20 Best Eye Shadow For Green Eyes (2023 Updated)

Ya’ll! I purchased this palette from Amazon for $8. 50! It is the best palette I’ve ever purchased, even better than “luxury” brands I have when I compared the two. The color payoff is phenomenal! And with only 1 swipe! And when I say 1 swipe, I mean it.

I dabbed my brush into the red shade back and forth a couple times like I thought I would have to do to get payoff and like I usually have to do with most palettes and the color and amount of product I got was omg! It was more than enough for both eyes! You only need 1 swipe of all the colors to get great payoff! But it is buildable if you want to do that.

The colors glide on your eyes sooo smoothly they feel like butter. There is NO fallout with any of these colors. Also, all the colors are blendable and smudgeable if you want to do that; if not, the colors stay put unless you want to blend or smudge them.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this palette. I’ve seen many people say this is an exact dupe of James Charles’ palette, but with even better color payoff. Do not sleep on this palette. It is made by brand UCANBE, which produces amazingly high-quality makeup for very pocket-friendly prices.

The brand’s reviews are stellar all across Amazon. I will definitely be purchasing more from the brand, although this palette has pretty much every color you need: base colors, bright colors, dark colors, shimmer and matte shade.

I could not ask for anything more from a palette and I am done paying big bucks for palettes after this experience. There is no need to with this brand! If you are thinking about getting this one, do not hesitate, just go for it.

You will be so pleased. It comes in a cute package that is durable and small enough to easily and conveniently travel with. You can even use the shades as highlighters! Again, I am so pumped about this purchase.

So impressed with Wet n Wild. Back in the 80s I would buy the lipsticks and the eyeliner pencils when in a pinch but nothing else in the line were worth taking home. Things have changed and Wet n Wild is competing with the big boys and taking home the gold for a pinch of the cost.

A couple of the colors lack pigment and didn’t blend all that well, but most were exceedingly good. I was let down by the yellow, black and teal. Everything else was as good if not better than pallets that double, even triple the price and have less product.

This pallet is great water proof long wearing great piglet beautiful colors. Beatuifull pink colors don’t have to use alot of this product is highly pigment I do give five star. If you want a pallet to use for other uses this is it.

I can use this for my blush. My lips it is water proof. Also can be used for eye liner great eye shodows I would buy again I highly recommend this Pallet.

not only is this so amazing because of the fact it’s urban decay and their pigments are awesomeeeee but the pallate works well. however I am a repeated shimmer/glitter specific user aka I’m used to using U.

D shimmers only and I was not used to using any mattes and I was unimpressed when I go go use the matte peach shade(a mix of lo-fi and tumeric) and the shading and blending ability was soft and nice but when I went to layer over it with fuzz ans hi-vibe it was difficult.

I had to ultimately use mY finger and I was like. rawr. so unless your mixing formulas use mattes with mattes and shimmer/glutters with glitters for Urban decay formulas specially I find this common with certain brands but I love U D the same as I have the last 7 years and I am blessed@ the greens are vibrant and amazing and tbh if you have a good base or something to help get the matte shadow more tacky I’d say to use it and you won’t notice a difference I just haven’t been having that sort of patience lately.

Flimsy packaging without mirror , it should be priced much lower. Even on sale it feels like a rip off. Quality and packaging are a lil better then the Prince collaborate but not by much. The matte formula is soft and blends evenly , in fact its so easy to blend that it blends away.

You need a tackier primer than UD and no concealer or the green and green undertones browns will get muddy from a yellow undertone concealer. With a pink undertone concealer its not that bad. They perform better on a silicone primer.

Its easy to get that muddy look or to get the green turning into some yellowish mud. Shimmers are outdated , even in the subtle shimmer department. They fade fast even if you foil them , their only hope is a glitter primer.

The two light greens , Supergreen and Prickly have potential but to look true to pan they need some kind of white base. Theres a lot of kickback and matte/glittery fall out. It faded fast on hooded eyes.

