I was surprised at how solid and durable the parts were. Desk is sturdy and functional. It looks nice and is very sleek. It doesn’t make my office look cluttered. Would definitely recommend this. The instructions were a bit weird like most prefab stuff but combined with the youtube links they provide it was easy to assemble.

Said links are all split up by section. It’s not one long assembly video. Again, a bit weird but shouldn’t deter from buying it.

I was looking for a standing desk and came upon the crank desk and thought this would be better to an electronic one. It was fairly easy to put together I was able to do it myself with the tools provided.

I did come back with my power screwdriver at the end and tightened up all the screws. this desk also has a spot to store all your cords and two hooks to hang things from which I was not expecting. Good purchase so far.

The desk came with printed instructions. Ignore those! Come back to the listing and download the instructions here which also include YouTube references. The desk itself is solid and seems great. I only just received it and assembled it yesterday so I can’t speak to longevity but overall I’m happy with this purchase.

I had high expectations for this as it was a gift for my wife’s at-home office. She loved the idea, but when assembled, felt it was wobbly when positioned in certain ways. Loves its overall, but has to watch how she uses it.

Adjusts up and down via hydraulic system – easy to do. Top looks better than expected for the price. Metal legs look nice. Very happy; would buy again.

I needed a height adjustable table for our video production room. It is used as a lectern for speakers who may be over 6 foot tall or barely 5 foot. It also acts as a prop table for product being demonstrated.

This was easy to put together and easy to raise and lower. The white top does not distract from the speaker or from the props. We will be putting this into use in a few weeks and hope it functions as expected.

It may earn the fifth star once we see it on the videos.

Ill start with the negatives of this desk:The edges of the work surface are fairly sharp. Theres no radius to them or anything. The large mat privided with the desk keeps your wrist and arms from being on the sharp edge of the desk, but this could have been beveled.

The weird controller stand/usb hub thing is hokey at best. I tried using it as a hub off of my motherboard but it wont connect any devices or charge them through the stand. I dont know if the stand is defective or if they intend for you to plug it into the wall as a charging dock only.

Theres nothing in any of the instructions about it and it comes with a usb plug in. Either way, it just seems like it would take up space. The box looked like it was used as a door mat at some point.

It specifically says do not step on on the box, but it had 2 different shoe prints on it. Dont know if fedex did that or the manufacturer, but either way i was surprised that nothing was damaged. The pros:The instructions are good and assembly was simple.

Maybe took 15 minutes from unboxing to upright and ready to go. They provide the allen wrench hex key with a ball end and a magnetized philips screw driver for you. The hardware is mostly separated and easy to identify.

The mat for the top surface is much nicer than I expected. I had planned on using my Steel Series mat from my previous desk but opted to just use the one provided as it feels very similar. The packaging was pretty good, and the fact that it arrived undamaged after being used as a door mat is a testament to that.

There is a lot of styrofoam in the box and it is packaged pretty tightly with little room for wiggle with all the parts in the box. The corners of the desk top surface also have some plastic caps on them to protect them in shipping which is a nice forethought.

Im able to fit my dual 27 monitor set up, speakers, a small lamp, keyboard and mouse, and flight stick and throttle on the desk with plenty of room to spare. Overall I would highly recommend thi.

Im pleased with this desk. The construction is very good but not perfect. If youre looking for the sturdiest, longest lasting desk and weight and cost are not a factor, avoid MDF entirely and go for a single piece solid wood desktop.

If you dont need a desk deeper than 24 you can also find better deals. I personally valued the dimensions and mouse pad enough to spend the small premium on this product. The instructions are not great, just pictures, with a couple spots that are not quite clear enough.

It is well packaged. It includes a good quality screwdriver and a crappy 4mm allen wrench – I used my own allen wrench and didnt bother even trying the included one. It included at least one extra of each screw type.

I can confidently say that the reviewers complaining about stability have either got defective parts or, more likely, assembled it wrong. So here are some assembly notes:While assembling any product but especially important for MDF:- Never tighten fasteners as tight as possible, you will crush the MDF.

– Tighten each fastener a little bit at a time. I estimate that for each bolt I returned to it four times – initially just tight enough to barely clamp the parts together, then after all bolts are installed I tightened each a turn or two, then repeated each bolt fraction of a turn at a time.

This approach lets you ensure parts are aligned and prevents crushing the MDF on one side. – Correct tightness is hard to convey through text but if youre new to assembly, you can try this rule of thumb for the bolts in step 1, 2 and 3, and use a similar tightness for subsequent steps: Stop when you hear the first bit of crunching noise from the MDF.

