The berry blast flavor is delicious and everything I’m going to say about the chilled pomegranate. I’ve had all the flavors of Pedialyte advance care plus. I have dysautonomia so I suffer from chronic dehydration.

These are great for quickly rehydrating. The flavors are great. The chilled cherry Pomegranate flavor isn’t as tart or intense as I imagined. They’re all rather mellow and sweet. Very easy on the stomach.

They kind of taste like a saltier melted otter pop or popsicle stick. I highly recommend these. I drink them all the time. The preactiv probiotics help with intestinal issues as well.

Pedialyte has been the one and only line of healthy drinks that actually grasped the task of making these drinks actually taste decently. I was definitely surprised because after my disaster encounter with Herbalife products, I was expecting to be just as grossed out with this drink.

I gave this product 4 stars because I’m not saying that the drink was amazing but it was definitely something that I could drink without forcing myself to consume. And I was able to feel hydrated and not so light headed so the product not only tasted decent, but it did what it says it’s supposed to do.

I will continue recommending this to others.

I wish I had learned about the power of #pedialyte for adults much sooner. After a night out, skip the sugary sports drinks and pick up Pedialyte. For the volume, the price seems okay. However, the label states you should finish the bottle in 3 days once open.

For an individual, that seems like a lot of electrolytes. Perhaps, make smaller, single-use bottles? I’ve tried the powder packets but prefer the taste of the electric blue pre-bottled version!.

I haven’t had the results I was hoping for. I will continue to use to see if it is going to take more time to have results I want.

When it comes to Fall and Winter seasons, my family tends to get sick as well as they participate in sports. That said, that also comes with dehydration and I like to keep sports drinks on hand for that reason, but I am now using this product instead because it is a lot better! The flavor is a great tasting strawberry and does not taste like chemicals or fake tasting. This drink helps replenish fluids, zinc and electrolytes which is essential for having a healthy body, and I agree that this product helps get those levels back to normal.

I recover much better after drinking this and so do my children, I am thankful for this product. I keep this in my refrigerator so that it can be served cold as I think it tastes best when cold. I have also put some of this in an ice cube tray and froze it when my children have the flu, and they really enjoyed the cold refreshing treat, and I was happy to help them feel better with this.

I recommend this to every parent and athlete to have on hand for the cold and sport seasons.

(or any available flavor) is *clutch* when I have migraines. Pedialyte provides hydration and electrolytes I need when the migraines make me too sick/nauseous to eat or drink. Definitely drink it cold and in small sips.

The unflavored version is actually worse than the flavored versions, IMO—it looks like water but has a weird viscosity and salinity that your brain registers as “not water”, making it intolerable if already nauseous.

Try different flavors, drink cold and slow, and I find it helps if you alternate with small sips of a seltzer you like. It’s no substitute for migraine prevention or treatment medication, but it will keep dehydration from making your migraine worse.

We purchased Pedialyte mixed fruit recently because our son was sick and I was worried about dehydration. We have tried Pedialyte previously in other flavors. My son did not like this flavor even after he was no longer sick.

The only way I could get him to drink any of it was to mix in some Gatorade. I will not be buying this flavor again but I do recommend the pops or other flavors.

Electrolytes are; Calcium, Chloride,Magnesium,Phosphorus,Potassium. Salt Basically minerals and you can make electrolyte water using simple minerals. Under this product’s ingredients it says dextrose, which is a corn-based sugar sweetener and I have understood that can spike blood sugar worse than regular granulated table sugar.

Plus – under that ingredients list the label says “contains bioengineered food ingredients” – which is a new term for GMO – so my guess is the corn product is gmo but can’t say for sure because today, a lot of things are nano particles – so who knows.

The label does not say what is bioengineered in this “water. ” I don’t know why sugar or bioengineered anything has to be in electrolyte water. I realized something was wrong when in a few days the water grew a moldy cloud though it was refrigerated.

This may sound odd, but I actually like to drink these myself. After a long day at work (esp when I have time to eat or drink) I can feel extremely dehydrated and sluggish. I like the grape and light blue flavors.

They taste alot like light Gatorade and get my sugar levels back up to normal very quickly. Def recommended for this reason.

Bad taste – I buy unflavored Pedialyte for my elderly cats and saw this in WM as the ‘same thing’ but cheaper, so I bought some. It is not unflavored; it has a nasty taste. The unflavored Pedialyte tastes like water.

