20 Best Hot Brush For Curly Hair (2023 Updated)

I am not someone who enjoys the process of getting “presentable”. I just want to look reasonably put together without standing in front of the mirror for an hour. I would only blow dry my hair when I had to get fancy, and even then, I would just roughly blow dry my hair upside down, then finish with a small hot air brush.

It didn’t look great, but it was fine. I bought this thing on whim after watching a YouTube review and I’m in looooove. It’s chonky, but it’s really light, which is awesome, because my muscles get fatigued quickly and using a regular dryer and brush was kind of exhausting by the end.

I have long, fine, straight hair and I just work in 3rds from the bottom up, and all my hair is fully dry, super straight, and shockingly smooth in less than 20 minutes. Maybe way less, I haven’t actually timed it.

It gets hot enough to dry my hair fast AF, but not enough to make my head sweaty or hurt my scalp when I’m at the roots because of the bristle length. (Don’t get me wrong, the barrel will definitely burn your finger a lil bit if your hand slips, but that’s just hot tools in general.

) This thing is a game changer for me. Maybe even a HG. Yeah, it is. I love it. My only concern is with maintenance/cleaning. I use the tail of a comb to pull off the loose hairs around the barrel after each use, but I noticed that the little nubby short bristles seem to have some product buildup where they come out of the barrel.

I’m not sure if that will affect performance long term or if there’s anything I can do about it, but maybe CS can answer that? Anyway, if you’re on the fence, get this, it’s the best.

I loved this tool. Then it randomly stopped working. Was outside of the year warranty and the company said there was nothing they could do other than offer me 25% discount code for a new purchase. To clarify I bought this tool Nov 30, 2021 and it stopped working Jan 4, 2022.

So I had it for a year 1 month and 5 days when it stopped working- NOT grossly outside the warranty. I could understand them saying no if had been 2 years but I was barely over warranty. For the price, I just don’t think it’s worth it.

There are cheaper alternatives on the market with similar specs to this. I can’t speak to performance pf other brands blowout brushes, but my cheap af target straightener lasted me like 5 years before crapping out.

I am gentle with my tools- I actually kept the box and always stored it in there. Unless you can buy this on sale I don’t recommend at this price, especially cause you very well may be needing to repurchase a replacement in a year or less.

Additionally I really think they delete negative reviews. When I google this tool it has less stars but when I click on reviews here the lowest I see is four stars. This is my HONEST review- did I love the results of this product? Yes it is easy to use and offers a great blowout, but be wary on it’s shelf life.

It may be worth it to check out another brand instead. I’m off to try the Revlon– if I wind up thinking INH is better I will come back and eat my words. Also there is a learning curve with blowout brushes for newbs.

My advice- only use on damp or almost dry hair- not sopping wet. Do your hair in small sections- believe me you’ll save time in the long run. And if you want more volume hold the brush vertically as you twist the barrel and horizontally out beside your head.

If that doesn’t make sense lookup Audrey Victoria on youtube or IG. She has a video using the Revlon blowout brush but they work the same way. Once I followed those tips my results were flawless.

The brush is okay. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a hairdresser but the cord isn’t it honey. Too short and it tangles as you rotate the brush. It’s also really hard to handle the brush because of how thick it is.

I was afraid of it falling out of my hand and into the toilet. You need tension to have a good smooth blowout. The brush is too wide and spaced out to get a good grip on the hair. My hair was falling off the sides as I rotated the brush.

I hate having to continuously stop turn the knob to cool, wait for it to actually cool down, and smooth the cuticle. It’s way to time consuming. I had to pass over a section multiple times to try and smooth the hair.

I thought a blowout brush would make my life easier. But it was more time consuming than doing a blowout with a round brush and dryer. Oh and my hair got sucked into the bottom of the brush where the fan sits.

Obviously I’m a hairdresser and am knit picking everything little thing. But it’s my money and I know what I want in a product. It’s a blow dryer and a brush combined. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

At first glance what I immediately noticed about the Ghd glide is that it has a super long cord. 2. 7 metres to be exact and a combination of shorter and longer spokes which are densly positioned to allow undemanding manipulation of various hair types.

