I never thought i would ever own or needed a Primo Top Loading Water Dispenser, bt they are so handy & convenient. I love that it dispenses both cold & hot water! Providing the coldest & hottest water.

So whatever type of hydration u need just pick which one push the button & fill up! Love the color black. Has LED lights too. Easy push button controls. Just had to buy a 5 gallon of water, which i almost forgot about.

Lol. It’s made from a high quality brand. Good value. Great taste. Heard great things about this brand & im lucky now to own a water dispenser. Will come in handy with townhouse i will be living in within next two months.

I have seen water coolers like this in my friends and families homes and over the years, I have always wanted one for my home but just haven’t purchased one yet. I finally decided to look on Amazon and find one to order! This is the first time l bought the water cooler and I’m so happy with it, that I’m wondering why I didn’t buy one years and years ago! It works FABULOUS!!! The hot water is very hot and l can use it for Hot cocoa, hot tea, and and my cup noodles very easily.

My kids absolutely love that they can just use this super quick to make their hot chocolate or soup! Or to fill up their cold water bottles in the morning before school! The hot water tap is extremely hot so I am so glad that the hot water safety feather is on top and it’s not so easily to operate which is more safe for little kids.

I do love this part a lot. The cold water tasted so good ( I really don’t like drinking regular temperature water ) and l bought the particular filter and water tank to fit this cooler and it works fantastically!!! Now that l have this cooler , l start to drink more water everyday because it’s so convenient.

The only thing I really don’t like about this water cooler is when it’s turned on and running the motor, it is quite noisy… But it is not near the bedroom so luckily we don’t hear it at night! The cooler has one small storage compartment but it’s too small to fit cups or somethings bigger.

So it just remains empty at our home! Overall, this water cooler is basically inexpensive and does a fabulous job at making icy water or hot water extremely convenient to use! Pretty good value for the price. I bought this to replace an old water cooler. I wasn’t sure it was working properly after I read the directions several times. Nowhere in the directions does it indicate there’s on/ off switches in the back of the unit.

Once I found the on/ off switches, the unit started working immediately. The small compartment below the hot / cold spigots won’t keep anything cold but does serve as a nice storage area for cups, etc.

We have used these instant hot water heaters for many years. Before the tanks were made from stainless steel, they would last only somewhat longer than their warrantee then spring a leak. Then we got one with a stainless steel tank that lasted almost ten years.

We replaced it with the same model but that one lasted only 5 months before the heater died. We got a replacement under warrantee easily. We’ll see how long this one lasts. But, there is no comparable product so we are hoping the previous problem was a quirk.

These instant hot water heaters are convenient and useful. We really like them and depend on them. Very useful product.

My Insinkerator Wave is now 4 yrs, 4 months old now. First time with this model. I’ve owned my home for 28 years now and have always had some sort of insinkerator hot water model. Most of them have lasted only 2-3 years before heater failure, heater leaking, or dispenser leak/failure.

So far, ( knock on wood ) this one is still going strong. We use it daily for tea/coffee ( hot side ),. drinking water, people and pet ( cold side ). I believe the longevity of this unit is due to the fact that this time around I installed a pre-filter prior to/upstream of the dispenser.

This dramatically lowers the scale build up inside the heater. Our city water is pretty good, tastes fine and is fairly low in scale ( Generally lower in TDS, total dissolved solids, aka, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium,etc.

). but having a pre-filter will lower this further. On the cold side, I have found myself drinking allot more water now than I used to,. taste is great. I used Insinkerator’s filter system which was easy to install.

Swapping filters are a breeze. Con’s are the filters are pricey. My recommendation is to install a pre-filter system or Reverse Osmosis system prior to feeding your Insinkerator for better longevity.

Finally, I did start to have both the hot and cold levers get a bit sticky. That is, harder to operate and they wouldn’t always auto close on their own. A light spray of WD-40 inside the valve/faucet body were the levers attach solved the problem immediately.

I am very pleased with my Brio! I get fresh, clean water that never runs out. I like that I can have cold, room temp or hot water. It fits perfectly under my standard size cabinets and doesn’t take up too much space.

I’ve had this water dispenser since August 2021. There were only a handful of reviews at the time, so I figured I’d take a chance. Happily, I’ve had very few issues with it. Nothing major. The cold water is cold, the hot is hot, and the room temp is.

you guessed it, room temp. My wife loves the hot water to quickly make a cup of tea instead of waiting for the kettle. Loading the 5 gallon water jug from the bottom is tremendously better on my back, and not to mention safer for my 2 year old.

No tipping concerns! This dispenser also self cleans periodically, keeping the water tasting fresh. It is worth noting, there is no light that comes on when filling up a glass, so just be careful how you aim in the dark.

