The ceramic brush is fabulous. I’ve wanted one for such a long time my time and not disappoint. I had to watch a few YouTube videos to master how to use it correctly but once I had I was able to use it successfully.

There are different heat settings which I think is a great idea. The brush heated up very fast and was hot to touch even on the lowest setting. The heat glove is a godsend. The cord is long so no awkward movements trying to style your hair.

The brush gas an auto shut function after 75mins which is a great feature. What I loved most about the brush is that there is a button that retracts the bristles back in so that your is removed from the barrel effortlessly.

This is such a genius idea. No more trapped hair or damaged hair trying to detangle it. Great brush, that is easy to use. Definitely recommend.

I have long thick hair which means I don’t wear it down very often as flat to my head isn’t a great look for my face shape. I was worried how this would work because my hair is very thick and have had it tangled in hair tools too many times to count.

I was surprised at how well this air brush worked, there is a release button that brings the hair grips in which meant no tangled hair! Winning! The brush itself is a good size, grips hair well and styles beautifully.

It leaves a lovely shine and gives my roots serious lift, no more flat head and with a little bit of hair spray it stays styled all day. It also comes with a glove which is super handy, no more burnt fingers!.

For several months, I thought about buying this and finally pulled the trigger after researching the brush. After using once, it’s definitely my favorite & most efficient hair styling tool!!! It’s very simple to use and smooths my hair much faster than a hot iron.

The brush also straightens my hair but makes it look more natural & retains some volume, whereas a flatiron only straightens my hair like a board and then I have to tease or fluff it myself for any volume.

My hair is thick but fine, straight in places, slightly wavy in others, and has tight kinky curls in the back underside. I prefer to air dry my hair, which often makes it frizzy or causes odd waves & curls.

Using the hot brush, I apply a heat protectant (never hair spray, specifically use a heat protectant), clip up the top sections of my hair, literally & slowly brush through the underside of my hair, release the top layer from the clips, and slowly brush through the top layers.

This process has never taken more than five minutes, but it smooths my hair so that the different sections & textures look & feel cohesive. It usually remains that way until I wash my hair again every 2-3 days (high humidity can bring back some waves & curls, but humidity ruins blowouts & other styles, too).

You can also adjust & lock the temperature of the brush so that if your hair is very curly & you need a high temp, you can use a high setting (for my hair, I use a low-medium temp of 350-400 degrees).

This is by far my favorite, best & most used hair tool. Now, I can wear my hair down because it has a cohesive look, movement & volume, smooth it before making a ponytail or braids, or smooth the cuticle before styling with a curling iron or hot rollers.

Finally bought one the other day during Amazon Prime Day! Got a GREAT deal on it! This thing is AMAZING!!!!! Total life CHANGER!!!!! I have thick, shoulder length hair and I wash it and go to bed. When I wake up in the morning, I look like Nick Nolte’s drunk mugshot.

Love this little guy and have told several friends who have purchased and love it too. Including my mother who has fine hair and it creates such a smooth texture. Don’t hesitate to buy it and the chi silk oil to protect hair and give a nice finished look.

I religiously used the Revlon dryer brush for nearly 3 years. I went through 2 of them-had to replace my first because it just stopped working on me one day. It was great, which is why I replaced it with the same product.

However it was bulky, and nearly impossible to clean. In walks Chi. This brush doesn’t get quite as hot as it’s counterpart (which is fine, and my hair is thanking me for that!). It also comes apart for easy cleaning (I soak my attachments in a mixture of hot water, shampoo, and baking soda-comes out sparkly clean!), storage, and portability for travel.

It is also very quiet! The cord has a nice Velcro wrap attached to keep from tangling. My only gripe is that I would like if this came with a travel case, but that isn’t even a big enough concern of mine to take away a star.

Still a five star product all the way.

I bought this from Ulta , because of the different attachments. I have avoided these brush dryers, because I have long, naturally curly hair and figured it was a disaster waiting to happen. I decided to give the Chi a go since I wouldn’t be stuck with just a round brush.

