20 Best Drink For Hydration Besides Water (2023 Updated)

I have been trying to find ways for awhile to add turmeric to my daily nutrition. But I always hated the taste. That changed when I discovered this product! I have always been a black coffee drinker, so this allows me to add turmeric, and enjoy my coffee that much more! BUT, with that said.

My only fault with this is the 3g of sugar per serving. I am not sure if the nutrients I am getting from this. Outweighs the 3g of sugar? As some one who looks to remove sugar from my diet. I don’t think I want to add this amount on a daily basis.

Maybe some one from the superfood team can comment on this? For me, adding this creamer was a way to add new nutrients daily using my coffee as a template.

I was curious to try this product as I live and work in very hot conditions. It is very refreshing after extraneous work. The main reason for the purchase was, I enjoy cocout water and its benefits. Although, many conventional coconut waters have a ton of added sugars.

Hydrate gives you the same quality with very low sugar levels. It is freeze dried which helps keep the mineral content higher. It is vegan and dairy free. As this purchase was just to try, I would like to make a larger purchase to see what happens when consumed daily.

I am pleased with Hydrate and hope to make another future purchase.

I used to drink bottled coconut water but they always leave a weird aftertaste in my mouth. I bit the bullet and decided to order a bag of this to try and boy, am I glad I did! It’s super easy to just mix a tablespoon with 8 oz of water and super great taste! No weird aftertaste, just slightly sweet and perfect thirst quencher! I also appreciate that there’s less plastic waste.

I found out about cure through a Instagram story by G. Paltrow. I love the ingredients and just wanted something around that would enhance my water experience while not containing anything I do not want in my body.

Anyways the monk fruit takes a few try’s to get use to, but once you do there is no turning back. The watermelon tastes like a jolly rancher, so if you live candy this is your flavor! The berry is my favorite its addicting.

It has a sweet and sourness to it that I really enjoy. The matcha is also a great product you can drink it cold or hot. I like it will a bit of milk. I keep them in every bag !.

I seriously love this product. I’ve been taking it since June am so happy. I feel so refreshed and it helps reduce muscle aches after my hard workouts. This product even helps me sleep better and reduces any side effects of drinking.

I take them in the morning and then at night as well if needed. Tastes great, no yucky artificial additives, just natural delicious electrolytes. I prefer the lemon, grapefruit and ginger flavors but my son loves the berry.

I was excited when I first saw SOS online at Sams club. Their products are what I have relied on for years to keep me hydrated as I work and run daily in the heat and at altitude. All the flavors taste great and you can feel the benefits almost instantly.

I particularly like how you can consume during the most intense of activities and it doesn’t cause any stomach issues. I will be purchasing more this weekend.

I absolutely love the super human hydration. As someone who has dealt with chronic leg cramps all my life while playing ball, I was skeptical that anything could help that. Just one scoop at the beginning of the day & another in the middle of the day, and you’re golden.

I understand that not all supplements work exactly the same for everyone, but myself and my adult daughter have used this product and we do feel as though it works as intended. I have a big problem with dehydration and cramping after a hard workout, since using this.

I don’t give reviews because most products let me down. After the first sip, I ordered 3 more containers. The taste is great, the price is fair, and the serving size is small.

Best flavor. The trick is to drink one of these with 16 or more ounces of water after drinking alcohol for the evening (if you can remember) and I’d say I feel 75% better the next day. Still wake up a little groggy, but don’t have that “all day” hangover/nausea feeling.

Worked better for me compared to Liquid IV and a few others I have tried. I do notice I get a little surge of energy after I drink it, so I need an hour or so to wind down before I pass out. Also I blend it with a small amount of water, then mix with more water and ice before consuming it.

I think this is a great product. Low (real) sugar, tastes great, helps me drink more water than I otherwise would. I use one packet per blender bottle (22oz) and it’s still very flavorful. I wish I had these during chemo! I like this flavor significantly more than lime, grapefruit, and orange; but I do like mixing a little of those other flavors with the berry pomegranate just to keep my palate from getting bored.

Bought the lemon and also the turmeric. The turmeric flavor was excellent! The lemon was disappointing, not tart enough and I had to add lemon juice to boost the flavor. Also, I don’t understand why these aren’t packaged in a box that is easily recyclable.

I’m tired of all of these plastic pouches! Otherwise, the product is a great alternative to sports drinks in plastic bottles. Very hydrating!.

Electrolit îs my new go-to for rehydration, especially here in the dry Colorado climate. All flavors are good, the Coconut especially. Subtle flavor and refreshing. All the Electrolit flavors contain the additional magnesium, calcium and phosphorous along with electrolyte salts essential for complete recovery after workouts.

I would drink this often when travelling abroad. I ended up dehydrating and was given this drink to help me get back on my feet. it helped me out substantially and frankly I’m happy it did because being dehydrated is no joke.

Didn’t know what to expect, how’ve I’m familiar with the turmeric root and the powder mix is pretty sensational. I use it mostly with warm beverages like a tea and coffee, and it did not disappoint. I notice the difference when I take and when I haven’t taken it with my beverage(s).

Overall, I slept 🛌 well and was up and running in the morning ready to take in my “Jumpstart” along with the “Mango Pineapple” electrolytes mix. I’m sorry that I ordered the 8oz package and the 16oz, hopefully I will be afforded an opportunity to buy the larger package in the not too far future.

I enjoy and use turmeric everyday in my foods since it’s anti-inflammatory. I was so excited to try this in my coffee and when I took a taste, I was like, oh no. It was not my favorite, so sorry to say this.

I LOVE the whole Endurance series. I drink Nuun on the regular to enhance my water but when I’m about to crush some Strava Segments my water bottles are filled with Endurance. Start with the Pre-Sweat, and two bottles of During Sweat-one with caffeine (Strawberry Lemonade) and the other Orange.

I am very happy with Biosteel. I really like their products and it helps me drink way more water than I normally would without adding a lot of extra sugar to my diet. I would recommend Biosteel to any weekend warrior athlete like myself who is just trying to get the most out of what little athletic talent I have during men’s league games.

I find the flavour nice, but not overpowering. I do heavily dilute my drinks to get some flavour and allow me to drink more water. I find this effective for my needs and I don’t find that the flavour is bad even when you go up to 4 times the amount of water when compared to the suggest amount.

Four years ago, meeting the hydration needs of my young son proved a challenge. He was a very active young athlete. However, he has Tourette Syndrome, which causes involuntary motor and vocal tics. At the time, primary sports were golf and hockey.

Especially on the golf side, having uncontrollable tics can be problematic, but 4 hours in the sun dehydrates oneself. The biggest problem we had with every other “sports drink” was sugar, caffeine, artificial flavour, and artificial clour.