You can fit a ~12oz glass on the ledge, but any larger than that, you’ll be swinging the door open to fill it up. Keep in mind, the water reservoir doesn’t refill unless the door is closed– but from my tests, I think it holds about 2 liters of cold water at once, so you shouldn’t have any issues running out of water if the door is open.

I think the only minor annoyance I can say about this machine is the unending beeping sound when your 5 gallon jug is empty. Seriously, I got the message! But if you open the door, it’ll stop. My kids and/or Goomba will close it and resume the beeping, but hey, I guess it encourages me to go refill the jugs just that much faster! I’ve seen some comments about the motor/whirring of the dispenser being too loud, but maybe it’s just that my house is never quiet (thanks kids) or I’m not that picky, but I don’t think the machine is beyond a reasonable level of noise.

To the other reviews complaining about leaks and other malfunctions, I strongly urge you to replace it as soon as you notice something amiss. This is clearly a return or replace situation. I’m here to say this product works.

Don’t just live with it or rate something 1 star from a shipping or factory problem. Work with Walmart or Igloo to resolve the matter! You’ve got this! I’m grateful for our water dispenser. We had the top-load water bottle dispenser style for many years, and were perfectly happy with it until it suddenly stopped working. We discovered that there have been quite a lot of changes in the water dispenser arena, that prompted a great deal of research.

We decided on this model, and so far, ease of use, having a now, siphoned-action, bottom-load water bottle dispenser, and the overall design, are all perfect, for our current needs. The cold water was chilled within an hour’s time of installation, and the hot water was up to temperature in about half of that time.

Only time, and use, will determine if it has the longevity we had experienced with our prior, top-load, dispenser. We are certain that anyone that is making a decision to try this one, would be as pleased as we are, thus far.

I have had this cooler for a little over 6 months and I am so happy that I chose this brand. It is QUIET, compact and sleek. I have literally heard other coolers but never this one. The compact size allows you to tuck it away in a corner to make it look less inconspicuous.

The stainless steel is fingerprint resistant, easy to clean and matches appliances without standing out. If you have a smaller space as I do this is the ideal cooler for you. Based on the measurements it has been the shortest in height and width that I have found that fits both a 3 and 5 gallon bottle.

Easy to set up and use. Hot water feature is perfect for tea but not quite hot enough to slow brew fresh coffee. The cooling system is louder than any other appliance we own; however, it does not need to run continuously, so we tolerate the intermittent disruptions.

Remembering to turn off the heat switch when changing bottles has been a challenge. Overall, we appreciate the convenience and would recommend to other tea lovers.

We have been using the Primo dispenser at our lake cabin for about a month now and I LOVE it! It provides us with safe drinking water in a large enough container that lasts us a while. Having the hot and cold is very convenient especially when we have guests over, we have gotten so many compliments on it! The dispenser is compact, does not take up much room and looks very slick.

I love the safety features (anti-tip and the hot water) which gives me peace of mind when having my small daughter and other kids around. The bottles are available at most stores we have around here and easy to work with.

This is a great water cooler. I wanted to get one for my home so my daughter would drink more water. I love that we can have ice cold water all the time now. It was easy to take out the box and plug in to get it set up.

I bought a water jug from my local grocery store and it was ready to go. I just put the jug on it and in no time the water was ice cold. I like that I can get hot water out of it also. I dont see where you can put a cup holder on it, so that my only complaint.

Overall this is an awesome product.

I’m not sure if this is the exact product that I have. If it’s anything like the promo machine I have then it’s amazing. Almost 3 years ago I got the bottom load primo hot/cold plus Keurig all in 1. I love this machine! Our local water isn’t great and my last machine was top loading which really sucks when you have a pinched nerve.

This is a savior. Plus I hate my counters cluttered and now this machine is also my coffee pot. And pods for a Keurig for this machine. My only suggestion is, when cleaning the machine the brand suggest a little bit of bleach water to run through and rinse once in paranoid so I actually used a tiny bit of dawn and rinsed 3 separate times.

Instead of using the 5 gal you can put the water nozzle into a 1 gal jug and just use that to rinse until you feel it’s too your liking. Also it wasn’t in my book but the tray you pull out to put coffee pods in, there isa little washer above that in the machine.

My coffee was just tasting really dirty but everything was clean. Takes 2 minutes. As soon as I found that, cleaned it my coffee is super fresh again. This is my favorite kitchen appliance.

I had a tabletop dispenser and it took up a lot of counter space. Once I switched to this, I was able to make my kitchen look less cluttered and my son is able to get a cold glass of water without my help.

