I just bought this item from Amazon. The fat on my stomach was hard but I can feel it loosening up. My pants that were becoming tight are now feeling loose again. The electric pulsating from the trimmer, actually feels good.

I wear my belt with sweat cream. I put some cream on my stomach and onto the 4 nodules in the inside. When I take the belt off after using it for 1hr20min with 3 minute breaks in between. My belt and stomach are covered in sweat!! I also bought some for my arms.

I have unfortunately, “grandmother” arms. I have done everything in my power to get rid of them. Except for surgery of course. The other machine is helping my arms out! Good luck on becoming more healthy in 2021!.

The famidoc waist trimmer works well. The current is more than strong enough to produce good muscle contraction. And you don’t have to worry about replacing gel pads. But you do have to make sure the area where you place it is nice and wet, otherwise you’ll get uncomfortable little stinging shocks! I’ve found it easier just to wet a paper towel real good, place that on my belly, and then put the waist trimmer on top of it.

You also have to strap it on pretty tight so that the contacts don’t accidently separate from the body when you move around. This can also cause stinging sensation. But the unit is good quality, easy to use, and works well if used correctly.

Can also be placed on your sides to work the love handles.

I have used this Ab belt for about 2 weeks. I used the machine for an hour after work each day. Everything is Okay till now. It is very convenient to use and I can do what I want during the time such as walking and watching TV.

It is really strong for me to use. It has 20 intensity levels to be adjust, but I only can tolerant the 9th level. I checked the theory of the this device. It adopts EMS, electronic muscle stimulation.

remind: Keep the skin wet before using the item, or you will feel pricking. I will update if I find something new.

This one comes complete with machine, batteries, lead wires, four pads and belt clip. I am very familiar with these machines but this one has a couple of extra features I really like. First of all it has what is called a doctors feature or setting which remembers your setting for your if you use the same one for your pain in that spot.

It makes it so much easier than going through all those settings or other memories you have tried and used. It also has a ems setting along with being a tens unit also. I’m not sure if I will use it to much for muscle strength but I’m loving the tens unit on my lower back and neck pain.

It has numerous setting to pick from and you can also use rechargeable batteries in it. Please make sure the area you put your pads (electrodes) on are clean and dry with no lotions on and they will stick just fine.

I really had to push down on mine to get the wires on but they stay once there in there with no turning on you. I don’t wear belts so I just clip it to my jeans front pocket and it stays fine. I love these tens units when I’m in pain it gets me to relax more and feels so good.

The only con I can really fine would maybe be, every once in a while you may get your wire (connection cable), caught on something. I hope this review helps you decide to try one.

I actually like this Beurer muscle training system. I have used it daily for about a week and I like the results. I wouldnt say my abs have returned overnight but I do feel like some strengthening has occurred.

The electrical muscle stimulation feels like a tingle at a low setting but at a higher setting I would describe the sensation as a high intensity workout which can be quite uncomfortable. The 4 self adhesive electrodes gel pads stick very well to my body and do not leave a sticky residue on my skin.

Overall I would recommend this item for muscle training ,but I would say this is not for instant results you must use this daily to help define muscles. Using this beurer muscle stimulator along with regular exercise will increase your results.

As a long time Rife technology user, I was excited for the “ease” and “convenience” of this device to help regain use of stomach muscles lost after injuring my back years ago. Sadly this device was neither easy to use nor the least bit convenient.

Oh, if you’re skinny and have no life to live while this device is working, it’s great! The pulses are powerful and the pre-programmed sessions are handy! If, however, you have substance at all, the fight to even get this ON is a workout all is own! It does come with an extension at least.

Then there’s a controller that sticks out in front of your middle the whole time it’s working with no protection over the buttons, so that’s fun. all of a sudden the intensity ramps up mid-session! The second time I went out on my deck to feed the birds and inadvertently bumped it off completely and when I looked down it said the brand new battery was dead?! I was pretty much over the hassle this thing is by then.

But like I said, if you’re skinny and don’t have to do anything where this thing sticking out in the middle of your body will get bumped – it works great! Oh, if you don’t mind the whole having to wet it and your skin first.

This Beurer Abdominal Muscle EMS Belt really seems to help my stomach muscles recover better from doing sit-ups. I am an almost 60-year-old male who is out of shape and just recently started making small changes to be more fit.

