I tried the budget versions before this one, but they’re just so tiny I felt like I was going to fall over just trying to get onto them. If you’re looking for the ones that gyms use – this is it. Pros: Large stable platform.

I weigh 275 and it didn’t even blink when I stood on it. It’s so large you won’t misplace it. Great for improving balance and strengthening your ankles/knees/hips in a low impact fun way. My daughter and wife loved it right away and I’ve not yet gotten my son to test it out but I know he will enjoy it when he’s convinced he can switch up from his normal routine. I love it, too. I find it very accessible and effective for abdominal exercises, squatting, stretching, push-ups, bounding, balancing, and exercises requiring coordination and balance.

Already knew I really liked the half ball Bosu from using it in physical therapy. With the assistance from my 70 pound Airedale Terrier I managed to loose the plug. Had everything on my bed reviewing directions then in a split second Gracie jumps on my bed.

Everything went airborne and plug hasn’t been seen since. Called customer service to buy a replacement. Was honest about what happened to the plug. The customer service rep offered to send a replacement out tomorrow.

I asked if I could purchase the plug removal tool because I have Rheumatoid arthritis. The rep told me she would include the tool at no charge. On top of giving me the tool and plug she is going to talk with her associates to find videos for me.

I was skeptical of this product because of the low price. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised when the bar arrival and it was an actual universal size bar! My son-in-law is a serious bodybuilder and this bar helps him get a good arm pump to show off those explosive biceps!! Why does he need that? I have no idea but he was super excited about this bar.

Are these the best resistance bands on the market? Probably not but A. They’re available and B. Reasonably priced. We bought these a couple of years ago to assist with varying reps of pull-ups and they held up fine but this year with COVID-19 we started using them for more things in our home workouts and we did break the 2 middle ones.

Good piece of equipment. Shipping was fast (2 days). The frame installation took me about an hour and a half (unboxing included). The lat accessory took me another hour and a half. The tricky bit was realizing that the cable runs THROUGH the top bar.

Tip: Do not tighten screws until you are completely done. Overall, a good piece of equipment and cheaper to get it as a set. I can now get rid of my Best Fitness Vertical Knee raise dip as this multifunctional equipment does it all.

I’m an older man, a retired personal trainer, who has been lifting for 44+ years. I’ve seen and used many bar pads both for myself and my clients. I developed spinal stenosis in my C3/4 and C4/5 about five years ago, and thought my days of ‘real’ squats were over.

I bought this product to do barbell hip thrusts and so far it provides the comfort I need to do this lift. I was doing hip thrusts with heavy dumbbells up to now because barbell was too uncomfortable but I reached my weight maximum on the dumbbells available at my gym.

Easy to put on but does not slip at all once placed on the barbell so it feels secure when doing the lift. I haven’t tried it for back squats as I can do that lift without padding but now that I have this I may give that a try too.

This barbell pad is great! Everything you want and more! I was skeptical that it would make that much of a difference, but wow! Using it for hip thrusters made a world of difference! No bar digging into your hip bones anymore.

After trying my workout partner’s I ordered two.

We’ve been using this about a month now. Exactly what I expected and wanted! Easy to assemble with two people. Would recommend a socket set or a couple box end wrenches rather than tools the supplied for quicker assembly and properly tightening the bolts.

It’s not the top of the line quality but it but if you are purchasing this it is because you can’t afford or don’t want to spend top of the line money. My son and I are 5’9” 180lbs and 5’8” 130lbs. we’re aren’t power lifters and won’t be putting 600lbs or more on the rack for squats or bench press, so I don’t really need the heavy duty rack.

I’m Just trying to stay in shape and my son wants to put on some muscle mass. The hooks are great and have the plastic pad to protect your bar and the hooks. We have this backed up against the basement wall on top of interlocking foam exercise mats.

This works out perfectly. If it’s away from a wall on a hard surface I have no doubt it will slide. When I do pull-ups it is pretty stable. Would be nice if the pull up bar was knarled like the Olympic weight bar, but it’s fine.

I really like the dip bars I bought with it. They are very stable and a perfect distance apart. I have been able to do everything I expected to do with this rack with no issues! Great purchase for price.

I have a basement with high ceilings so I got the taller T2 rack. It would be nice if it was even about 6” taller for the pull ups so I wouldn’t have to bend my knees as much.

