17 Best Drift Cars In Assetto Corsa (2023 Updated)

This is the best Driving Simulator available on Ps4, and probably for PC as well. I say “Simulator” as opposed to “driving game”. The physics of the driving are extremely deep, accurate and realistic.

It is best enjoyed with a steering wheel and pedals set up, like all simulators, but after careful tweaking, it is perfectly satisfying to drive even with the controller. And if you play on a PC, the wonders of the world of Mods is awaiting for you.

You can drive any car you can think of and on any track. Not an extremely new product, the fact that Assetto Corsa is still the reference for the Sim community speaks volumes about the quality of the driving experience.

Maybe not for kids, but definitely recommended for the serious driving enthusiast.

Great game, and the dynamics are more realistic than Gran Turismo Sport. I did have a few instances where it didnt apply any force feedback to my Thurstmaster T-150. It started off as plug n play but intermittently changed to zero resistance without me changing any settings.

When that happens its near impossible to control. For whatever reason it now seems to work fine and starts the Force Feedback just after you click X to get in the car to race. Im not sure why this happened a few times but I dont feel the game is damaged.

Tons of cars and tracks so if you buy this you wont need any expansion packs from the PlayStation store as they are all included.

Opinions on Assetto Corsa for the PS4 are mixed. Some praise the realistic driving experience and others point out the sparsity of the package and the many minior glitches and oddities. For me, this is an unfinished product.

We have to remember that although AC is new to console, it has been available on PC since December 2014, so at two years into its life, this game should be fully polished in all the essentials, but it is not.

There are too many issues to list here, so let me highlight just one by way of example of what detracts from will, I hope, one day be a superb simulation. In most games, including driving games, winning something is an objective which is a vital integral part of the experience.

Winning is what drives players to keep playing, be it achieving a target, wining a trophy, slaying a monster, and so on. In AC, you win a race, and – nothing. The race stops dead, with no information whatever about your time, or the times of your rivals, no banner announcing your win, no excited voices from your pit crew.

You think, ‘Well, what’s the point?’ And I thiink that is where developers Kunos Simulazioni show the limits of their focus. They wanted to make a great racing simulation. In that respect they have largely succeeded.

However, they seem to have poured all their energies into that one aspect and everything else which goes to make a complete package has been given far less attention. The game lacks the depth and detail which would lift it into the premier league.

As it stands it is not good value for money. However, I won’t recommend that you don’t buy it, for if Kunos Simulazioni don’t get the revenue they need from console sales they will never be able to finish the game.

Look upon your purchase price as an investment in the project, and hope and trust that there will be plenty of fixes and upgrades to look forward to. Above all, remember that this is not primarily a game, it is first and foremost a racing simulation.

Keep that in mind and you will love it.

When we compare Assetto Corsa to other racing titles like iRacing, rFactor 2, Automoblista or Project Cars, Assetto Corsa clearly offers a good balance of them all; the realism of rFactor, the graphics of Project Cars and a level of customisation which means it is one of the best all-rounders on offer.

I held off on getting this game because of using a controller. But after getting it and making an adjustment to the settings(search YouTube) this game is better than PC2. It is hard to drive these beasts but it is supposed to be, this was never meant to be forza.

For a single car time trial or practice lap, Assetto Corsa really does feel awesome. The handling of each car is pretty dang realistic.

Just amazing physics and car handling dynamics. Also realistic AI for the other competitor cars when in race mode. Simple menus get you quickly into driving heaven. All in all, I can’t praise it enough.

My highlight is driving the RUF Yellowbird in the Nordschleife. just addictive. and the AMG GT3 in the Black Cat County or Spa. sheer adrenaline rush.

Very good driving simulator It’s a great game, and the career mode is very challenging (which is a good thing for people who enjoy driving games)

Great gaming chair! Ordered this over the weekend and initial delivery date was 3 weeks out but showed up much earlier, within one week. Assembly was not bad. The instructions didn’t tell you which bolt to use but I was able to figure it out and had it assembled in about an hour.

It’s very sturdy and comfortable to sit in. Offers plenty of adjustments. Would recommend to others if your looking for a all in one setup!.

Like everyone else on the internet said, the instructions are terrible but who cares about that. It was super easy to figure out and put it together. This being a lower end simulator chassis, the build quality was impressive and worth the three hundred something moneys I gave Walmart.

I would recommend this. Two thumbs way up. I’m running the Logitech PS4 wheel, pedals, and stick shift. The holes line up and bolt to it. The bolts to mount the three were not included with the GTR Simulator or from Logitech.

I used spare IKEA bolts.

The SKYRC IMAX is the real version not a knockoff and the difference is night & day. This LIPO charger has better electronics and has a built in cooling fan to protect them. Also, the instructions are very detailed about everything you can imagine.

It also balances cells better and best of all it does not overcharge LIPOs like most chargers do, which will damage them beyond repair. Super charger for the price.

