20 Best Essential Oil Diffuser For Car (2023 Updated)

This product is really great, I chose this product for two reasons it was small and convenient for travel usage, while also super affordable for my first time experimenting using essential oils. My main motivation for getting a aroma diffuser was to use during my pregnancy when I go into labor but it really helps with sleeping and making the air smell good around me.

A question I had before buying was if it was battery operated and wire based but I could not find an answer so I learned for myself and maybe can answer it for someone else. It is NOT battery operated, it Only comes with a USB cord, you Need to have your own wall charger that the cord can be plugged into to use it, so either buy one with your order or if you already have one from a cell phone or other device your good to go and do not have to worry.

Another thing is to make sure you clean it properly or the air diffuser might not work as good as the last use, which happened to me at first, I thought it broke but I read the directions and it gives you a white cleaning brush to use for the transducer, read the directions and the product will work fine.

As I mentioned earlier, I use it for sleeping using the Lavender oil and another benefit which I really enjoy is the multiple color night lighting it has when turned on. Lastly, its energy efficient, it turns off automatically when the oil and water run out so you never need to worry about leaving it on for to long.

I recommend this product for beginners, pregnant ladies, someone who travels frequently and wants aroma therapy on the go, it plugs right into your cars USB plug.

I love using an aroma diffuser at home and always wanted to have one in my car. After using the PureSpa Go Home & Auto Aroma Diffuser I am hooked! This compact unit is the perfect size to fit into a cup holder.

It comes with a USB plug that allows you to plug it directly into the car. After plugging mine in, it has what appears to be led lights built into it. The lights slowly cycle through the colors of the rainbow and are not to bright to distract you while you drive.

The diffuser holds a good amount of water and has a max fill line inside so you don’t over do it. The lid cover fits perfectly on the top and is easy to take off to refill but, designed well enough not to pop off while driving.

When the unit is running it puts out an amazing amount of mist that is immediately noticeable. I liked this diffuser so much I unplugged it when I got to work and took it inside with me. The included wire allowed me to plug it into a USB port in my office and it worked perfectly.

I also noticed that the diffuser continued to produce mist for about 3. 5 hours before I had to refill it. Which by the way was easy, just lift of the lid, pour in your water and add a couple drops of your favorite oil.

Now I have a small portable diffuser that I can take with me anywhere I have a USB plug. I have tell you, this is perfect for anyone who loves a diffuser. If your thinking about picking one up for the car, you need to get this one.

With it being portable you’ll find so many more uses for it.

We’ve been travelling a bit and we always carry our essential oils. I’ve bought many diffusers they are usually too bulky for me to carry everywhere. I bought the Pure Enrichment PureSpa Go for my Car and I’ve been using it on my Office desk and might have to buy an additional one for my car and for travel.

It seems sturdy and compact and emits more vapor than some other models that are larger.

This has been a great addition for me at my work desk. Anytime during the day I can flick the switch to enjoy some Rock Mountain Oil I am using at the time. Being in the healthcare business we see people who are ill and like to keep our immune system strengthened therefore I used Immune Strength as well as Purify.

We also have a larger diffuser in the front office using the same oils. I have given it as gifts as well.

Very nice gadget for a few uses only until it breaks. Mine got clogged after a few uses and I couldn’t get it to work again. The charging port is located in a very odd position, at the bottom of the unit, which won’t let you use it while is being charged.

The battery doesn’t last long. The on-off switch is sort of cumbersome to use.

I just got my car back from the body shop along with a pervasive chemical smell, like nail polish remover. By chance, I had also recently gotten the diffuser jar, so I put it to good use! Some citrus burst and pine oils in there and viola! It didn’t just add a good smell, but banished the bad as well.

The only downside is the need to tip it on a regular basis, but once it becomes habit, it also helps you regulate how much scent you want to release.

Cutest car diffuser ever. I put Lava essential oil in it and the vehicle smells heavenly. They give some instructions. Follow them. When it says ‘quickly’ tip bottle upside down to allow the oil to saturate the wood, they mean it.

Only 1 second is enough. Also love the Simply Earth cork so I am always reminded of this great company. They gave a coupon to get this free when I bought an oil. I recommend trying the Lava! Thanks Simply Earth!.

The Tree of Life diffuser is lovely and is an attractive piece on my dashboard. The oil, however, even after immediate placement give off no aroma. If you are looking for a natural oil smell it just doesn’t seem to work with the oil sent to me.

The diffuser is lovely but truly serves no purpose. This is just my honest opinion.

I purchased 4 and then another 6 because I have given them as gifts and people just love them. You can use them in the car or on a fan to diffuse your favorite essential oil. They are so pretty and easy to use.

Great Product but a little tricky to use after initial setup. As you will read in the reviews, alot of people will say that after powering on, for 3 seconds, it will spray and turns off. This is True because the same thing happened to me lol.

However I found the solution to my problem after reading through the comments section. This mode where it sprays for 3 seconds & powers off is called intermittent mode and VERY TRICKY to get product out of this mode.

The trick is when you first plug in the USB cord to the machine, when you hear the beep. Press the Power button three times rapidly & this should make the product work as described. Only issue I have is that I developed a small hairline crack out of no-where but product still works fine.

I use with essential oils & water to keep my car & room smelling fresh. I will buy another one.

I love this product, I use it not only in my car but is great in the home as well! The design is great and durable. The one thing I don’t like is even though it came with instructions on how to change the settings it does not seem to follow that, no matter how many times I push the power button it will not turn off unless I unplug it or the timer turns it off.

This has definitely been one of the best products I have bought though, defiantly recommend it!.