Once I plugged it in and pressed the on/off button the sound indicator signals when the brush is ready to use. I then section my hair and glide the brush through my hair watching my hair be transformed from a frizzy mess to straightened, smoothed and shiny tresses.

To turn the Ghd glide off you simply press the same button that turns the device on and allow it to cool down. If you ever leave the house wondering or worrying about whether or not you’ve turned your Ghd glide off or not there is no need to worry as it will automatically turn itself off after 60 minutes of not being used.

The glide heats up to an optimum temperature of 185˚C. The Ghd glide has an ioniser that emits negative ions, which close the cuticle layer of the hair, locking in moisture and creating shine. The longer spokes on the brush aren’t heated and these are the ones the detangle any knots in the hair whilst the short spokes are the ones that straightened the hair.

You can touch the spokes without burning your hand or head. If you have thick, frizzy hair like mine then I wouldn’t recommend that you use this brush like a normal hair brush but rather section the hair and pull that section out straight then run the Ghd glide through that section like you would a traditional straightener.

If you like to wear your hair dead then the Ghd Glide isn’t for you. It does straightened the hair but I would suggest it more as a touch up device. So say you blow dry then straighten your hair one day and wake up the next day and it’s a bit kinky or wavy or you’ve had a ponytail in your hair and you want to remove the hair tie/scrunchie kink then the glide will certainly remove that.

Or if your looking for a quick tidy up before running out the door to drop the kids off to school then the glide is for you. However if you’re looking for that super sleek dead straight style then an actual hair straightener would get you a more sleek result.

Overall I would recommend the Ghd glide to anyone with long, thin, slightly wavy hair as it wouldn’t take too much effort or time to straightened. I am happy with the results I achieve using my Ghd glide as most of the time I simply tie my hair up so running the glide through a few sections to smooth my hair out before putting my hair up in a ponytail or bun works perfectly for me.

Great quality, but is a SMOOTHING brush, not a straightener; on my hair, the smoothing/ straightening from the ghd brush lasts about a day and my hair is frizzy next day, but its very quick and easy to plug in and smooth again, just like brushing your hair.

Expensive, but feels like excellent quality; heavy feeling but not too heavy to make your arms tired; heats very quickly, taking a minute or two. Very expensive, hoping it pays off and lasts a long time without being faulty, great so far and I’ve had it about a month, no issue so far.

I like the little beep when it’s ready to use, power button isn’t in too awkward a spot, long cable is great. Works better with heat protection spray and product but still works well on clean, dry hair with no product (usually I forgot the heat protect spray).

I have really thick hair – currently shoulder lenth – with a natural wave which is very pronounced the day after a wash. To minimise washing I used to tie it up, but now I use this little gem, and my hair stays sleeeeeeeek until my next wash.

I wash my hair 2x a week maximum, and now use this at least 1x a week. And sure, now I need to add heat resistant solutions when using this, but at least I ‘wear’ my hair now, and it’s not tied back for most of the week.

It is not inexpensive, and I did a lot of research, but as I have both the hairdryer and the straighteners I stayed with this brand. The straighteners have been usurped by the hot brush – the hot brush being easier and quicker for me to use.

(I used my straighterners less than 5 times in as many years) I do find I press the power button on the handle all the time, but thankfully never hard enough to switch the brush off – I think that I my only gripe.

I loved this blow dry brush! This was my first time ever using one. I used about 5-6 passes per section of hair and my hair came out smooth and shiny. The only issue I had was using the on and off switch i had to make sure my hands were cleaned off with any products from my heat protector.

I wish it had buttons instead. Other than that I loved how simple it is to use to achieve the beautiful bouncy blowout I created. I got so many “Is that your real hair?” Questions.

I recently cut my hair to a length that is now far more manageable than before. I had never used heat on my hair until now, using a curling iron. I burned myself pretty bad the second time around and saw videos of other alternatives, which led me to come across this.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase as 1) this isn’t an exactly well-known brand and 2) I found it a bit pricey. I ended up giving in and purchased this, which arrived two days after purchase! I used it the next morning on semi-dry hair, and I can’t say I’m fully on board on this and nearly regretting that I purchased it.