You can then tighten it a quarter turn more but no further. Notes on specific installation instruction steps:- Step 1: The diagram is not clear here. Youre screwing two brackets to hold the two halves together.

I suggest the ridges face away from the surface, I think if the ridges are touching the surface it will causer som.

The product arrived on time and I was excited to set it up. Overall it took me about 2 hours to complete the entire setup and align on my cables with some organisers I had ordered to get a clean look.

It is a one man job although two people might be needed for final assembly and setting up as it’s quite a big table. All tools are included and the instructions are pretty clear. However, I would have liked it if the bags they came in were either numbered or had alphabets to easily recognize the parts as well.

The quality is quite good. The table top is manufactured wood but seems to be of good quality and has a nice design to it. The included mouse mat which covers the entire table gives it a very clean look and one does not have to worry about scratches smudges fingerprints on the surface.

The legs are quite sturdy however some of the plastic included could have been of higher quality. Cable management seems to have been an afterthought but it still provides some respite when compared to others where it is non existent.

I would have liked some cable ties or sleeves included which would have prompted me to give this awesome table a 5 stars. All in all it is well worth the money and serves my purpose very well. Due to the cable management and quality of plastic parts, I am going to give this a 4 stars.

Another reviewer had a problem where only one half of the desk rose and the other didn’t. I had the same problem when I was putting the desk together. The problem is that the metal bar that attaches to the motor doesn’t insert far enough.

I had to just discard tip piece that is supposed to screw on to the end. That is why it gets 4 stars. I had to tinker with it myself to make it work properly and it shouldn’t be designed that way. If your a handy person who can take a good look at something mechanical and figure out why it isn’t working as intended, this desk is a good deal.

Other than that one issue it is very solid, has a good amount of space, and nothing about it feels cheap or flimsy. It has been working beautifully for me. The desk is so good, despite the design flaw I’m almost tempted to give it 5 stars, that’s how much I like this desk so far.

I’ve seen other similar desks go for the 700 to 1 grand price range. Just needing to put in some extra work during set up was well worth the money I saved.

Its kinda like buying the nicest of low end furniture thats still expensive…. The pictures made the desk i got nicer that it really was. There was a very ugly design flow that they didn’t show in the pictures.

Theres a sizable gap between the standing desk and normal desk. They are two separate parts and one moves, so i get they wont be perfectly flush, but the gap in between is like two inches and just looks like a really lazy design.

All the edges are really sharp too. Not just the corners, but all the edges. If you sit for any length of time at this desk, your forearms are gonna get sore. The desk i got didn’t come with the hutch.

I got the desk though. I wish i just spent a little more money and got a way better product. I was planning on buying a side table, dinner table and a little corner liquor cabinet from this site but have decided to go elsewhere now.

I had read the reviews regarding the length of time to assemble so I knew what I was up against. It did take several hours. I am so happy with the finished product. The sit to stand side is exactly what I hope for.

Been using the desk for a week and wanted to give immediate honest feedback. Pros: easy to assembly, easy to move around once assembled, electric leverage system works great with several saved heights for ease, desk-top drawers are nice and tidy.

Cons: The desk is not build study and I’ve found that typing when standing rocks it, causing the monitors to shake; there is no wire pass-through hole in the top so I had to drill one myself to match the lower hole; the hanging clips on either side will fall out of their grooves almost immediately.

Don’t hang anything on them weighing more than a few ounces.

I was very impressed with the quality of this desk. Assembly instructions were easy to follow, though I recommend using your own electronic screwdriver or even a larger one than the little screwdriver that is provided.

Took me around an hour to assemble, not too bad. Functions perfectly and I was so pleased to see that you can save the height settings. The height range is impressive and height can be displayed in inches or centimeters.

The desk is exactly as descripted on the website. The assemble was easy since with my handy screwdriver (there were several holes were not pre-prepared as they shall be). And the electric lift/lower function works smoothly.

Setting 3 favorite heights are nice and easy. After working from home for almost 2 years, I realized I shall purchase this adjustable desk much earlier.

We loved the desk. It took some two to three hours for me and my son to put it together. We immediately visit a local home improvement store and purchased additional items. We have drilled one more grommet hole for the cable management in the corner of the L-shaped desk.

We have installed two shop-style electrical power bars, We have used a wider piece of wood for the keyboard drawer as the one provided was not wide enough to hold a professional keyboard and a mouse.

We did use the original keyboard drawer piece as a pedestal for a desktop computer by adding four omnidirectional wheels. We installed a series of hooks under the desk to allow for ties for cable management.

During the work, while creating the additional grommet hole we were able to verify that the desktop boards are made from a very good quality, durable engineered wood, and that the wood impression on the top is thick and also very durable.