This tastes terrible – it tastes bitter, citrusy, artificial sweetener. It even smells bad. So, instead of saving $1. 50 by buying the cheaper version, I poured $3. 50 down the drain.

When I’m sick, after a sweaty workout session, or even just when I’m feeling super dehydrated I run to the store and pick up one of these. I have tried almost every flavor and they are great. This flavor specifically is my favorite.

I will say that these do have a somewhat salty taste, which can be off putting to some people. But it’s not overpowering. To me it’s comparable to a sprinkle of salt on a huge slice of watermelon. Salty and sweet.

I love it. I do wish they had this flavor in the “advance care plus” as that has even more electrolytes and whatnot. But I do love this flavor so I continue to get it. If they offered most flavors in each regular pedialyte, advance care, and advance care plus, it would be awesome.

I have also tried the pedialyte sport flavors and the lemon lime is great! Flavor is great and very hydrating what more could you ask for?.

My mom works for abbott so we get a lot of these for free. i definitely prefer the packets to the premade bottles, but still, pedialyte is a freaking miracle for so many things. its the ONLY thing that has effectively been able to cure a hangover, an amazing healthier alternative to gatorade or powerade, and the taste is actually not bad at all.

My 15 month old baby daughter was introduced to cow milk when she turned 12mo and she did not like it at all she would always reject the bottles and get diarrhea and get constipated. So she was on almond milk which she liked 50/50.

I switched her to NAN pro and she boom she absolutely loves it and can’t stop asking for bottles, it has vitamins and minerals that she needs to grow and it doesn’t cause her stomach aches or diarrhea like with regular cow milk.

She seems to be in a better mood everyday now to and isn’t as fussy as when she would drink cow or almond milk. She is always happy when I’m making her bottle and when she’s done with it she is energetic and very joyful.

I believe it has made my baby feel better and doesn’t cause her stomach aches. It makes me happy that I finally found something she actually enjoys. Definitely recommend for babies 12 months and up who are picky and delicate to cows milk.

Yes for probiotics! My 22 month old is/was breastfed from the start. I went back to work (I’m a teacher, was on a sabbatical) and noticed a drop in my supply. I’ve tried to get him to drink more whole milk and even tried powdered milks but he is so sensitive to taste.

The smallest oddity and it’s over. Enter this Gerber milk mix and it’s different. I naturally had to try it myself. It did not have that odd aftertaste that most Powder drinks have. My little man has been taking it with no complaints and I’ve even been mixing it in his Mac and cheese with a little water.

Move over kids, Pedialyte isn’t just for kids anymore. I three little boys and sometimes they do need Pedialyte to help them get through colds and other illnesses. They enjoyed the Crisp Lemon Berry Flavor.

The product itself is great! I give it 5 stars. My baby loves it, and I’ve seen less spit up because of it. My 1 star review is because Walmart sent me 4 expired tubs of formula. I’m talking expired in November 2021.

This is unacceptable. They came from 2 different Walmart facilities too. This should never happen, but it’s especially rough during a formula shortage.

My daughter was having a hard time digesting her bottles. She suffered from a lot of gas and often would spit up after a feeding. Her doctor diagnosed her with acid reflux and recommended trying several different techniques to help provide her some relief.

We would keep her upright for 30 minutes after feedings, burp her every 2 ounces, bring her knees to her chest to relieve gas, but nothing seemed to help much. Finally we switched her to Gerber® Good Start® A2 Powder Infant Formula.

Within a few feedings we could tell a difference. She was not as fussy, we didn’t have to burp her as often, she appears satisfied after a feeding, and she is no longer spitting up. I’m happy we decided to try this formula and now I recommend it to others whose babies are having difficult times digesting formula, are suffering from acid reflux, or for those babies that appear very fussy and miserable.

This formula has been life changing and I will continue to buy and recommend it to everyone.

Due to dehydration issues my 55 year old mother’s doctor told her to drink a quart of sports drink every day. She does not like Gatorade and therefor did nothing. I ordered a case of the unflavored Pedialyte product and she doesn’t have any problem drinking it and her doctor concurred that this was a great substitute for sports drinks.

I contacted the customer service department at Pedialyte and asked if the product could be frozen into ice cubes or used to make coffee. They quickly responded and told me that the temperature extremes would change the properties of the Pedialyte and freezing or boiling is not recommended.