I have really healthy, thick hair that has never been chemical treated/ dyed. I do say that it does a great job on detangling. However, I deducted two stars for the following reasons. The first, it is super loud, in my opinion.

I used on “low” and it was super loud, and noise is the least thing I want to hear at 7 AM. I moved it to “cool” to see if it would change things, but it was actually way louder. Also, I found it to be really hot even on the lowest/ coolest settings, which makes me not want to use it every day.

The second reason why I deducted a star is because it made the hair that I have as curtain bangs a bit oily. Though I am not exactly pleased, I will most likely be keeping it as they do not cover returns and you have to return it by paying the cost of shipping yourself.

I’m so excited about this product. I’ve used so many hair tools over the years and have never written a review on one until now. It literally cut the time to dry and style my thick wavy hair by more than half! And it is so much smoother than I could have imagined.

I love the large paddle brush, with the variable heat settings make it perfect to get through all my hair quickly. With other devices I would have to divide my hair into such small pieces to get dry & styled.

With the InStyler Hot Air Styling Brush it was able to handle much larger areas of hair making it soooo fast! And it did not burn my hair at all. even on the highest heat. I used my regular blow dryer for 2-3 minutes all over to get some of the moisture out after washing.

Then divided my hair in sections and ran through them in less than 10 minutes. Less than 15 minutes total for what normally takes at least 45 with a regular blow driver and round brushes. And looks so much better!! Thank you so much for making such an amazing product!.

i have flat asian thin hair that gets frizzy. i also have bleached highlights, my scalp gets oily and my ends dry. i was a bit apprehensive to buy but decided to do it anyway as I always straightened my hair before and it really damaged my hair.

I’ve been using it for about a week now and it’s a game changer to my morning routine. I rewet my hair a little before using as I found that the best way to use the tool. i still use my straightener for my bangs as the tool is pretty bulky and big.

However my hair feels really soft and looks amazing after using. Overall recommend!.

Super cheap it broke before finishing my hair, first it was just making my hair super frizzy , not making it straight, wavy or curly I was looking like a lion, then the on and off button stopped working so I couldn’t turn off and had to unplug every time to continue with the next strand of hair, and all of a sudden it just stopped working then I had half way with my hair.

I tried plugging it back and forth check each outlet and it won’t just turn on at all. Waste of money I had to throw it away.

The man in my life purchased this product for me. It works very well. It’s light and easy to use. The selection of settings work perfectly to dry and style hair.

I absolutely loved it. it’s only worked like 3 times though. I tried to exchange it and was told that they would get back to me about exchanging it. now I came to check up on it because I received no word back for a while and now it says that the return window has expired.

I’m bummed out because I really liked the product. I would probably recommend this but I dont anybody else to go through what I have.

I have very long and fine hair with a natural wave that frizzes out when left to dry “as is”, so after letting my hair dry half way I use one squirt of a heat protectant serum in my hair than brush my hair in sections using the heat setting (which is quite gentle and nowhere near as forceful as a normal hair dryer).

This allows me to coax my natural wave out or dry to a smooth finish. This tool is both gentle on your hair and highly effective (and rather fool proof). Highly recommend.

I’ve had this product for about 6 years and I use it frequently. I purchased it long before the recent craze of air brushes because I love the 90s blow out style but I’ve never been able to do it with a regular dryer and brush.

I’ve been growing out a super short pixie for about a year and 3 months, and my hair is extreeeeemeley thick and wavy. So basically, my hair has looked really awkward and uncute since I started growing it out.

I recently purchased the HOT TOOLS SILICONE HOT BRUSH STYLER in hopes of giving some extra body to my curls and recurling my ends on the days in between shampooing. I have fine, highlighted medium length hair.

I tried using this product initially on my hair the day after washing it and the silicone bristles seemed to grab my hair and would not release easy. I thought maybe this was due to product/hairspray being in my hair, so I gave it another shot with clean, dry hair the next day.