I like the idea and the theme but they need to work on it , theres a few interesting undertones that remind me of unpigmented versions of Melt. Earthside , Supergreen , Kale , Kickback and Stash are interesting.

All in all , girl dont do it , its not worth it.

I’m a huge fan of Urban Decay eyeshadows. I’ve never found anything remotely similar to their quality, pigmentation, and the blending power is unmatched. I usually reach for the Naked 3 or the Naked 2 Basics for everyday, and I thought I’d branch out a bit with greens and orangey-reds.

This palette works well with my lighter skin tone and makes my hazel eyes pop! I have found the glitter shadows have quite a bit of kickback, and those are actually best applied with my finger (or a wet brush).

These colors are amazing and, while some of them can be found in alternative palettes (or so similar, they’re basically the same color), the rest of them work well together, and it’s very nice to have an “earth toned” palette.

I sincerely appreciate the cardboard packaging and the amount of effort that went into this palette. I do wish, however, that it didn’t open from the front. Having the opening on the front takes up a lot of space when I’m using it, and I also have to be careful how I store this in my makeup bag (so I don’t open it accidentally when rummaging).

For that reason, I’m deducting a star. Overall, I think this was very well executed in terms of colors and the quality of those shadows.

Almay always has beautiful colors for thier eyeshadow palettes. The powder formula is very silky, and goes on smooth. This particular formula is not highly pigmented, but is very buildable in coverage, which is a plus for those days that you want a light natural look.

Using an eyeshadow brush, this formula is also very blendable.

I loved this color set and was great as a starter eye shadow trio when I was a teen just starting out in makeup and unsure how to put eyeshadow looks together. I also liked that the pink pan was larger as I used this one the most.

There was an average amount of fall out. With contacts now I prefer other eyeshadows.

Env: development I’ve always had a hard time looking for makeup that complements my natural features. I saw a TV advertisement for this Almay product and I thought I should try it. These eyeshadow packs are available at Target, Walmart, and Walgreens for a very cheap price (I got mine for $6.

50). I usually don’t wear makeup because of skin irritation, but I’ve never had a problem with this brand. The colors aren’t dramatic, and seem to complement your natural features more so than amplify your look.

The eyeshadow isn’t “cakey” either, so it’s not as if my eyelids feel heavier when I apply this product. Sometimes I will settle with one or two shades, but I have used all three at the same time without necessarily looking garish.

Also, this eyeshadow looks best with either brown or violet-toned mascara, as recommended by the in-store advertisement. This trio set is appropriate for the office, restaurant, airplane, classroom, and much more.

As the colors are more natural, the set makes a great gift for teenagers too. Env: development.

Almay is just an ok makeup brand to me. There products just don’t hit the mark most if the time. These eye shadows are barely pigmented and don’t blend well at all. They’re not long lasting so you will find that after 3-4 hours you will need to do a touch up.

I would hate to think if you wore these out for a night of dancing. You would probably regret it. I still gave 3 stars because the colors are nice and if you’re a beginner they’re cheap enough that you can mess around and get a feel for the difference between these and other eye shadows that are better quality.

Smoky tones are in! You won’t need a special eye shadow brush for this trio to blend well and with ease. The pigments are bold but traditional and last the whole day with some primer applied before. I would definitely recommend this trio to anyone who loves that mysterious, deep look!.

Very affordable and very convenient to purchase from any beauty store. The pigmentation varies due to skin combination. And that goes for wearing usage too. It depends on skin porosity and texture. I say use at your convenience and interested as well.

I was surprised how bold the colors are. I actually bought it for my 5 year old who was beggingg to do a mommy daughter makeover lol I didn’t want her to use my regular makeup because well she’s 5 kids are messy and a little intense when digging their brushes in shadows powders and oh God lipsticks.

So we went to Walgreens i let her pick some stuff out. When we got home and began our makeovers, I almost fell off my chair when I seen how easily blendable the Rimmel quad shadow palette was how pigmented it was.