My husband was severely dehydrated during Covid and hates Gatorade so I got him this. He actually felt physical changes after drinking this. Usually you drink it and don’t notice anything but he actually felt improvement.

Said it’s not all sugary and gross and tasted good.

My 20 months old prefers electrolyte drink over water and we have been buying the same brand and switching different flavors. The Kinderlyte was a refreshing change. The campaign offered three drinks of the same flavor, my son didn’t care much about the Cherry Punch but he seemed to like the Fruit Punch better.

I ended up drinking the Cherry Punch ones. Tasted fine, refreshing and does the job of replenishing and hydrating. It’s great to have options and I’d buy more of these in a heart beat. Packaging is nice as well, clear bottle with plastic wrapper, you can see the color of the drink through the bottle.

One thing I didn’t like is the round label that hangs around the neck of the bottle. It’s not easy to detach that. And with that label attached, it’s difficult to pour drink as the label gets in the way.

My son loves this because he basically thinks it’s chocolate milk. He’s not malnourished, but he is fairly picky lately and would rather play than eat. We let him have up to 4oz of this a day after we attempt real food.

I’m a RD (registered dietitian-not nutritionist, be cautious of those nutritionist bloggers) and want to emphasize to those that are getting picky about the ingredients and are up in a hoopla over corn products etc.

When you have someone hospitalized on a tube feeding, those products are often made up of corn syrup and multiple ingredients that you might not recognize because realistically you can’t pulverize and sustainably package toast and eggs, or whatever you consider a well balanced meal.

So calm down already and just keep things simple. There are more boojy shakes out there for kids, but you will pay a ridiculous amount for it and mine as well make a homemade smoothie (which they’ll love too).

These PediaSure GrowGain drinks are PERFECT for parents with picky eaters on their hands. Some kids simply dont like many foods and their nutrition is severely lacking because of it. While these drinks do contain 12 grams of sugar per bottle, they also contain A LOT of other nutrients.

Some parents might frown on something like this being given as a meal replacement but if your child is super picky and wont eat much of anything, these are a godsend!!!The consistency is like a thick chocolate milk, very easy to drink and not at all gritty.

The flavor is VERY kid friendly. Its rich, sweet without being sickening sweet, and super chocolatey. There isnt any medicinal or metallic aftertastes. It really does taste like a sweet, yummy chocolate milk.

These are perfect for seniors, too, because they are easy to drink and contain a lot of nutrition. In my opinion, they are similar to Ensure for adults but taste A LOT better!!!I love that you can buy a whole 24-bottle case and not have to worry about battling all the in store out of stocks.

As my son grows and participates in sports passionately, I realized that he needs a significant amount of food and nutrition more than ever. I am glad I found this shake and got to try it for my son.

This shake has everything for my son to have in daily basis—a good amount of protein not too much, not too little, vitamins and minerals, and DHA omega-3. So, I have been packing him a bottle of thisshake along with his lunch, and noticed he stopped complaining about still being hungry after lunch.

I am grateful for what this little bottle offers. So how’s the taste? For my taste, it is too sweet. Yes, the shake has 12 grams of added sugar, and that is too much in this small bottle. But, that is what makes the shake tasty for the kids, right? I am not crazy about putting too much sugar in my kid’s food or drink, yet my son does not complain.

Other than being a bit sugary, this shake has a good chocolatey taste, is not powdery or grainy, and does not have chemical aftertaste. Overall, it has a great flavor, and my kid loves it. An 8 fl oz size bottle is great as well, and the price 2 per bottle is not too bad, in my opinion.

This is our go to when anyone in the family is sick. My adult daughter was really ill and dehydrated and bought this for her and made her feel better right away. It’s not only for baby’s it can be used for adults too.

I buy the PediaSure Sidekicks for my son. His diet is not always complete and I know that the Sidekicks has great nutritional value-vitamins and minerals and even fiber that my son may be missing in his diet.

We buy the lower calorie version that has 160 calories, I believe. There is also a 250 or 350 calorie version, I think (which may be known as the Grow and Gain). At least this is the way it used to be when I bought this all the time.

In the past 2 years, I think the company changed the formula a little bit and the calories might have changed/increased a little. I don’t have any on hand at home at the present time to verify exact calories-sorry.

