Ask for salesperson Paul! He was super helpful, very friendly and really is an expert on car audio: subs, woofers, decks, Android Auto, alarms, you name it. Paul’s got a breakdown of knowledge on it! His strongest point is being able educate and articulate information about car audio brands and specifications.

Can’t forget about Camille, who is pretty much a Car Toys database mastermind, and very savvy with the purchasing and financing process, also very friendly. Lastly, I recommend David as the technician for the installation.

He takes care of my 09 Impala and 17 Durango. I would trust him with my life; this young man is all business assertive and extremely knowledgeable! The sound quality, volume, bass and clarity is the best I’ve ever experienced! I am a big JL Audio fan and there is plenty of JL here, but don’t forget they do have Alpine, Focal, Kicker and much more.

Purchased this box from a local shop known the guys there since high school cut me a deal for 350$ on a new box. This is the 3rd JL product ive ever owned and the SQ is unbeatable. I bought Sundown and Skar subs on reviews stating they are better or the poor mans JLs and nope sorry just fast responding noise purely for the spl junkies.

Im grown i need to hit the lows and hear it not just trash my vehicle from vibrations. Although these are entry level bottom of the barrel from JL my mirrors shake like crazy, all the plastic in my interior vibrates and my upper console sunglass compartment pops open.

This tiny box packs a hell of a punch in my suv, have them on a punch 1000bdx dynod @1501 watts @1ohm. This box is rated for 600 rms max total. My amp states 500 rms which it is probably more like 650+ @2ohms easy.

Barely have a few hours in on the break in period and im like dam! Turned my gain down some from the shop tune felt like they were too crazy with it and they said youre good to go come back after 2 weeks and we will turn it up more lol.

Doubt they can take more and after a hour of banging them tonight my amp was ice cold i may have to get another box JL just hit so clean. I just came from two NVX top of their line 1000 watt rms cea certified 15s ran them on the same amp full tilt till clipping and these sound better.

They were nice subs worth every penny but i was ruined by the sound of JL.

Alright buckle your seatbelts because this is about to be a great ride. Boot ordered cyber Monday who could compete with 40% off?! Slapped that baby in the trunk of my 2 door “sports car” of a Honda Civic.

Man this baby rocks. I had 2 10″ subs in a ported box and they produced adequate bass and filled out the low end of the music but this single JL just blew them apart. Hooked that baby up and just watched it dance.

Finally I can hear my license plate rattle when I’m blasting the bass. Sound: yes Quality: amazing Honey’s: flocking. You turn this baby on down the block and all of a sudden there’s a block party maybe a keggar and a bunch of ladies who wanna listen to the bass.

This thing is guaranteed to raise you to god status and will ensure that you get the honey you not only have been looking for, but the one you needed.

*measured from the driver’s seat using a consumer grade sound meter, amp gain properly set with a multimeter according to the manual (plenty of headroom), in a coup with the rear seats pulled down to expose the trunk.

Bass levels really depend on the song you’re playing through it. I got this pared with the JX250/1D in a “bass party pack” combo. They work well together. Putting two generic 10″s in a sealed box on the same amp produced similar measurements, but this 12″ takes up half the space, and I’m sure will last quite a bit longer.

It’s a solid setup to really beef up the bottom end, but it’s also the bottom of the barrel on power handling for this line of subwoofer/amp combo. if you love ridiculous amounts of ear damaging bass, spend the extra money and get at least the 500 watt model/package.

I have a 12w6v3-4 in the JL-HO110, powered by their XD600, which is supposedly perfectly matched together. I have had my setup for over the warranty period, so I understand some hassle. That being said, somehow the voice coils are merged together (assume one broke and is now touching the other).

How this happened is beyond me considering I am 46 years old, listen to country music, and don’t even come close to pushing the sub to what it is supposedly capable of. I got the same response as the other reviewer, which boils down to well pay us $350, and we will rebuild it and send it back.

Really? There is no way this is not a sub malfunction! I would think they would stand behind their almost $800 sub a little better. Last time I checked I thought they were JL Audio not Pyramid Audio.

Nice game they have sell a sub for $800 it fails and then sell a $350 rebuild fee, which there is no way should be that much. Oh well serious lesson learned. There is no reason to pay up for JL Audio anymore when the quality, and more importantly, their standing behind their product seems to have gone by the wayside.

I will say the people at customer service were very nice, and spent the time to talk with me. But in the end, it boils down to “do you have a receipt that shows 2 years or not”. Regardless, I have a really pretty, heavy, useless sub that was built by you and failed long before it should have and at no fault of the install or the end user.

