I really like the Garden Safe Brand Houseplant & Garden Insect Killer. The product comes in a 24 ounce spray bottle. What I like about the product is that it can be used on house plants, roses, herbs, vegetables, fruits, leaf miners, caterpillars, mites, and so on.

The product kills those pesky aphids, some types of worms, and other insects. The product is ready to use, no mixing required. I also like how the product is made with botanical insecticides which are made from the Chrysanthemum flower.

So far, I have not experienced any problems with my plants after using the product, but did notice a big difference in the aphids that were attacking my roses.

I sprayed this on my indoor plants and outdoor vegetable growing tower where I mainly grow some herbs. This took care of the infestation and I don’t find anymore insects when I go to clip some herbs.

I did not notice one bug flying in the air or on my plants. It did rain all day and it’s still dreary. However, I’m saddened because the only dead bug which I saw was actually a honey bee on one of the leaves of my pumpkin.

I’ll know more tomorrow, and I’m praying for my pollinators that I’m not sending them to their death. I guess I’ll see more tomorrow, but if you are looking to save the pollinators; this isn’t the product, and sevin needs to put bees on their list of insects.

If I would have reviewed sevin on line before use I would have used possibly a different product. Putting not to recommend to those who want to keep polinators yes for those who don’t need them.

I have been gardening for over 40 years. For years I have used liquid Sevin, but went to my local gardening store to purchase more, but all they had in the concentrate was the one that has a measuring device at the top.

I have had problems with that type several times and had to cut the top off the container and drain the Sevin out, so I decided to go with your product. Not only do I like the way it is packaged, I use so much less.

With half as much chemical, I can treat twice as much. Great buy. I would give it 5 out of 5 stars. Best buy for your money.

Picked up a bottle on 6/20, sprayed my fruit trees and flower beds around 5:30 or 6 pm, noticed a bunch of Japanese Beetles on the plants and by the time I came back around to spot check; the beetles were gone! I noticed that I did not cover a section on my rose bushes and all the beetles were gathered in that one section.

I sprayed them and watched, within a matters of minutes, the beetles were falling off the bushes! This was my first time using this and I will be purchasing more! I have a 3 gallon back pack sprayer and used about 2 oz of concentrate.

My brother raises hot house tomatoes and can no longer use the chemicals needed to control insects. (He has Parkinson’s that the doctors believe were caused by farm chemicals. ) Anyway, I purchased this spray to control thrips, etc.

It is working at this time after 2 sprays. I haven’t seen any other bugs at this time. I couldn’t find this product in the stores this year, so I purchased it on ebay. I highly recommend it.

This works; and it works quickly. I have several cacti and succulents that were afflicted with mealy bugs and white flies. I sprayed this Bionide onto the infested areas. Within 24 hours I could see that the bugs were dead or dying.

A couple more applications, and my cacti will be in good shape, again!.

This product works great especially for spider mites and mealybugs. It works fast too but it did not harm my succulents. I have used this for many years both indoors and outside. Do not spray in the sunshine.

I recently had a spider mite problem on my potted outdoor aloes and they look great now after using this product. I found mealybugs on a Ruellia and months later no sign of them returning. I trust this product so I keep coming back.

Bought last year to kill Lantern Flies on a specific tree. Worked great! Bought another one this year but the nozzle changed and didn’t work as well. Last year’s model spayed better and could shoot farther up the tree.

I moved the old sprayer to the new bottle and tossed the new sprayer. Quality and effectiveness of old sprayer was better for my purposes. Consider changing back.

Bench was easy to put together. I used composit wood, so I didn’t have fool with putting on a spar varnish, and hopefully it will withstand the weather better than wood. Took around an hour to put together.

I’m not that particular about searching for the hidden ones or eggs on the bottoms of leaves as they will show in one of my subsequent treatments. If there are a lot I’ll do this every day. When there are almost none I check and spray every other day or every third day.

The grubs are dead within 24 hours. My potato plants are looking great, very minimal leaf damage.

Each time I’ve used this I found dead bees inside the flowers. I only sprayed on the leaves late evening when the flowers were closed and covered the flowers with a glove. Still killed the bees. Will never use this again.

I received the “ready to spray” instead of the RTU. In the last few years, I’ve had issues in my raised-bed garden with horned tomato worms and Japanese beetles. They have been ruining both my tomatoes and pepper plants.

I am hoping this helps with those pests. One major “con” of the product I received is that you have to hook it to a hose to use it. I do not like these types of products and generally avoid them if I can.

I bought this for my garden in my back yard. I wasn’t very impressed. I tried it out for about 2 months and I still had issues with bugs eating my produce and weeds growing uncontrollably. I don’t think I can recommend this to anyone.

I ordered this product to kill the aphids on my pepper plants I have sprayed them throughly several times and the aphids are still there. Very disappointed.

