I feel like it’s helping, but it has so much melatonin I can’t always take it. If I can’t garuntee 8 hours of sleep I can’t take both pills because I’ll be too groggy the next day. I don’t even like take one if I’ll be getting less than seven.

I try my best to get at least seven. I feel I’m not getting full benefits not being able to regularly take two a night. I wish this had less melatonin. It’s just a sleep aid I don’t need and holding me back from the other benefits in the pills.

I tried the Skinny Cleanse to give my digestive system a break from food and to give my body a chance to heal and reset itself so it would tell my body to let go of the belly fat. I also wanted to see if this could help get my mindset into eating less and smaller portions.

This process did work for me. I lost 7 pounds during the cleanse and have continued to keep it off and lost 3 more pounds. I notice my cravings are down and my belly is less bloating. If this contiues I should be able to continue losing weight.

My plan is to add another 3-day cleanse before the holidays. It did take my pallet a day to adjust to the taste of the drinks. By the end, they started to taste better to me.

I can’t believe how unnecessarily sweet these are. It’s like they overloaded the apples to overcompensate for the more earthy tasting produce. Defeats the purpose of a juice cleanse to me. If people can’t handle the taste of veggies, then they shouldn’t do a juice cleanse.

It seriously tastes like they used some Mott’s and added a chunk or leaf of the other produce. When doing a cleanse, I want it to taste and feel like I’m consuming something healthy. I see they have a lot of disclaimers about the sugar content so I assume I’m not the first to complain.

I didn’t pay those any attention because I know some fruit has a high natural sugar content. But this was way too much of the sweeter ingredients. Stop trying to explain natural sugar to people and just adjust the ingredient ratio.

I also don’t understand the freezing logistics. It’s only a 3-day cleanse your product should hold up for 3 days. You have to thaw them for 24 hours before drinking but it could take up to 48 hours depending on the refrigerator.

Then you have to drink it within 24 hours. But then the instructions say if you don’t drink all of the juices in one day to save them. So if after 24 hours I can just keep them or refreeze them, what’s the point? I’ve never done a juice cleanse that couldn’t hold up at least a week.

Just seems like unnecessary work. I’m really mad I wasted my money on this. I couldn’t even finish them because they were so sweet. I’ll stick to Pressed Juicery for my cleanses.

I decided to do a cleanse to kick start healthier eating habits and I chose this brand and this particular cleanse after researching and reading many reviews. I did the three day cleanse and drank all 6 juices each day.

I also supplemented with with one banana and one avocado each day. I also had a cup of black coffee in the morning and drank lots of water throughout the day. I didn’t see much of a difference on the scale but I did see a physical difference and I just felt better.

I’m a Weight Watchers member and got back on the program after I finished the cleanse. This Skinny Cleanse isn’t very WW friendly, but as I said, I felt better and it was a great way to get me on track.

I was impressed the product and how easy it was to use and I also enjoyed the flavors. I am going to try the Low Sugar Cleanse next because that one would be much easier to do while continuing with the WW program.

I also wanted to note how amazing the customer service is with this company. I did the cleanse with a couple of friends and one had a minor issue that was resolved so quickly and with so much care it seemed unreal.

If I could give it a zero, I would. I want to first say, I am a very consistent keto follower. These pills had absolutely no effect at all other than an upset stomach the first two days. I wound up giving half the bottle to a friend hoping they would be a good fit for her.

She did not get an upset stomach, but also did not see any benefit from taking the pills. (Years ago, I used a carb grabber made from white kidney beans. That seems to work best for my body. ).

Love the convenience of these capsules. I use these regularly to help myself get into Ketosis and maintain my Ketosis state. They really do work. If I cant get these, I always have the Keto Drive drink mix as my standby.