Exercising is not very desirable after years of slowly getting out of shape. I have never been good at sit-ups and with this belt, the dread isn’t as bad as expected like before use. The programming of the different EMS functions what I believe helps out even more.

I like the fact it works in progressive manners for each use. The included belt clip holder for the controller is great and so is the lock function. What I do not like is how I have to connect it on my waist.

Having a waistline size of 42 inches does require me to use the included belt extension but being I am not skinny, I have to attach it behind my back, Tough to do without any extra hands. Otherwise, I really like it.

I ordered this device for vagus nerve stimulation. I wasnt able to sleep and was on Vistaril for sleep due to anxiety. A friend mentioned that my parasympathetic nervous system is not working and I am in constant fight or flight mode.

I found this device and ordered it and on the first stimulation I felt such relieve and relaxation my feet went soft. The day before was the last time I took Vistaril after that I sleep with a bunch of supplements.

I’ve had this for at least 6 months or more now. It’s awesome. Just as strong as the one my chiropractor uses. It has many different settings. The manual gives good directions on how to adjust those.

For the money, this thing performs as good as a 100$+ unit. It’s battery powered or you can plug it in. I use the battery option, and it’s just as powerful as when you plug it into the wall. The electrode pads that come with aren’t great.

I think they are 1. 5×1. 5. I bought better ones when I purchased this. They’re cheap. I recommend getting the gel too. As you use and reuse the pads they loose their stickiness. The gel helps remedy that.

It conducts the electricity better so you don’t get that pinching feel when the electrodes don’t adhere as well as they did upon first uses. By the way, I use this for sciatica and general neck and back pain from a car accident.

It does relief pain but id doesn’t work well as the EMS

Did my research and decided on the Compex SP 2. 0 to treat me chronic tennis elbow which has been reoccurring for years. Four treatments in and have reduced stopped taking medications. Getting back into exercise and strained my neck muscles so decided to try the tens and its fantastic.

Do have to pay for a physiotherapist to do the electronic muscle stimulation and i have the convenience of treating myself at home anytime. should have done this years ago and saved $$$ on other treatments.

Complex SP 2. 0 might be the most basic of the range but it versatile and powerful. Well worth the investment.

My dad has a Compex at home and I know it has helped him recover when he had lower back pain or was sore from a race. I’ve just used it a couplle of times and I’m satisfied. It used to come with a full guide with instructions of how to use it and now they have just summarised it in a vhart with pictures which I think it’s pretty handy, you can still access the full instructions online though.

I think it’s a great tool to use to help your muscles recover as sometimes the wat we stretch is not enough/the correct position according to what we have just done in the workout, so it’s a great tool to complement your workouts with.

This is my 2nd purchase, because I enjoyed the first one so much. I enjoy this brand and this model. In time, if needed, I will buy again. It also makes a great gift, if you know someone in pain.

The only thing I dont like about this unit is it does not have a mode that gives constant pulses. They all go for a few seconds then pause for a second. Otherwise its a good product. No batteries to deal with, lots of different modes and the contact pads are good.

Good product. Be sure pads are fully attached to skin surface, or they will not deliver the current. Smaller pads work best for me. Effective in providing pain relief for the osteoarthritis in my feet.

No smoke and mirrors, this TENS unit is magnificent. I have have been working with computers for over 30 years and it has taken it’s toll. After several operations for Carpel Tunnel, Ulnar Nerve and trigger finger and two long series of Physical Therapy, it has been an uphill and painful battle.

Through some sort of fate I discovered the 1 x TENS by Vive Health. Bottom line, it works. This really does what it is supposed to. It is not a cure, it relieves the pain and helps me get through the day with much less pain.

I strongly recommend 1 x TENS by Vive Health. I had an issue in the beginning but their service department took care of it right away.

I was given this Tens Unit for Christmas to help manage a hip injury on my own rather than continuously pay for physical therapy. I am happy to report that I can many things that I was not able to do because of the combination of pain management, stretching and strengthening.

I love this little unit as it is convenient and easy to use. I travel a lot and take it where ever I go as it helps me recovery from my long work days. I recommend it highly to people who I talk to. Buy one and you will not be disappointed.