This kit came with everything needed to fit my Traxxas Rustler, and installation was simple and straight forward. The bearings that came in the kit are rubber sealed and smooth, they seem well made so far.

All the steel parts in this kit are thick and seem as though they will have very good longevity. I noticed two things when installing this kit that could be slightly concerning. The first is a slight fitment issue with the hub’s.

The lower pin is rather tight and could cause some binding in the suspension travel. The second is with the retainer ring that helps hold the upper pin in. It has a small split in it that the pin can slip out of should the grub screw come loose.

Ive been using the b6 mini for a couple of years to power all kinds of projects. Its very versatile and even has enough power to bring a dead car battery to life. Discharging takes a long time but charging is fairly quick unless its a monster of a battery- its wattage rating and the rating of your power supply will determine how much of those 50-60 advertised watts will be flowing.

I like it enough to have bought a second one for simultaneous use.

It takes a little practice to learn how to lay this paint even for an experienced body man. I had never sprayed matte Urethane before so it took a couple of attempts to acquire a smooth finish. I tiger striped it , ran it and orange peeled it.

I now have 5 coats on my truck bed Lol. Fun adjustment is definitely the most important thing when using this paint. I finally went down to 10 to 12 psi at tip and got the fan setting right ( which is a key factor) also had trouble with getting my fluid flow set right.

But at the end of the day I’m very pleased with the finished product. I used rock moss green which wasn’t dark enough so I added two quarts of black to one gallon of rock moss. One quart would probably been plenty.

It turned out a little darker than I thought it would. But I am very pleased with the outcome and very pleased with Hot Rod Flatz and TCP Global , they are a great co. to deal with. Highly recommend them.

I bought this to replace my classic optima bumpers. Shape, color, and material is very similar however the mounting point is a bit different to the classic ones. It is still possible to install by using the available 4 screw holes under the chassis, its just missing the one big bolt upfront.

A good quality kyosho product nonetheless.

Contrary to what SOME people believe, when building a good Trail Rig, with decent Crawling ability. SOFTER Springs are the way to go!! You NEED at least 1/4″ of “Droop”. It pains me to see so many “Bashers” put down an ENTIRE Company, because THEY decided to get a good Trail Rig, and RUIN its capabilities by setting up the Suspension so it will be completely TOPPED OUT, not sinking down even a Hair, when they set it on the ground.

Google “Droop in RC”, and set your Rig up RIGHT, and you will really enjoy its Performance!.

I’ve owned both of these games on PS3 but Bayonetta is one sexy animation not to be admired in High Definition. Vanquish’s sliding controls are difficult to get used to as I have a missing thumb but who doesn’t like a challenge? I am very happy to revisit these 2 games.

Ironically I felt that when originally released, Bayonnetta was underrated and Vanquish was overrated but now I appreciate both games equally. I played Vanquish for about 30 minutes straight without realising my meat pie had cooled at least 50%.

The games are great value. Recommended.

Both bayonetta and particularly vanquish excel in their respective genres. Vanquish is probably the best 3rd person shooter ever made so far

This kit is very solid. To familiarize myself, I downloaded the manual, disassembled the kit and reassembled it with titanium screws and blue loctite. Despite some things ive read about low quality screws on kits like this, I found the screws to be just fine and Im keeping them all as spares.

The quality of the carbon fiber seems high, no real pits or splinters, and quite stiff. The machine work of the aluminum is very nice. No burs, rough surfaces or tool marks like youd typically expect of an inexpensive product.

The anodization is uniform and smooth. Where the kit lacks is in the moving parts. Despite the steering linkages being great, the rear belt is a little loose and rotationally, there is a definite lack of precision on the pullies and axle shafts.

Some things that needed to be done were adding oil to the shocks, adding a touch of grease to metal on metal areas, and glue the tires to the wheels.

Great price and shipping was faster than i expected, this Sakura D4 drift body frame kit comes all ready assemble. Just need electronics and body shell and you’re good to go. A great way to spend your new hobbies with your friends and family.

This is great. Beautifully made from alloy and carbon. With a few small mods this is an awesome drift package. Mono shock front mod. Add a gyro. Get a HDPower low profile servo and start drifitng. Very addicitive and totally different to touring car driving.

The tuning is basically opposite to what you have spent years learning. This really is a quality item.

When I began playing Dirt Rally I simply wasnt quick enough. I was overly cautious and still coming to grips with the handling. I was losing time on every sector. At best I was scraping into top four finishes.

At worst I was spearing off stages and suffering huge time penalties that sent me plummeting down the timesheets. The steep learning curve may prove frustrating for some players; the deliberate lack of Codemasters signature Flashback crutch is an important way of punishing mistakes and placing realistic pressure on players but the lack of any guided, rally school training facility may alienate less-experienced users.

