This is one of the best beauty purchases I’ve made. I noticed that my eye lashes started growing crooked and wouldn’t straighten out no matter how much I worked on them and trying to wear mascara was a nightmare.

I’ve been using this for a couple week and finally their almost manageable without too much effort. The curler has great heat but be careful if you put in new batteries. It can get a little too hot. My only complaint would be the amount of batteries it eats up if you need to use it a lot.

Works best after mascara if your lashes need a lot of help. If not before or after mascara works fine. Just go really slow so it has time to work.

I got this for Christmas and totally love it! I have straight eyelashes that do not hold a curl, so the big difference is that with this heated curler, my lashes stay bent all day. I also find that using this curler helps lift and separate my lashes very well!It does take some time to get the hang of making the lashes curl, as you have to move the wand along the length of the lash while pressing towards the eye to do it properly.

It definitely works better if you have a little bit of mascara on, which works out if you didn’t do a great job taking yesterdays makeup off. It also doesn’t get hot enough to cause burns, but it is definitely warm to the touch.

This is also a great tool for taming your eyebrows! Just make sure there’s no mascara left on it before you swipe it across the brow.

So very recently my favorite eyelash curler broke and I was forced to replace it. And a few months ago there was a Revlon Voxbox with eyelash curlers so I gave it a try for myself! I was immediately mad about my purchase and totally let down when I realized the eyelash curler was too loose to curl my lashes! I was livid! This Revlon Eyelash Curler just barely curled my lashes into a straight line.

😩 I was completely let down and I have been too busy lately to get a new, better one so my poor lashes have remained straight as arrows and you can hardly even see them. So in my book, skip this Revlon Eyelash Curler.

Such a great curler. Does so much more in less time than my previous curler bought at ULTA and that had to be fully replaced because replacement heads were not made available by the manufacturer – ie junk.

Curls my lashes quickly, easily and with no pulling or pinching. I do hope once I use up the three replacement heads I will be able to purchase more from Tweezerman as it seems a waste to keep throwing these curlers away due to lack of replacement heads.

My purchasing experience from Tweezerman was really good as well. Ordered online and had the curler very quickly. Curler is also designed well. It’s light and much easier to hold. The angle is slightly different adding an ease of use as well.

My delivery arrived and I was so excited to try these curlers as so many others state to cut lashes and are not that effective therefore the reviewers say to go with this brand. I purchased these and tried them right away and omg they’re awesome my lashes look totally different, so full and it’s like they’ve been lifted but without the solution or process.

Since Maybelline has made it harder and more expensive to find replacement pads (been using their curler since 1979) , I thought I’d take my business elsewhere. I tried Tweezerman’s regular curler and it was too big and not curved enough for my eyelids.

It couldn’t get all my lashes at once. So I tried the 60-degree model which was better, but still not curved enough to catch all my lashes. I’ll return this model as well. It’s nice that Tweezerman has a few size options.

Kudos for that. But the curler is very lightweight–almost flimsy–and thus seems quite overpriced.

Well made and the size that I like (they are making them so small now). You get three extra rubber bumpers, which are so hard to find. Only drawback was that it’s polished silver. My last one (different manufacturer) was matte black which helped with depth perception when lining it up.

Not as easy when it’s so shiny- I actually bumped my eye a few times but I’m getting used to it now. Pricy, but I like the quality, and it makes an excellent curl. Handles are comfortable too. I use it everyday.

This is the tweezerman classic lash eyelash curler and it retails around $14. 00 at Ulta. This is a flimsy, lightweight curler. There are different ones, designed for the shape of your eyes. It indicates on the front if it is for round eyes, almond shape, etc.

I personally find myself trying much harder to push this into my eye area to grasp the lashes. It takes more effort and more tries to get a dramatic curl. I find that it can punch if I am not careful.

It is effective, just not as good as the Sheseido or Tarte brands I’ve tried in the past.

So, I used the lash curler and at first I didn’t know how to use it and it was very uncomfortable. I looked at a few videos and learned how to use it with Vaseline. It is wonderful. It’s made my eye lashes curl and they look longer and stronger.

I’m so happy to have this tool in my arsenal of beauty tools.