I used to think that a subwoofer was like any other subwoofer. The main difference being the name that you are willing to pay for. In part, there is some truth to it. Take JL for instance, I have owned a pair of JL10W3 before and although slightly more expensive, outperformed my cheaper pair of Sundown 10″SA3D4.

I keep to my philosophy pertaining to car audio, that a sound system is never perfect, and always becons for fine adjustments. Otherwise, why be a mobile audio enthusiast? With this thought in mind, since I was impressed by the JL10W3, why not dump the money into the more expensive JL10W6V3D4.

Because this subwoofer can be mounted and perform in a relatively small air space, it was ideal for my application. With some minor box adjustments, I was able to incorporate these beasts into my system.

I was astonished by the power and range of these subs. It is my opinion that you get out of something what you put into it. Go ahead and take the plunge, but be sure to match whatever speaker you get with the appropriate amplifier.

I love these subs they really bump even with lower volumes. The sound quality is just as good if not better than my previous V2’s (which were amazing). Even the color is a nice black the looks good, I find myself looking back just to see them in action.

All around great subwoofers!.

I just upgraded my audio system and decided to purchase this along with the JL Audio JD250/1 amp. I installed it into a ported box I bought from a local shop. I must say I am thoroughly impressed. I have a 09 chevy malibu so I knew for a compact car I didnt want or need much to improve the sound.

I have a younger child so I didnt want nothing too abrupt but enough to make me feel the music. For only 150 watts rms they knock quite hard and everyone who ride with me ask about my speakers. Dont let the specifics turn you away from this sub.

This is my second car audio setup and I must say this has already became my favorite ever.

Im usually a fan of Rockford subs, have used them many times over my 25+ yrs in the car audio game, but this time I decided to try something different. I needed a shallow mount and, after doing a little research, I settled on a pair of 12tw3s.

I have used JL in the past and have had good luck, plus they have an excellent reputation, so my expectations were high. These subs do not disappoint. I have them in a sealed, downward firing box, under the back seat in my Chevy Silverado.

Theyre powered by a Rockford T750 amp running at 1ohm and they hammer extremely well. especially for a shallow mount sub. They obviously dont hit like my old Rockford T112D4s but thats to be expected as they only require about 1/4 of the interior volume.

Not to mention theyre W3s and not W7s. If you have limited space and need a shallow mount subwoofer you will not be disappointed. Excellent sound, very well made and they hit hard. All in all they are an excellent product and typical JL Audio; High quality.

I have 1x 12tw3-d4 installed in a 2020 f150 crew cab platinum in a down fire under rear seat non ported box powered by a rd500, integrated with a lc2i pro and it freaking slams!!! Nice pure clean real bass! JL audio is the top of the line in my opinion! Don t question it just buy it and you will be overly happy!!.

Ive got 2 of these in a sealed downfiring box in a 2000 Ford F150 under my back seat. These things are legit. Theyre a little pricey but if youve got limited space, theres not a better option out there.

Classic JL. Clean, hard, crisp, deep bass. Just perfect sound. They hit hard, a lot harder than you would expect a smaller woofer like this would, just as hard if not harder than 12 Alpine type rs or kicker cvrs which ive owned in the past.

But the quality of the sound is much better. The one negative is that one of them has blown after about 14 months of hard use. I really dont know whos to blame; myself, the amp, or the sub itself. The other one was perfectly fine, I just replaced the blown one since the 1 yr manuf warranty had expired.

Aside from that, I cant say anything bad about the sub. Highly recommended.

So l have 2 12 inch w3v3-4’s. I have had them for 3-1/2 years. I got the in a vented box and l have made two different sealed enclosures to specs for them. ( l changed vehicles) In a sealed enclosure, 1.

125 cubic ft for the 12, these things are simply astounding!! I have them hooked up to a Taramps Smart 3 amp, and these subs take abuse like no others. But we’ll worth the money. Sealed enclosure highly recommended.

The quality of bass and power handling and output all require the sealed.

First off I will say that all installs are only as good as the technology behind them ie: 90% install and 10% equipment. The 12w3v3 is very well built, looks great, sounds flawless and goes very low even in recommended enclosures.

I had a demo of the 10w3v3 at a dealer and was so impressed I bought the 12″” version for the extra cone area. These subs are extremely versatile using everything from sealed to vented to dipole and especially transmission line.

