My entire life I have had TERRIBLE PMS pain: cramps, bloating, body aches, breast tenderness, sickness etc. I took these and within the first 2 months, I noticed a HUGE difference. 8 or 2% Vitexins. Each Constituent has it’s own benefits. Also, a Hawthorn Extract that’s standardized to Vitexins, will also naturally have OPCs. If you want an amazing all-in-one extract that covers your whole Heart health, then get “Cardio Peak” by Life Extension, that’s sold on here.

My fish collagen experience so far has been pretty good, I am happy with the product and very unhappy with my experience dealing with the package — even though I was very careful, a huge mess occurred when I opened up the package.

(Seriously, guys, your packaging definitely NEEDS WORK!) there was collagen powder all over my kitchen, me, in my nose and on my hands and arms. After I finished cleaning up the mess I was able to test the collagen in plain water and it dissolved correctly and I could take it without gagging.

The smell of the powder isn’t great at first but it disappeared after being mixed. It you leave the bag open it will smell. I had to put my collagen bag in a big ziplock bag because it won’t close. Collagen takes about six weeks to show results on skin and 12 weeks before you get results on hair, I will report back later.

But seriously, PLEASE fix this packaging issue, even adding an inner bag would probably help… it’s really annoying.