Codemasters has added a wad of video tutorials to Dirt Rally alongside the console release, however, and each one goes in-depth with a range of rally driving techniques.

I expected much better game play than this. The realism of the environment/smooth fluid graphics & lighting effects are the only awesome aspects of this game. As for gameplay? You go directly to ‘race’, obviously you cannot pick a ride or have some sort of in-game money to start things off.

DIRT3 (which is made by the same developer) has a guide, Gran Turismo has a guide. This does not have anything. No guide, as in a dotted line on the ground, no course map?? The co-drivers sucks! Voiceover instructions I don’t follow?? Quarter mark what?? What happened to the simple commands like, ‘easy right, easy left.

The game is easy to learn. Once you get the hang of it. Like WRC-5,6,7,And 8. It has it’s perks and and it’s lows. I wish they had more night stages for Germany,Monte Carlo. I gotten Dirt Rally 2. 0.

This is a great kayak that offers excellent value for money. It tracks well at sea, or on lakes and rivers and can be used by one or two people by quickly adding/removing a seat. It takes only 5 minutes to inflate and can be deflated in minutes also.

It folds away very easily and can be stored in the bag provided. The boat is quite heavy at 25kg, so care The should be taken when carrying it. Overall this has been an excellent purchase that our family has loved using over the summer.

Highly recommended as an extremely capable and cost effective alternative to a hard shell kayak.

une fois terminé on à l’impression de naviguer avec une coque rigide. très bonne pénétration dans l’eau , et bonne flottabilité. Si je devais emmètre un bémol ce serai au niveau du sac de transports qui me parait un peu fragile au niveau des coutures, et porter 25 kg sur le dos , on ne vas pas très loin les vertèbres en prennent un coup.

globalement je ne regrette pas mon achat , ça me permet de naviguer et de ne pas avoir de barres de toit pour transporter mon kayak.

wenn man aber zum Paddeln aufhrt, und das Kajak dann eigentlich noch gerade weiter gleiten sollte, beginnt es mit einer extremen Kurvenfahrt und kommt nach nur wenigen Metern und umgekehrt zur Fahrtrichtung zum stehen.

Dieses ungewhnliche Fahrverhalten tritt unabhngig von der Belastung des Bootes auf. Egal ob eine Person vorne, hinten oder in der Mitte , oder bei Zweien die schwerere Person vorne oder hinten sitzt.

Zudem ist die Kurve die das Boot fhrt willkrlich, es dreht sich das eine mal nach links und das andere mal nach rechts. Das Kajak ist eine Fehlkonstruktion und fr eine Kajaktour nicht zu gebrauchen! Auer man nimmt den Namen des Kajaks “Zray Drift” wrtlich – Ja, es driftet sehr gut! Eventuell ist die ungewhnliche dritte Finne im Bug fr diese unstabile Fahrweise des Kajaks verantwortlich.

Der Test fand bei Windstille in einem stehenden Gewsser statt. Von einem Kauf ist in jedem Falle unbedingt abzuraten. Dieses Kajak wird in Deutschland nur von wenigen Hndlern angeboten. Kauft auf gar keinen Fall bei NOOTICA Deutschland.

The game looks absolutely stunning compared to most on the Xbox 360 platform and DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED on the story. This review will be going off a simple 1-to-10 rating on the following: Gameplay, Graphics, and Story.

Gameplay | 7/10: The game is very easy to pick up. And it’s not a button masher, quite the opposite, actually, you have to be tactful and patient when it comes to the boss battles and a lot of the fighting sequences, especially the Noir stealth sequences.

Graphics | 8/10: The game’s graphics are stunning compared to other platformers on the Xbox 360, it surprised me how good it looked once I actually played it for myself. Story | 6/10: The story is the same, Spiderman defeats the bad guys.

But the twist they put on it makes the game even better, with variations of Spiderman’s villains, including: Sandman, Hammerhead, Hobgoblin, Electro, and more. To wrap things up; the game is super easy to get into, it’s compelling and beckons you to play for hours on end, and it looks stunning.

So far so bad. The game is extremely disciplined. The first cars that you get wont turn and wont brake for corners. But they will skid forever until you hit the sand traps or a wall unless you drive like your 80 year old grandmother.

But they do start to get better. Not by much but they do get better. Im hoping that after I get several levels into the game, and if I continue to play it, that Ill get cars that I can actually have fun with.

I would recommend this game for highly disciplined drivers only.

Tougher than last years GRID 2. AIl are more aggressive and tracks are tighter. However you can choose between different types of race such as drift, touring, endurance etc. and level up individually.

The game is good and graphics are what you would expect from Codemasters. They have now included the full interior although they have blurred it out due to lack of detail. Excellent choice for those that don’t like tweaking every last nut and bolt on a car.

Choose a car and off you go. Recommend till a next gen worthy contender arrives.
