So got this product bc I hate coffee. This works just as well as coffee. Wanted to write this review as I didnt see any saying how long it takes to work. For me its about 40mins to get the full effect.

Makes me alert but not hyped up like some energy drinks do. Cost is fantastic to if you are comparing it to coffee or energy drinks. over all would recommend for somone looki g for an alternative way to get caffeine.

this works great, after you take it you can feel the effects in like 15mins and that lasts 3 hours you’ll feel very energetic and focused. however after that period I always get a huge headache. I wish they made the pills 100mg each, I think 200 is a bit much at one time.

And for the people that need more they could just take 2.

I primarily bought this to help clear my skin since I want to stop taking my Spironolactone prescription which truly helped but I want to see if I can take something without seeing a dermatologist. The reviews on this sold me, most users’ skin cleared taking this BUT unfortunately for my hormonal acne breakout, it was not.

Check the dosages. Some values are more than 800% of recommended daily intake. I understand that these are water soluble and may be difficult for some people to absorb but this pill contains unnecessarily and irresponsibly massive quantities of these vitamins and minerals.

I cut each pill into thirds ( dont need a pill cutter, a basic flat edge knife works fine ) and only take one third of a pill each day with a meal and glass of water. If you do take the whole pill it will turn your urine bright green, because these massive dosages are being peed out rather than absorbed due to extreme excess.

I wonder if this may put any strain on your kidneys? Either way, if you plan to take this. cut up the pills and TAKE SMALLER DOSES! Taking extra or even taking a whole pill will do nothing for you as water soluble b-vitamins cannot be stored in the body but rather just need to be taken daily or every other day in small to moderate doses.

I was looking for a supplement to help boost my energy. I had chemotherapy that ended in April 2019 and it takes a lot time to recover from it. I’m 65 years old so I thought this product would be a good help.

Believe it or not I just took my first capsule this morning and within an hour it made me feel jittery and a little off. I was so hoping this would work but I guess it isn’t for me. I do have some anxiety so I think for those that have anxiety, this isn’t what we should take.

Within one hour had severe anxiety and nervousness. Guarana always does this to me so I dont know why I bought this. I hate to leave a bad rating but I know people read the lows if they are worried about it.

I can assuredly state that if you have sensitivity to stimulants then this isnt for you. I’d suggest ginkgo biloba but maybe not from GNC as it seems to do nothing. Try Canadian products as they seem to have decent quality control, just from my limited experience.

Okay! I’m super tired after having Covid. My brain feels like mush! However, I found this item at a local store and thought there’s nothing to lose. Okay. SERIOUSLY wish I had found this a long long time ago.

I feel more focused, probably because I’m not so tired. It doesn’t give me the jitters. I don’t get a crash and collapse feeling. I absolutely love this stuff. Ordering more for myself and for a few people I know that was feeling the same as I was before finding it.

I have needed to take B12 for a while now but I have been really slacking. I’ve only recently decided to get serious about getting the vitamins I needed. Since I also take Olly Active Immunity and Women’s Daily Multivitamins and love them, I decided to give these a try too! The flavor is a Tropical Passion and they smell absolutely devine as well.

It’s a gummy that actually tastes good to eat and doesn’t leave a gross aftertaste in your mouth. It has a softer gummy consistency, sort of like a gummy lifesaver. And it’s formulated with not only B12, but CoQ10, and Goji Berry, which both have health benefits as well.

I’ve only been taking these for a few days so to be honest I can’t really say whether I feel that they really do give me a steady flow of energy as promised, but based on the other vitamins I have taken in their line that I love, I trust this brand.

I have gotten great results from both of those so I am definitely trusting that these will do the same. If you want a vitamin that is of good quality and forest taste like a vitamin, these ate definitely the way to go!.

Trying to decide between 3 or 4 stars. I like these, and they do seem to help give you a bit of a morning boost without jitters. The green tea version I would say I feel more refreshed than green tea extract alone, and the caffeine free is fairly impressive while helping cut back on caffeine intake.

However, I haven’t tried very many other products like this to compare yet. I suspect there are better options out there for me personally. They’re not too expensive, but it seems like there are many choices for B-12 supplements.

I’m interested in some other options with ingredients like nootropics for mental energy, or perhaps “pre-workout” options maybe for days I’m on my feet constantly and doing more lifting. This may not be that noticeable if you tend to exert yourself quite a bit throughout your day physically.

I purchased these vitamins because the packaging and colors really drew me in, and I saw them on many reputable sites and in stores. Taking these tablets has enabled me to stop drinking energy drinks. I don’t sleep well because of a spine injury so I am always tired. I have one of these tablets in the morning and it keeps me going all day.

A lot longer than with an energy drink and with lots less sugar. They don’t make me crash in the afternoon either. I came across these in the USA when I was there on holidays. I couldn’t find them here in Australia until recently (here).

I originally ordered a different product from Isatori. I reviewed an email from a tiger fitness rep informing me that it was out of stock. They easily replaced it with this as a substitute. Also an Isatori product.

I been taking the keto energy now for a couple of weeks. 2 pills per day. Initially they gave me a lot of energy. So much that I couldn’t sleep at night so I backed off and missed two days. Man I could definitely tell the difference by the second day of being off of them.

I thought to myself “why am I so tired “ then the lightbulb came on. I haven’t had my energy pills that’s why…lol. So I now just started back with one a day and if I feel that I need another I will take it.

They are great but I don’t dare to take them at night if I want to go to sleep. No jitters or anything like that.

Everyone’s body is different and what works for me might not work for you. With that being said, I have to be honest these pills are legit for me. I took 2 pills in the morning around 7am and still had tons of energy at 8pm.

I had the silver one. its absolute crap. The glitter and whatever the wet stuff is in there separate. The glitter is flaky so it does not last long. It will settle into creases. And the glitter isnt opaque at all.

I really like the price point compared to other companies. I don’t think one should have to pay $40-$50 for a months worth of multivitamins. I was hesitant to purchase after reading reviews from other customers about the taste and smell of these vitamins.

As far as the smell, they smell like vitamins to me. I’ve used several brands in the past. Optimum Nutrition and New Chapter most recently. As far as the taste, they do taste pretty bad. Not that any vitamin I’ve taken in the past was delicious tasting, these are particularly bad.

It doesn’t seem to be the ingredients but rather the gel cap. In other words, I’m not tasting the vitamin throughout the day. Not a deal breaker for me but might be worth looking into.

I do love it, it does not give me the energy to run marathons, but I can live a great normal 63 year old life. It does increase my blood pressure, so I only have to take half of my prescription. Yes, my doctor knows and approves.
