20 Best End Tables For Living Room (2023 Updated)

I’m all about creating little spaces in our home that bring joy and these accent tables were the perfect addition to this space! I am so glad I went with the gold! I was worried about them being a fakey yellow-gold so was debated with the white but I’m so glad I took a chance.

They have a sublet sparkle to them in the sun which just brightens the area up even more in the evening. They are iron, which is so great compared to plastic, but I will say the designs on the side are thin and bend and dent so personally I’m not sure the price-point is right to want another set but otherwise- I’d totally get more!.

Once the weather gets nice to sit outside, the tables will look great with my white wicker seating. They will be placed in-between the chairs/settee. There is large enough room for drinkware, food, plants, etc and not look overcrowded.

The tables arrived in a timely manner and packaged very well for protection. I like how they can be stored one inside the other. Now all I need to do is wait for warmer weather.

The tables are beautiful but mine arrived with scratches. I did not want to go through the hassle of returning them so I’ll make sure my decor covers the imperfections. Also, the gold is much lighter than it appears in the photos.

Ordered this nightstand in the mint color for my daughters room. It is so simple yet adorable! Serves the purpose perfectly as a sturdy bedside table. It was super easy to put together too!

I have two of these; one bought at a later time because I could see the versatility of these tables. Small to use anywhere. Very sturdy. Love them!

Very easy to put together. You need pliers to pull the bolt and screw together at the bottom intersection. Very lightweight and cute.

Perfect for my very small space. The items were quite inexpensive, so I was preparing myself for “cheap” merchandise. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a sturdy piece of furniture. The described “faux” surfaces are reasonably attractive and fit well with my decor.

I don’t know what they are supposed to look like, earning the description of faux, but I find them pleasing. The legs are sturdy, the assembly was easy. If you are looking for high quality furniture, you might be disappointed.

But for my money, I am quite pleased.

Nice for the price. A little unsteady on carpet but would be fine for a wood or non-carpet area. I also agree that the legs are not black like pictured. They still look nice but not black if that is what you want.

I just needed something that would look nice in a room that get’s very little use in the house so these are fine for that. I wasn’t really looking for an expensive quality piece for that reason. I’m not sure how they would hold up with daily use however.

Bought 4 of these and put one together every time it was slightly bumped it fell over. They are very top heavy cool design if there weren’t kids around to knock it over.

Love this table! Color matches the other items in the room,it has enough storage in the one drawer and the bottom shelf has enough room to stack our books and magazines on. Also easy to assemble

The tables are more attractive in person than I anticipated. They are also sturdy, well-made and functional. The. storage space is deep and voluminous. What’s best is that they don’t take up much space.

Good assembly instructions. Drawer too narrow for the space by a little over a 1/4″. Sturdy, looks OK.

I don’t have tons of furniture in my house but everyone needs a little table to put drinks on etc. this comes in three colors. They are easy to put together with the included hex wrench. One of the tables I bought had four of the wrong screws in it, called the phone number in the book had the replacement screws in about a week.

When all the screws are tightened down it is quite sturdy and the feet each have adjusters, the price is a bargain for this table. I bought one for my office computer and one for my living room to put the google hub on and be a place to set the drink.

I’ll probably be getting some more of these at some point they’re nice and would easily come apart for storage or moving if needed.

I bought two of these wood and metal tables to go on either side of a queen size bed in a spare bedroom. My husband put the tables together fairly quickly, but said that the Allen wrench (included) to turn the bolts was difficult to use.

Rather than letting him make continuous turns, he had to lift it up and put it on again for each turn due to the location of the bolts. It was a pain, but it’s still doable. The tables are the perfect size for a lamp, alarm clock, tissues, and maybe even a small plant.

Can’t beat the price and the tables look really nice!.

I have been searching for 2ft round tables for my livingroom. After giving up on finding the perfect tables, I decided to MAKE the perfect tables. I ended up purchasing these tables for the top and legs.

What I did was put the top where the bottom shelf was and added a 2ft round table top from lowes to the top. After a little sanding, stain, and clearcoat, I now have perfect tables that would have cost me an arm and a leg otherwise.

Sweet big/little table for the money. I bought 2 of these to use as night stands in a (narrow) guest room. By being longer than wide, there is still plenty of surface area for a lamp, alarm clock, cell phone, glasses, etc.

Note the drawer is very small, meant to accommodate pens, pencils, post it notes, charging wires or remotes. I got the mahogany finish and it’s lovely. All the surfaces you see are real wood veneer and have a nice wood grain.

It arrives with the top portion (top, skirt, drawer) pre-assembled, you put on the legs and the pre-assembled shelf, so took only about 15 minutes. As a note, one of 8 legs had a minor knot visible, which I chose to use as a back leg.