I tried the flat paddle brush first and that didn’t go well. It was hard to work with and I couldn’t get the area by my roots to straighten very well. Next, I used it as a a straight up hair dryer. It gets hot enough, but doesn’t blow enough air, so drying took forever.

I finally gave in and tried the round brush attachment and I was hooked! I section of small areas to work with and it worked great!! I was even able to get the areas by the roots! I used it 3-4 times weekly for 5 months and then it stopped working correctly.

It still worked, but only cold air blew out. I returned it and decided (fingers crossed) to give it another go, because that’s how happy I was with it and even after having read prior reviews of this issue.

My second purchase worked equally as great, but then after TWO months the air stopped blowing out as much and it got super hot within seconds of turning it on. RIP to my 2nd Chi. I love how it works, I was willing to give it another try, but sadly I was disappointed and now I’m in search of another brand, because now I’m hooked on the ease of styling my hair.

I just bought this, so I’ve only used it once so far and I am SUPER impressed. My hair is a little past my chin and it was still very easy to use. I think the barrel attachment is still a little too big for how short my hair is, but the brush attachment was great and my hair looks wonderful.

I did only give it 4 stars because I can’t believe how hot this thing gets. It seems overly hot to me. Definitely wouldn’t recommend using every day, and make sure you’re using a good heat protectant.

Other than that, I’m thoroughly impressed so far.

try one with out the flat iron option and a smaller barrel,liked it ,my hair is flat and thin,but getting longer,so I got the 1. 5 inch. its real nice love the lock setting on the flat iron. my hair is dry and this did not cause me any static.

it seam to not over dry my hair,like many other flat irons do. i did my usual styling, and was pleased that it didn’t tangle,or put crimp lines in my hair. very glad i got it.

I use this product twice a week. It’s not the hottest tool so it doesn’t burn my hair which is fine and thin. It holds a curl or straight for 2 days. I like only having to have one tool on my counter.

Hair is always silky smooth and can’t stop touching it after using this brush to dry my hair. I recently cut my hair into a sharp-edged long bob—shortest pieces are barely below my natural hair line on the nape of my neck and longest pieces are about mid-way between shoulders and bottom of ears.

I am by no means a hair expert. I just wanted a big round brush that would help me better style my hair. I looked at a bunch and decided on this one because of the price and reviews. I was not disappointed! I was worried the bristles would be scratchy, but they’re actually kind of soft.

I also appreciate that they don’t have those plastic tips that always wear away. The barrel does retain heat really easily – so be careful handling after you blow-dry. I also recommend using a heat protectant (it really gets hot).

Biggest plus is that my hair doesn’t look all fluffy or staticky after I blow it out. I have a lot of fine hair, so fluffiness is always an issue. Not with this brush! I have volume with a sleek finish that we all strive for.

I love my new brush! Due to COVID-19 stay at home orders, I have not had a haircut for 5 months. and counting! I usually wear my hair VERY short so it’s been quite a challenge to style my hair. Finally I realized that I had to use something other than my Cricket Hair Brush since I had developed uncontrollable “wings” in my naturally wavy hair.

PRO TIPS FROM A PRO: -make sure your hair is 60-70% hair dried or blow dried before you use this tool. -for the love of all that is holy, USE A HEAT PROTECTANT -section your hair and start from the bottom! -brush your subsection before using the dry brush to prevent extra tension that could cause breakage -make sure to dry eAch side of your subsections and slowly glide the dryer brush starting at the root -cry with joy because it only took you 15mins to dry your whole head of hair and it actually stays smooth.

-throw away your revlon and never look back ~LAST BUT NOT LEAST! Use a little eyelash wand(clean old mascara wand, or maybe the spooly end of your dead to you Anastasia eyebrow pencil, heck even just ask a lovely employee at Sephora if you can have one!) and CLEAN the air intake screens on the bottom of the brush weekly! You will be surprised how quickly dust and product buildup will clog the screen!~ You’re so welcome.

ve been using volumizing blowout brushes for several years now. I’ve used Revlon’s, Hot Tools (my favorite), Drybar (my least favorite and retuned), Dyson’s (don’t even get me started) and now I’ve been using Amika’s for several weeks now.