When this was about $5 a bottle a couple of years ago, it was a 5***** product all the way! But now at over $30 for 1 bottle in April 2022?! That’s a 600% increase! I don’t think so… For that price, I’ll mix my own sesame and fish oils, thank you.

First year I’ve had a garden, but my garden expert friend who is guiding me said that this is good. I’ve used it quite a bit, and still seeing some eating on the leaves of my cabbage, tomato, and jalapeno plants.

But I’m going to get my second bottle and keep going with it. My little tomatoes that are on my plants haven’t been damaged by bugs at all. So that’s a good sign. Overall pretty satisfied.

I have been using this for years on my flowers and in my veggie garden. It is great for when you get pesty bugs that are eating your plants foliage. You just put a little bit on and it will discourage the bugs from eating out your foliage.

It is affordable and a container lasts me for years I definitely recommend trying this.

I have used Sevin for a long time to control Japanese beetles and some invisible insect that attacks the yews. I have an ornamental Japanese plum tree that attracts the beetles in droves. When I spray the tree with Sevin, it starts to rain beetles within a few minutes.

It seems to last for over a week. The yews were in distress and appeared to be dying. There was nothing obvious that was wrong. I sprayed them with sevin and they perked up within a few days. There was some kind of mite or aphid that was attacking the yews.

I am quite happy with the product and use it for all my non-edible spraying.

It really keeps all the bugs and worms that destroy tomatoes , peppers , eggplants. Etc The powder is tough to get good coverage the concentrate is perfect. !!! Good price. !!

I mixed it in a spray bottle and sprayed my cannas to get rid of caterpillars. I have not seen any more since I sprayed. I repeated this in one week and still do not see any. I am thankful to find something that works but does not harm my plants.

I have tried to get rid of them for years with no success, i have tried everything in the past but every-time when I tough they where gone they some how came back, but not with Monterey Garden Insect Spray! that as all changed.

This stuff is so effective against Thrips that i am so blown away how simple and fast it took care of the problem. I been fighting to get rid of them for years trying everything when all it took is this product because of the Spinosad! 🙂 R.

I purchased this to clean my vegetables and fruit since I have MS and cannot afford to ingest the pesticides and chemicals they use to spray on our foods! This product makes me feel more comfortable when eating these foods and it leaves absolutely no taste on your food.

I’ve had issues with fungus gnats taking over my indoor plants (including herbs and vegetables) and greenhouse for the last year. None of my seedlings were surviving because the gnats took over everything.

I’ve tried every possible remedy (diatomaceous earth, hydrogen peroxide, complete soil drying, gnat traps, pebble soil cover, vinegar, repotting, etc. ) to avoid using insecticides, but nothing worked.

My plants became infested, so figured I’d try this before completely replacing all of them. ONE soil soak (using the 5 TBS per 1 gallon of water) on smaller planters and seedlings, and two soil soaks on larger plants and the gnats were GONE!!! Not just the adult gnats, but larvae as well.

In only a week after using this, there is no sign of gnats. My plants are happy and healthy and seedlings are thriving! I have not experienced any other pests or diseases with my plants, so I don’t know how effective it is in those terms, but I HIGHLY recommend this if you are having issues with gnats! It is a miracle!.

I have around 70 houseplants and had my first fungus gnat problem this year. I had no idea what to expect from this product but I can’t believe how well it worked. I thought it would take several applications but it seems to have fixed the problem with one.

I watered my plants following the instructions for the soil drench treatment and made some spray for one sad parlor palm that had a pretty bad case of spider mites. Both problems are gone. I didn’t see any negative effects on my plants, they are all doing great.

I saw some reviews for bad smell and it smells bad while mixing and applying (come on, its bio insecticide so I don’t expect it to smell nice) but the smell dissipates quickly and doesn’t stick to the pots or soil.

Even the plant that I sprayed the foliage doesn’t smell at all. I used this on everything; succulents, tropicals, ferns, orchids. It didn’t harm any of them at all. I’m so impressed with this that I plan to get their nutrient concentrate when it is back in stock.

I was hoping to have better results considering most of the positive reviews here, but unfortunately, I’m having mixed results with my outdoor garden. The insecticide seems to have helped with the aphids on my chard and lettuces, but not on my eggplant, tomato, and pepper plants (all in separate planters).

I spray the top and underside of the leaves where the aphids gather (particularly on the tomato plants) and it’s almost as if the aphids enjoy the dowsing of the insecticide! I removed several of the infected leaves/stems and have repeated the application of the insecticide for four days straight and I’m still finding aphids on the plants.

I’m making sure to use the correct amount of insecticide for the application method I am using (the spray bottle that came with the kit, for a more targeted application) and am having no luck keeping these pests at bay.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!.