The taste is rich and creamy and chocolatey. It is best served cold. I really like the PediaSure Sidekicks and it was even recommended by our pediatrician for dietary supplementation to help balance out a very picky eater’s diet.

AWFUL AFTER RECIPE CHANGE ! As of July 2022, they have changed the recipe. They are using a bit less sugar and added in STEVIA instead. Now, these taste AWFUL, SICKENINGLY SWEET AND WITH AN AFTER-TASTE, SIMILAR TO NUTRASWEET OR ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS.

I used to love these, they tasted amazing and made me feel so much better. I have so many food allergies that there’s very few foods I can safely eat, so I would have 3-5 of these pediasure sidekicks a day – A LOT of $$$ worth, but they tasted amazing and like I said, made me feel considerably better.

I don’t know what I’m going to do now. and I’m scared what will happen to my health, but I can barely gag these down now. it’s an effort to get a sip or 2 down and they kinda turn my stomach. Also Sadly, I bought 8 or 10 of the packs I usually go through a month ( typically around 16 packs a month) so now I’m out the money and don’t know what to do with these.

Since we have grandma living with us, we have a bit more control over what she eats and drinks, even when she doesnt have an appetite. The PediaSure is actually perfect for kids AND elderly because it tastes good and helps her with the nutrients she needs.

I like the GrowGain because she wont lose weight. So far, she has been able to put on a pound a week just drinking a shake for lunches. She does eat breakfast and dinner, but this helps her maintain her weight or gain when she doesnt eat lunch.

They are a nice thick chocolate shake that tastes like that of chocolate milk. It doesnt taste too sweet and it doesnt taste gross either. It does have a lot of sugar, but at this point I am just glad grandma is drinking something with vitamins and minerals.

Kids and elderly are not terribly different. For 8oz, each bottle is about 2. That is very comparable to the name brand bottles. I make our lunches and she sits down with us and drinks while we eat. I feel good giving her these and as said, 50 for 24 bottles is a pretty good deal since they taste good.

This product is great for a lot of reasons. I use this for the whole family, especially my significant other for when he’s working long days. It really helps to keep healthy levels of fluids as well as potassium and sodium levels at a normal place, more so on days he works long hours and can’t always hydrate.

The premise behind these beverages is great – a nutritional beverage for kids as a quick snack, or between meals. However, after reading the ingredient list, I had a number of concerns; although it has a lower sugar content versus other brands, there is still a significant amount of sugar in both the vanilla and chocolate shakes.

The taste was acceptable, but not particularly strong in chocolate flavour.

My son was born with congenital vertical talus that required corrective surgery. He spent the first two years of his life in casts. Doctors think that this helped play a role in the development of his autism.

He is high functioning but refuses 99% of all food that a non autistic child would consume. He will only drink Parents Choice Pediatric Shake Vanilla with Fiber. It is the only complete nutrition he will consume.

He refuses the non fiber version as well as Pediasure brand and all other nutritional drinks and flavors. He has thrived on this stuff. He consumes a six pack a day. He will not eat meat, fruits or vegetables of any kind except soft french fries.

He loves soft french fries w/ ketchup, plain ramen noodles w/no seasoning packet, string cheese and plain pancakes w/no butter, no syrup. He also likes gummie bears and the occasional Mike.

My son has Autism and making sure he gets a balanced diet is a struggle. This is his favorite shake and he asks for them all the time. I didn’t give you 5 stars because when I am looking on here for a picture of a single bottle there aren’t any chocolate images.

You simply reused the strawberry. That would be fine if I wasn’t trying to teach my son to communicate. He is extremely literal and I am making cards for a pecs system. If I tried to use the strawberry picture he would think I had lost my mind.

I was just getting over the flu and was still not totally at 100 percent. A coworker suggested I might still be dehydrated from vomiting a few days prior. I’ll be honest it tastes gross. Like warm, melted lollipops left in the car.

My children loved the flavor I tried it myself and it had a real flavor taste which made them actually enjoy drinking it, we serve ours cold the kids tend to like it better that way.

I like that this is something I can give them when they arent feeling the best and it will help keep them hydrated so that’s one less thing this mom has to worry about. It’s a good sized bottle, the children call it their Gatorade.

We will be looking into other flavors and I think well always have a bottle around for those just in case times.