Many drugstore brands, after a few strokes to blend/apply, it begins to just disappear but nope not Rimmel. I thought this was a really amazing dupe for a higher end brand. There was no fallout what so ever.

Seriously it was nuts! I just wish they had more colors a bit more shimmer to them though. They have sheen but still on the matte side without being fully matte. Needless to say I snuck that shadow quad out from my daughter toy vanity into mine lol.

The color selections are just beautiful, but too bad they flake so badly. The particle size is too big and the powder is dry, it doesn’t pick up well on my brushes. This is a cheaply made formula in cheap containers trying to sell for big bucks — not worth it.

Exactly as advertised and when you blend a couple Shades together it’s a complete wow factor especially well we’re wearing masks all people can see is our eyes and this speaks volumes

Yuck yuck Yuck! The colour is awful and the eyeshadow itself was really crumbly. Very glad this was just a gift and I didn’t purchase it! Completely unblendable!

I bought this eyeshadow after finding myself allergic to the other shadows I had been using. My eyes would itch, burn, get so swollen so after some research on brands that are good for sensitive skin and eyes, I decided to try this one.

I’ve used it for 2 days and so far, so good! My eyes don’t itch or burn. The colors are not as dark as I had expected but to me, that is not as important as my eyes are. I happen to love the light colors and the added glimmer is perfect.

I will be buying this brand again in the near future!.

The best allergy friendly eyeshadow i have tried. My eyes dont burn at all when wearing and the colors really complement my eyes, and are pretty easy to apply like normal makeup and stay on pretty much all day.

The only con is that the colors are close together so they can easily contaminate other colros, which is a huge problem for me, but will still buy again when i ened to because they are the only cute brand that dont make my eyes feel like they are watering up and burning all day.

Also the packaging is too cute not to love. Price is a bit high but worth it considering how long it has lasted for me.

So this is an “averaged” rating because the gold shimmer strip is a 5 star mini palette, the silver is over 5 stars and the nude (pictured) is maybe wrth three. The gold and silver are very pigmented and while some of the silver shades have more fallout than in the other palettes the interesting coloirs make up for it by far.

The pigments are strong in the gold and silver and are fairly easy to blend. The “nude shimmer strip” looks beautiful but the pigment isn’t there, especially if you’re paying the full retail price. They aren’t crazy expensive but over $14 for a mini drug store palette is at the high end of that spectrum.

*PRO TIP- I recommend buying one of the holiday versions of: because you’ll get a full size shadow palette, three full eye liners and two full size lip glosses for the price of the palette alone. Plus, if you have a CVS near you they offer deal and money back with purchase often!.

This is great for beginners! I used this when I first started experimenting with make up! The shades are perfect for everyday wear. I love how it has the shades labeled on where to put it because it helps give you an idea on how to use other palettes.

is a revelation!!! For all those women out there who never had anyone teach them about make up and who hate watching those makeup tutorials just to do your eyeshadow well this product can fix everything! I use this product not just in the Smokey eye shade but in purple, green, and nude!!! They lay it out and clearly label EXACTLY how and where to use the colors on your eyelids and they make me feel finally put together on the daily.

I have never had any luck with Almay products and now I remember why. I bought this palette on a trip, I just wanted a cute Smokey eye and something fast. This palette is awful!!! I don’t think I have ever seen an eyeshadow palette so streaky in my life! The fallout was insane( I don’t mind some fall out but this was horrendous!!!) I will never reach for another Almay product in my life.

I am officially scarred.

I got this a long time ago, and when I recently went through all my make up to move it to a case because, let’s be real. who the hell has all that bathroom counter space for all this? Anyway, while sorting my make up I found this very old, very expired palette.

I tossed it out for obvious reasons, but it reminded me of how much I didn’t care for it in the first place. This was one of those palettes that there are different colors based on your eye color that you’re supposed to use.

I chose mine based on that (blue/green hazel) and applying it was a night are. It was so light that it took layer, after layer, after layer, after application, after application just to get any actual color out of it.

