I have been using K&N Filters since the 80’s. They are good filters and do last forever, The performance claims are bogus tho. Not really any better than a GOOD replacement filter. Quality is top notch.

Install is as hard as you make it. Never fun diving under a dash, but its not bad. I would recommend with the caveat you dont buy into claims of power gains.

Love that fact that this filter is cleanable and lets my engine breathe better. Helping fuel mileage and engine wear, prolonging the engine life! Have bought several of these K&N filters over the years and with the cleaning kit you save 100.

My 2002 Nissan Sentra has been stalling since approximately 2005. After replacing about half the engine, it’s started behaving better in the 5 or so years I’ve had it. But it’s had constant relapses of stalling at low speeds or at stops, often temporarily “fixed” by reseating the air filter (finicky air system).

After another recent bout of stalling that got me in a few sticky situations, I replaced my cheap filter with a K&N at the advice of the cashier. Put it in easy, cleaned the mass air flow sensor, and car’s been stall-, shudder-, and suffocation-free for well over a month now.

Longest it’s gone without a single relapse, and longest I’ve gone without having bi-weekly near-death experiences thanks to my vengeful 204k-mile beater. I haven’t had to touch my air filter box since I dropped this in.

Quality of life improved. Filter came with a sticker to notify mechanics not to chuck it. Nice to have something long-lasting. Sorry, ’02 Sentra. I ain’t done with you until I save up enough to buy a Toyota.

From the moment I first saw these tires I knew I had to have them they are very nice and the tread pattern is so captivating

The Venoms are a great set of tires let’s see if you need wide feet. And I got some wide feet. They are not the best but they come at at excellent price. The side walls are buildup like armor plating.

However they provide enough kush for those unexpected potholes and excetera that love to bend your rims. Yet,they Still giving you a nice ride. The tread design is sporty well thought up for channeling water away for maximumtraction.

I can only recommend these if you want to roll. Cuz I roll fast, look good a stiking to the road is a must. Venom’s are excellent for the price.

So, when going to Walmart to schedule my tires to be put on, the gentleman at the register had never heard of these. so right then and there i was discouraged by his response. But then he got to looking at the specs, and he was surprised.

After being put on, these tires are beyond great. The wear and tear is minimal compared to my other. Noise is little to none, performance and grip is phenomenal. Honestly couldn’t be more happy with them, great brand, GREAT price, and they look great! i work hard for my paycheck to paycheck job, and definitely recommend for someone looking to spend less, but get quality!!!.

I like these tires. Overall design and initial performance look good. My opinion is that these tires were mislabeled in production. Normally when you have directional or angled tread in the design, it runs in the same direction.

On these tires, they run in one direction on the left side, and in the other direction on the right. This may be a design feature, but it is a feature I have never seen before. Will be watching these tires closely for abnormal wear patterns.

I ordered a pair of these since I already had a a pair for my car. Overall the tires are cheap tires, I’m on the road again so I can’t really complain. However I had these tires Road Force Balanced and was pretty disappointed with the results.

3 of the 4 I believe were in the 20’s in Road Force which isn’t the best but is acceptable. One looked like it had quite a bit of movement in the tread – potentially bad tire? Again they are a great cheap option, I’m back on the road again and they haven’t given me issue so far.

Thus the 3 star “its okay” rating.

Quality Control lacking in final assembly process: they banged up the aluminum fins, two cage screws stripped and one missing, and no compressor blanket which Goodman says they put on all these compressors nowadays.

The shipping box was picture-perfect, so these things happened prior to final packaging. This unit sounds very healthy, but the compressor is LOUD. Paired with new CAPT3743C6 coil and new 7/8 / 3/8 x 16′ line set.

Pulled coil/lineset deep-vac (150 micron) which held steady at 224 with 82 degree indoor temp and 1600 CFM running for 20 minutes. Broke vacuum with precharged R410A and fired that mother up. After 20 minutes (at 1600 CFM) TXV working perfectly, observed 8.