I’m glad the hot water dispenser has a lock so that my cats cannot press the handle on their own and burn themselves. (They are figuring out the cold handle, so thank goodness there is a small drip tray to catch water when they do.

) It is a little loud when it is starting up, but it does quiet down afterwards. I like that the hot and cold have their own switch in the back just in case I have to turn the hot water off all together.

The night light is bright enough to where we do not have to turn on any lights when grabbing a glass throughout the night as well.

I bought this cooler to replace an older unit. The older unit had the water jug on the top. I spilled water every time I changed it. No matter how careful I was. So I decided to give this one a try. To replace the water jug you just open the door and replace it.

No more lifting. The water comes out cold and the hot water, very hot. It’s so convenient to make tea or coffee. The hot water has a safety feature, to prevent children from burns. You can also turn off the hot water switch in back if you choose.

It also light’s up red when your running out of water. I liked it so much I bought one for the guest house.

I have owned this machine for close to 2 years. It worked without any issues for approximately 6 months. The movement from pulling and pushing the jug in and out will eventually tear up the hose attachment where it attaches to the pump (the small tube inside the hose literally broke in half).

If you call Primo you will have the privilege to speak with some very nasty customer service representatives who will then inform you that they do not sell the replacement part that you need and that your machine is now garbage.

This was an expensive purchase to only last 2 years. We absolutely love a water cooler, but will buy from a more reputable company next time!.

I bought this Aug 2021. Everything so far works good except, I have noticed this month that there is a loud noise that comes on. Right now it’s 12:35 AM. I’m in my room and I hear a loud noise which is from the machine it’s self.

There is nothing sitting in it or anything around it. It is away from the wall and nothing else to cause this noise. It is so disturbing at this point. I have tried to move the machine on other days when this noise turns on and nothing.

If I’m watching TV I have to turn up the volume to avoid the sound. It is now 12:44 Am and the noise has finally stopped.

I had gone through 3 Primo brand water coolers before I purchased the Aquaverse from Sams club. It arrived quickly and in good shape. I set it up, filled it and had ice cold water in about 1/2 hour. It really cools the water to ice cold.

It is a quiet running machine, compared to the previous coolers I had. The water tap dispenses the water at a fast rate, filling a drinking glass in seconds. I would recommend this cooler to anyone looking for a reasonably priced unit.

I purchase the Aquverse 3H – Commercial Grade Top Load Hot & Cold Water Dispenser for my husband’s church office. I wanted him to be able to grab a hot tea or cocoa anytime he wanted without going to the kitchen.

The set up instructions were easy to follow and completed within minutes. The hot water IS HOT! Water refills are standard 3 or 5 gal. If this were used in a home, there is a child safety latch on hot water spigot.

We are both very pleased and have no regrets with out purchase.

I looked at what we were spending per year, and thought that I should just purchase a cooler. Still a good idea – Just not this one!! I thought it was a name brand, etc. The product falls FAR SHORT of my expectations!!!.

Used for a week now. Its size is small compared to my previous despiser. The size of the cold water tank is small, so the cold water can be drained to fill 1 liter bottle. Quite operation. You can use 5 gallons bottles but it is more suitable for 3 gallons bottles.

The bottom compartment is for store not for refrigerator.

Love, love , love this item. Very lightweight but yet still sturdy. Works as expected and beyond. Hot and cold water have the right temperatures. Would definitely recommend.

i have had it little over 6 months, its great it makes drinking water much better. my whole family drinks more water. and it works well I like that it has a switch to turn on hot water so its not just always hot and cold.

its also room temp and cold. its a great machine. perfect for oregon cause you can use the filter jug and water tastes good even after 6 months on the filter. other states I can’t say cause there water is not as good is here.

I usually like Vitapur products, but this unit has changed my mind. This unit is loud and the rattling noise it makes when the motor is running is beyond annoying. The buttons are hard to push in order to disperse any water and the unit itself is really short.

Shorter than most units. The price is too much for the lack of quality it’s missing. I do not recommend this product.

Bought this water cooler because it was the only one pictured with the Vitapur filtration system. It is compact and looks nice. The water dispenser is lower and if I want to refill my sports bottle, I have to look for the spout.

The dispensing buttons are a little hard to push down right now but may loosen with use. I am also concerned that the filtration system “bottle” did not fit without removing the dispenser’s bottle collar which appears to leave a small gap.

Concerned about water safety. These two products are supposed to work together. Wish it came with a modified collar for a better seal. The dispenser could be a few inches higher and not interfer with refilling the water bottle and avoid bending over when dispensing.

However, overall I am happy with the Vitapur filtration system and dispenser.