All the screws and holes were aligned well (except for the wider keyboard drawer, of course. ) We also think that the price is very reasonable. Should the desk be cheaper it would have been flimsy. Should the desk be more expensive, we would hesitate to modify it, and hence since the original design was not exactly what we needed we would not have bought it.

Overall I’m happy with the desk. One flaw — the keyboard and mouse do not fit on the keyboard tray. Getting used to the mouse on the top of the desk is not a game changer. As the desk can be assembled in one of two ways — drawers on left, keyboard on right or drawers on right, keyboard on left the directions were virtually non existent.

The parts were not all labeled. The colored sections were but the black components were not. The screw packages were all not labeled as well. Fortunately my husband is a former shop teacher and works well with tools so we muddled through the maze of parts and screws and assembled it.

The machine holes did align with the hardware. Our office chair is too big and we have to be careful not to bang into the drawer pulls. We did not install the cabinet door to have easy access to our computer tower.

We installed the shelf above the tower which gave the cabinet a more finished look. We purchased the two drawer horizontal file cabinet but directions were poor. Assembled the desk and cabinet looks nice and surprisingly sturdy.

I was on the fence, was it going to be an L-shaped, or executive desk. Extremely I selected the L-Shaped. I do suggest if you’re going to assemble this on your own that you take your time. We purchased not only the desk, but the lateral file cabinet as well.

I took my time, and everything lined up correctly. Looks great, solid craftsmanship, very satisfied with my purchase.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of this desk! It was shipped very quickly, and was delivered on the expected delivery date. The box is very heavy, but it helped to open it ,and take the desk pieces in to my office to be assembled.

Assembly was pretty simple. I was able to do most of it myself with the exception of flipping the legs to the upright position that my husband helped me with. Everything is in working order, and I love the space that I have on my desk now.

I was able to fit two 27in monitors, a office telephone,and several other small items that I use daily. The motor is quiet, and the desk is sturdy without any shaking when moving it up or down. Pretty impressed!!.

So far so good. Although the table top comes in 4 pieces to assemble, it is still sturdy enough. The height is great, the motor works fine. Good memory preset heights also. The assembly took 30 – 40 mins, although I suggest to get a proper allen key with a grip, as the one provided with this is still good, but tough on the hands, takes a bit of strength to tighten everything well.

Overall I would recommend this, as it is a great value for the price, in comparison to other standing tables which are upwards of £500. Hope this review helps.

Brought two of these, one pink and one black version. Surprisingly two very different quality standards, as if made in different factories. One very well packaged which assembled perfectly and is very sturdy.

The other packaged poorly with cosmetic damage and poor alignment of parts making for a less sturdy desk. Ultimately still happy with both desks for the price paid. Kids love them and in my opinion suitable for them.

But if I was buying for myself I would look for larger/better quality desk, as not big enough for dual screens and desk is light so moves too easily. Suited for less enthusiastic gaming.

I brought this desk to use for my dj equipment with speakers. I love it and the mousepad keeps my equipment safe and also keeps the table from getting scratched up. I don’t care that it came in two parts or there is two bars holding it together.

It works for what I need and that’s all that matters to me. For the price the other desk(s) cost I brought this one I’m satisfied and hopefully if you purchase it will be too.

This is a very solid and substantial laptop table it’s a very good size and can accommodate your computer tablets and other desk accessories. The only thing I would change is being able to move the stand lower by a few inches.

The lowest point that the stand can be moved to its approximately 30 and a half inches. So, if you AR sitting you want to make sure that the stand height matches your chair height. However, I will say it’s a well-made and well-built stand/ table.

For the price this desk is amazing. Had researched other desk some of them three times this price. Most of them were two times this price. And I am very pleased I got this one. The setup was amazingly simple.

Item was packaged great. and once assembled this thing is Rock solid no shake at all.

Really good quality, good price I felt too. Really easy to assemble, VERY easy to clean. Also accidentally kneed it from underneath the other day, really hard, the desk tanked the hit like a champ, Ive done that before with old desks that have completely fallen to pieces.

Assembly is moderate difficulty but you may find it difficult for the first frames assembly. It’s very difficult to fit into each other. I had to use my weight plate (45lbs) to smack the frames. The desk looks nice once you assemble it.

It could have been better if the wood part is bigger. The only thing that I don’t like about the desk is that there is a gap between the black panels in the middle. I’m not sure if you can somehow make this gap smaller, but I couldn’t.

I will just bear it with the gap.

Solid table and structure. Good value. Only problem putting together was the first part fitting the metal slides together. You had to force them (with a mallet) more than I was comfortable doing, but eventually had no choice.