Both of these products are great. I really loved the eyelash curler , it worked better than my normal go to curler. The brush is also awesome. I have long curled eyelashes that look great with or without mascara.

This product seems to be a little lacking in quality. The brush seems like it is cheap plastic. Although the curler itself is more sturdy, it does not curl my eyelashes as dramatically as I would like.

I like that it works well and doesn’t pinch my eyelids. It curls my eyelashes without any fuss, just a little squeeze and walla perfect eyelashes everytime. I want to start with saying this does the job, and seems like it’s made well enough to last a long time. I have normal sized eyeballs. , this curler seems to be made for child sized eyeballs. It is almost too curved, and so in order to get my middle lashes curled I have to press the curler into my eyeball, and even then it crimps the outside lashes weird.

It kinda hurts to do this and also leaves marks where it goes into my eye socket. I will either see if my friends can use it or keep as a backup. I will definitely be buying a different for daily use!.

Is so gentle on your eyes and it’s very easy to clean. I love the handles there so smooth. I like how it doesn’t get messy easily. I had a very straight eyelashes and everytime I put on mascara they would go clump up after using this everyday my eyelashes are very curled and I love them.

I was looking around Ultas clearance products when I came across this Limited Editon Barbie X Revlon curler. I have very short lashes that don’t really hold a curl, so a good eyelash curler is essential.

On the bright pink packaging it said Curl Queen, Dramatic curl etc so I was excited to try this out. However, I was sadly disappointed with this curler. My all time best curl that I’ve gotten from an eyelash curler is and mostly that’s due to the shape of the curler.

I do think that the shape of your eye has a big effect on using the right curler. I have more almond shape eyes and the Japonsque curler has the perfect shape for my lid. I do wish I got this big dramatic Barbie eyelash curler but definitely wasn’t the case.

I have typical “asian” lashes – short, sparse, fine lashes that are very stubborn as they’re naturally droopy in appearance. I’ve never used an eyelash curler before as I was quite scared to use one to be honest! I wasn’t sure what was a good quality eyelash curler so I dropped by to Boots and looked at a variety of eyelash curlers.

I noticed some looked different to others and I was paying more attention to the curvature of these curlers and compared it to my eye shape. I ended up buying Tweezerman Deluxe Eyelash Curler and as a bonus it came if free replacement pads (if I’m correct, 3 in total).

As a newbie to eyelash curlers it did take a while getting used to this routine but eventually mastered it and felt less comfortable. Nowadays I can’t skip this step as it helps fan out my droopy lashes and opens my eyes more, in conjunction to applying mascara afterwards.

This is worth every penny and even after owning this for 3 years it is still in mint condition, however I’m on my very last replacement pad and looks slightly worn out and will be purchasing a new eyelash curler.

Literally buy cheap buy twice So buy one of these instead my eyelashes stay curled for long too and they give you loads of the rubber refills which is a must *if you put a tiny bit of white eyelash glue on your lash line, like tiiiny, wait for it to dry then use it it’s like an LVL.

As someone who has super short and straight eyelashes, I’ve tried so many other curlers before and also tried a lot of different mascaras as well but nothing seems to have held my lashes curled up and nicely in place **until I tried this eyelash curler**! For those with eyelashes that are hard to curl, those who have eyelashes on the outer most parts of your eyes that never seem to get curled, this is your gurl. I’ve been using a Tarte curler for at least two years out of sheer hopelessness that my eyelashes just won’t be fully curled due to many failed eyelash curlers I’ve purchased.

I saw reviews of this years ago and the outcome was mixed, but I decided to finally purchase this curler, and I am very very happy with this decision. The finger slots are a decent size, not the biggest but not small, takes only a slight squeeze to use – luckily.

This isn’t a soft squeeze curler where you can press down super hard and not worry your eyelashes won’t rip out, it’s somewhat firm when curling but not uncomfortable. The beauty of this curler is that it PERFECTLY captures EVERY eyelash on my beautiful face.

From the outermost to inner corner, not a lash will go uncurled ever again. After applying mascara I look like I have falsies. 10/10 recommend as your first and last curler.

I’ve sat on this curler for years. I used the Tweezerman one and the Elf one, and I liked them both, but I always had to fiddle with the curler because they would not catch all my eyelashes, particularly in the outer corners.

