I didn’t say better than expected, but a very good price. The main unit was of decent quality. The only take away was the white tubing that run between the bag and which ever device you want to use. The tubing is not of good quality and is prone to kinking which makes things difficult.

I replaced the white tubing with a better quality clear poly type tube and that makes a mediocre bag into a nice, usable and very cost effective bag. I would highly recommend the bag once the low quality white tubing is replaced with a tubing of higher quality.

I was looking around for a more effective alternative to the cheap/ toxic imported red colored enema bags that can be bought cheaply in any supply store because after only a few years, mine turned this hazy/ corroded color.

I thought to myself, “If this is what the outside looks like, what poisons has this thing been leaking into my body each time I heat up water and put it in?” After seeing people on Youtube using a stainless steel bucket- type enema system I figured I was much happier with an item like that for durability and less impact on my body.

Well, these enema options were expensive and wouldn’t hang well in my bathroom at all. I wasn’t too happy with having to go through the hassle of getting a shelf put up in my teeny bathroom and annoyed when suddenly I scrolled down and saw this relatively cheap SEE THROUGH silicone enema system.

The price was more than reasonable and I loved the fact that I would be able to inspect it myself and know if any mold was growing which is very, very important. After purchasing this product and trying it out I am INCREDIBLY pleased with it.

It comes with not one but three enema nozzles, its own travel bag, a MUCH sturdier clamp which stays in place better than the cheaper ones do, AND. the hook it hangs up by is SOLID and huge! I can’t say enough great things about this product and am incredibly happy that it has been produced.

Tip: make sure you wash out your enema bag and hose with a small hydrogen peroxide solution after every 3 or 4 uses to make sure no mold, mildew, or bacteria may be infecting your colon!.

Everything but the kitchen sink! A back-flow preventer. now that is a good idea. Love the color as well. Easy to use. After several months I love how this silicone does not show or absorb any oil based tinctures.

I use licorice tincture I make myself, and another product got stains all over it as it was porous. This purple bag has the highest quality, non-porous service silicone!.

pros? Very high quality! Especially all the accessories that come included with it. cons? I couldn’t find any, I think it is flawless. Very heavy duty. I would highly recommend this product.

Great for deep sigmoid lubrication. Fill it with your choice of lube. I use J-Lube. I also added a 12 inch extension tube to the nozzle to get through and past the sigmoid bend for deep lubrication. This thing is great.

No need to be dry deep inside. Just inject and fill yourself with the lube of your choice.

Occasionally have sticky/salve like bowel movements, & would take an inordenant amount of toilet paper in attempting to get clean. And thanks to this pressure enema douching bottle, am able to get clean, & can use much less toilet paper(only need a little to dry off.

A quality combination enema syringe is worth the extra cost and will last for years. Here is what to look for: 1. There is no need to purchase an extra large capacity bag. A two-quart bag, the type sold in drugstores, is sufficient.

The better quality bags are made by the same companies which manufacture automobile tires. You may need to search for this item in an independant drugstore. 2. Select a bag which is flat on one side and has raised ribs on the other side.

“The ribs serve to moderate the heat when the bag is used as a hot water bottle. 3. Select a brand with a metal hose clamp, not a plastic clamp. 4. Select a brand which has a rubber washer at both ends of the detachable hose.

If the hose is not detachable, this is not a combination enema syringe. This is a fountain syringe, and I don’t recommend them. 5. Select a brand which has a rectal nozzzle which is slightly skinny at the middle and larger at the tip.

This helps to prevent the nozzle from being expelled. These nozzles are usually black in color, but the color doesn’t matter. Avoid the tapered nozzles which are skinny at the tip. 6. Look for a brand with a 2 year warranty.

Cheaper brands only offer a 90-day warranty. 7. Decide who is going to use the combination enema syringe and for what purpose. Discard the extra nozzles which you are not going to use. For example, if the combination enema syringe is going to be used on a child, discard the adult rectal nozzle and the douche nozzle.

8. Never share your equipment with anyone, even members of your own family. this will prevent the spread of infection. 9. Always clean your equipment promptly after each use and allow it to air dry before putting it into storage.

10. When purchasing your combination enema syringe, you should also purchase some type of lubricant. Petrolium jelly works best, but it is harmful to rubber products and must be cleaned carefully. Water-based lubricants, such as K-Y jelly are less effective, but easier to clean up.

This was a great purchase. I bought it for two out of the three functions. HOwever, since I have sensitive skin, after using the douche connectors, I developed an allergic reaction. I am still happy with the product as I can still use it as a hot water bottle.

I have had NO issues with it leaking. I think the price was outstanding for all the extras that you get. I have NO complaints with this product. There is only one suggestion that I would make. It would have been nice to have instructions and/or a picture on how to use the clamp as it took me 20 minutes or so to figure out how to use it properly.

On most of the reviews of this product, the purchasers state that the bottle leaks at the screw top. I must be one of the lucky ones ’cause mine doesn’t; however, the clip that supposed to “cut off” the liquid doesn’t work well.

I just ended up pinching the hose firmly with my fingers. I’ve researched a lot of enema/douche kits before purchasing this one and ALL the others had issues with leaking and poor clip design so it must be “the nature of the beast”.

This kit was competitively priced, the water bottle is durable solid rubber and the hose didn’t crimp.

I had the oldest model up until few years ago. I bought it after the doc told me that one of the ways to reduce risk of prostate cancer is to clean the area. Really love the clean feeling after. Any way, it served me well for about 4 years and when it broke down I bought this new model.

The diverter that is pre-packaged with the system did not work. It was a manufacturing issue. I had to buy another one, separately, which is half of the cost of this product. So, relatively speaking, I wound up investing much more in this, than I had planned to.

