I tried a patch out when I was experiencing some usual cramping. I tried attaching it to the front of my underwear and let the heat get to work, but ultimately had to move it to my shirt. The patch provided several hours of comforting heat.

” Cons: – Shape. I think a larger, curved design would be an improvement as my cramping usually extends from ovary to ovary (not just on one side). -Size. The patch measures 2. 75″ x 3. 5″ inches which was a little small for me.

I am a big girl, 5’4″ and about 300lbs. I have had kids so have a “mom apron” which made it difficult to adhere these to my underwear, so I put on my shirt while I was hanging out at home on the sofa.

I had to press it into myself in order to get the heat properly situated.

I have been excited to use this patch, but due to outside factors, I had to wait longer than normal for an opportunity. Once my menses started though, it was amazing. The patch was much larger than any of my underwear, so I did have to put on a tank top to have something for it to stick to.

And make sure it’s fairly snug so the patch doesn’t move position. Anyway, it took a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn’t get as hot as some other heating pads, which is actually nice. I wasn’t really sure why the essential oils are in it though.

They’re sealed in, so you can’t really smell them and they can’t get out to absorb into your skin (nor should they because it’s pretty dangerous to use them undiluted like that anyway), so that feature is just weird to me.

But the heat was perfect. It calmed my cramping uterus while I relaxed and read, and I ended up falling asleep. It was convenient to pull it off and toss it, but I’d SO much rather have something reusable.

Both for budget and personal responsibility. I did receive this product to test for free in exchange for my honest review.

My biggest comment to make on these is that they don’t get hot enough to soothe intense cramps. I like the concept of providing a more natural approach towards women’s health but at the expense of not getting full relief that concept is just not worth it in my opinion.

I still rated this a 4/5 because the amount of heat needed is very personal; not everyone needs the level of heat that I do. What I like about this is the natural approach, for one. I also like that you get 3 patches for under $10.

It’s travel friendly and you can use this while being active. You don’t need to worry about placing a cloth between the pad and skin because of its design but always be cautious and if it is too hot for you then you should place extra cloth between your skin and the patch.

I am so disappointed! I used to use these several years ago all the time when I regularly had painful periods. Thankfully, I hadn’t needed them for quite some time but recently picked up a box after surgery at the recommendation of my nurse.

I finally had to break open the box yesterday and was really looking forward to some relief. Unfortunately, the pad barely felt lukewarm. The box did say it could take up to 30 minutes to reach maximum temperature, so I patiently waited.

I bought this product to relieve night time leg cramps. It works best for me to take it WITH magnesium glycinate. Valerin alone was not strong enough to relieve the cramping. A larger dose gave me diarrhea.

I am so glad fb ads helped me find this product based on searching for something for inflammation! As of 3 years ago my period changed at age 35 not sure if it was due to stress, hormones, age or what!! You changed my life.

Before cramp aid I would reluctantly exceed the daily safe amount of Tylenol per day during my period because I get very severe cramps and cannot take ibuprofen because of a health issue. Now with cramp aid I’m down to taking the recommended Tylenol dosage the first day and maybe even none at all by the second day, and amazingly I can sleep through the night without waking up from the pain.

I think it helps to start taking it the day/night before or as soon as possible. I will say that I end up taking A LOT so one blister pack is barely enough for each cycle which can get pretty expensive not to mention I’m not very happy about all the plastic waste generated by the excessive packaging.

I was nervous about taking these at first. I take a stimulant for ADHD and an Antidepressant for depression / mood swings so I wasn’t sure how it would interact.