I’d like to give it a higher rating because there are some important Pros. First, it does feel lighter to. This is huge for me because I have fibromyalgia and a lot of neck and shoulder pain. The lighter weight, while not hugely lighter, is a plus for me.

Another pro is that I think it switches from high heat to lower heat better than any others, although, I wouldn’t call it a cool temperature but it does cool down a little faster to lock-in the shape.

The biggest Pro is that I feel that the far-infrared heat seems to dry my hair faster than any others. I’ve found that using far-infrared technology is a huge PRO. Now for the cons: It feels more difficult to use because unlike the other brands, there’s nothing to hold onto at the top of the brush, which is especially important when trying to over direct the roots for volume.

Another HUGE con and something ALL volumizing blowout brushes lack, including Amika’s, is the use of much higher quality bristles. The bristles should real boar bristles. The cheap bristles being used bend and become misshapen which defeats the purpose.

Also, the bristles are spaced too far apart which splits the hair shaft and leaves marks in the hair, especially at the roots. All of these blowout tools have this issue, including this one which, is too bad because Amika could have really differentiated themselves from their competitors by really rethinking the types, quality, and spacing of the bristles.

Amika tried to differentiate their blowout brush by using far-infrared technology, but, unfortunately that’s not enough. For those of us who truly want lasting volume , we cannot get it with these types of bristles or the spacing of them because there’s just not enough tension to truly over direct the roots.

And again, because of the spacing, it splits the shaft and leaves marks in the hair or unwanted part lines. That lacks it’s true ability to provide a “salon†quality blowout one can achieve with a good boar bristle round brush and blow dryer.

Another con is, it’s lacking a cold-shot button to lock in the style. Again, Amika could have really set theirs apart by being more innovative. In fact, had these cons been considered during their design phase, with a large user group, including experienced stylists, Amika could have introduced something phenomenal and, at even a much higher price point.

In short, based on my opinion of the cons, I really cannot say there’s enough functional or meaningful differences between Amika’s or any of the Helen of Troy versions. They really are all so remarkably similar that I’m disappointed that Amika couldn’t have thought about a more original and innovative design with much higher quality bristles and features.

I wonder if highly qualified stylists or end-users are even consulted during the design process. Whoever can accommodate and accomplish adding my list of cons to their design will blow away ALL the knock-offs and competition.

I really wish the designers would take this type of feedback much more seriously. Most consumers would pay a much higher price point for a better type of tool that is truly revolutionary, not just another model of the basically same thing that’s already been in the marketplace by Helen of Troy for some time now.

I would love to be involved with the design process in the future.

Gifted by Amika but the love is all mine. The brush is exactly what it sounds like: a round brush and blow dryer hybrid. There are several reason I am loving this brush. First, its large size and oval shape helps create volume at the top allowing you to create voluminous waves.

Second, its tourmaline-coated barrel emits negative ions and far-infrared technology to get rid of that frizz. Third, the tool features a variety of bristle sizes to help smooth, detangle, and prevent damage.

It also has three heat settings, including cooling, so you’ve got options. If you’ve never used a tool like this before give yourself some time to learn how to use it. It does take a little practice.

This brush is definitely convenient for those who hate take forever to straighten their entire head. I have 4C hair and this straightener brush got my hair straight on the LOWEST setting with large sections in about 30 minutes at most , which is OUSTANDING for me.

I didn’t have to worry about making sure my sections were extremely small and didn’t have to bother with the comb method to get my hair bone straight and flowy. It’s so simple to use and saves you a headache and a whole lot of arm pain.

I did have to use it at the highest setting, and I had to separate my hair, but once I did, it takes about 8-10 minutes for my whole head! That is AMAZING!! It comes with a heat protecting glove, which you really don’t need.

