20 Best Drinks For High Blood Pressure (2023 Updated)

My husband and I both were having kidney pain now and then, so I bought two boxes of this to help strengthen our kidneys. It has helped tremendously. Neither one of us is having pain after drinking this every day for two weeks.

The flavor is fantastic too – even my husband likes it, and he doesn’t like much of anything herbal. I will definitely purchase it again when we need it.

I feel more energized and I have more drive in certain areas. Just started drinking this tea daily the last 8 days.

This doesn’t work for anything! It taste like crap and it didn’t really do anything it promised. Not worth a penny and would never buy it again. Big waste of money. False advertising at its finest. Never would I recommend this to others.

Overall taste – fantastic! I loved the fact that it has 2g of sugar and 5g of carbs. Significantly less than Gatorade. But what I was not prepared for was the churning of my stomach that came 10 minutes after finishing it.

Now the first time it happened, I thought it was something else that I ate/drank. But come the second time, I had it after a very humid cycle workout and lift – the churning was accompanied by other violent bodily functions that were completely unexpected, on both occasions of consumption.

I can’t seem to pinpoint the exact ingredients that would cause this kind of reaction – I drink coconut water on a daily basis and I have never had a reaction such as this one. Not entirely sure how much hydration is actually happening given the violent reactions.

But if you need to have a movement or you’re trying to cut, this drink is for you.

So I bought a 12-pack of the orange flavor. I was excited to try these drinks. I’ve seen all reviews on Youtube, so when I finally was able to buy some, I was ecstatic. I’ve purchased all the flavors, by the way.

So I’ve tried the lemon-lime and the grape flavors, and those tasted fine. Then I got to the orange flavor, and the only way I can describe how it tasted is when you’re making Kool-Aid, and you put too much of the Kool-Aid pack and not enough sugar.

It tasted sour. Now I could be overreacting because it is a citrus flavor, but given I’ve tasted the lime flavor, and there was no hint of sourness while drinking that one, it made me think, wow! Is this expired? I checked the date, and it says they expire on 03/25/23.

I’m still questioning it because they were unavailable for a long time. I don’t know if maybe I got the last few batches from when they sold out this last time. Or if they’re new, and that’s how they’re supposed to taste.

Or maybe I’m just experiencing a sour aftertaste. I’ll try the rest of the flavors and then update this review. To see if the other ones taste rotten or bad.

You get what you pay for. I’m going back to Super Beets from nHuman. Contacted customer service with Power Beets. They don’t care. The dissatisfaction stems from my NO levels being undetectable with this product.

With Super Beets, the NO levels can be measured. Also, you get a fizzing bite when you mix and drink it. Similar, but not as intense as when you take NO pre-workout mixes. I feel like this is Kool-Aid.

The date stamp on the bottom of the jar is labeled for 12-2024, so shouldn’t be a freshness issue. I’m half way through the jar and no effects felt. I notice the benefits with other products. I will take it back to Sam’s Club and go from there.

Don’t waste your money.

For those that find this powder to be hard to dissolve, the solution is simple, use warm water and stir. Now, for what I do not advise: I was reading some reviews on the Power Beets, one said that they just at it straight off the spoon.

PLEASE, lol. DONT do that! At least wait until you get home instead of sitting in your vehicle wanting to know just how this powder tastes! Take my word for it, Yes, it tastes like Acai berry not beets.

2nd tilting your head back and just dumping the scoop of power beets in your mouth WILL NOT do you any favors lol. It will make you cough, will make you react like a horse with peanut butter on the roof of its mouth, your tongue will go into hyperdrive trying to get all that powder out of your teeth, out of your gums, off your lips, and it’ll take at least 5 min (with out liquid) to get back to normal! (reminds me of being on the sidelines of someone getting maced! lol).

That aside, we love it! Can’t hide all the flavor of beets, but you can barely taste it, (maybe it helps if its not in pure powder form??) lol. Hopefully this stuff works as proclaimed.

who purchased this item. Verified purchase I ordered the master and latte cleanse. Having never juiced or cleansed in my 41 years, OH MY GOSH I FREAKING LOVE IT!!!!!! I used it to help rid my body of the after affects of Covid 19.

I felt SO good after the three day master, I went right into the latte. I feel like I’m 30 again, no brain fog, no drowsy all day feelings. I do not feel exhausted five minutes after waking. I felt so good, I ordered the core cleanse a week later, and am about to order the master again.

I started this juice detox to reset my body before going back to a plantbased whole foods lifestyle. I have been vegan over a year now and started to incorporate too many packaged vegan, plantbased items into my meals.

I want to get back to the whole foods and rid my body of the prepackaged stuff. I found this plantbased detox reset and was super excited. I am on day 3 and have enough juices for a day 4! I personally do not eat anything after 7pm or before 9am so I changed up the timing of my juices and had 2 extra each day.

I wasn’t starving, although at some points I missed eating and a few times the sugary content gave me indigestion, so I had some steamed cauliflower at dinner time. In 3 days I’ve already lost 7 pounds.

Mind you, as soon as I start eating again the weight will go back up but I feel lighter, less bloated, and energized. I would recommend, if you are sensitive to sugar, to not drink these juices too close to bedtime, as I’ve had so much energy that I had a hard time falling asleep.

But I also don’t consume much sweet stuff anyone. And don’t forget these are natural sugars. All in all, it’s been great so far. The taste of the juices are delicious. The peppermint one is very strong but still tasted good.

I did the 1 day juice cleanse & 3 day Latte combo. The Juice cleanse went great. I was a little bloated from all of the fiber, but expected, no discomfort & it subsided by the next morning. I woke up feeling light & energized.