There are many myths surrounding 1/4 wave enclosures and if you listen to some people the 12w3v3 would not be suitable but in reality it is. I am currently running the 12w3v3 in my 99 Tahoe on a JL HD1200 amplifier.

Jl certainly would not recommend this but I don’t crank it for long since the coil would eventually burn. It takes the full 1200 for tone bursts no sweat and I have no issue running moderate volume music.

If you choose to build your own enclosure and have the space build a 1/4 wave tline at least 8. 75 feet in tunnel length with 80 – 85 square inches tunnel radiating area (this is sound quality tuning still very loud however).

There are other styles to improve lows 25 hz and down using taper style or longer length tunnels. My enclosure gets so loud that people outside my vehicle even at good distances have covered their ears.

Some things sound too good to be true but physics is physics and you do not need to have a $1000 subwoofer to take advantage of these principles. If you are on a budget but still want loud music that is crystal clear this sub is a DEFINITE! The only cons I listed are the removable plastic trim gasket since the screws must torque against it and as you know plastic can be brittle, and the steel frame since steel drains some of the magnetic gauss and is inferior to aluminum for strength also aluminum is less resonant improving sound quality.

Still, you can’t expect everything to be perfect on a mid grade subwoofer but for the money it is all around astounding!.

Solid response across entire frequency range. Driven by 300W (no boost) plate amplifier. Installed in custom enclosure made by Zack Bunch, Denver, CO. Zack took all our wants into account and applied his brilliant innate ability to fully develop full sub fidelity for our Home Theatre.

Zack provided all details required to purchase every component to us. He arrived on site in AZ and fully built and finished our custom subwoofer enclosure in less than half a day. We planned on enclosing the box, but it looks so good we just incorporated into the theatre’s setting.

Running off a jl audio jx 500 amp (410 watts at 12. 5v at 2 ohm) in a custom ported box. Sounds clean, planning on making it sound a lot cleaner & louder with a 600 watt amp in a sealed box. Dual subs in sealed boxes with a ton of power is perfect if u like feeling the bass in your chest & hair & 2 of these w3’s are perfect.

I like how these subs don’t need 1000 watts like other power hungry subs so no need to upgrade alternator or battery:) Only bad thing about this 12 in ported box is it sometimes gets a bit too boomy so I recommend a ton of power in a sealed box unless u only have about 250 baby watts or so then ported would sound optimal.

I wish I had gotten two 10 inch 4 ohm w3v3’s instead but this one sub is a good simple system Don’t get the cheapest wiring either it will affect the sound & performance, don’t cheat yourself, treat yourself 600 watts on this & your good to go.

JL Audio has and will always be one of the Kings in the auto entertainment industry. Due to facts of not cutting corners and severe and accurate testing when making a product. For money doesn’t come easy for some and they make it worth your while.

When the saying is applied to making a JL Audio purchase,”You have to pay to play”. And you get what you pay for and then some when it comes down to anything that bears the JL Audio label. With that being said, you can give the others a test and at the end of the day; Woofers to Woofers JL Audio makes one of the BEST.

I had the HO110W6V3 and its absolutely perfect for its size but I recently bought a full size conversion van and because it is so large and there is so much air space the 10″” was just right but I need over the top.

I used this 10″” in a SUV and that’s all you need, believe me. So I then bought a W7 12′ in the HO box and it was much louder and rattled the van so I did get more, 1000 watts vs 600 , explains it. Thing is , I didn’t like the sound quality from the W7 so although I was very loud and had big bass , it gave me a head ache, it was too punchy and I needed cleaner and softer.

I basically needed the HO110W6V3 but bigger so I went with the 12″” version and its perfect. I now get the louder, deeper, richer bass that I needed. This thing is truly quality like no other and I’ve had many kickers, pioneers, rockfords, cerwin vegas, jbl’s etc etc.

If you want loud and want to impress the people outdoor of your vehicle get the W7 but if you want to impress the people inside your vehicle and the ones outdoor get this box. My buddy says he has never heard a cleaner system than mine and hes in a car club in Chicago.

I have a 12w3 in an HO Box , 12w7 in an HO Box , and the 12w6v3 in an HO box. My sub amp is the JL HD/1200-1. In my opinion the 12w6v3 in the HO box hands down sounds better than anything I have heard.

The bass is so smooth,articulate and powerful. A tip for getting the best sound out of this box is to face it firing out toward the rear bumper. When I first got it I placed it in the trunk firing toward the side of the car ,sounded decent but I was disappointed.