So, I would just avoid curling my lashes. But I’ve heard about this curler for years on Youtube, so I thought I would try it during the sale. And wow, I get it now. This is an excellent eyelash curler if you have round eyes! When it arrived I quickly tried it out and I was impressed that it didn’t pinch me, and I was amazed that every single lash was caught in the curler on the first try.

Even the lashes on my outer corner! Every single has was curled with minimal effort! I didn’t have to fiddle with it to try to fit my lashes, or have to do my lashes in sections because my eyeshape didn’t fit.

If you have round eyes and had similar struggles, this lash curler was made for us! And it’s a similar cost to the Tweezerman ones, so it’s not that much of an investment at all. It’s also easier to keep clean because the handles are metal, not padded.

I bought this because it was cheaper than the other elf curler that I use because I needed more pads for my elf curler because it was splitting the rubber pad. It’s okay but the elf one that’s only a couple dollars more is much better.

It doesn’t seem to have a spring load and it’s not a typical eyelash curl over that I’m used to. It’s definitely feels cheap. I would only buy it for the two extra refill pads for the other elf eyelash curler.

This product is made with sturdy metal that has lasted me a couple of years. Despite the reflections in the pictures that may make the handle look tarnished, the metal still looks like it is brand new and has not tarnished yet.

The first pad that came with curler lasted almost two years for me. I have been using the second pad for about a year now. It feels like a quality product and curls my lashes well without me having to over squeeze or curl my lashes several times.

Works for me. I have straight, Asian lashes. I think other reviewers may be clamping down too hard on their lashes, especially after being accustomed to using an old eyelash curler for so long (as the padding wears, we clamp more/harder).

If you just apply a steady, medium pressure while clamping, that should do the trick. I also appreciate the extra pad. The quality is so-so. It is elf afterall, but it serves its purpose.

This is the most important item in my beauty routine. I had another brand for years and it broke. I can’t use the standard metal ones. No matter how careful I am, they pull out my lashes. My eye lashes grow straight down.

The heated wands do not work for me. I have to use heated. This one works so well. It heats fast. Do not press hard. A gently push to close does the trick. Very quickly, I have the nicest curl. I don’t have to use as much mascara.

I was excited about this heated eye lash curler but it just would not work for me. It didn’t heat up well and my lashes would not curl and ended up sticking straight out and did not curl at all. I’ve always been happy with Mirenesse products, but this one failed.

It would not recommend this product.

My first Mirinesse electric lash curler was faulty and kept running out of juice. Mirinesse offered me a replacement immediately and my new one is a pleasure to use. It gives my lashes a natural curl (not a bend or kink like my old lash curler) and spreads them out and it is a pleasure putting on the Mirinesse mascara after curling them.

The mascara really lengthens my lashes. It doesn’t get cluggy or join the lashes together. My only request is for a waterproof version of the mascara. I am pleased with both products and I appreciated the efficient service and follow up.

I would definitely buy more products from Mirinesse.

I love my new heated lash curler. It was a gift and something I never thought I would use, but it’s super easy to use and very effective for long, elegant lashes. I use it with the luxurious Lash Star mascara duo and the finish is very natural and sophisticated.

I wear the Visionary Lashes 004, which are comfortable and flattering for my eye shape. However, I felt they needed a bit more lift and curl, which the heather eyelash curler provided like a a dream.

The temperature ranges are from 65C to 95C. I used the tool on setting 85C and comb through the lashes to get the desired amount of lift and curl I was seeking!.

This product is not effective. I already have curly eyelashes but I would like to extend them-to give my eyes a more wide-open eye effect, as it appears to be possible in the how-to videos on their website, but it does absolutely nothing, it actually ruins the mascara.

I should have trusted these other reviews. I’ve used it off and on for almost 2 months without issue, and this morning, it completely chopped off lashes from one eye! It still looks the same and the padding strip is still in perfect condition, so I’m not sure how this happened.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MAC COSMETICS!!! I have been using this eyelash curler for many years ever since it was introduced to me by a woman that was doing my makeup for a photo shoot. I had been using a different one before this that pinched my eyelids a little so as soon as she did my lashes and there was ZERO pinch and HONESTLY I didn’t realize that she actually used it until she put mascara on.