This gets hot, but only within the “bristles” of the brush. I love that this straightens my hair without making it flat. A flat iron gives a more pin-straight appearance, but it can severely decrease volume.

This MiroPure brush gives you the volume of a blowout, but reduces the puff and frizz, as well as being faster than a flat iron and blow dryer. I’m in love!.

I have been using this product for many years now. I love it. It fits me and my family so well. This product is perfect to keep for yourself and for others. This product definitely met my expectations.

I would buy this product again ten times over. If possible, i would love to be table to recieve more the products in order to provide more reviews.

Just bought this and im wishy washy about it. I like how it heats up to 450°f. It gets really hott! Its straightens but it doesnt really smooth my hair, it was kind of poofy. I like how It runs through the hair without tugging.

What i dont like is how short the cord is, where the power button is located bc i kept accidently pressing it while using it and adjusting the temp, and the bristles are hard and make it hard to do the roots of your hair.

Also since it does get hot its hard to use your hand to hold your hair and place it in the bristles and get the ends straight with it. If you have coarse, thick, and frizzy hair it takes quite some time to get a “straight” look :-(.

I could never get myself to straighten my hair – the process of having to section it, just took forever. I have VERY VERY thick, fine hair. so it takes forever to flatiron. my hair is naturally pretty straight (if I blow dry it) except for some sections that are always a little bit wavy.

I just tried this product and I’m obsessed. it took less than 5 minutes and it’s absolutely foolproof. my hair looks like I put alot of time into it and really all I did was brush my hair, add heat protector, then brush through with the product a couple times.

10/10 recommend. + it’s not that expensive. very happy.

I own two Perfecters by Calista. Since my original Perfecter is finally giving out, it was time to replace the back up. The CHI was on sale so I decided to give it a try. It’s good quality and feels good in my hand.

Heats up quickly, has a swivel cord and Velcro tab to wrap cord up. The brush cover is pretty much a waste of money because it’s super tight. Can’t get it on the brush with out burning fingers. I don’t like how the end of the CHI gets hot and it doesn’t give me the shine like my Perfecter.

I prefer my Perfecter but will keep the CHI as a backup.

In my graveyard of unused/discarded hair tools, My CHI Heated round brush is the only tool that has stood the test of time. I have thick wavy hair and on days when my hair won’t lay right or if there is a lot of humidity I can do a few swipes and this does the job.

I let my hair air dry so I’m more of a low maintenance, minimalistic person when it comes to my hair. If you are looking for stick straight perfection, this is not the tool for you. I love it and will be purchasing a second one in case mine dies.

I hesitated to buy this heated brush because of the cost, but it heats up so fast I find it’s worth the expense. I’ve had cheaper hot brushes up to this point, so this is definitely a step up. The thermal sleeve is also very handy for putting it away before it’s completely cool.

It works well to smooth and bend my poker-straight fine hair. I’m glad I bought it!.

This is such a unique multi tool, I’ve never used anything like it! I love that it does the work of two products, a heated straightening brush and a blow drying straightener. You can use either feature or a combination of both, depending on the look you want.

It’s not heavier than other straightening dryers, plus it does such a great job at effectively drying and straightening, so even though I have a ton of curly/wavy hair, it’s not a huge ordeal to use this and cuts my styling time down by an hour almost.

I have a few things I don’t like. First, because the heating brush is more towards the center of the device due to the design, that you can’t get really close to the roots and you may need to go back over your roots with a flat iron to ensure that it is really straight.

However, in a pinch, this brush is perfect for a sleek, blown-out look. Second, you can’t control the temperature, it’s set at 365* F if I’m not mistaken. For people who have coarser hair like me, that means more passes with the brush which can actually end up being more damaging if you’re not careful.

For that reason, I think I would mostly use this for convenience rather than regularly, because I like a little more discretion over the temps I use on my hair.

I have type 4 hair that’s super curly/coily. I blow my hair out twice a month and then twist it as I’ve found stretching it out helps with manageability and cuts down on single strand knots and tangles.