Then I decided to move it facing toward the rear bumper and that made a huge improvement. I find this to be the absolute best sounding subwoofer to date. Yes I think it sounds better than the W7 and I’m not just saying that I have both.

The W7 is in the garage. I really didn’t think music could sound this good it’s amazing.

Sounds good at higher volumes as well as low, the ported box also looks nice with the jl audio name on it. The box is tuned from the manufacturer for the speaker nice touch A+ISH. But I want to get another one.

I think 2 would sound nicer.

I have this 8w7AE in a ported box tuned to 30hz with a HD750/1 also tuned to its recommended voltage to get the full 750 watts rms out of the amp with a 40hz test tone at 0db. I’m here to say that this 8w7AE can definitely handle the 750 watts rms of power.

The sub did bottomed out on me a few times at full non distorted volume but that was solved when I made a custom ported box slightly larger than the recommended specs because the box was made to fit right underneath my rear deck with the sub woofer mounted on top of the rear deck with plenty of sound deadener.

It has honestly surprised me and I am very happy with this purchase. When I have given a few demos people can’t believe it’s just 1 8 inch sub woofer producing all that bass when you want it on demand.

The way I made my box also has alot to do with the performance of the sub woofer but It made a world of difference vs my stock sub woofer in my 2012 Hyundai Genesis sedan. the price for the sub is worth it.

You honestly get what you pay for and you won’t have to worry about needing any “”reCone kits”” like most guys who use other brands have to do, because this sub is built to last. I know the recommended rms watts is 500 but trust me this sub can take the HD750/1 like a champ.

Down below you will see how my set up looks but still working on putting some dark anti vibration padding on the rear deck lid to make it look nice and then place my OEM rear deck lid back on to make it look stock.

The point of having my sub on the rear deck with a box below it was to have some good bass but also keep as much trunk space as I can, as this car is also my daily driver and I take my wife and kids everywhere in this car so putting groceries, strollers and my son’s wheelchair is no issue.

These subs are great. I’m using them under the seat of an Avalanche. Running them off a kenwood excelon 500w amp. They sound fantastic. I replace some “other” speaker today and these are excellent subs that play low and fast.

I have been a JL fan now years. They make a quality speaker thats capable of withstanding abuse for years while keeping a clean tone. The JL 12w1v3-4 is no exception. Granted I’ve only had them hooked up for about a week, but im am very impressed at how they handel the lows.

Literaly shakes my whole trunk and garage windows. Follow JL’s specs on box and amp and you will be very happy about your purchase. I went with the ported box but its to each there own on ported or sealed.

Im an audiophile who likes it loud, and these subs more than satisfy my needs for clarity and sound level. And as a plus, these are the most beautiful subwoofers I’ve ever installed. Love the dark gray cone and paintable trim ring.

I painted mine to match car color(silver) witch matched JL’s logo on the front perfectly. With all that said, buy this sub if 1. you value good loud sound. 2. you dont have alot of space for a box(sealed is only 1.

It simply doesnt get better than this. Whether you tryna have a competition or beat the block in the hood. Everybody wants to know what kind, what size, and how many speakers I have in my trunk when its just this single JL Audio 12W7! Definitely appreciate it and couldnt be any more satisfied.

This is an amazing subwoofer. Finding a correct box is hard if you do not have a lot of space. I have one in a ported box behind the 3rd row of my 2006 tahoe. It’s just a fit depth wise and cannot be seen with the tented back window.

I have the hd750/1 amp powering it and it really sounds great. I switched from 2- 12w6’s and have not missed them or the extra size of that box. I have owned many subs and installed many brands for friends but JL has always been worth it to me.

Rivals do not compare, and they keep their resale value incredibly well verses other brands.

The sub was ordered via my dealer and came quickly. Straight away I hooked my amp to it’s binding posts and it was making a delightful range of low frequencies. The sub has many musical qualities and makes for a realistic listening experience able to respond accurately to the wide variety of genres my head unit plays through it.

It is early days however, I still have to sound proof the boot and experiment with the amp settings, but already I feel this is the sub to end all subs. It also benefits from being removable should I require the space.

Good job JL and great price if you compare to speakers in the higher end domestic audio market.

I purchased this pre-owned the previous owner said it maybe damaged, the grill was dented in. I had it running on a five channel ALPINE PDX-V9, bench tested at 600watts. This SUB ROCKED MY JEEP WRANGLER UNLIMITED.