Easy to put together. No other tools need. Friendly advice-Don’t screw all the screws tight until all parts are completely put together. Very sturdy. Well worth the money spent.

The desk arrived well packaged all intact. Shipping company did a good job unloading and bringing it to the front door. I was surprised however to find the top board of the desk had a 5″ scratch, and a couple of smaller 2-3″ ones.

Not deep, but noticeable. Surprising since the box was mint condition. I’m thinking either a machine issue, or during the package process. I was able to fill them, and buff them out a bit, and thankfully my monitor sits over top of the larger of the 3, so not a big deal.

The quality otherwise is excellent, with no missing parts. The weight of the desk is significant, when built, and very stable. Pleased overall.

Several pieces of my furniture arrived damaged and parts were missing. Had to wait months to get replacement parts. in addition now I have to spend more money to get someone to reassemble the furniture as well as be inconvenienced while I have to move everything and be off my office furniture for a couple of days (it’s not easily assembled).

This will end up being much more expensive than just the original cost of the furniture. Highly disappointed. Won’t buy there again.

Product is very robust and well built. Finishing and workmanship is excellent. Some design aspects could have been better; for example: with the keyboard tray pushed in, one should have enough space to comfortably insert hand and operate the mouse.

I have been looking for a white desk with storage for the longest time and this is the only one that I could find. I’m very happy with the overall look of the desk. The assembling of the desk was very hard.

I asked my dad and fiancé to assemble it and they are both engineers. They felt the instructions weren’t clear and messy. It took over a day to assemble the desk all together as there was a lot of guessing.

The edges of some pieces were chipped or missing some paint. The black pieces I was able to correct with a marker but the white pieces there’s nothing I can do. I’m assuming the pieces were already like this as there was no damage on the box when I received it.

The finish is very good but the instructions are heavily misleading !!! A lot of unclarities and misleading steps which forces to desassemble and re-assemble correctly. Also, one of the hardware was completely missing, so had to wait two weeks to receive, the whole entry hall was a message cuz all the parts were unpacked.

Anyway. Not convenient for the assembling part, quality is also not really there. 3 stars though cuz of the nice finish design.

We love this L-Shaped desk so much we bought 3 and I’m scratching the web to find one more!! It is sturdy and very well designed. The fact that I can work standing on 100% of the surface is a live saver.

Even though the bookcases are a bit flimsy it’s not a real issue for us as we work mostly online and they are used to store things we don’t use everyday. Putting it together is not a one man job, so grab yourself a handy friend and take your time.

My V2 Uplift desk is one of those times. I was unsure if a standing desk would help me deal with my recently developed sciatica but I was willing to give it a try after hearing from colleagues who have various standing desks.

The entire process from finding the desk that would suite my needs (and budget) to the delivery to the setup was extremely smooth and easy to do. I was a little concerned at first since it came in 6+ boxes and bending / lifting were very painful for me.

However my wife and I had no issues getting them into my home office. The video that showed one being set up in under 10 minutes was encouraging but I had no illusions I could do it anywhere near that quickly.

It took about 2 hours to unbox it all, verify all the parts were here and to fully assemble my desk with all of the extras. A big chunk of that time were frequent breaks to deal with my sciatica. If you do not have it or you do not order a ton of extras then you will likely take less than half that to assemble a fully loaded desk.

Both my wife and I were extremely pleased with the quality of all the materials and how easy the assembly really was to do. Everything is extremely sturdy without you needing a forklift to move it. The assembly process is very easy to do solo.

I definitely recommend a second set of hands for some of the tasks like turning it over or lifting the desktop onto a good working surface where you don’t have to bend over. There were a lot of little touches that helped the V2 earn its 5 star rating.

Items such as the small handle to use with the hex wrench so I could easily tighten the bolts fully without killing my hands. Or the individual packaging of the assorted bolts and screws in very clearly labeled packets.

I am 6′ 6″ so my desk needs to be fairly high for me to use while standing. The V2 desk alone would reach where I needed it to be. I added the heavy duty casters since my desk was going to partially block access to a bookcase and I would need to occasionally pivot it out of the way.

That added plenty of extra height without making the desk too high when in the lowered position. The casters let me pivot the desk when either raised or lowered with little effort. When I lock them, the desk does not move around.

Adjusting the height is extremely easy. Just a tap of the control and it moves a little. After setting the raised height for me I just double tap the control and stand back. The desk moves very smoothly to where I need it.

There is very little sound when the desk moves up or down. There were a couple things that I found which slightly marred my overall impressions/experience. The cable tray feels a little flimsy. It is essentially a sheet of heat formed acrylic and not sheet metal like everything else.