I don’t need it to be super straight, just stretched so I can twist or braid it. I’ve been using the Revlon blow dryer brush and it gets the job done, but I’ve been on the lookout for a similar tool that doesn’t have the balls on the end.

I also wanted something a little more high end hoping it would be gentler on my hair. When I saw this tool I ordered it immediately because it looked to be exactly what I’d been searching for. Unfortunately it did not work for me.

I initially tried it on damp hair that had been detangled and split into sections and it just made my hair super puffy. I had to switch back to my Revlon dryer to blow my hair out. Once I was done, I decided to try the Amika again and it did help to smooth my hair more, but I can’t justify keeping it to “smooth” my hair after my Revlon has already done the heavy duty work.

I took a look at the Amika website and it’s actually not recommended for type 4 hair which is a bummer. I hope they develop a similar brush for coarse kinky hair because their round brush doesn’t work for me either.

I used this hair dryer brush on a regular basis for ~4 months, and it worked so well during that time. It could take my towel dried hair after getting out of the shower and turn it into bouncy, smooth hair within 20 minutes or so.

Loved it so much more than trying to dry my hair with a regular hair dryer and then straightening it. It did used to get very hot after a bit of using it, and I had to be careful not to touch my ears with it.

I also did get hand cramps a few times from turning the brush during the drying process, but I tried switching off hands regularly after that and it wasn’t too bad. The sad part is after only 4 months of use, I was finishing up drying my hair one day when there was a popping sound and the smell of something burning.

No smoke, but it was a bad smell. And it’s stopped working ever since 🙁 I have no idea what happened to it. So 3 stars for this since I did love it while it worked, but to only work for 4 months is not great.

I have had good results with this dryer! I use to to dry and straighten my hair all at once. It’s super helpful for someone like me with a hand injury to not have to use both of my hands when using this product.

I have been using this for 5 months now with no performance complaints. However — this tool gets HOT. Be careful and use heat protection on your hair! I also found it difficult to clean, and the bristles eventually flatten over time.

I wonder if that’s from general use or if it’s melting from the heat? The difference between the HIGH and LOW settings is not heat wise, it’s how fast the air is coming out. The COOL setting doesn’t do much in the way of styling, but it’ll dry your hair (slowly albeit).

I have tried other more expensive name brand hot air brushes. They didn’t work as good as this Bed Head. This is the best for my thick course frizzy hair. Tourmaline does not dry out hair. I wanted a very hot, 3” oval barrel, high wattage.

Some may need extra care to get used to but it’s manageable. Dries hair quickly, with salon like finish. Smooths hair. No snagging or tangling. I use no other hair tools. Not louder than other dryers.

Use ear plugs if sensitive. I would definitely buy this dryer again. Hope it doesn’t burn out for awhile anyway. Definitely worth it, price, for quality of hair tool. Works better than expected and better than more expensive tools.

I’ve had this blowout styling brush since 2018 when I traded in my Revlon for an upgrade. It’s been working perfectly all this time (4 years and counting) very reliable! I have fine thin damaged (highlighted) hair down to my mid-back, so I like the larger brush on this tool to give a sleek result.

After shampoo&conditioner and towel dry, I first use L’anza Trauma Treatment as a leave-in then I follow with L’anza Neem Plant Silk Serum for the blowout. This is the duo that gives me the most shine and sleekness with the Hot Tools styling brush, all the way to the ends of my hair.

I dry my hair in smaller sections and try to move as fast as I can, because this brush gets very hot. It’s like the Revlon brush, there is no in-between temperature. It’s either too hot and I boil my hair, or not hot enough and I end up with frizz.

So I try to keep it moving as quickly as I can, but even with the high-quality heat protectants and careful drying my hair ends up with split ends and I need regular haircuts to control the damage. They really need to implement a ‘medium heat’ setting.

BTW I also bought the Hot Tools interchangeable charcoal styling brush with the smaller head a couple of years ago, and that one also has the same issue of running too hot or too cold for my fine thin hair.