However, everything else works fine. I would not have bought this product had I known the diverter was manufactured incorrectly, but now that I’ve replaced that, everything works fine.

Works EXTREMELY FAST!! I went to urgent care for severe constipation and they gave me this laxative. I never used it before so didn’t know what to expect. I told the nurse that was assisting me I felt like I had to go but she said to lay there for a couple minutes and that it was normal to have an uneasy urgent feeling so I waited.

Before I could do anything, it hit me suddenly. I was on the table pooping and had no control. There was nothing we could do that wouldn’t of made a bigger mess. So I had to lay there absolutely mortified knowing that she was watching me loudly poop myself.

I am a very anxious person and I have prescribed meds for anxiety. My panic attacks develop in physical pain form. This worked, but it triggered my anxiety because the cramps were pretty much the same as when I have those attacks.

I still recommend it, but I advise anyone anxious to take a relaxing pill before doing the procedure (I have prescribed Xanax to take if I have anxiety attacks). So I recommend taking those BEFORE doing anything.

It’s great for regular constipation. It will flush you out in minutes. If you have very aggressive, really bad, constipation it will take 6hrs to fully clean you out. If you do this be ready to be in the bathroom for at least 30-60min.

Cancel your day and stay home. Sometimes after that time frame it may sneak up on ya. All in all I hope to not have to use this again. It’s aggrieve, but hey I know it’s works well as a last ditch effort of clearing myself out on my own.

Price was unbeatable. Product was exactly as described. The only feature I didn’t like was the clip that stops the flow of liquid. My older bucket had a clip that was able to control the amount of flow not just on-off.

I am very disappointed with this product. I have purchased this product before and the bag has always been slightly transparent, which is quite important when doing an enema. However with this recent purchase, the bag is complete opaque and not transparent at all (and it is not shown as such on the listing), subsequently it is quite difficult to use when doing an enema.

(it is only very slightly transparent, if you are standing in front of it, which is impossible to do, when carrying out an enema). Addittionlly it is not advertised as such, so you have to purchase it, then find out as a shock.

Not happy, in particular, that I also purchased one for a client (I am a Nutritionist) and she will not be able to use this, as she is new to doing enemas. I have been doing an enemas for 5 years, so despite being experienced with them, find this is difficult and a pain to use.

The product is fine and it did work as it should, but the only problem I had to start with, it was the first drop from the bag to the pipe. I had to physically press and pump with my hand to get going to fill the pipe.

Once it was full it seems to work ok, but it had to be in absolutely straight line. Thanks.

The only issue is that there is not enough room between the shut off valve and the end that is inserted so it is difficult the turn off and on when in middle of therapy. The valve shut off ideally would also be a bit bigger so easier to operate.

Other than that it is a good introduction to see if it is for you at low cost.

I love this bucket: it’s stable; easy to see how much liquid is left so one doesn’t get up thinking that it’s empty before it’s actually empty; it’s clean; very easy to use; pink hose is not needed for comfort – the blue see through hose is very comfortable; comes with a plastic sheet to lie down on so any spillage does not dirty the floor; I also like that I can wash out and dry the bucket properly as I’m a stickler for hygiene – I live in a place where, because of humidity and salt in the air, everything molds or corrodes eventually so I didn’t want a bag enema; not sure if I’d hang it up because the thinness of the handles, but that may be the only questionable part of the design.

Plus, this company goes the extra mile to make sure the customer understands how to put the whole thing together and I found them to have a very caring attitude, putting the customer first. I’ve used this enema system several times and have had only positive experiences! Great system!.

It looks flimsy, but it works pretty well. The hose is not firm but not too soft either. Just have to make sure it’s lube up well. This hose shouldn’t cause any chafing. Used it twice the same day I’d received it.

A little embarrassing but i think this enema is really good. it works right away. of course all enemas are uncomfortable but it gets the job done.

Poor quality; poor water/fluid flow. difficulty getting fluids to flow from it even when bag is at same height as another similar E/D. Bag. Inside piece where the tubing screws into is cheap metal that looks like tin and will probably corrode soon.

When I read other people’s reviews I thought, “What could these people possibly be complaining about?”. but now I know. it bad quality all around! Even the hole at the top where the plastic hook goes threw to suspend it is cheap and crudely made.

I can’t use this for my hygienic needs. it’s just junk! The rubber has a very strong smell of. yes, rubber. but cheap rubber. But here’s the thing, I bought a Enema/Douch Bag similar to this one with the same maker, Mabis and it was great for years, but wanted to replace it to make sure I used clean healthy equipment.

I’ve always used enema bag systems and found them to be a hassle. Refilling the bag always made the process so much longer. Having a constant supply of water is so easy! Why not use it? I thought this product was expensive when I first laid eyes on it, but after receiving the product and seeing the craftsmanship, I’m truly surprised it isn’t more expensive than what it is listed for.

This product has been unbelievably satisfactory, and I look forward to many more uses.

No instructions on how to use it. Once the item arrived the box was all smashed the adapter for the shower to control the flow of water dosent come with the item. Not knowing how to use it due to the lack of instructions and the water flow uncontrollable it hurt after.

Another pharmacy chain decided a few months ago to no longer carry their store brand mineral oil enema, and they haven’t carried the Fleet brand for a very long time. They don’t carry any mineral oil enema anymore in store, any brand.

I haven’t been able to find them in the biggest chain store that sells about everything, either. This is the type of enema that I usually prefer when I need an enema, which is fairly often I suppose when compared to most people.

The lubrication eases the bowel movement without the saline that irritates hemorrhoids. I hope that CVS will continue carrying these.

Let’s start with I work in a GI department with adults and pediatrics so I’m very educated on bowel movements. My husband has constipation issues sometimes so I recommend this product to him. At first, he thought I was crazy until I convinced him to use it.