CRYSTAL CLEAR CONCERT BASS. WOW, WHAT AN AMAZINGLY CLEAN SOUND!.

I just installed one of these in my 2013 Toyota Tundra Texas Edition. I really wanted the stealthbox but I cannot get it at this time so I went with this TW3 PowerEdge. I upgraded from a 10W1 and the sound is amazing.

I have 2 6*9C2s and some JL TRO50-CT tweeters. I need to upgrade the amp but I am using a 200W powerbass amp right now and it does the job. I live by JL Audio book and I will not change it for any foreign brand.

Need to make a dual driver box instead of a single. I will probably buy a second tw3 box and 1000/1 amp I’m using a 1000/1 JL amp on this box now. I have a 2000 regular cab S-10 Extrme and this sound great.

Just installed one of these into my wife’s Mercedes GLE43. We ditched the spare tire and it fit snugly into place. I can’t believe the sound quality and impact that we’re getting from this sub. Being a JL product I was expecting it to be good but I had no idea it would be THIS good! This is the type of bass that you normally get from a custom box with a full depth driver and a big amp, not from a shallow driver, a compact box and small amp.

What I also really appreciate is the tonal quality that this sub produces. It doesn’t just pump out single note bass like so many others, instead it plays music where you can clearly hear the various bass notes.

And when it comes time to get down and boogie, this bad boy does it like nothing else I’ve heard unless you spend 3 times more on a custom setup. Great job JL! Another example of why you’re the best in bass.

I bought this sub for the built in amp and I couldn’t be happier with it. Out of the box it was a little smaller than I was expecting it to be but I got used to the size and once hooked up this thing hits.

I put this in the back of a 2012 VW GTI and I have plenty of my trunk still and I love the tidiness of the built in amp. My only source of angst is that the wire connectors are a little small and, I found, kind of hard to work with.

I wasn’t sure what size power wire I wanted to use with this. I kind of wanted something bigger than 8 gauge for the 400 watts and since I couldn’t find much really for 6 gauge I bought 4 gauge for this and 4 gauge is way too big.

8 gauge is probably what you want I suppose. Personally I enjoy complete systems where the sub is just a part. I am not interested in shaking my windows off or chasing just base. For these needs this sub is perfect, and I can still turn the dial up if I do feel like shaking some windows.

This is a great sub and although kind of expensive in my eyes I think the enjoyment it brings is well worth the price tag.

Jl acs112lg-tw1 very good and powerful subwoofer. It exceeded my expectations. It is preferable to buy rbc-1 remote as well. I have a Skoda octavia 3 and easily moves the rear-view mirror.

I was looking to add some bass and overall quality sound so I added a Single 10TW3 PowerWedge, Sealed, 2 Ω, 2 pair C2 350 to the front and rear doors but had to go with Alpine tweeters to keep my factory look, I have a RD 900.

5 running the whole system. Sounds amazing in my 2022 Mazda CX30.

Having a small car, I knew I would need a smaller amount of space for subs. I came across these and still have room in the trunk for cargo. The amount of sound these produce is amazing for being so small! If I want to listen to dubstep, I can make the entire car shake, if I want to listen to rap, pop, or country, I can still hear the sound, but amplified to a point where it feels like you are in concert! 5/5, I will be purchasing more for my truck!.

Needed to get some bass in my regular cab toyota pickup so space is extremely limited to say the least. This sub fit behind the passenger seat while only losing one notch forward on the slider adjustment.

The sub rocks! I am running a JBL GTO7001 700 watt amp which is over powered for this woofer and I run it pretty hard but the sub takes it like a champ. The mounting depth is less than 4″ so if you want to pack a punch with limited space this is your speaker hands down! Highly recommended!.

Absolutely 100% pleased with this investment. Paired it up with a Rx-500X1 punch amp and it simply rocks. A bit tedious to install the box and you have to take the speaker out to do so. Not mention in the instructions, FYI … but to get it all to line up , because of the precise fit.

Just be prepared! But it is a great choice for a turnkey upgrade. The addition of dynamat is a must. In the end it is the only choice that doesn’t hog your existing trunk space. Excellent product and buy the install kit when you purchase the steal box.

I chose not to get the full Raxiom kit with the amp. Because I’ve had so much success with the JL sub Fosgate amp combo on the past. It simply blows my buddies away that bought the JL amps. No comparison.

So this thing is great. Install was quick, cost a little more down the stretch due to my model not having the stock sub system already – had to buy an amp, transponder and converter for it to work with the stock radio system but well worth it.