So, if something like this would bother you, check all the legs before assembly so you can choose if one of the legs should be in a less visible location.

The end table is small but it is great for my space. I’m not real great putting things together but I was able to do this. The instructions were a bit vague but the pictures of the different steps made it workable.

The material appears to be sturdy. I had a glass top cut as there were warnings that water rings could appear of a coaster wasn’t use. I feel the table is better protected & perfect for what I needed.

I have a very small living room and I have been looking everywhere for a side table to go on the side of my sofa. Because I cant have a coffee table but need somewhere to put my tea in the morning while watching my cartoons.

These fit perfectly and dont take a lot of room. I like that they face forward and that the drawer isnt on the side it gives the room more of a frontwards look. Extremely easy to put together.

I love this table. I could charge my laptop, my phone, and anything else that needs power through the table. The table has thick cable and it is very sturdy. One piece that exposes the charging on the backside of the table had a magnetic piece of wood.

It can be attached under the table. The table is sturdy and the design, color of the table is beautiful. The table has arrived in a box not assembled. My husband put it together and it took him about half an hour or so.

I highly recommend it. The only issue I had was the shipping. I got the shipping later than it was promised and I didn’t get any shipment notification. Also, I had paid for the table, got a refund, and was charged again which I couldn’t understand why.

But I am one happy customer.

The gentleman at your store that assisted me was very patient. He waited until I thought I saw what chairside tIable needed to match the oak furniture I already owned but then walked away to to find there were two others.

Of course my third find was little more in price but it was oak and would match my existing furniture. After I picked up my purchase on Monday and assembled it, realized how well it fit in with what I had.

My husband & I originally saw this in a LA-Z-Boy Store, which would have required waiting 8 weeks for shipment to the store and then driving 175 miles to pick it up. So, when I found it online, this was a no-brainer.

Not only was the price cheaper, but for no additional cost, it was delivered to our front door. AND it was fully assembled (website description indicated that assembly was required, but that was not the case for us).

So, Hayneedle’s service was fantastic with delivery 9 calendar days from date of order – a bit earlier than estimated. As far as the table itself, it has ample storage areas with large open area (~8 3/4″ top to bottom running the length & width of the table) between top and drawer (which is 9 3/8″ wide x 7 3/8″ deep x 14 3/8″ long back to front); and I particularly like that the drawer sort of clicks in place and won’t slide out by itself if the table isn’t sitting completely level.

The electrical area is especially nice with room for two “adapter” type plugins (but the USB port is covered, in our case, as we are plugging in a wireless phone adapter and cellphone turbo charger).

I didn’t measure the length of the cord, but it’s a long heavy grounded cord – probably runs about 8′ along the floor. The table is sitting beside my husband’s recliner, which is out in the room, so some creativity was required in order to hide the electrical cords!.

This is a nice sturdy table! However, the instructions make assembly impossible! The instructions were terribly written and causes a tremendous amount of grief. Took 2. 5 hrs to put together. Maybe if the manufacturer would have spent more time on instructions for the table and less time on cute remarks about snacks, I’d be more inclined to purchase from the manufacturer in the future!.

I just love these two storage stools, but I use them as tables next to my outside chairs instead. I love the idea that you can store items inside. They make a beautiful look on my deck. The top piece is wood and the cylinder is metal.

The color yellow is perfect. I have not seen these anywhere. So glad I went on Big Lots website. I do recommend these for outside or inside. I give this a 5star+.

These are great. A fun addition to the patio, I use one of them to store the outdoor throw blankets. My only somewhat negative observation is the wood tops are not the color or finish reflected in the photos.

If I had not already been planning to paint them, I would have been disappointed as they look really cheep.

The product is really as described. It was my own fault I actually thought the smaller one was a little bit bigger. They could be a little bit heavier. But all in all pretty good product for its price

For the price, this is a decent bedside/accent table. It is lightweight but solid. Directions for assembly are minimal yet easy to follow. It took about 10 minutes to put it together. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver in addition to the provided hex key tool.

My only issue is a brand stamp on the top corner of the table top. If you zoom in on the item pictures, you can actually see it. It can probably be sanded down or painted. It is easily covered by a lamp or tissue box.

I love this and its exactly what I wanted. Its a chairside table and not too big, and the drawer is large enough to hold pens, books, bookmarks, post-it notes and all the accessories youd like. With the exception of the drawer bottom it appears to be solid bamboo and is sturdy.

The only things I dont like about it is that is has the brand name burned into the top of it, and it was a little challenging to put together with a tiny hex wrench. I recommend using larger tools.

It arrived on time and was very well packaged. I love how easy it was to assemble. If you don’t put it square in front of you though, it appears that the leg screw doesn’t match up with the hardware.

