This ball feels very sturdy. I have had several other balls develop leaks over time. This one feels like it will last. One draw back. The surface is very squeaky and has a lot of friction if you are rolling on it.

Very durable, but my arm got tired from inflating it, next time I will get one with a foot inflater. Great for exercise, does not roll out from under you.

I did a lot of research before I bought this weight vest. The reason I chose this one is it’s not too bulky or too hot to wear and it has two adjustment straps. Some have just one. Having two straps lets you adjust the top of the vest below your neck and the bottom of the vest around your chest so that it sits comfortably on your shoulders and on your chest and doesn’t move around very much.

The weight is evenly distributed over the upper half of my body. I’ve had this vest for about a week now and I’ve worn it almost every day underneath my sweatshirt so people can’t tell I’m wearing it.

It should be worn over another shirt so it’s not resting on your skin. One article I read mentioned you should not exceed 5% of your bodyweight in the weight of the vest. I weigh 200 pounds so I selected 8 pounds.

I was wanting to go heavier thinking I could handle it but after getting this with only 8 pounds I realized that it’s an ideal weight because my back doesn’t hurt and I forget I’m wearing it. But whenever I’m going up steep hills or stairs you get a more intense workout from the additional weight even though it’s only 8 pounds.

It’s just perfect for my weight. So my recommendation if you’re thinking of getting one is getting one with two straps and not too heavy. I’m very happy with this product. My daughter and I both take turns wearing it and she also really enjoys it.

For approximately the same price as one months gym membership I can wear this all the time even in my car and I feel like I’m getting a work out. We’re in the middle of this coronavirus and were required to stay in our homes so I wear it around the house but I stll get a workout.

I just bought this item from Amazon. The fat on my stomach was hard but I can feel it loosening up. My pants that were becoming tight are now feeling loose again. The electric pulsating from the trimmer, actually feels good.

I wear my belt with sweat cream. I put some cream on my stomach and onto the 4 nodules in the inside. When I take the belt off after using it for 1hr20min with 3 minute breaks in between. My belt and stomach are covered in sweat!! I also bought some for my arms.

The famidoc waist trimmer works well. The current is more than strong enough to produce good muscle contraction. And you don’t have to worry about replacing gel pads. But you do have to make sure the area where you place it is nice and wet, otherwise you’ll get uncomfortable little stinging shocks! I’ve found it easier just to wet a paper towel real good, place that on my belly, and then put the waist trimmer on top of it.

You also have to strap it on pretty tight so that the contacts don’t accidently separate from the body when you move around. This can also cause stinging sensation. But the unit is good quality, easy to use, and works well if used correctly.

Can also be placed on your sides to work the love handles.

I have used this Ab belt for about 2 weeks. I used the machine for an hour after work each day. Everything is Okay till now. It is very convenient to use and I can do what I want during the time such as walking and watching TV.

Very good quality. Easy to switch from one exercise to another. I bought this because I have back problems and need to exercise and strengthen my back, core, and legs and many of the exercises are similar to what I did in physical therapy.

My problem with PT was that I wasn’t good about doing the exercises at home, I also knew that I would not be good about going to a gym several times a week. I wanted something that I could easily do at home, that would be enjoyable, and easy to use.

I also needed to have a workout routine to follow. Total Gym fit all my criteria. The workout videos are excellent and they instruct you on the proper way to do the exercises. It is easy to switch from one exercise to another, and you can combine strength, stretching and cardio all in one session.

I find it easy and fun to use, and I actually look forward to the workouts. An added plus for me was that when I talked to my neurosurgeon and told him that I bought a Total Gym, he said that was the best exercise equipment and routines for my back issues.

I am 69 yrs old. I have had three hip replacements (OK, I know, but one did not go well and had to be redone), rotator cuff surgery, and two hernias. That pretty much says it all about my physical condition.

Feels sturdy. Its confusing to figure out what extra attachments would work as TG has not bothered to have a simple chart comparing the models and available add ons. If you want the best compatibility, then XLS is the way to go as it is the only one that provides holes at both top and bottom of the glide board.

If this simple fact was mentioned, I could have avoided having to purchase and return 2 other TG models before I settled for this one. There are numerous follow along YouTube videos available from third party and some from TG.

I dont like that their TotalGym TV needs a subscription and its hard to locate the supposedly 7 free DVD workouts that now supposedly only online but I dont see 7 DVDs worth of free content on TotalGym TV website.

I dont want to ding the rating of the product itself. I would have been happy if they included the free DVD workouts as they dont have apps for all platforms. Despite all this, TG XLS itself is a solid piece of machine, its fun to use and you can exercise all body parts with appropriate attachments and/or movement variations.

If I would change one thing, I would make the squat stand larger as I like my knees forward while doing squats and it would make it a bit safer for “hop squats”, but they do have a large squat stand available for purchase separately for a ridiculous high price.

I going to make my own using a piece of plywood and 2 tubes. I TOTALLY recommend TOTAL GYM XLS!.

Assembly is very easy to put together and comes with a manual or guide. And I enjoy using this product everyday. I am trying to get back into exercising and this product is pretty good when it comes to helping you out with different positions you can do by using this product.

I do all my exercises outside early in the morning before I head out to work and this product saves me time and money.

The power press push-up is awesome! Its well made and I really like the workouts. In about 30 minutes a day I can get a variation of pushups in, some cardio, and some abs. Its sweet!