My old car had dual 8 inch subs in the rear and this one 12 inch sounds just as good if not better! No bass knob required either, you can use the stock sound settings to adjust no problem. I would give this 5 stars, however the cover easily shakes off due to the insane vibration! Which is crazy but kind of a let down, integrity wise.

Still looks great without the cover on but would be nice if it stayed on the way it’s expected to. Either way, sounds fantastic, perfect tone IMO, and definitely recommend over any other systems out there.

Wish there was a sister sub for the other side lol.

I will say the reviews I read about the install were dead on. This is not my first stealthbox and must say I was very disappointed in the difficulty with the install. It was impossible to get the box on as described in the instructions.

I followed what others did and threaded the bolts front m inside the box. My other issue is there was a lot of leftover fiberglass around the mounting holes inside the box. I had to use a disc sander to clean up the inside just so I could get the nut on.

IMO this box cost way too much money to have these kind of issues. Once you get the darn thing in it sounds as you would expect a JL sub to sound no complaints there.

Absolutely slumps! Quality over quantity all day ! I HAVE A 2015 FORD F350 duelly , pulled out the 8 inch sub thing it had in it ,and replaced it with your 12 added 400 watt s and it fits perfectly ! its snug as a bug!! Behind my back seat and it’s a crew cab.

Had the single TW3 12” power wedge subwoofer in my 2008 frontier and man it would rock the house…currently have my 2022 Chevy trail boss in the shop awaiting to install the Stealth box Gen 4 with 2 Tw3 12” Subwoofer…XD1000 5 V2 gonna be pushing the whole system…was pricey but i already know it’ll be worth every penny! Can’t wait to hear 2 12” tw3 instead of 1…shopped around checked out other brands and already knew I wouldn’t be happy… just Stick with JL guys.

This package is truly impressive. The fact that the amp is only 400w is crazy. When you hear this ACP112LG-TW1 cranked up you’d never believe it’s a single 12 only being powered by a 400w built in amp.

Enclosures with built in amps always worried me as I thought the power would never be enough. I would steer clear from them when ever I was looking to add some bass to my vehicle. After having this JL setup I can truly say I’m a believer.

Obviously JL Audio makes a quality product and that has a lot to do with how well this system sounds. I let my neighbor hear it whom has two 15in subs in his trunk and he was blown away at the amount of sound this setup produced.

My only con about this sub is it’s mid to high range. But at this price point, you can’t have it all. If you like good quality bass but don’t want to shatter your windows, this is the setup for you. I had the system professionally installed on my 22 Kia K5.

Great product but doesnt fit in a GMC Sierra 2019. So go for the 10 inches microsub+. Five stars beacuse is my bad no to see the specs, i have a 10 inches mirosub+ and i though it might be the same in terms of height.

But the subwoofer is a excellente product, great power for the size of the enclosure.

I had a keep renegade with a slash 1000/1 and 2 300/2s with full Jo components and 3 12 w6s. it was amazing. but now in a Mercedes. and older. just got this in the sealed 12” form. it hits clear , hard and clean easy factory looks.

For the size , sound , money … it’s the single best option.

This is an AMAZING woofer set-up! Let me start be saying this is not a 12″ or 15′ sub. It is, however, a top notch 10″ sub. That means it will sound great with a large variety of music. Forget the deep bass you get from the 12 and 15’s.

It just isn’t there. It performs as it is meant to. Having said that, I think the sound will impress just about anyone. It is called “Stealth” due to being hidden from anyone looking to steal your property.

Yes, a bit pricey, but well worth it if you pair it with a JL Audio Amp. My Tacoma sounds absolutely AMAZING!.

Perfect solution to improve your sound and save cargo space. Definitely expensive but the speaker and enclosure are quality. You have to drill 3 holes into the wheel well area but it’s not bad at all.

If you still have your factory fenders and liners in the rear, JL Audio provides replacement fasteners to reinstall your fender liner. This install took about an hour to do. JL Audio provides great instructions with pictures, so they are easy to follow.

If you want to add a subwoofer that looks factory and saves space go with this, you won’t be disappointed.

If you like hearing your music like I do this a much needed upgrade to the Toyota premium sound system lol. JL Audio has been know for high quality products a This stealth box is a perfect example. The only thing is you have to change out the back plastic panel that can only be bought from Toyota, so this was not a cheap upgrade.

My installation was done at my local audio shop as I upgraded all speakers and added amps powering the whole system.