So I had to ask her what brand it was. I also asked her to show me how she used it to make sure that I was even using the other one correctly and sure enough I was using the other one correctly. So the next day I went to MAC and bought this one and have been using it EVER since! I have short lashes that are thin and this one works AMAZING!!! This eyelash curler is also AMAZING because you do not have to apply to much pressure it get the BEAUTIFUL look you want or need in my case.

You know how some you have to apply alot of pressure or do it a couple of times in order to get the curled look you want or need before applying mascara. Well I can tell you that if you are tired of those extra steps or worried about if you are damaging your lashes you definitely need to run out and buy this one right now! It also comes with extra pads also so that is always a plus in my book!!! I even on my no makeup days or if I am looking for volume and curl without wanting to wear mascara like if my allergies are bad I use this!!!.

I tried the Mac eyelash curler and the only difference that I noticed between it and regular eyelash curlers was honestly the price. I found that a cheaper set of eyelash curlers worked just as well if not better than the more expensive Max set so in all honesty sometimes name brand isn’t necessarily best options.

I would say save your money on this one and splurge on a fabulous blush or highlighter or a wonderful mascara instead.

I have had my heated lash curler for a couple of years now. I never reach for the old syle lash curler any more. It is like a curling wand for lashes. For an extra wide eyed curl, use it 2 times on each lash.

Honestly, the cheap heated-eyelash-curler I used to buy in the pharmacy was ten times better. This takes SO long to heat up that your hand is sore by the time it is even ready – this also means you go through tonnes of batteries because they get drained in the process.

The design makes it slippery and difficult to hold in place. It never heats up well enough to curl properly. My curler just stopped working about 6 weeks after I got it. seems like the element just died.

I just threw it straight in the bin to use an old-fashioned metal one instead. Complete and utter waste of money. And, at $50 a pop it is shear theft.

I had to leave my two cents here after putting off purchasing MAC’s half lash curler for so long because of the negative reviews. Every time I looked at this curler longingly, I’d start weighing in on the success stories vs the horror shows people described; including bad pinching, pulling or chopping lashes clean off.

Well I don’t know what kind of vice grip some people use to curl their lashes but this curler was so effortless for me – and I’m no pro in the lash department. I’ve owned probably two drugstore lash curlers all my life and rarely even use them.

One thing I do credit to the bad reviews is that I used this half curler so carefully out of pure fear and that light/slow pressure was enough to get perfect curls! If I put anywhere close to the pressure I use on a standard lash curler, I can get that sharp angle ‘crimp’ effect.

So I suggest you start slow and gentle, and adjust the pressure as you like. Take time to get used to this. For additional reference, my lashes are thick, long and go straight down. I also have almond shaped eyes with a more pronounced curve forward in terms of volume (think Mila Kunis or Sarah Hyland’s eyes) – so standard lash curlers never got the inner OR outer corner lashes where they dip too far in.

I’d have to tediously curl my lashes at three different angles while being wary of all that clumsy width of a standard curler. Lashes would still be left straight at the ends of course. Not anymore!! I get every lash with MAC’s half lash curler using the same process I used before and way less effort.

The packaging shows it’s made in Japan so I’m not surprised that it’s this amazing. Do yourself a favor and invest in this amazing lash curler!.

Stop wasting your money on cheap drugstore curlers – the mac eyelash curler will last long and does the job VERY WELL. I have straight long eyelashes and it’s the only thing that works for me. If you aren’t satisfied I can almost guarantee you arent using it right.

I had a MAC specialist do my makeup for the first time when I was 14 and she gave me a lesson on how to properly use all the products. I have tried many others in the last 15yrs but nothing compares.

I have had a sephora collection eyelash curler for many months. It was one of my favourites and it worked well. However, the pad recently got cut into by the top part of the curler. I would expect the pad to be of better quality instead of ripping halfway just by using the curler.

What’s worse, I continued to use it by adjusting the pad, but one day the curler’s top part was not supported by the pad and closed down all the way, cutting a good chunk of my lashes off. I am horrified, very disappointed and sad! My eyelashes were very long and one of my best features.
