at all and it was pretty minimal and easy to hide by turning around to the back of the unit.

The look of the unit is very nice in our home office and it functions very well.

The table is good quality and robust for price, and fitted together well. Wood grain is realistic and solid feel. Although metal frame is light and thin metal, it is strong and well made. Once all bolted together, the table is heavy and sturdy.

Plenty of room on work surface for items.

I purchased this desk for my counseling office. I put it together in about 4. 5 hours, and I have experience when it comes to putting things like this together. The extra. 5 hours was added on because i needed more wood glue for the dowels, and I had to go to the store.

I found it odd that the glue bottle provided was rather small for having to glue over 100 dowels (each side). Overall, it was pretty easy to put together. Take your time for each step, and carefully look at the diagrams to ensure you are putting the correct sides where they need to be.

The desk is heavy, and comes in 2 boxes. Each item in the box is labeled, and corresponds to the steps needed for assembly. The sticker label is easily removable once fully assembled. Place a large blanket around your workspace, so you can lay the items down on that surface to avoid scratches.

After assembly, my counseling team was jealous and liked the design and functionality. I recommend this overall. I am happy with the outcome. Also, some comments noted the drawers don’t close right, but mine do.

You must ensure that the track is properly seated into the drawer, or it may not close correctly. Once properly seated, it locks it into place so it will work normally.

I bought this several weeks ago. I wanted a real wood desk but couldn’t find one with all the features I wanted that this desk has. It looks nice and love the 3 outlets on top and roomy printer shelf.

This shelf glides nicely. I read all the reviews before hand. It does take a long time to put together. Follow instructions, take your time and don’t tighten the screws and cams tightly and everything should come together aligned very nicely! I had no issues with top surfaces aligning as others did.

I put it together myself except for two small steps that I needed someone’s help to hold a part while I screwed the pieces together. Parts and instructions are organized very well! I can see how surfaces of desk will wear fast if you’re not careful so if you are rough on surfaces I would not recommend this desk for you.

I bought a clear desk pad to put on top where I work, and am not too hard on things so I expect this desk to last me a long time and still stay nice. It certainly is easier to have this desk on a wood floor to help you move it around rather than carpet.

I can see how you wouldn’t want to purchase this if you expected to move it around. But it is a beautiful and flexible desk and has greatly helped my workflow so far. Only regret is I wish storage drawers a little more sturdy.

I am very cautious when having to put furniture together. It took me just under an hour to go through each step, and part to make sure I was ready to go and it was all there. It took another 2 1/2 hours to assemble it.

The building directions need to have a bit more detail to not say 30+ steps isn’t enough to do the trick. The addition of the sliders when constructing the drawer is a CAUTION ZONE. Lacking clarity here.

I have only two disappointments about the desk and the first one is the biggest. Printer area within the desk. There are no dimensions available to determine the inside space where the printer would be placed.

Needless to say, it does not fit. The printer I purchased for the desk is an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e Wireless Color All-in-One Printer, not a larger printer. That being said buy a tiny one or place it on top taking up your workspace.

If I would have had these measurements before the build I would have chosen a different printer. I ended up purchasing the Realspace® Magellan Tech Station Printer Stand 2. 0 for another $275. I was told by the sales associate that it would fit.

All I have to say is it better. The second disappointment is not all drawers align correctly took a like tweaking on my part. If the was a pre-built item the construction and materials would be far better and would have been willing to pay for it after this.

This is LIGHTWEIGHT. I like it and I like the shape and size of it a lot. I am kind of worried about how long this is going to last though. It is super lightweight and I had to be careful not to scuff or damage things as I was putting it together.

We will see how it holds up. it works really well for now. It is VERY easy to put together by yourself. Since it is so very light, you really don’t need any help with any of it. Directions are also straightforward and didn’t have any mistakes or anything confusing.

Im very happy with the desk. It fit my needs perfectly. Its in my officeemergency supplemental guest room. By folding the desk I can then free space for a single sofa bed to open. – Arrived quickly without damage- I put it together alone.