So if ever a brand comes out with one that’s ‘just right’ in terms of temperature I’ll probably ditch these. But in the meantime they’re so much better than the Revlon volumizing brush, as the Hot Tools have a mix of boar bristles and the Revlon is all plastic.

My hair looks much better after drying with the Hot Tools brushes. I just wish they would fix the temperature problems.

I have thick, dry, curly hair that is a pain to style. Blow drying has always been my least favorite step of my hair care routine and I usually end up smoothing my hair out with a flat iron because I am awful at doing blowouts at home.

I got my hair done in October, and really wanted to have the same silkiness and bounce my stylist gave me but for the life of me could never get my hair that sleek (I suck at doing my own hair, really).

I am so glad I decided to buy this thing because I went from looking like a total MESS to like I have a personal stylist. No more pringle chip ends going three different ways! No more wavy roots and smooth center hairs! My hair dried in minutes and it was like a revelation: shiny, smooth, bouncy! Not dry, dull, heavy, and lifeless like before.

Fair warning, this baby gets H O T. Hot enough that it did sting my ears occasionally and sometimes if you get too close to your face it is uncomfortable. My advice if you invest in this – get you a really good heat protectant as well, like the best you can afford, because I have heard about these dryer brushes damaging people’s hair if you are not careful and did notice a little bit of smoking and some dryness in places, but not as bad as I am used to.

Also, detangle with a paddle brush before drying because I occasionally got it caught on random snags and knots can damage the bristles. Clean it everytime you use it, too. Other than that, if you are struggling to give yourself professional-style blowouts with a regular brush and dryer, buy this, and thank me later.

First of all, I never write reviews. I literally stopped styling my hair halfway through to write this review. That’s how passionate I am about what I’m going to say. I couldn’t wait. Lol. This product works.

It delivers what it says it will do and my long hair looks awesome in half the time. However, and this is a BIG issue. the handle is huge and uncomfortable to hold. I work out, lift weights, do hot yoga and and am in no way “weak.

” So for me to say that the handle is heavy and a burden is a big deal. Also keep in mind you have to hold the handle and manipulate it and roll it through your hair one section at a time – that’s a lot of work.

Your hand/wrist/forearm isn’t passive as it would be just holding the handle of a hair dryer for instance. So yes this products styles your hair in half the time BUT I often have to take breaks and rest my arm before I can finish my hair.

Hope this helps someone and if you are in any way weak in the arms/shoulder area you need to seriously consider if this product is right for you.

The styling brush with its rotating brush head and heat makes styling so much easier. When using a thermal protectant on your hair and styling with this, I end up totally smooth and silky hair. This particular brush came with two different size of ones.

However, the sizing can be a little disillusioning as far as the results. Since my hair is short, I need an even smaller brush, because this one does not allow me to add any curls or waves. But it does give a good lift and a beautiful finish.

I just wish they would make this with an even smaller wand, then it would be absolutely perfect! If you have medium or longer hair, you will not be disappointed in any way. However, this does not dry your hair.

It is not made to do that. Your hair should be about half dry to use this or slightly more.

I have a bob and all the other hair dryer brushes had such big barrels. I liked the idea this had a large and small barrel and said it was good to use with a bob. The small barrel was perfect and I tried it on my dry hair and it gave me the bounce I want.

My hair dresser told me to wash my hair every 5-6 days and I use this sometimes if needed in between. It worked great with wet hair, and gave me a sleek shiny look to my hairstyle. I love that the barrel rotates and it is lightweight.

I am in my 70’s and if I can use it anybody can. You can teach an old dog new tricks. You can’t go wrong getting this product!.

Bought for my daughters hair. She has 3B hair and lots of it. It’s near impossible for me to straighten using a blow dryer and brush. I used another hair dryer brush before but it still took numerous passes per section to dry and straighten it.

This worked a miracle and worked in 1-3 passes per section. The smaller the section of hair, the better. I simply did a deep conditioner in her hair that I rinsed out , then used the biolage styling blow dry Glotion as heat protectant.