Great purchase for the money. However I did not receive the leads that are pictured. Mine are smaller and lower quality. One set has already ” fallen apart”. Very disappointing. Also wish there was one mode of just radiating , continuous pulsing instead of sudden stops and starts.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and have been struggling for months to find a solution to the pain. I finally found it! While it’s not an overnight miracle, I can tell my condition is improving every day.

I love having control of the different levels in a way that’s completely different from any other TENS unit I’ve used. The app is really innovative and super user friendly. I like that there’s not a ton of wires running all over the place either.

Overall I’m very pleased with my Powerdot. I just wish I had been able to get the duo instead of just the one.

I purchased the Power Dot Duo in hopes of alleviating my sciatic nerve pain, and in short it definitely helped. Of course, it was not just the PowerDot, but a list of exercises recommended by a physical therapist, the Power Dot is great for warming up/warming down/quickening recovery time, assisting in the exercises and ultimately full on recovery.

It has a clean and easy to navigate UI with several plug and play exercise programs. It tracks my progress so I can see if I am improving. I do wish it had more options to customize the workouts, as I enjoy an uninterrupted full contraction for 20-30 minutes.

The closest setting I found was 5-10 second contractions followed by resting states, repeated for the exercise duration. Overall I give it 5 stars for: 1. Ease of use – Easier to use than getting it out of the fancy packaging.

2. Design – UI/UX is CLEAN, attachment cables are just the right length. Built in progress tracker. 3. Portability – Connects with your phone so you can go for a run while you have it attached to a part of your body.

4. Strength (Output limit is higher than most; great for getting DEEP muscle recovery/activation) 5. Support – I reached out to ask about my shipment delay, and due to the high demand/COVID lockdowns the reduced team is working day and night to get everything shipped.

They were extremely helpful and I hope they and their families are fairing through these tough times. I guess the only negative I have is, you DO need a smartphone for this, and I would love to get one of these over to my grandmother, but lack of smartphone = no way to access the pods, other than that the PowerDot hits all the marks in terms of a superior product.

I have spent a good amount of money in massages for recovery. And while I still advocate for a good deep tissue massage for in depth kneading out knots and recovery, sometimes you’re just looking for certain isolated movements.

Not to mention those monthly massages add up fairly quick! My PowerDot 2. 0 Duo allows me to take a load off in specific areas that I just trained. Allowing the blood to keep moving through, having the muscles contract enough where sure, it may feel a little uncomfortable at first but you know that recovery is happening right before your eyes.

I’m the type of person that has to justify a purchase on how much I will use it and is it cutting off other expenses? A monthly massage membership PLUS having to tip your massage therapist runs you close to the price of ONE PowerDot.

You’re looking at just a one time purchase for the actual PowerDot. Then you’re only spending 18 bucks maybe per month for pads? The fact you can peel them off, use them at any given point of the day? Purchase justified and my body has been beyond grateful for this purchase.

I’ve been able to go back the very next day feeling beyond primed with all the lactic acid being pushed out of my muscles. It’s a game changer for sure. Also quick little tidbit from having some experience with Chiro’s, hospital’s, testing centers that use electric stim.

USE RUBBING ALCOHOL on the area you’re about to put the pads. You are removing the excess oil and sweat that will take away the adhesive lifespan. I see a lot of people just try to use a towel and clean the area that way.

Ideally, if you can. Take a shower and just get all the sweat and oil off your body. If you absolutely need to use them immediately, have some rubbing alcohol handy and make sure the area is super clean.

I was able get over 30 uses before the pads starting to pop off from the motions of the stim.

It came pretty quickly as quickly as I would like with the two day shipping that Walmart uses offers but the ability to have a private seller have it in stock I have it delivered was great. It is like it says for channels each channel has ability to have to pass on it there’s about twenty four functions in the P setting and it has you know that typical functions of a TENS unit as well as EMS unit.

Charge it up when you first get it it last a long time I needed it on forgiving people and myself all of us together would meet 8 hours of use on one charge and still has a lot of life left in the battery so the battery does last long time.

Packaging came with two posters that give detailed locations of where to put the electrodes. As well as 4 cable leads and a bunch of pads I got three packages of small electrodes and then 3 package of big electrodes and instruction.

The device fulfill my expectations. -Good power at the electrodes; -Easy to use; – The programs P1…P24 are very well made, but you can also use the user settings.

Works as expected. A lot of customization is available as well as plenty of pre-programmed settings.