I purchased this desk as my old computer desk was giving up the ghost (it was 25 years old and was made for the first smaller computer/typewriter set-up). The one that I really wanted hasn’t been available since the plandemic and so I purchased this one instead.

The ‘fit and finish’ of this was exceptional, no scratches and everything tended to fit a lot better than I normally experience. Positives: The instructions are generally well written and packaging the parts by each step was a time-saver.

Very well packaged and damage resistant. Could use work: Glue, it’s good, but the instructions should give some indication of just much of the dowel should be sticking up to make a good fit (I put it in half and didn’t slide it all the way down the hole because I felt that it wouldn’t make for a nice fit when the other part came together – I was correct) Top was warped, so much so that my wife had to practically sit on the top to get it flat enough to fasten all of the cam screws tight into their cams.

I was able to get it fastened. Overall if I could have, I would have given this a 4 ¾ star rating, but I just couldn’t bring myself to giving it a ‘5’. Since I don’t believe it’s really fair to ‘rate’ the desk based on the fact that this wasn’t my first choice, my rating doesn’t reflect any shortcomings of the desk as I knew there would be some things that I was compromising in order to get this desk, though I will mention that I believe, as others have said, that the ‘tower space’ should have had the option of having a shelf w/pegs in the event that you didn’t need a place for a tower.

Another thing that people should be aware of on that space, if you do put your tower in there, be aware that it gets *very* warm and that it *will* radiate into the drawer above, so don’t put anything in the drawer that’s sensitive to heat in there, it will be cooked! The instructions do state that you must keep the door open when the tower is running.

In retrospect, I should have either skipped putting the back panel in that space and let it get more air or put the tower on top of the desk (though I wouldn’t have liked that as much).

I bought this desk about 2 weeks ago and assembled it a few days after purchasing it. I was a little intimidated by all of the parts and pieces, but it was a piece of cake after I got started. It did take about 6 hours to assemble, but that timeframe did include a few breaks and phone calls.

Also, I purposely went slowly to avoid mistakes. There was one part where I connected two large brackets to the bottom part of the desktop that are used for the sliding keyboard tray. Either I misunderstood the instructions, or the instructions were not super clear for that part.

I installed the brackets incorrectly. Luckily, it was very easy to correct my mistake even after the desk was fully assembled. I assembled the desk by myself, but having a second set of hands would have been helpful.

There were two, maybe three steps involved where I would have benefited from having a second set of hands, but I managed to handle it myself. One assembly tip is to not screw screws super tight. The particle-board-type material may be damaged that way.

Screw screws sufficiently tight of course but don’t over do it. My only complaint about this desk (and it’s not the desk’s fault – I should have been more aware when purchasing), but my only complaint is I wish it had a better cord management system.

I need to do something to better manage various cords and cables. Overall though, I am happy with my purchase. I would purchase this product again. Good fit, finish, and utility for an item in this product category.

I particularly like the desktop. The leatherette type material provides an attractive finish, and it functions as a mousepad.

I read reviews on this desk, mostly positive. I’m not sure if it was the specific desk I happened to get or not, but I’m not too happy with the quality of materials. Obviously it’s not real wood, so buying a desk made with this material is not going to be as good and I know that.

That’s just a fact and you get what you pay for. That’s not why I’m disappointed. Not a single drawer sits in the track right. This is because the outer boards that have the track rails attached are all bowed.

The door on the bottom catches on the drawer above it. I spent an hour adjusting the hinges and could not get the drawer to sit plum and not have it hit the drawer above. I messed with it so much I accidentally ripped the top hinge out of the desk.

As for the hutch, the middle vertical board doesn’t even touch the desk. Must have been cut short It is a nice looking and decent desk. I’m sure in most people’s cases they received materials that were not defective.

Unfortunately, I did not. I installed it myself and followed the instructions. I never leave reviews on products, but when you spend $600 plus on an item, regardless of material it’s made with, I would expect to get a quality product.

It just seems like this was rushed through the assembly line.

It was packaged well. It is pretty. It is sturdy. It can be built by one person without too much difficulty. The lift top leaves a lot to be desired. It holds a 15″-16″ laptop but add anything else – like the power supply or speakers – and it has two positions: fully up or fully down.