Since I did not want to bolt the rack to the floor (to keep options open while I move things around), I went with the flat foot option. This rack is a fantastic piece of gym equipment. It is sturdy as hell, capable of handling far more weight that I can every imagine putting on it.

It does slightly rock on my floor, but that is due to sloping in my garage floor, not the rack itself. I jammed a piece of wood under a corner of the rack, and have had no issues with it rocking since.

The depth is at 30 inches, which is really nice. If you want a bit more depth, then you will have to go with the bolt down version. I chose a height of 90 inches, and that’s great as I can do pull ups comfortably there.

I do recommend you get the plate storage, unless you get the rack extension or a plate tree, as it is cheaper adding it onto the rack as an option than to order the plate storage separately later. Overall, I recommend this rack to anyone who has an interest in power lifting in the home environment, as it gets everything done well.

Due to limited space for my gym , I converted my attic in my house into a gym. I ordered the T3 Rack with pins, spotter arms and the T3 Lat tower. It’s a perfect fit. Shipping was super fast. All parts and hardware was present, nothing missing.

All measurements are as is. Everything that arrived was mint. Nothing bent warped or broke. This is heavy and sturdy and really great quality. There are a few things about the lat tower I don’t care for , Brad to make some adjustments so I can do certain exercises , but the pros outweigh the cons and it is must have if you train from home.

Just figure out ways to work around the things u can’t do or can do but need adjustments. Overall all is well and I really couldn’t be happier. I recently ordered the weight plate holders, Landmine mount, arm blaster, multi grip camber bar and barbell holder rack.

The reason I’m comparing this G3 to Pilates is because I always wanted my pilates machine to incline to give me more weight bearing results. Weight bearing helps maintain bone density, it’s really important as you get older to prevent fractures in the lower body and hips.

Plus I’m off the ground which does make for easier position changes and able to get up and down a lot easier. I enjoy the inverted (upside down) sit ups and gliding abdominal crunches that you won’t get with a Pilates machine.

The different levels of incline positions will provide many goals to master and maintain as you progress over time. Because of those different incline levels this will also replace my Abdominal Crunch machine which mean having two less pieces of exercise equipment in the room which can also be a bonus when space is an issue.

The only drawback when comparing G3 to a Pilates machine is you cannot workout both legs simultaneously for the stretch positions Pilates is known for other than that the leg exercises are similar returning the same results.

The inclined leg presses are comparable to pilates Rebounder making it a more effective workout with less risk of jarring knees and ankles. Since you’re supporting your own weight and not relying on bands for resistance, you will get your heart rate up quickly, especially the more inclined you are while maintaining your pace.

Another additional feature is an inverted stretch you can safely do before and after your workout without pulling on your ankles or knees. Check with your surgeon if you have hardware in knees or ankles, inversion is typically not recommended.

Depending on the level of inversion you may be able to tolerate. Select an incline that does not pull on your joints to the point you feel pain or tug. I recommend watching total gym videos on youtube before trying this and other positions for your safety and efficacy.

This is an amazing product. I had the 1’st gen for over 16 years and it worked amazing as well. Knowing the durability in the work out my first machine gave me I decided to buy and upgraded model. I race motocross / super cross and the Total Gum has always been a major part of my training program.

The unit is very easy to set up its user friendly and produces stellar results when a user is dedicated and committed. Just like with all exercise equipment and work out plans you get what you put into it.

Great for Seniors or anyone. I love my total gym. Work as hard or as little as you like. Stores out of the way decent enough. I leave mine up constantly in my hobby room. With a good diet program I used it to help me lose 50 lb.

Much better than other equipment I have bought and then gotten rid of in the past. Stationary bikes and treadmills stink. I have barely used the many types of exercises possible. A great way to stay active for seniors without overdoing.

I ordered this bar to use for Rip/Pumped. I wanted a shorter bar for freedom to move with it so I purchased the 5′. I weighed it and the bar weighs 13lbs unloaded. My only gripe is the 5′ bar has threaded ends (caps were included) and the only time this is depicted or noted is from the photo not in the description.