My husband’s OT suggested this unit to help with his shoulder subluxation. It works very well! I just wish the company had put more information in the product description. I had no idea I needed a rechargeable battery and charger, which is separate from this unit! The battery it comes with only lasted for two sessions.

It was not great! But my husband loves the unit!.

Easy to use, recommended by my chiropractor and it feels wonderful. Would make a great gift as well, share with my friend and she ordered one for xmas for her husband’s chronic hip pain. I use it daily while working from home during COVID, sitting at my desk all day has caused a lot of muscle stress and tightness in my neck, shoulder blade area, this really seems to help.

No frills. Not solidly built. But functions well for the price. The ability to do intervals of stim on and stim off is a feature not always available on cheap EMS units.

By being analog it gives you a wide variety of settings for pain to muscle building. Easy to use and very powerful the 9v battery which last. contraction,relax,ramp,frequency and intensity levels for each channel.

Worst purchase. I tore my achilles tendon this time last year–still recovering and I’ve been watching this product over the last 6 months to buy it or not to help with my recovery. I finally bit the bullet and it would not connect to my phone.

I tried for over a week to get this connect restarted my phone all my apps and followed their lengthy detailed instructions and still it would not connect. I have a Samsung and when I download the app on Google apps I saw all of the reviews that I didn’t see online.

other people having the same issue connecting with their phone. For spending $160 on an item you’d think it would work at least once. I never write reviews on items, and if I don’t like it I call it a loss cause but the customer service was horrible.

On top of that I asked to return the item— I dont need a prepaid mailer, but having a return code to put in the box would be nice. They want me to put the code on the outside of the box (handwritten only) where if the package is damaged or gets water on it by chance and the number is unreadable I don’t get my money back because It can ONLY be on the outside of the box in my handwriting which also seems odd that I can’t add a piece of paper inside the box where the item is.

Seriously don’t buy worst purchase. Major disappointment for my recovery process.

The device is very effective as an additional therapy for deconditioned muscles. The strength function works as there is a lot of control over intensity and the recover functions keep me on track to strengthen every other day.

The magnetic snap is very frustrating as the dot constantly falls off. I now tape it on leaving everything a sticky mess. Connection issues remain. I have to reset at least once every 2 days or so. I still rated as a 5 because software is very well designed and it is very effective.

n time either unit will minimize pain. No surgery or broken bones so the other 2 modes don’t apply right now. Previously I had a “InTENSity IF Combo” and it ‘packed more punch. ‘ My son was visiting and suffering through severe backache.

(So much so he was EVEN willing to accept Dad’s advice. ! One use of the IF unit and he took it home with him. Have not seen it since. ) NEITHER unit was helpful operating on just batteries. Had to use the “wall wart” power cable to get useful power.

This is a good value product. However, don’t buy it if you want to use the Russian mode. The Russian program implemented in this machine doesn’t conform to the Dr Kots 10 sec on/50 sec off/10 min protocol.

The 3 Russian programs in this device are Constant contractions (always on), the on-time and off-time can’t be changed. Also the intensity can only be adjusted by pairs of channels (Channel 1/2 and Channel 2/3), their is no way to adjust the channels individual in the Russian mode.

This item is such a wondrtvul, user-friendly item. And it helps to relieve migraines, sore and achy shoulders and knees. And very easy to operate and use. Husband and myself highly recommend

This is the more expensive version of the Beurer EM49. I’ve had it for little over a year now: it’s actually a very helpfull, versatile and overall good quality product and you really see a change in short time.

HOWEVER:- one year in, the electrodes don’t work properly anymore; so naturally, I’ve begun my quest for replacement ones. Beurer themselves don’t have them on their product page; you need to send them an email and ask for them specifically to be able to order them.

It’s now 07. 2022 and they’ve told me, they don’t have replacements on hand and that an order for a new batch has been given and is expected to arrive at the end of 09. 2022(?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!)I’ve went on every page I could think of and googled a lot more to find a replacement, but no luck.

The older version though, the EM49, has got replacement parts everywhere, from Amazon to aliexpress, I think. So why be a fool and give more money for something that doesn’t even allow you to get replacements on time?I’m now considering buying the older version as well, or maybe yet, a device from another producer with better product lifecycle and customer satisfaction.

This worked a treat when we first bought it. Only lasted 3 months unfortunately, won’t turn on at all, won’t charge, total waste of money.