I was very excited about starting the 3 day latte cleanse, but the drinks were extremely sweet & gritty. I diluted them with 16oz of fluid to get the 1st 3 down. I tried with water & almond milk. Cold & warm.

I just could not stomach anymore. I made my 4th Latte & it was even sweeter than the previous 3 and I gave up. I don’t understand why the company doesn’t allow refunds or exchanges if they truly believe in their products.

It’s a lot of money to just throw away. Next time I’ll review the refund policy 1st, lesson learned.

Though I have tried most of the Hydrant products, my go-to is the Original Hydrate line. My favorite flavor is the Blood Orange, though the new Lemon-Lime might be in a tie for first, now! The Lemon-Lime is tart and extra refreshing.

I also find the flavor much stronger, so I am able to mix into a full 16 ounces of water. (I like it much more than the Lime, which I find bitter. ) The Blood Orange is fantastic, but slightly weaker in flavor, so I use slightly less water.

I also like the Fruit Punch and Orange Mango, but they are very much weaker in flavor, and if put in 8 ounces of water, I don’t care for the taste. The salt element becomes bit more noticeable. I only like the varieties with sugar, as the amount is so small, there is no guilt, and the flavor is the best.

Also, the drinks do not at all taste overly sugary. It is very subtle. I cannot tolerate even Stevia or Monk Fruit Extract. They taste artificial to me. So far as I can tell in looking around, Hydrant is the only brand that has a line with sugar only.

The competition either has no sugar, or a blend with some other unpleasant sweetener. So, I am hoping Hydrant does not ever change this! I am not an avid exerciser, but I just simply don’t drink enough water, and get dehydrated easily.

Headaches and sluggishness. Hydrant gets me to drink far more water and perks me up tremendously. I will be a forever customer so long as they keep sugar-only products available, and I recommend this product highly!.

I love these! First saw the brand on TikTok and decided to give them a try since I always have problems staying hydrated. Usually when I drink water I just pee almost immediately and whenever I do exercise it feels like my body takes extra long to recover from the loss of hydration.

They’ve also been good for my gut health. I live in a tropical place and so there’s fresh coconut water readily available (it’s great for replenishing electrolytes) but I’ve grown allergic to coconut in general so that’s pretty sad.

I have been monitoring my blood pressure ever since i was put on Medication at the end of February. This supplement over the last approximate 25 days that i have taken it, has substantially help stabilize my pressure.

I’ve been drinking Boost nutritional drinks for years now and love the taste and how much energy it provides. I’m particular to the vanilla flavor, but love the strawberry as well. The taste is very similar to ice cream or flavored milk, and is wonderful chilled.

I bought this 2 months ago. I feel you have to allow 1-2 months to see if there are any significant changes. I saw no changes at all. Not worth my reordering.

I bought a box for myself and for my sister. We both enjoy the tea. She steeps it very strong in the morning and then adds to water and sips on it through the day. I like that they are individually wrapped.

I saw a commercial for Gatorade’s Bolt 24 on tv. Gatorades are my go to sports drink. Given it’s benefits I thought it might be a good replacement for soda. Boy was I wrong. I bought a bottle of the Strawberry Lemonade.

I put it in the fridge and let it get cold. I shook it up before I opened it. When drinks sit for a while some ingredients can settle on the bottom. This is known to happen with Gatorades. I took the first sip and wanted to vomit.

The only words for this is gross. The after taste is a bit watery. I am quite surprised and disappointed in the taste. I really thought Bolt 24 would have a great taste; seeing that it’s made by Gatorade.

I don’t typically enjoy sports drinks. They are loaded with sugar and have a salty taste that I can’t get passed. These new Gatorade Bolt 24 don’t seem to have the salty flavor I was prepared for. They do still have a lot of sugar, but I would rather have actual sugar than artificial sweetener.

The watermelon flavor is great and not at all over powering perfumed like other watermelon drinks. I also like the added caffeine content in these. My husband, who doesn’t drink coffee or tea, seems to think this will a good alternative to the soda he reaches for to get caffeine.

Bolt 24 Restore with Collagan Peach Mango flavor. I was hopeful with this product since I have been reading about he benefits of adding collagen to your diet and this would be a win combines with hydration and electrolytes.

At first after opening it had a mild peachy aroma, once I tasted it I could not swallow it imagine drinking what stagnant water smells like. I t was within best by date so it was not spoiled, I don’t know if this is what collagen taste like but I won’t be trying it anytime soon.

Boost High Calorie is just perfect for Oral Cancer Patients. I am limited to what I can eat due to surgeries for oral cancer. This shake is invaluable for me to get the calories needed to sustain my weight and energy.

I mix one of these with two Equate high protein shakes and it makes the perfect meal! I wish it came in additional flavors other than just vanilla but I can always add flavor like chocolate or strawberry, even add crushed fruits like banana and peaches.

I also wish there were more vendors to choose from to allow for competition! Wish Walmart/Equate would have this in brand name.

This is another new Boost product for my list. It has a decent chocolate flavor and doesn’t leave a nasty aftertaste as some protein style drinks do. It doesn’t taste bad warm but I’d recommend chilling it first.

The Plus version of this Boost has 14 grams of protein, 26 vitamins and minerals and is 360 calories. I found the calories to be high, but since the sugar content is more natural versus artificial it explains why that is.

It provides 100% of vitamin C and for the rest it provides 25-35% of recommended daily intake. This is not a low-carb drink. It has 45 grams of which only 3 grams are fiber based with 24 of those being sugar.

Definitely not a product I would recommend for those on a low-carb diet! But, this is a nutritional drink first and foremost and it provides that admirably.