The 6′ and 7′ look smooth. Would have preferred smooth for quick change of weights during certain sets. Also one nut seems to work loose in use and I have to tighten it periodically. The diameter of the bar feels a little too small to sit on my shoulders comfortably and I will invest in a wrap for squats.

The distance between the collars is comfortable for squats and presses for my arms not to pinch together however I am a medium build female and for a larger man may be a little restrictive. I do not have a stand for the bar so I can not say it whether it would fit a regular system.

I have some smaller concrete/sand weights from the Gold Gym dumbbells set and they fit the bar fine. With the 7. 5 and two 2. 5 on each end there is still room. I will eventually purchase some different plates but they work fine for my purpose right now.

I could see heavier plastic weights taking up a lot of space which might be an issue if all you have are those. All in all for $20 (cheapest I found) it works fine and dandy for me. Certainly a bargin if you are not swapping weights often on the threads.

I will be swapping this for a smooth end bar but should get a year or two out of this before I change it.

Decent bar for the price. The bar seems very substantial. No collars included, bummer! However, I’m happy with the Purchase, I got the 6 foot bar 72″. It weighs about 15 lbs. I bought this to accompany my Olympic bar.

Some excercises, I prefer a shorter bar. It also saves me from changing weight on the Olympic bar so much. I am sure it will outlast me. So I am pleased!!!.

I think that for the price and space that it saves, this is a great product. Set up and adjustment of weight increments is easy and quick, and the weights feel true to their purported measurement. The materials are nice and quiet, though the plastic coating around the plates and the clip attachments to the plates make the dumbbell get stuck at times when cycling or trying to remove from the base.

The dumbbells save a lot of space and money from having to purchase multiple dumbbells to get the range from 5-52. 5 lbs. That being said, they are very bulky and the form on some lifts may feel awkward or difficult where you’re used to using a more compact sized dumbbell.

It’s also been noted that the design of the plates and the plate clips can be a safety hazard if the plate clips loosen from the bar, causing a plate to slide off. You also CANNOT DROP THEM as it will potentially break the connector clips to the plates.

Because of this design, you should not do certain exercises with them like dumbbell rows from the push up position. I’ve just purchased these so I haven’t experienced anything like that at this time.

Overall, this is a great supplement to your other workout equipment and it does the job for what it achieves in space and money saving from buying separate dumbbells or plates. I would prefer it to go higher than 52 lbs for its size, as some lifts aren’t beneficial at that weigh limit.

Unfortunately, the Bowflex 1090s are too expensive for me to make that investment.

Although I put “gym rat”, I am actually a gym rat in my own home. I work out twice a week with a trainer and the other days on my own. When it became clear that my random assortment of kettlebells and minimal assortment of dumbbells was no longer adequate for my strength and fitness level, my trainer recommended these.

I sat on this a good long while, hoping my hubby would buy them for me. When it became clear that wasn’t going to happen, I took the plunge. I’m so glad I did! They are far easier to use than I anticipated and take up far less space than a full complement of dumbbells would.

I like the fact that in the lower weight range, you have many more options than you do with competing and less expensive models – 2. 5 lb increments between 5 and 25 lbs – which is pretty important when you are first starting to build strength.

Although they are on the bulky side, you quickly learn to deal with that. It can even come in handy! For example, the first time I used them with my trainer, I did a goblet box squat and found that holding a heavy dumbbell in the goblet position was much easier than a similar weight kettlebell AND I got a personal best! The unpacking and set up was easy – but hopefully those who are not familiar with allen wrenches can figure that out when releasing the strap that holds them in place during shipping, since there are no instructions on that! I have only had them about a month, but they feel sturdy and solid.

Changing weights is easy (easier than expected) and quick. I think having access to this array of weights is motivating and keeps you working to improve your strength. The handles are comfortable in your hands.

I have not had any difficulty with them whatsoever and I am really glad I made this purchase. #sweepstakes.

When I couldn’t get in a true workout, I needed something that at least gave me the impression that I was receiving one. The adaptability the bar gave me and the assistance the band provided with increasing the resistance really astonished me.

I had to start with the second band, but it helps to know that I can always add more.