I never used it again after that first use and tossed it in the back of my bathroom drawer, only to be thrown away 5 years later while cleaning out old makeup. Don’t recommend, don’t waste your money.

This is the Huda beauty neon obsessions palette in the neon pink variety. I actually really like this one, retailed for $29 and It does stain eyelids. This palette does have the warning not to use around the eyes, which is crazy since it is an eyeshadow palette.

Nice mix of warmer and cooler pinks, mattes were surprisingly easy to work with. I found that all the shades were pigmented, easy to blend, and long lasting. The shadows do stain the skin, they stopped selling it because of this.

The shadows got firmer with use, had to use a heavier hand to pull up color.

It blends out beautifully and layers with other shadows with ease. This one doesn’t stain my eyes like other pink shadows. It lasts on the eyes for a while before starting to fade. I highly recommend the Huda obsession palettes.

My favorite of the trio ! I have them all and this one is the best and I’ll tell you why. First off you can achieve looks from the Pink one with this palette and secondly it is the most versatile one.

It’s truly neon and true to pan. It works so well on a wet base or white base( for our if this world pigment) with no gripping and only a little fading that you can correct by adding more colors with a shader brush after you done with blending The colors curated for this palette are very well chosen , you can do a very good gradation of orange , you can achieve a pink look and a purple look.

There’s 3 shimmers that are more like a glitter in a lightly color base , a bit like the glittery super shock shadows from Colourpop. The yellow glitter is my favorite , it has some good color payoff.

You should use a glitter glue , especially on hooded eyes. Love the new plastic packaging as it lets me take this on a trip without worries. Its great quality plastic and the design looks pretty on my vanity.

The mattes do stain but I could get rid of it with washing twice and putting some heavy emollient cream and oil on the stain It’s mostly a pigment so it’s better to pack it on before blending it and add more after you’re done blending I think everyone who loves color should get this palette! Neon is hard to formulate and even thou I have a couple of neons from indie brands they most of the time don’t end up neon and are quite patchy or blend away.

I had absolutely no issues with this palette , I really love it and it was my first Huda product.

I just read in another review that you discontinued the color Leather. Why would you do that? I have very fair skin and use the Leather on my brow bone. I love the quality and smooth application of the Tatto just like everyone else, so I have no idea why you would discontinue any color.

Also, as others have stated here, please add more matte colors. Eye-popping shiny, metallic colors may be in all the magazines, but it doesn’t work for a day time job. This is a great product and would love to see more matte nude colors, especially for my super fair skin.

Thank you for a wonderful eye makeup! I apply this with one of my own makeup brushes or a makeup sponge over eye shadow base, and it goes on like butter!.

My only regular makeup used to just be eyeliner. Sometimes if I’m feeling fancy I’ll put some BB cream on too. I prefer things that are easy to apply and will last on my oily/combination skin and this eyeshadow absolutely does that.

I can apply it with just my finger or a brush, and it’s easy to build and blend even for a complete novice like moi. And by the end of a full day it is gone a little bit from my crease (not something I’m overly concerned about given my hooded eyelids), but everywhere else it still looks as fresh as if I’d just put it on.

As an older person with sensitive eyes I was looking for an eye shadow that I could wear for appropriate occasions and would not leave me regretting its use. I dont wear it daily. I’ve been very happy with this eye shadow.

I was after a cheap and cheerful eyeshadow set in purpley tones and that’s exactly what this is, with the bonus of a couple of nice neutrals. The pink and purple are not heavily pigmented but build nicely and the dark brown tones them down nicely (and also works really well on the lower lash line and on my dark eyebrows).

The taupe is nice but tends to go a little cake and uneven if you’re too heavy handed. Otherwise no complaints, this set is a bargain.

I was provided the Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow palette free for review purposes. This breathtakingly beautiful eyeshadow palette quad is the definition of romantic glam. I felt different in this palette- confident, ethereal and empowered.

That for me is truly the power of great makeup in uplifting your perspective. You can wear this for an everyday eye look or really create drama by adding liner and lashes. This is the epitome of feminine versatility.