3 degree SC and 8. 2 to 8. 4 SH (that’s the TXV). RECOMMENDATIONS: STOP putting the liquid line filter/dryer inside the cage. I prefer to put it indoors. START putting a 16 Cubic Inch suction line filter dryer in the cage just before the compressor – Condenser Engineers should protect their condenser, and the suction line is where they can best do that.

OK we moved bought this house 4 years back in September (will be 5 this upcoming September) and had a home warranty which we maintained. 2 years in the AC went out in August. I got the Home Warranty company to finally agree to replace it with the help of the AC company they sent out to service it the second time.

I chose this one after doing a good bit of research and they agreed. It replaced a 2. 5 ton unit and I chose this one because I knew from my research they did a quality bottom end (IE quality of parts) for reliability and longevity on these.

It has 2 warranties on it and is made by (Goodman Manufacturing in Houston, Texas makes all Goodman, Daikin, Amana, and Franklin branded air conditioners. Did you pay extra for the Amana name? It’s a Goodman!).

I purchased this unit 4 days later it was in my driveway, 5 days later it was installed without issue. I tried to buy a unit locally but none of the local HVAC suppliers will sell unless you are a contractor.

This is kinda an advanced DIY project, But if you understand what is involved for a proper install, have the tools and understand how to top off system using superheat method, this is a great option.

Hope it lasts, it’s replacing a a Goodman unit that had to have compressor replaced when 6 years old, and dead at 10 And since I am a home owner and not a contractor they are happy to take my money but no warrantee provided.

Previously had these and the super sports on my BMW E90 330i and loved them that car came with Dunlops from BMW the performance was better but not world changing. I had recently upgraded to a BMW F30 Active Hybrid 3 it came with mismatched front and rear Maxxi and Avons respectively, the previous owner sold it because they felt it too powerful and unstable.

I found the exact same problem and it to be a great example of how important a good tyre is. Before I put the Michelin PS4S on the car would wheel spin on the lightest acceleration from a standstill it would constantly try and oversteer in corners just horrible to drive it was like driving in light ice conditions.

I put the Michelin PS4S on and it was night and day suddenly It was difficult to get it to wheel spin and step out in turns. I could take corners with confidence I could not only stop without the ABS kicking in but hard stop and sooner at that.

I had quite often wondered in the 4 years using these on my previous car was it really worth the cost could I just step down to a budget tyre and get away with it. The answer I found was no your tyre really does make a world of difference.

I couldn’t get those budget tyres off faster enough and go back to the black sticky embrace of the Michelin Pilot sport 4s and going into every country road bend at the ready to catch the back end stepping out.

Do yourself a favour buy the right tyre.

I did a lot of research before having these fitted to my Jaguar XF Portfolio to replace Dunlop SP Sport 01(J)s. The PS4S is a more aggressive tyre, so I went with the older design and it seems to suit my car very well.

The PS4 are a little quieter than the Dunlops, grippier in the dry, and even more so in the wet. The steering is lighter and more fluid. The Dunlops took more effort to turn just off-centre before settling into the corner, whereas the Michelins are more linear and give greater feedback.

Ride comfort is surprisingly good for a sports tyre, and a small improvement on the old Dunlops. Durability is as yet unknown as I’ve only done about a thousand kms. but I’ve had good experience with the wear rate of Michelin tyres (Primacy LCs) on a different car in the past.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the PS4, and although quite expensive they seem well worth the money.

Got these tires with my ‘98 Z3 Coupe with suspension upgrades. The tire handles amazingly both on comfortable Autobahn driving up to enthusiastic driving on curvy b-roads. Temperatures build up quickly and the tire is always giving me confidence.

It really takes a lot of input to bring them to slide. Turning in gives great feedback and they have great durability. Need to change my back tires after 25. 000 KM. Driving style: 50 % comfortable, 50% sporty, no track days.

In the rain they handle amazingly too, but I drive my car rarely on rain, therefore I won’t give a deep feedback. Definitely going to keep with PS4’s only minor issue is with the sound they make but it’s normal for sporty tires.

I have been driving my car with run-flat tires for 10 years. Although run-flat tires are the specified tires for my car, I have sacrificed ride quality for so long. I decided to put the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires into my car.