But don’t fret, the angle really IS correct. The legs are nice and sturdy. I love the rustic look of the wood- so natural and authentic. It is perfect in every way. I did have to get out a little mineral oil to get the packaging tape residue off a couple of the legs, but not a big deal.

I love this table so much I ordered it’s smaller counterpart (Chevery small tri pin table). Cant wait for it to arrive!.

This is the best little table! It looks really expensive, mid-century modern cool and is the perfect size for a small space, though the top really holds a lot. And it takes all of 5 minutes to put together.

This is the perfect little side table. Packaging was great and everything arrived in good shape. Assembly took literally two minutes – screw on 3 legs. I loved it so much that I immediately ordered a second table.

I didn’t expect much for the price, but wanted a small, colorful accent table for my living room remodel. This little table had a cute look and several color choices, so I kept coming back to it in my search.

For the price, I figured might as well get one, and if I didn’t like it I’d give it to one of my kids. It shipped quick, was easy to put together, and I have to say, it is cuter and better quality than I expected.

Since my living room is still a work in process, I’m using it in the TV room. Looks cute between the bean bag chairs.

I bought this little table in white to fill a corner on my first floor powder room. It is the perfect size, has a small drawer and it fits perfectly in an otherwise empty corner. I was pleased with both the price and the quality.

Love the classic look of this table, so much that I bought 3. The quartz marbling looks amazing and like real marble, just without the hassle of upkeep. I have then next to the Sofa in the living room and also in the bedroom next to a reading chair.

The only thing I don’t like is that the top is not secured to the legs (which allows you to have all the different top options or to even swap out the top). If people don’t realize this when cleaning, they can move it or knock it loose.

I would say to improve it that it be secured to the legs or have more friction dsoe it doesn’t move as easily. #sweepstakes.

Good construction with minimal distortion of the lines on the weld points. Used with glass top and can barely notice the anti slide bumpers. We did end up returning it for two reasons: it made our reading area where it was used look a little too businessy and the base does not secure to the glass top.

Although it was very good at not slipping, we were looking for something a little more secure given we have small people and animals that might tip the table over completely.

Like many reviews have pointed out, the top simply doesn’t secure to the base, a mediocre design. The product sells because its elegant looking and the marble top is beautiful. Just wish R&B put some thought into the more practical matters of the design.

Overall I’m debating switching to my second choice, a similar design, without the well noted flaw.

I really was excited for these tables, simple and practical. I ordered two. Upon arrival, one came with the scratch resistant pads on opposite sides, so only one scratch resistant pad would actually be on the floor.

The other one came with the padding on the correct sides, but it is nearly impossible to screw in the table top by hand. I’ll have to purchase a drill to get them in the rest of the way. not sure if it is worth the hassle.

I guess that’s what you get for the price. Now have to deal with the hassle of a return. They’re not horrible if contents are correct and you’re strong enough (or already have a drill) to screw on the table top.

Great table for the office as a temporary “to file” holding place. Perfect size for my space. The product was better than I expected. Very good fit and finish, assembly was easy, and the look and price are excellent.

Also, the product was packed for shipping very well–packed in styrofoam in a box, in another box. A great buy!.

After shopping at many different stores, I decided to go to Bob’s. So glad I did. I found the exact tables I was looking for. I was looking for a modern farmhouse style table with a power supply and USB hook up.

Delivery was fast, and drivers were very friendly. The tables came very well packaged. Putting them together was very easy. I am very happy with the quality of these tables. I am also pleased with the price point.

This was my first time shopping at Bob’s, and I will definitely go back.

This arrived and wasn’t set up by the staff who delivered it, even though I ordered “white glove service” – that’s partly my fault since I forgot to mention to my son it was coming today, so he said put the box in the garage and the staff didn’t mention they were supposed to put it together.

I assembled it with no problem – box was in good shape and it was easy to do. I set it up and as I’m plugging in the power supply, I see the cracks in the bottom crossmember on one of the legs. The cracks run all the way through where the crossmember is fastened to the legs.

It took two months to get this table, and now it will take another 6-8 weeks. Bob’s is sending a replacement – which is great, but this damage wasn’t caught when it was packaged.

The sectional couch fits perfectly in our apartment and now allows us to have more guests over to sit comfortably. After comparing pictures of how it looked before to how it looks now, it’s almost like we are in an entirely difference place.

We also purchased the side table which really brings the room together and is very durable. The feature we love the most is that in addition to having 2 outlet extensions, it also has 2 usb ports to charge our phones without having to unplug the 2 things already occupying the outlets.

I will be buying from Bob’s in the future since they have the best deals around, and it’s still very good quality too.

Love my little tables. Absolutely worth every penny. They were packaged wonderful without a single scratch. The wood is beautiful. I would whole hardly recommend them. Place mats fit them perfectly and protect the surface and they too come in so many beautiful colors.