I’ve been trying to find bands to add to my workouts for a while now. I’ve used many different bands and X BANDS is by far the best! Not only do they NOT slip, roll, gather up behind the knee causing pain, or break.

but they also have raised my workout to a new level all while being comfortable. Also, this brand offers multiple sizes which was made it a winner for me. Having thicker thighs, or simply just being in the middle of your weight loss journey made it extremely hard to find comfortable bands that actually fit around my legs.

like seriously not all people will be aiming to be a size 6, some of us, like myself, are trying to maintain some thickness but want to be able to build and tone with bands as well. So these bands made it easy to do so.

The Hunney buns pack bands are not the best for thicker thighs, but still work great for ankle use and even arms. the fabric bands are the ones I use for thighs and booty days. Love everything so far.

Excellent quality. I could not find weighted booty bands at my local sport shops so I ordered them. The bands are great quality and I’m very happy with them. They are much thicker than every other bands on the market which means my glutes are getting the maximum workout.

I also really liked all the bags that came with the purchase. My gym bags is nice and organized now. I will definitely be a returning customer.

This is my first deadlift bar and if you are like I was; looking for a solid steel, hex deadlift trap bar that is not hollow then this one is for you. The 50lb (22. 6796kgs) weight proves it is totally solid.

Keep in mind if you put 100lbs (45. 3592kgs) on the bar you are really lifting 150lbs (68. 0389kgs). It states it can hold 1,000lbs (453. 592kgs), however, I cannot speak on that nor can any other average lifter but for most lifters who want to keep their back pain free this will hold more weight than even the most athletic power lifter will want or need to lift for.

This bar will hold Olympic plates only (2 inch holes) so standard plates will not fit. The handles are 2 in one: One side has the handles raised higher for a closer reach while the other side has the handles lower for a further reach.

Some are Chrome but this one is painted black. You may see some reviews that mention paint chips but that will happen just from your everyday use, unless you’re delicate. When lifting do you pay attention to cosmetics or reps? The paint or chrome is a way to rust proof the steel so do not let that deter you.

Personally I am very satisfied with this purchase especially with others costing a lot more. A good deadlift bar has been on my search list for a very long time and I am glad to say my search is finally over.

Since COVID-19, our gym has been closed, so we’ve had to create a home gym in the garage. We decided to get quality equipment, and really push ourselves. We ordered the Competition Plates from Better Body, and have been really happy with them.

They are durable, and better than what our gym had. Perfect for our home gym. You get what you pay for, these are worth the money!.

This rack added a flavor of dynamic energy to my basement gym. It’s easy to adjust the height and the width of the rack to match my exercises and my build. It gave me a sense of safety to try more challenging weights and exercises.

All together, I like this rack and will recommend it to my friends who are into body building using free weight.

The ball itself is fine. The problem is information about it. I wanted to check on how much, if any air should be put in it. There was no manual, only a link with a code to use that said information on the product could be found using that link.

Well, that was a waste of time. I entered the link, but the product look up word brought up no information. You are all on your own when you want info on your new product.

I am overall impressed with the slam ball. I have many of them, unfortunately this particular one was a scratch and dent but whoever purchased it before me open the box with a box cutter and slice the ball so it has a big cut in it not enough to actually cut the ball open but enough to make you not want to actually slam the ball like you’re supposed too.

Still love the product but I wish you didn’t have a cut in it and I wish I could get a replacement for since it is like super damaged, but still overall five stars but due to the condition I got it in four stars.

Great slam ball. It’s taking quite a beating since receiving it 2 months ago and holding up well. Also, the weight is evenly distributed throughout the ball (unlike many slam balls in which the weight occupies one side of the ball).

Its pretty cheaply made, it goes through batteries pretty quickly and my dogs just have to put there snout over the sensor for it to open and then they get into the trash, which is why I bought it in the first place.

To keep my dogs out of the trash. Sometimes it takes a moment to realize your hand is over it before it opens. I mean its a trash can, it does open most of the time on its own, and I put trash in it, so it serves its purpose as a trash can.

Just expected it to be able to keep my dogs out of it without opening it up for them.

The product is great quality, however the ankle straps are a bit small. Also, the bands did not come with a manual explaining what the weight of each colour band is. I would have liked to know what the weight of each band is.

It would also be great if exercise ideas as well as a care manual (such as how to clean the bands) were included. Otherwise, very great quality. I have used them quite a bit in all different ways, and they have not torn or stretched even a little bit.

Would definitely recommend these bands!.