They were on promo during the month of April 2022 which helped in my decision. I appreciate that they are not run-flat tires. But, what a difference! These tires are so quiet and I’m enjoying a much better ride in my car now.

I will test them through the winter months later in the year since they are all-season tires. I hope I won’t need to switch into my winter tires. I highly recommend these tires!.

These tires are amazing! I used to drive Primacy MXM4 and these new tires beat them they are handling amazing on slippery roads tested these tires in pouring rain.

Best tires I’ve ever had on the Si. The Si (though it could also be my driving style?) is very hard on the tires and tires don’t last very long, even tires with 45-55k mile warranty usually last for only 25k miles, before they get bolder than my head, even with frequent rotations.

I currently have over 170k miles on the car and at each previous tire change I tried different brand, usually getting cheaper tires at around $100, last time, Michelin had a rebate and I decided to try them.

best tires ever. However, these Pilot Sport A/S 3 Plus did not even last 17k miles. yet well worth the money. grin inducing at every turn. did I mention best tires I ever had? so for my next set, I replaced with the next gen Pilot Sport All Season 4, which are supposed to be even better.

The shopping experience with Build dot com is great. They are a reseller for a lot of these items. I can’t say the same for the manufacture and their packaging. When you spend over $500 on a metal sink and get a beat up box that’s a shame.

Also, did you ever see a metal sink cost that much? No, pure racket for the size no one else produces. Also, the craftsmanship of this sink leaves out for the better. The sound insulation rubber mat attached underneath the sink was coming loose.

The countertop railings attached to the bottom of the sink around the edges were not perfectly aligned either. All in all, unless this is the last resort for the right sizing, steer clear.

Excellent quality steel. Shines for years. I got two of those (one wrong size, but decided to keep for my patio kitchen upgrade) and one for kitchen installed in ~2017. Already 5 years in use and it looks like brand new!.

I’m a plumbing contractor and have purchased several of these sinks for various jobs. They are good quality and a good choice when space is limited but a decent sized sink still needed. My clients love them and appreciate the depth and size.

I will definitely get more in the future. However, if you have the space and money, I would personally recommend a bigger sink if you’re choosing a sink for a standard or custom kitchen. But this particular sink works well in small but higher end apartment complexes, wine tasting rooms, even as a nice high end utility sink in a custom home, and anywhere limited space is encountered.

You’ll need to make sure your cabinet is at least the standard 24″ from front to back. Every one of these I’ve purchased have been single hole for single hole faucets. Most cheap stainless steel sinks do not have the necessary rigidity to support a tall single hole kitchen faucet.

We were finally able to get our unit installed and it’s working great so far with all this heatwave we’re experiencing. The only issues we had was ordering the wrong unit and having to send it book took quite a bit of time to get situated, and finding an hvac installer qualified that had an opening.

My guy only took a couple of hours to get it hooked up and running and we were back in the cool. Alpine did a great job in helping me get the item returned, but i would like to recommend you advise residential customers on the front end that they definitely will need a lift gate delivery so they arent later hit with a lift gate charge.

Also many installers in my area hadnt heard of ALPINE as a distributor so that made it a little more difficult to find an installer that wasnt going to charge me an outrageous amount for an install.

Like some of my furnace reviews, It is important for people to know that Goodman is a quality assembled product just like the rest, but at exceptionally reasonable price. All manufacturers use the same parts GE, Emerson, White Rogers, Copland compressors inside their products.

Frankly, I am not aware of any that utilize their own proprietary components other than the cabinet frame, heat exchanger, and coils. All of which are non-moving and without circuitry to fail. Moisture and incorrect pressures are the only enemy to those components.

Goodman (like the competiton) details the design and install parameters as well as the operating conditions of their equipment. So long as you install inside these guidlines you should enjoy a long lasting dependable unit.

The unit is exactly what I needed. This particular unit is cooling only, not a heat pump. After looking for some time for units, Lennox, Carrier, Rheem etc. , I found Goodman. After looking at the top 10 units for 2020.

these guys came in at number three. It has a 10 year warranty, which is better than some of their competition. It has a line dryer that some of the other units do not offer. Looks nice and well built.