Very convenient for my car or office. The amount of must that comes out is great and it lasts a decent amount of time considering the size. It requires cotton filters and comes with one extra, but no idea how often you change them and where to buy extras from.

The scent isn’t as strong as I thought it would be, but overall I like it.

I previously bought another diffuser and started looking for one that I can use in my car. This fits the bill! I will say, it is a bit loud. I didn’t notice it until I was speaking to someone via BT in my car and they asked me what the noise was.

Very minor to me though. I am a little worried about finding the disks for this, but great little product for your car!.

I received this as a gift and I LOVE it! It gives such a subtle scent, you almost don’t notice it. Then you catch the fragrance and take a deep breathe! So relaxing!! Much better than the hanging paperpr vent clips! It’s so quiet too!.

Love this little car diffuser! This is the second one I owned of Pure Enrichment’s. It puts out great fragrance with the spinning fan. The only problem I have is that you don’t have replacement filters for it.

Aromatherapy Essential Oil

Yes to the quality of the wood, the artful carving, I love flowers and Flower Power all around me. BIG yes to the ingenious magnet fastener. That’s a total winner. No to the idea of this being an air “freshener.

” I am using Young Living Patchouli and it is one of the best patchouli oils I’ve ever had. I’ve been using it for years and I have been wearing Patchouli as a fragrance since 1979. I even let my wooden flower soak in a little shallow dish (about 8-10 drops of oil in the center) to saturate the wood overnight after 3 unsuccessful tries in my car to notice any difference.

But I love the way it looks. It makes me happy. And it stays.

I was very excited about this product as I am trying to get away from artificial scents, but I regret buying it. To start, it doesn’t absorb the oils quickly. Then, once the oils have finally absorbed enough to put it back on the magnet, there’s no scent.

I’m not sure if the catch is that you have to use their product, if so this should be specified, but the only time I even faintly smell anything is when a window is open. I only gave 3 stars because it’s pretty.

Beautiful design. Love the organic feel of wood. This is easily the most user-friendly and aesthetically-pleasing car diffuser I’ve come across. This plum blossom is a lot bigger than I expected which is a good thing.

My favorite Lampe Berger fragrance is Ocean Breeze so I definitely wanted to try this product. I actually put the fragrance capsule in a crystal bowl among potpourri that is no longer scented, and it has lightly fragranced my main living area.

The fragrance travels around as the air moves in the room. It’s always a nice surprise to catch that scent from time to time!.

Paris Chic is one of my favorite fragrances for my Lampe, so I tried the same for my car. This smells just as good—not too floral or too strong—very elegant. Several people who’ve ridden in my car have immediately said how amazing my car smells.

love this fragrance. It’s a complex floral, sophisticated but not overly sweet. So excited to pop into my car. Absolutely loved getting into the car…….for about 10 days. Then it was gone.

The only air freshener I can tolerate. The scent isn’t over whelming and lasts longer than 3 months if you do not twist it open. I remove foil and do not turn dial at all. Works great.

I really wanted to love this, given I spent nearly £100 on it but I can’t say it’s worth the money. I really loved the Baies candle and so was so excited to see that there was an option to have it in my car – making my commute to work a little bit more glamorous seemed like a great idea.

After purchasing it and putting it in my car I did get a lot of scent pay off but it lasted maybe 3 weeks before it quickly faded off. I’ve since opened it up and bought scented beads off Etsy at a much cheaper price to use instead to save myself money.

If you’ve got the disposable income I dream of and can afford a new insert a month then go for it but otherwise I’d stick with a cheaper alternative.

The shell and the inner core are purchased separately. The shell style is upgraded and more beautiful than the old one, but the price is too expensive and the quality does not match the price. If you are a looker, you can buy it! If GIVEN another chance, I will not buy this product, because the fragrance is not good and does not last long.

I don’t think a replacement lasts more than a month, and the smell is gone, and it’s in a car, in such a small space.

This diffuser makes the car smell delicious whichever fragrance you choose – this time I went for 34 Boulevard Saint German, which is such an elegant scent. The downsides – it’s very short-lived. And the case (I have the older version) is prone to coming apart with the slightest touch.

But it smells so lovely that I can overlook those (though I do wish the refill lasted a little longer!).

I use this product inside my car and the smell last for a long time. I get lots of compliments about how good it my car smells all the time.

My (very) old car already wasn’t smelling its finest when the last window motor died. Years of smoking in it had ruined it already. That window’s last act of defiance was to die cracked open. Now, given all of the years of being rained in in addition to all of the stale smoke, it’s a whole lot worse, especially in the summer.

I got this diffuser in the hope of taming down the stench at least a little and this one does the trick! It’s looks great, does its job well. What more could I ask for? Granted, I do need to have the vents on for the scent to come through, but I have some kind of air flow going through there constantly, anyway.

I’m assuming a lot of that has to do with the blend I chose to use first. However, I put those drops on about a month ago, and it still smells great! I’m now researching blends that are more potent so that it has a chance even with the vents off.

This diffuser is perfect for the car. I love the look! Only one minor flaw. The clip is a little too long for my car vents. It doesn’t push all the way in because my vents won’t let it. Other than that, this is exactly what I needed in my vehicle.

I’m so disappointed. Read reviews that some customers experienced the same thing – no smell. But I thought that perhaps, their cars are big. Mine is a hatchback Volkswagon GTI. I really wanted this product to work.

The casing is of such good quality, look is sleek, magnet is strong, easy to pour EO as compared to the Diffuse on the Move. Everything is good except for its intended purposes. I wonder if PT tested this product with real cars and real people.

So sad I have to throw this away. By the way, I patiently poured EO onto the refill stick till it was flooded and overflowed. And I’m someone who’s sensitive to smell.