First and foremost I must make it clear that the product itself is very nice and I personally have no issue with it. It’s durable, elastic and working as it is. Having said that I also must point out that elastic band is no comparison with the real weight.

I am no expert on this but I know how much I could do curl with solid metal weight and the number of pounds of this elastic band is way exceed of that number. On top of that, I don’t get the satisfactory feeling of a solid metal weight after a workout.

As I said I am no expert on this subject and having no idea why, but I am pretty sure the effectiveness is no match to solid metal weight in my opinion. Moreover, if I could make any improvement suggestion, I would suggest to have some mechanism to separate each and every band when it is attached to the handles.

I regularly attach 3 to 5 bands to the handle and they all tangled together. If there is a way to untangle this easily, that would be more welcome. Thanks.

These resistance bands are very nice quality and provide a wide array of weights. I appreciate how the attachments allow you to use more than one resistance band at a time for added resistance/weight.

For the price, it comes with a lot of equipment that allows you to use the bands in a variety of different ways. I love that they included an attachment that allows you to attach the bands to a door as well as straps for your hands and even to wrap around your ankles.

Truly a wonderful product and it helped to “spice up” my workouts during quarantine. Absolutely a regret-free purchase.

I was looking for a theraband with different resistance levels for my mom however found this was partial match. Now my mom likes it really good and the store person was really helpful in deciding the band.

Package is in bad shape. Product has multiple notches. It was not packed well.

Perfect product for great price. I’ve seen these for a much higher price and these seem to work just the same. Love the different resistances I can change out. Comes with a little instruction booklet with exercise examples.

The bag it comes in I brought to the gym to keep altogether, and unfortunately the string came out so I can’t use it anymore. Love them!.

There is lest give in these bands which give a harder resistance so I really feel it when I use them. The design and fabric make it seem much stronger and I don’t feel the same fear that it’s going to bust like when I use rubber tubing.

First the good news: it seems well made, and I am able to do the exercises my physical therapist taught me. So it works for me. Now the bad news: (1) It isn’t 75cm in diameter. It is at most 63cm at the inflation I used.

I could probably inflate it a little more and get a few more cm out of it. But (a) it is already at least as hard as I want for my exercises, and (b) I am bombarded by “Do Not Overinflate!” on the instructions, on the separate safety instructions, and on a label on the ball itself next to the inflation hole.

They really REALLY should give you an objective way you could tell maximum inflation. For instance, I have seen similar balls that say to test it with a tape measure and not let it get over X inches in circumference.

If they did that, it would be possible to tell whether it was over-inflated or not. (2) The included “inflator” (a plastic foot pump) is not up to the job. It was taking forever, so I rigged an inflation nozzle to my shop compressor.

That did the trick nicely. (Since I have a compressor — with pressure meters — that’s another way they could have specified overinflation. Keep it below X psi. ).

I’ve owned exercise balls before (stupidly not bringing one with me when I moved) and have done physical therapy twice, so I’m very familiar with them, and know what to expect. The Gold’s Gym “StayBall” gets its name from the fact it has maybe a pound or so of sand inside.

This makes the ball stay in place better than ordinary exercise balls, which is a good thing, since they all have heavy spots, and don’t like to stay in place when put down. This one will. They further claim that this increases “muscle activation” by 50% or something like that, but I doubt that.

No matter. It’s a good, tough ball, and it doesn’t have the annoying habit of wandering off by itself. So far, so good. The downside to the sand — and the way I know it’s sand inside — is because there’s also a certain amount of sand on the outside of the ball, which is uninflated and folded up in a plastic bag inside the box it comes in.

So when you open it up, you have some gritty sand fall out on your table, countertop, floor, or wherever. Not much, but it’s a little messy, annoying, and could potentially scratch your table or wood floor until you clean it up and wipe off the outside of the ball.

Also, if the ball ever were to tear or burst, you’d probably have a sandy mess to clean up. The other negative is the pump that’s included. It is a horribly designed little hand pump that, had it not broken after about two minutes of use, would have taken *forever* to inflate this large ball.

If the pump hadn’t broken, I suppose I could have gotten pectoral muscles like The Incredible Hulk just using it one time to inflate the ball. but luckily, I own an air compressor, which made short work of things.

But count on needing your own inflator, because the one included is junk. Nonetheless, this is a very good value, and IMO a very good exercise ball. The price for the ball alone is very good, and I like the sand inside because the ball stays put.

It appears to be a very thick, tough ball. Also it shows no sign of losing air after 2-3 weeks. Just know what you’re getting if you buy this product.

Honestly, I didn’t see any immediate visible changes nor did I expect to since this is a “workout. ” I did find that the Face Ball was easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow. While the Face Ball itself has a nice texture and is easy to maneuver around the face to complete the recommended exercises, I did find it a little on the larger side for my hands/face and probably could have used a slightly smaller size.

Also, I didn’t notice a difference in the absorption of products such as heavier creams or serums either but it’s hard to say after a few uses because essentially this is a facial workout and it’s hard to expect immediate results from any workout in general.

Overall, it’s a really interesting product/concept and I don’t really expect any visible results for a while so I will continue to use the FaceGym Face Ball and hope for any results. I would recommend this product for someone looking to try something new or wanting to add something fun to their skincare routine.