Had the unit installed on Nov 9, 2020 and have used it several times before cold weather. Unit runs extremely quiet. So far I am very happy with the unit and would say it is worth anyone looking for a A/C unit, you should at least consider looking at one before making a purchase.

This is an industry issue of possibly greed for the filters looking like waffles to have multiple usage. How does the allergens and dirt get picked up if air flows AROUND the filter?.

I have researched furnace filter ratings and MERV 11 in this product is designed to catch a lot of the allergenic particles, so helps especially during the heavy pollen season, reduces stuffiness for those with allergies.

Lower rated filters allow more particles, higher rated filters can cause a drag on air flow. After switching from a lower rated filter the snoring in our bedroom was noticably reduced. This particular product seems well made and performs as expected.

The fit is correct. Compared to equivalent filters the price of this box of 6 filters is quite economical. I get enough to change my filters every 90 days.

Have not installed one yet but anticipate great performance. Filters are very sturdy and well made. The best looking bulk type of filters I have ever bought. If they perform as good as they appear I be buying all my filters here.

Love em, although only 300 miles since buying, these are a dream – car used to drift ever so slightly towards road center (up camber) I thought I needed a wheel alignment although unsupported by the old tires perfectly even wear.

On my car this would have been a $300 ordeal (no one in town can do European car alignment). Now she runs straight as an arrow. Road noise minimal (my old Yokohamas Geolanders) were also quiet so comparable to expensive rubber.

On wet roads excellent grip just as good as Yokohamas. On a snowy patch up the mountain had very good grip also like my old Yokohamas. Price wise, well almost 40% cheaper than the Yokohamas. So all in all at the moment I think these are a brilliant find/purchase.

Ordered these tires online and just had them installed this morning. My Armada seems to go thru tires fast. The last set of Goodyear I had started wearing out around 20k miles. Given the cost of tires in this size I was having a hard time picking a new tire.

I went with these because of the hefty discount, I’ve never found tires in this size for less than $130 a tire. As soon as the technician rolled these out today he said “Wow! These are nice tires. ” I told him the price and he was stunned.

They are also directional (which I wasn’t familiar with) but it basically means they are side specific. Just riding home from Walmart I was shocked at the noticeable difference in the grip on the road and handling.

They are also quieter than my previous tires. Time will tell how they hold up but I’m seriously considering ordering a second set to keep for next time. I’d say for this price you can’t go wrong. They are better than the original stock tires and the Wranglers I replaced with last time.

I didn’t give 5 stars just because I don’t have enough time with them to truly give that extra star.

Nice Tires. I looked for some tires that would fit both the tire height and width and I didn’t have much clearance on my truck. After comparing and measuring both the tires and wheels I decided to go with these.

Being the tires will never see bad weather and I really liked the tread design. One other thing. The company that these were shipped with actually delivered the tires to my side entrance garage instead of just leaving them on my porch.

This is the filter we need for our furnace. It is fairly sturdy compared to other brands. It does collect the dust and other things from the air in our house. The price is average for this type of filter.

Farm and fleet has been good about keeping the filters in stock for when we need to pick one up.

With 4 cats in my home i need a great furnace filter and this one is my choice. Blains Farm & Fleet Monroe, Wi always has what I need.

I have a Honeywell system, needed a filter. I thought this would do. I was wrong. Large dust and pet hair clump went over top of the filter! Do yourself a favor if you have a Honeywell filter system.

Buy a Honeywell filter.

I am a car guy. I love putting wheels on all my cars since my high school days. I have used and spent a lot of money on toyo tires in the past with no issues. Currently running 295/30/24 toyo proxes on my new 2018 Dodge Durango RT.

Unfortunately I had a large stress crack on the side wall of 1 tire. With 2 small boys ages 2 & 7 I take no chances. Took the wheels and tires back to the place of purchase which is a certified dealer.

Had the tires about a year and only issue was a slight vibration that balancing could never correct but once your mount the tires there yours. The tire was sent in and after about a month any warranty on the tire was declined.

The reason was driving on low tire pressure. Not the case I had the sensors swapped. Beware if you have any warranty issues this could happen.