The result was exactly the same, my hair seemed to get caught on the silicone bristles and once curled around the iron was stuck. I had to manually unroll it off and it resulted in my hair being burnt on the ends.

It also put static electricity in my hair that I don’t ever have so I don’t know of any other reason other than I had just used the product. I will be returning this product immediately.

This curling iron is an easy to use brush that is also safer than the barrel / clip style iron. I bought it for me and my 9 yrs. old daughter. She wants to be able to do her own hair & was looking for something to make her straight hair wavy.

I was looking for something to smooth out my curls & add larger waves. This curing iron brush does neither, honestly. It some how only smooths & straightens both of our hair & only adds a bend at the ends of our hair.

It was pretty expensive to not have done what either of us really wanted so I may have to return & try something else. But, if your goal is to smooth down frizz & flip the ends under or out then this is a great heated round brush! It heats fast & gets up to 400 degrees.

It does not snag or pull hair & the silicone bristles or gentle on fine hair.

I loved this at first because it created the curl I wanted and soft silicone bristles but if you have longer hair and and roll it gets tangled so have to use on ends of hair. I tried rolling towards scalp with just a section for volumn but that is where it tangles.

I believe the tangles are what makes the silicone “bristles/nobs” break off. This causes more tangles! it would probably be better for shorter hair and not tangle.

I am in shock. I have tried nearly every type of hair styling devices imaginable, even that old rotating hairbrush used in conjunction with a traditional dryer. I always resorted back to a round brush and hair dryer.

Ive honestly gotten so good with blowouts over the years that I rarely needed to add in a flat iron finish. The past few years I stopped straightening and went back to my naturally curly 3a style, only busting out the blow dryer once or twice a year.

From wet to straight, shoulder length, would take me about an hour to blowout given its coarseness and density. This Revlon dryer kept popping up, and I finally decided to try it, fully expecting to return it.

I thought it might cut down my hair styling time by five or ten minutes, which isnt really worth the investment, in my opinion. I was so, so wrong. I wasnt ready for a wash, so I decided to just wet a single strand to see how it worked.

It came out nice, straight and shiny–great. But, a single strand proves little. Out of curiosity, I decided to try it on a dry strand of hair. My hair was stretched smooth at the roots from air drying in a tight wrap but pretty curly/wavy at the ends.

Normally if I attempted to use a blow dryer and round brush on my naturally air dried hair, I would expect to get considerable frizz, denting, and strange lumpy/rigid bits. I cant even use a flat iron on my air-dried hair for the same reasons.

It is really stubborn unless styled from wet. I picked a nice fat chunk of dry hair, because I didnt come to play. I applied the Revlon dryer, and in seconds, the strand went from poofy to sleek. I felt a strange sort of veneration after this.

I pulled out my phone to time myself. I still expected it would take me 20-30 minutes to get my entire head done, and that I might struggle with smoothing out the more unruly bits. This is the honest to God truth.

It took less than ten minutes. I stood petting my sleek hair, mouth agape, for another ten minutes, just to run out the timer, you.

I never knew how other women can maneuver both a brush and a hairdryer at the same time. Maybe it’s a simple task for most people, but it’s never been easy for me. That’s why I needed this product. I think it’s an ingenious invention! I have very fine hair that tangles easily, so brushing repeatedly while drying is a must to prevent it from drying up into a big tangle.

I will say, this device is quite bigger than expected and rather heavy however, once you get used to maneuvering it, it’s really very intuitive. Just hold out/onto sections of your hair and brush from top to bottom, repeatedly.

It helps to separate the hair in layers, too. This device gets the job done fairly quickly with minimal tangling. A final note of caution: The high mode gets surprisingly hot… I’d say it’s closer to the heat level of a hair straightener than a blow dryer.

So be very careful not to touch the brush part OR the upper handle with your fingers while it’s on high heat. Keep your grip on the lower handle. I am very satisfied with this product and plan to continue using it exclusively…goodbye, blow dryer!.