The “L” can only be as shown. If you need a different configuration, you cannot have it. Also, a bit expensive for “hecho en China. ” I would more willingly pay even a few dollars more for American-made.

Desk arrived in about 1 1/2 weeks on Thanksgiving weekend so was excited to have the time to build. The directions are awesome. Certainly didn’t take the “60 minutes” they said it would, more like a couple hours, but I worked slow and sure and all went together very smoothly.

I love this desk. It is solid and looks great in my little nook. Most worried about the drawers but they work smooth as silk. I opted for glass knobs I had in the house to give it a more eclectic look.

Heading out today to buy those special touches to make it sparkle!.

Hard to put together- very time consuming recommend multiple people. Outside that it’s an excellent desk. I bought the “silver” color- exactly as listed. Love this desk!

Just bought a new house and decided to furnish it with the Yvette from 1StopBedroom. Every time I give friends and relatives the tour, they’re blown away by how rich this set looks, especially when I tell them what I paid.

Three people have already told me they’re going to buy the Yvette Desk. That speaks for itself, and for Coaster’s smartly designed line.

I’m so satisfied with this purchase. This product requires a little bit of patience and lots of focus for assembly. But hey, I did it all on my own, by just meticulously following the instructions and minding the codes and the stickers, part by part.

Requires at least 3 hours. It is important to familiarize each part before starting the assembly. I say, a lot of thought and consideration was put by the manufacturer on this product to try to make the assembly process as smooth as possible from the consumer’s end.

I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a desk upgrade with the intention of multitasking. Space is just one of the highlights. The color and the clean lines are definitely a wonderful feature.

Top that with the good quality of the material, at a reasonable price, and you get one excellent value for a product. I’ll definitely consider the same brand for future office furniture needs.

Love the L-shaped desk it was easy to put together, according to my husband. It’s roomy enough & modern. I love the L-shaped desk for home office. I love the I’m working from home remotely and I have plenty of room on it for my two work monitors in on the other angled part of the desk I have a monitor from my personal let’s talk.

There’s even room on the corner for a printer if I want. I’m gonna leave it there for now until I look into getting the matching file cabinet. I’m always leery about buying furniture online but this was an awesome deal, I found a great online promo code and it was on sale.

Just moved into a new home so budget was a concern but this doesn’t even look like a budget type dessk. It was close to 300 before I bought it and with the sale on promo codes I was able to give myself the office I wanted.

It came intact nothing was broke. I love the finish of it it’s not too big and bulky but it gives me room to have an L shape set up Emma home office which is a bedroom and I still have plenty a room for two chairs a little table between it and area to walk around everything! I absolutely love it!.

Fortunately, it was worth it for me. I like the look of the desk, and the surface area and amount of storage available fit my needs well. Dimensions : While NFM has included the drawing with dimensions from the manufacturer in the image gallery, it leaves out some key information.

The depth of desk surface on each side is approximately 19 1/8 inches, and the pre-drilled grommet holes are approximately 2 inches in diameter. Each board that makes up the desktop is listed in the instructions as being able to hold 50 pounds each.

This works for me, but some shoppers out there may want to know this beforehand if their space requirements are different. Assembly : Using no power tools and taking my time, reading instructions twice, assembly took about 4 hours.

If you follow the directions, you assemble this upside down and then flip it over. The only portion that I found to be slightly frustrating was attaching the metal support bars that run between the legs on each side, since there’s nothing to hold them up until you get some of the screws in.

Aesthetic : The wood used here is MDF, for those of you whom are learning what that is for the first time (like I did) it is still particle board, but it is denser than a cheaper board would be. The few unfinished edges and the hidden cam holes didn’t have the huge air pockets and constant flaking I’ve experienced with cheaper particle board products.

The surface is a melamine paper, which has held up more than I expected after seeing the word paper there. Minor bumps and drops have not yet scratched it, but I have also been hesitant to test just how much abuse it can take.

Durability : I have only been using the desk for two weeks, so I cannot answer long term durability questions yet. So far though, it is holding up my junk and not making sounds like it’s creaking or stressing, which is about all I can ask of it.