It worked best when I sectioned the hair , made sure that section was wet, added heat protectant, and dried with the dryer brush. Sections that had air dried I reset because it was harder to straighten with the dryer if it was already dried.

I only had to use the flat iron to touch up the front of her hair. The bristles also helped polish the hair as it dried and straightened.

I have long (mid back) curly hair. I’m not good with blow drying with a round brush because my arm gets super tired and my hair always gets tangled and it’s a big mess. I thought I’d try this. I kid you not.

I have never used a product like this one, and I was blown away at how easy and fun this is to use to achieve bouncy, smooth, and beautiful hair that is full of volume and has great shape. To curl my hair I use the classic curling wand, and to straighten it I use a straightener.

I didn’t really realize there were cool tools like this out there that gave you the best of both worlds and I am so pleased I do now. This fun volumizing styler is so easy to use and looks so darn cute with the bright colors.

It has two heat settings, and all you have to do it plug it in and turn the switch to the setting you want. (High/low) A must have feature this includes is a swivel cord at the base of the product, so you won’t get caught up in the cord or experience issues with tangles.

The heat settings are appropriately labeled and gave the right amount of heat for the job. I have chin length hair and it’s either flat and clinging to my head shape or frizzing and wild. I use this hair styler after my hair has air dried or after a blow dryer; both leaving my hair frizzing and wild.

This product smooths my hair into place but gives it so much body it’s almost like I used rollers and then straightened it out a bit. You can easily determine the amount of body you want by using it on specific sections of your hair.

For example, I like to use it right from the root of my hair for extra body up top. If that isn’t your style, you can use it on the bottom half of your hair for a gentle wave/curl and plenty of body there.

How hot you set the device to and how you roll the device into your hair also makes a difference, so experiment with it a little for the best look. If you’ve used rollers before you would probably be extra good at this because you understand the direction hair goes when dried or heated in certain ways.

I love the look my hair gets when I use this. It is bouncy and has shape to it, and makes me feel much more confident. It’s not curly but it’s not straight- it’s just full of life. I found it so easy to use right away and will be something I use again and again no matter what length my hair is at.

I completely recommend this product to everyone, if only so you can experience a new way to wear your hair that straighteners and curlers just don’t provide!.

This seems to be a very reasonable curling brush IF you do NOT have thick or coarse hair. I think it just did not get hot enough for my hair. I returned it. Even though it did not work for my hair, I recommend it for finer, thinner or perhaps shorter hair.

I have purchased the Conair Instant Heat Hot Curl Brush; 3/4-inch over and over. It definitely gets hot enough for my thick, coarse hair and I can recommend it whether your hair needs it hot like mine – or needs a lower heat.

I still use it and even have a brand new spare. But I also need a larger diameter brush because my hair is a little longer in some spots and I want a loose, bouncy curl from a brush.

Ive never been disappointed in Conair product. This one did not disappoint either. It heats up quickly and does exactly what it supposed to do by curling your hair. Easy to use and simpler for me rather than using a curling iron.

Do not buy this if you have longer than shoulder length hair. I feel like i wasted money. It does not curl. The fear of getting tangled is overwhelming.

My sister in law, a former hair dresser, recommended this to me and I’ve used it a couple of times when I wake up and my hair has a bad pillow look. Seems to serve the purpose of getting hair in shape again.

Absolutely recommend. I bought this on a whim because I love the one step styler but I don’t always have time to use it after I shower, and thought a similar product I can use when my hairs dry? Awesome! Let me tell you – it did not disappoint.

I look put together in 30 mins or less. It does take a learning curve but once you know how to achieve what you want you will not regret it one bit. To be clear this will not create a perfectly flat look it can give you some bounce, options at your roots, and a little curve on your ends.

This can get SUPER hot, mine came with a heat glove, definitely recommended you use that as well to get the look you want.

First off, let me say this. I’ve been in the hair industry for almost 25 yrs. in that time, I’ve been through A LOT of different blow dryers over the years. But hands down, the Vision blow dryer blew all the other dryers out of the water! (Pun intended) I really love the Vision blow dryer! On high, it dries the hair super fast which is great.