The muted pinks highlighted with vibrant shimmer play beautifully against the deeper mauve/brown shades. The shades are neutral in color palette but can be built up or faded to diversify your look. There are two matte shades in this palette on the right and two shimmer shades on the left.

The matte shadows apply beautifully with a full fluffy brush or flat eyeshadow brush. I typically utilize my fingers to apply shimmer shades to really bring out their opulent vibrancy on my eyelids. As with all shimmer shades you need to use a good base and set your makeup or you will have fallout.

I don’t mind with such finely milled product because it is not glitter pieces but a shimmering highlighter effect. I loved that these shadows felt almost saturated in the pan. If you have ever utilized a chalky eyeshadow, where a hardened texture forms over the top, you understand the difference in product ingredients.

The quality is here to backup the price tag. This palette does retail for $53 (after pay/installments are available on brand website). This is a higher end product that I will definitely get full use out of in my collection.

Items like skincare, eyeshadows and foundations are typically items I am willing to invest in for my everyday routine.

The refill and color itself is nice, it’s creamy and has decent lasting power. My issue is regarding the refill format. I bought the refill to go into my existing iconic eye shadow case but found out when I opened it that the cream and powder shadows are different sizes – this isn’t made clear on the website and now my refill does not fit into my existing case.

When I asked to purchase just an iconic case, customer service advised that it wasn’t available separately and that I could buy the Red Edition to get a case as the refill comes separately. However, that’s not a great solution as now I’d have to pay an additional $38 to keep my existing cream refill from drying out as they would not accept a return.

Just a disappointing experience from a brand that is about sustainability since now I have a cream eyeshadow that that will dry out and it’s frankly not fun using it out of its paper refill. Please consider updating the website to show that the cream and powder compacts are different sizes.

In the future, I’ll purchase from KW’s retailers as they have better return policies.

It lays so fine, soft and natural on mature eyes. Angelic is a pretty soft pink, that’s very subtle. Great pigment, but not too strong. Easy application. I love using Kjaer Weis Eyeshadow Brushes with these, but all good brushes are fine.

I use Angelic or Cloud Nine for brightening the eyelid and Charmed for the crease. Good colors for very fair skin. In combination with The I’m-Possible Mascara you get a very natural and soft open eye.

I love how understated the Kjaer Weis product line is. If you like a subtle wash of color with a sheen to brighten up your eyes this does the trick. I love a good one and done and this hits the spot for me.

What I really liked was how the product wore throughout the day. I love the soft finish. If I want to amp up my look I add Wisdom for a bit of definition. The colors compliment each other really well.

So my friend recommended this product to me after asking what eyeshadow she was wearing, I’m obsessed with this! I have quite a few shades, the pigment is really high which I love! I hate buying eyeshadow that you can barely see when it’s on the lids.

They don’t dry my eyelids out either which happens to me with other eyeshadows. These are easy to blend too! Really high quality I recommend to try this! You’ll fall in love!.

Today am going to talk about Kiko Milano affordable range of eyeshadow. They have introduced 22 gorgeous shades in the Smart Colour Eyeshadow collection. It’s first time I have bought from their eyeshadow collection and got 2 different shades of Pinks called Metallic Orchid Violet 16 Metallic Hyacinth 18 Packaging : The eye shadow comes in a modern, practical compact.

Its unique, distinctive packaging features the KK monogram embossed on the see-through lid and black cover base. With only 1. 8 grams to the size it’s small and travel friendly. Verdict : The color did not come out as expected and since Kiko Milano is a very big Italian Beauty brand and I was expecting this product to be very pigmented and blendable.

I wont be buying any more eye shadow from this collection however they have other collections to try.

Well I bought this eyeshadow a while ago with some other colors. the color and blending are super easy. You can blend these eyeshadows with eyeshadows from other brands and they blend really nice. I would definitely buy more colors.

Not tested yet but color is soft and the texture seems ok