I rarely blow dry my hair – yes, out of laziness, but also not wanting to damage it more than I already do. I like the brush and its easy to section the hair. I had another one that broke – dryer itself kinda broke and made this squealing noise – so bought another one.

Im guessing I had the first one for a year or so, so maybe the quality isnt as good b/c, as mentioned above, I wasnt using it every day. One thing I dont like is the the ease to use it. There are three settings – cool, med, hot.

I tend to start with hot to get the hair straightened or curled and then set it to cool to kinda lock it in. The PITA part is trying to switch it without accidentally shutting it off. The switch is in the base and you twist it to get to the right setting.

Its more annoying than anything else. Otherwise, I really like it – again, Im lazy and like using this instead of a flat iron which I know will DEFINITELY damage the hair. I do spray on some of that stuff thats supposed to protect your hair before I use it.

Also, I tend to wait until my hair air dries a bit before using – its not a tool you can use like a traditional hair dryer to wave around to get the excess water out, you need to use the brush.

I bought this is in the hopes that it would be a substitute for a blow dry, and while it’s not 100% the same, it does make my hair look sleek and is super quick to use. I have quite fine hair and while the brush attachment on this makes my hair more volumised than a straightener would, I find my hair has a bit of a flatter look as opposed to the bouncyness of a blow dry.

That being said, it’s a very versatile tool, and you can use it to fully curl or just flick up the ends. The only other complaint I have is it’s really easy to get your hair caught around the barrel, and a few times my hair has become really stuck in it.

Overall I do really like this, it’s made styling my hair in the morning a lot quicker and easier, and it provides a lot more volume than a straightener. The style lasts in my hair pretty well (although I really think that’s more to do with the products you’re using than anything), and although I have to touch up each day it doesn’t drop straight out.

It also feels like very good quality and heats up extremely quickly.

Love this tool. Great technology, gentle on hair strands overall. I have long, fine hair but a lot of it, natural color is dirty blonde but with my blonde highlights heating tools can get tangled easily.

I had to play with this a few times as the bristles are thick and won’t grip hair as quickly. Yet I love the results if you start at a top section, brush gently down the hair shaft and extend outward, pause at the bottom ends then roll upward like a curling iron.

With my natural wavy hair it added volume, shine, and polished my ends for a refined look. Excellent quality and lightweight, easy to manage, just perfect for traveling.

I have long hair extensions so I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this item as some customers said it was difficult to use on long hair due to tangling. I am so glad I bought this and wish I’d bought it sooner.

My extensions usually need a lot of styling to make them look their best and my own hair has a life of it’s own so getting the two textures to work together has previously been a bit of a challenge. I now have smooth hair with just the right amount of curl and swirl to the ends (as opposed to cripsy princessy curls you get with a curling wand).

It is important to make sure your hair is smooth and tangle free before using and make sure not to twist the hair when wrapping it around the wand (keep it flat) and the brush does it’s magic giving lovely wavy loose curls.

As to increasing volume at the root, I don’t get much lift but this is probably as I can’t get it close to my scalp because of my extension bonds and also my own natural hair is very fine. It has a rest/stand to keep it from burning your dressing table but I’ve found it can make the table hot so I use a heat proof mat underneath.

I bought a much cheaper hot brush before buying this one but all it did was blow my hair about and get hot whereas with a little practice and improved technique I now only pass over each section once and it is much less damaging.

I simply love it.

I was lucky enough to purchase this half price and was a little unsure after reading reviews, watching video reviews etc but this is perfect for my needs. I wasn’t prepared to spend 10 times more for the famous Dyson Airwrap and was willing to try the BaByliss.

First off it’s quieter than I thought, it is quite lightweight but that didn’t bother me. I have medium weight hair cut to just above shoulder length and usually blow dry and then straighten. Not now! OMG what a game changer.

I lightly dry with the hair drying element and the using the flat brush to style my hair and I cannot believe the results, it genuinely looks like I’ve stepped out from the hairdressers. No need to straighten which means no extra heat damage, another bonus.

A heat glove is provided but its not something I’m bothered using. I’m so excited to try the curling element and the round brush for volume. I’ll say it again, a game changer for a fantastic price.