If I had to say one negative thing about it, it would be the high setting being as loud and strong as it is. I tell my clients it’ll be like we’re going through a wind tunnel for a few min! It’s difficult to carry on a conversation with the client on this setting.

A great way to combat this I found, is to use the high setting in the beginning of the blow dry process to get the majority of the water out of the hair. This takes on average 5 min on med length hair.

Then I blow on low setting for the rest of the time. High tends to be extremely loud and extremely powerful. So it can be challenging to try to control the hair with a round brush in this stage. But I found the low setting is comparable to my previous blow dryers high setting, so it still works great.

I also love that I have complete control over the temperature controls. Even on the high setting, I can turn the heat off if I want. Once I adjusted my expectations about the noise volume, I have loved this dryer! It’s also extremely light weight and easy to handle.

It easily accommodates many different ways of holding it. I haven’t had any issues with the buttons being where they are as some reviews mention. I find it easy to change my grip where necessary. I’m pretty sure this is the last dryer I’ll ever own!.

Just used for first time on shoulder length hair that wants to get bumpy underneath. I will never dread the hair washing and drying chore again and in fact now I may actually look forward to it!! Was recommended by a salon and something told me to get it, however I had no idea about the infrared light heating elements until turning on the dryer for the first time.

The heat dries very fast, is very soothing and not too hot, didn’t dry out and frizz my hair (like other hair dryers) leaving it smooth and soft, and styled really nicely. Very transformative!!!.

This tool leaves the hair incredibly shining and smooth. On a side note it is not for volume nor is it for bend nor for curl.

SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS PRODUCT!! I have naturally curly hair and have spent thousands of dollars over years buying not only shampoos & conditioners, serums, oils, sprays, etc. to help stop frizz after straightening my hair, but also $$$ on hair dryers, brushes and straighteners.

Not to mention the HOURS upon hours over years spent painstakingly drying then straightening my hair only to find it frizzing up within hours, even under dry ambient conditions. I couldn’t believe using this magical Air Brush allows me to dry and COMPLETELY STRAIGHTEN my hair and in a few minutes – I’m talking like *6-7 MINUTES*.

And my straightener has been retired under the sink. I haven’t used it since I got this Air Brush. Granted I don’t quite get the volume I was expecting, but it’s more volume than I ended up with after using a straightener.

A tip for those with curly hair: once finished drying my hair, I take the front pieces that surround my face, place the dryer on top of the hair, slowly brush straight down, on my scalp from forehead to ends.

Frizz and baby hairs are STRAIGHT. REVLON: Only 2 reasons this is getting only 4 out of 5 stars: the cord isn’t long enough and the ‘cool’ setting isn’t so cool. If you make this exact product but with the cord longer and the ‘cool’ setting actually cool, I’ll buy a second unit and rate it again, next time with 5 stars.

I think my blow dryer I’ve been using just went obsolete in my world. I’ve been fighting curly, unruly frizzy hair my whole life. Been using a professional blow dryer with a specific round brush, and painstakingly drying my hair with the little attachment and a round brush for decades.

Gave up on that and started ruining my hair with a flat iron. Still never could achieve that shine I’ve always dreamed of. UNTIL now. I feel like this thing has been the best kept secret to women everywhere.

Works fast, doesn’t yank or break my hair, ALOT less breakage noticed in the sink than anything else I’ve ever used. Fast, and works wonders. The highest setting is truly hot, I only had to use medium setting and it works beautifully.

It is slightly heavier than I would prefer, but easy to use for me. A bit loud, but for this hair I could care less. It’s shiny, bouncy, and manageable, without a drop of serum or any leave in conditioner, just used a thermal heat protectant spray and voila.

I’m sold. As long as this unit lasts, I will be raving about it. Thank you for making my life easier and helping to keep my hair healthy longer. My favorite thing about it? I can let go of the section of hair I’m drying and use the end tip to roll the dryer, and it doesn’t burn my fingers at alll.

Convenient isn’t the word.