However that is only a minor ding in my book since it is out of the way and not something I will interact with much now that the desk is assembled. The other negative are the cable holders for my monitor arm.

Neither I nor my wife could get them to go into the holes on the arms without breaking off. While a little frustrating, I simply replaced them with the adhesive cable holders I had left and problem solved.

Now that I have had time to adjust to using a standing desk I have to ask why these are not standard issue for all home (or work) offices! There are a ton of options to choose from and the desk is super easy to use desk, extremely sturdy (even when raised) and looks great.

I waited a while to post a review because I wanted to get all the accessories installed and work with the desk for a couple of weeks before settling on a final opinion. I have to say that Uplift exceeded my expectations for the entire experience of ordering, receiving, unpacking, assembling, and installing my desk.

I ordered a custom hardwood (walnut) top for my left-hand relief L-shaped desk with big ultra-thin keyboard tray and quick adjust mount, CPU tower holder, two power receptacle grommets and the crestview dual monitor arm.

Immediately after ordering, I was contacted by David Martinez in customer service with a note that my custom order was going to take longer to fulfill and was I okay with that or did I want to change the order.

I worked with David for a period of about a week and ultimately decided to let it ride and wait for the higher quality real wood top. He provided really excellent and responsive customer service and made me feel like I made the right decision with my choice of company for this desk.

After receiving a lot of boxes, I put it off for about a week and then finally broke into the pile on a weekend. It took quite a bit of time to assemble everything – I’d estimate a total of about 8 hours total over a couple of days, but I was going very slow and reading the directions very carefully – even then, I made two mistakes and had to undo something before moving on.

The instructions are VERY well done – just read carefully and follow exactly. I found one or two places that the directions could be improved but nothing significant. I did what the instructions said and counted every component and fastener to check the inventory before starting assembly (I’ve been burned before) and I did find that one of the control cables was not in the package.

Customer service to the rescue – David had the issue taken care of and arranged for the parts to be shipped immediately – they haven’t arrived yet, but I found that I was still able to complete the setup because the control box is close enough to the corner leg that the short cable worked to connect it for now.

The fit of the parts, pre-drilled mounting holes in the desktop, quality of the fasteners, and overall design of the components is extremely high quality with robust, heavy gauge materials and exact machine design so everything fits together just right as the directions show.

I was very impressed with the construction. I’ve been using the desk now for a couple of weeks raising and lowering a few times a day to walk on my treadmill, stand and work, etc. and it is incredibly smooth and quiet to operate.

I love the one touch presets I can program into the advanced comfort keypad. Summary: this is a very high-quality desk made with robust materials and construction and the design details are very well thought out and executed.

I am impressed with the entire experience and the look and quality of the product. I will definitely recommend this company to friends, family and co-workers.

I’ve worked at home for about 20 years now, and developed back problems that make it excruciatingly painful to sit for long stretches of time. I used to get up and walk around with my wireless headset during conference calls and virtual meetings, but now that video meetings have become the norm it’s been brutal on my back and leg from the lower disc issue.

I decided to get rid of my old desk and invest in a standup desk. Since I have 3 large monitors and lots of equipment on my desk, a simple raisable platform that sits on an existing desk wasn’t going to work so I started looking for a full standup desk.

I ended up getting the UpLift Desk after a lot of research on features and I’m wicked happy with my decision! Here’s why: 1) Getting an electric lift is so much easier than a crank lift when you’ve got nearly 100lbs of gear on your desk surface! 2) I really liked being able to order everything mated and color coordinated.

a. The punch-out options as cable pass throughs, pen wells, or outlets is really nice b. The monitor stands are excellent! Make sure you get the ones designed for the weight of your monitor though, I almost got the cheapest one which would have accommodated my 32″ monitors c.

Get the upgraded control panel. I love how I have preset the perfect height for sitting, and for standing and I just have to hit a button to go back to those settings every time without adjusting! d.

I did not buy the under-desk file cabinets or side tables from them though, way too pricey and bought mine elsewhere since they aren’t really important to the fit & function of the desk. Now when my leg starts aching from sitting, I quickly pause my video, hit a button to convert to stand mode and turn my video back on again within seconds.

And when my lower back starts aching from standing in one place, I hit another button and return to sitting. The motors are SO quiet people on my calls don’t even hear the desk raise or lower. I do recommend getting some 3M Dual Lock faster tape (or similar) to keep some of your wired devices in place as the desk moves up and down.

I did that just to make sure that the lighter devices (like my port replicator, USB hub, etc. ) stay where I want them. I wish I had done this years ago!.