I have mid length very fine hair that’s washed every day and this leaves it feeling very soft. The curl doesn’t hold brilliantly but that’s my hair. What it does do is create a good bounce by using the round styling attachment and my hair looks styled.

I also like the paddle brush attachment for days when I can’t be bothered to fuss. It’s not a Dyson air wrap, but it does a great job on my hair at a tiny fraction of the price. I’ve got a couple of other babyliss products (hairdryer and heated rollers) and really rate this brand for price and quality.

Amazing product. Absolute life changer! I have very frizzy textured hair which makes blow drying very difficult! A chore! Straightening seemed to be very damaging. This air dryer gives a straightening anti frizz look and really easy to use! I had to order another ( after 1 yr) one as it started to over heat as I use it very often.

switches off when over heats so not dangerous! Other than that I would highly recommend. especially if you have thick hair.

It’s not that I dislike this. it’s just not enough for my thick hair. I was looking for something that would help shorten my drying time (rough/brush dry to about 75-80% then finish with this) but it took sooooo loooong to finish.

I had to work in smaller sections and keep going over and over. I like the combination of bristles and the boar bristles really help give you a sleek finish. but in order to get out all the “poof” and most of the frizz from my hair, it could not be an everyday thing.

And even if I wanted to make my hair REALLY look good, I’d still have to finish with a curling iron. This would be fine for an everyday look, but just takes too long. I am confident this would be a good choice if you have thinner hair.

It was very easy to use. Also – I was worried that it would get tangled in my hair, but did not, so that was a plus. I will probably return this. FWIW, the girl at the store that I asked about it steered me away from the Revlon similar product I was going to purchase.

So – it’s probably better than the Revlon one, at least.

I had my prior Conair Nano Tourmaline styling brush for well over five years and was very pleased with the performance. The only negative thing I could say about the old one was you could accidently cut the brush off depending how you were using it.

This can’t happy with the “improved” product. I hope to use this one until the teeth fall out and will again replace it with another. Because I could no longer find this product in the store I hesitantly ordered it on line and picked it up at Walmart.

In a world when nothing seems to go as promised I can say this did from ease of ordering to product quality. It was a positive and pleasant experience. Cudos!.

I saw an infomercial with a similar product, looked around the internet and found this Conair styling brush at an unbelievable price. I set it on medium, sectioned my hair as I usually do and was expecting to have to roll over my hair a few times to get it straight.

I was shocked when I brushed it through, my hair was straight with a nice flip on the end. It took me about 20 minutes to do my entire head. I have a basket full of hair care gadgets and this one is my new best friend.

I have very tight wavy, 2 steps below kinky hair, medium thickness. Works incredibly well for me. I ordered and picked up in the store.

The Infiniti Pro Conair Styling brush is by far the best styling tool for fine hair. It has an adjustable temperature so it does not damage my hair with too much heat. Whether you want to curl your hair or add volume to it, this styling brush does it very well.

It has helped me maintain the great hair cut I got from my stylist. When my other styling brush broke after five years I tried three other brands until I finally saw this on the Walmart web site. If you want a styling tool that makes it easy to maintain a lasting up-to-date style this it the one to buy.

I have been using Calista’s blow/style dryer for years,and love it, but I needed something that would blow dry my hair faster due to severe shoulder arthritus, which causes upper arm pain, as well. Upon ordering it, I was a little concerned about the size of dryer, as I also have arthritus in my thumbs, so grasping things at times can be difficult.

When I received and used the dryer/styler, I was AMAZED, ECSTATIC, and RELIEVED that I was able to dry and style my shoulder length hair in five minutes! My hair is similar to a long shag with many layers, so with my shorter, layered hair on top, I was still able to dry and style it with the Bed Head dryer, and what I got all over was a smooth style with lots of volume! I then used the calista smaller brush on top to get more curl, but my drying/styling time was literally cut in half, which helped my shoulders/arms.

I am only able to wash my hair once a week, and fortunately my hair is dryer so it never looks like a once-week washing/styling, but my style held ALL WEEK, and that even amazed me more! The price also blew (pun intended) me away, because at $39.

00 it was a no-brainer to order a second Bed Head Blow OUt Freak, because I never want to be without this amazing product! Honestly, it’s a PHENOMENAL product that is worth trying, and who doesn’t want to spend less time on our hair and more time living!.

This is an amazing hair tool especially for the price. However, please keep in mind that no matter how wonderful and efficient the tool, technique is everything! The difference between a pro stylist with a tool and an amateur with the same tool is the pro’s technique.

Get this home and play around with it a few times. You have to keep rolling the brush through the hair and tug and roll and tug and roll. You have to apply pressure and keep the hair taught as you roll and pass the tool through the hair.

Don’t just pass the brush through the hair like a comb. I have medium coarse hair that’s medium length and I can style it with this in 10 minutes. No frizz and nice volume. Didn’t break a sweat or the bank!!!.

I have shoulder length, wavy hair with some frizz- except when I go to my stylist. When I have a special event, I make an appointment for a blowout. I made the purchase, first because of the sale price and being one piece.

After wash and towel damp, I sectioned my hair and started with the bottom section. It was quicker than a standard blow dryer and brush, smooth, no frizz with lots of bounce. Seriously, consider giving this a try at this great price.

I just canceled a hair appointment for next week- more than the cost of this hot air brush. I can’t believe the results!.

This is a pretty nice curling brush. It does not blow hot air. It just curls your hair. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I do have a favorite brand and it’s not this one, but I needed something fast and I was able to pick this up at Walmart for a reasonable price.

This one has a temperature gauge on it which is a really nice feature. You don’t have to worry about burning your hair and it leaves you with soft bouncy waves.

Completely ordinary! Nothing “hot” specific about it — an okay brush of the $2. 49 drugstore variety, advertised as something more for a premium price. The name ‘Conair’ and the designation “hot” imply professional quality and something that is a “styling tool” , not an ordinary drugstore — or even Dollar Store! — hairbrush!.

This little brush is perfect for blow-drying short hair, every day or for travel. Conair has discontinued it (who knows why!) so I bought a few extra to keep on hand, just in case something happens to mine.

No worries, though–it is sturdy and has lasted several years and shows no signs of wearing out.

This is probably the 5th or 6th one I have bought over the years. My old standby, so glad to find on sale. They seem to last about 3 or 4 years before I need a replacement. Reliable and so much less expensive than many competitors.

I have short hair, if that is a help. It would tangle in longer hair due to the teeth, but helps holding short hair in place on the barrel.

They need to look in the box to be sure it is the correct item. I have used this type/band of curling iron forever. A couple days ago I made a delivery order and when I got it. It was a old used dirty curling iron in the box.

Very sad. So today I ordered one and hope its not tampered with.

As a hairstylist, I think this is a nice brush. The thermoceramic coating makes it very easy to smooth hair while blow drying. The one huge flaw is that it doesn’t have a rubbery or soft touch grip like the head hugger brushes.

Makes it hard to rotate the brush without feeling like I’m contributing to carpal tunnel. If this flaw was fixed, I’d highly recommend it.

Short bristles on the brush help to blow dry the hair without tangling and pulling the hair out! Excellent brush design

Very pleased with this brush. Handle is a great shape, as it has three sides, which makes it easier to rotate the brush. I also like the fact that the bristles have stayed straight and have not melted-even using a 2400w hairdryer at full heat.

A nicely made item, works well. Downside is I have very fine hair, and it just ‘slides through’ the ‘spikes’ on the hotbrush. Just wanted it to ‘curl under the bottom of my hair – it’s in a ‘bob’ and couldn’t really do this.

Maybe easier if I get someone else to do it for me.

Im really pleased with the performance of the hot brush but i find that a few teath on the combs break off and after a while there are big gaps and then its difficult to use, i did send a message asking if i could buy a set of combs but had no reply.

If anybody has had the same problem id like to know if it was resolved. I have just purchased a new one so im not a moaner it is a problem Thank’s Midge.

Wir empfehlen es natürlich weiter.
