AS soon as I saw this dress online, I knew that I had to have it. By the time I got around to ordering it, my size was gone. I decided to go a size up (that is how much I loved this dress). When the dress arrived it was a little bit big, but still flattering.

The pattern is beautiful and very elegant. The faux wrap is great. The only downside to the dress is the fabric is a bit heavy. It is not a dress that I would wear in the summer heat, but I cannot wait to wear this dress in the early fall with a jean jacket.

Overall, I love this dress and when I wore it out I received several compliments.

I get so many compliments when I wear this dress! I thought the sleeves might make it look a little like a school marm but the wrap/bodice is nice. You can adjust the sleeves with the ties. Waist tie is false, just decorative.

it’s elastiC waist. The skirt is full with appearance of wrap style so when the wind blows you don’t have to worry about exposing more than you want to. that makes the overall garment a little heavier but overall a great dress.

I have this same dress in another color pattern bought several months back. The style is flattering and comfortable. But, for me, this particular dress runs small, the other in another fabric from months ago fits great.

The color in this dress is rust not red, and the fabric has a strong odor. I suspect it is sizing in the fabric that smells, and would wash out but I will be returning it. This is the first dress I have purchased from Torrid that I have been disappointed in and I have been a loyal frequent customer.

This is exactly what I wanted and my favorite from my recent order. Living in coastal Alaska with a photosensitivity problem is very challenging even in winter, as I react to indoor lights as well as sunlight.

This dress is classic and casual. I feel less like an oddity and more like myself in pretty clothes. Most of my order was gardening wear and Im glad to have it, but I can wear this dress so many ways.

Nice fabric and style but I wish Coolibar had petite clothing. I will keep this dress just because it was a good price because it was on sale. I will, however, have to alter it quite a bit. I’ve struggled with Coolibar clothing because it all seems to be constructed for tall women and there are no petite options.

Please take note that it’s not just an easy fix by taking up the hem – it’s the whole garment that fits poorly.

This dress fits right to the body, yet sizing isn’t as much an issue as I anticipated. The fabric has plenty of stretch which makes it so flattering. I ordered both small and medium and I honestly am not sure which to keep.

They both look great. I love the navy/white stripe. Very happy with this one, 5’6”, 125 lbs, Size S for form fitting, medium if wanting a looser fit.

I got this in the blue/white checkered pattern. It’s a bit hard to tell what I should get in different styles of LE dresses. I have several of the sleeveless wrap-waist fit-and-flare dresses in small, and they fit well.

I may be able to size down to XS in those dresses, but the small still fits me and looks good. This style isn’t as forgiving. The waist is definitely too large so the sides hang weirdly, and are emphasized by the pockets.

I am 5’4″ and normally a size 6, though in LE am a size 4. I definitely should have gotten the XS, but I purchased the dress at such a great sale price and I actually love the pattern, so I will just resort to wearing it under jackets.

The length covers my knees which I don’t really like, but I expected that.

I bought this because of the 3/4 sleeve and the teal color. It just does not fit my body type. This is way too large in the bust and waist for me. The original surplice fit and flare with the waist/ empire waist defines my shape and pulls in the bust area.

That way a 44B looks OK and the fabric shirring allows a plus body with a DD to look great in it also. The scoop neck was not low enough to help elongate my body. The teal color was much duller than on line.

Please do not discontinue the original surplice fit and flare. To me it is a classic like Diane Furstenberg’s wrap dress that will never go out of stye.

I just received this dress in the multi colored pattern and was delighted after trying it on this evening. The style and fit are great on this larger, older body. I am 64 years and usually wear a size 16/18.

(I bought the XL. ) The waist is lower than my Land’s End dress of a number of years ago in a similar style (with a V neck, wrap style bodice). It sits higher, closer to my chest, which I don’t find as attractive on my body type (36 DD bra size).

Also the scooped neckline is more attractive than the other style I mentioned. I need to wear a camisole with it. Fortunately it is a heavier fabric and I wear it in cooler weather. I still like that one but I like this style better for my figure.

I appreciate the stretch fabric but don’t like or wear polyester at all. This combination is a great alternative.

This dress is very pretty, but I was drowning in it. I have worn a medium all my life, but when I tried this on I was stunned at how big it was. I thought they must have sent the wrong size, but sure enough the label said Medium.

I’m not even sure that an XS would be small enough in this dress. What a shame, because it really is beautiful. If you do order it I recommend sizing down.

Beautiful dress. I feel confident wearing it. I’m a mom of three, so I’ve got some lumps and bumps where I’d rather not. The pattern of the fabric hides everything and is very flattering. Long on me (I’m 5’4″, but I think that’s the intention).

Well first gown was to small in on the bust area so I reordered the same dress tk sizes bigger. It arrive within 3 days & gave me to. e to take it to my seamstress to fix it from the top. I also send bk the first gown & got credit for within a week.

Caroline was so helpful with my returns. I had problems returning the 1st gown @ the store & she send me a USPS label for me tk print out. Thank you Caroline for returning all my calls LOL & being sooo helpful.

This is an absolutely stunning dress. The fabric is gorgeous and just elegantly slid over the body. I loved everything about this dress. Unfortunately, the size I chose was too small for me (I gained weight) and the store did not have the size I needed, so, with a sad heart, I had to return the dress to the store.

I would highly recommend this dress to anyone that is looking for a sophisticated dress.

Cute dress. I am 5′ tall (ordered a Petite XS) and the top fit perfectly but the bottom has too much material for me and since it is lined, it is a very heavy dress/material. The bottom could have less material and still have movement.

No need for a liner as it is not see-through material.

Beautiful dress, well made and comfortable but I had to return it. The online photo shows the dress a couple of inches above the knee but it was actually a few inches below the knee. Too long for me.

Also, the dress does run large so order a size down.

This dress fit beautifully! I ordered in my usual size and in navy. I am endowed on top and this dress a perfect fit and complement in a v-neckline. It’s stylish, fitted in design and oh so feminine with the multilayered skirt.

I purchased this dress for a wedding and couldn’t be more pleased with it. The skirt will flow and swing very nicely as I dance across the floor. Just hoping the layers don’t make it too warm. (Side note – I did have to pay for alterations because the hem was crooked and actually dragging on the floor on one side – not happy about that extra expense and inconvenience.

) I prefer to carry a shawl or some coverup for sleeveless dresses and was able to find a cute, scallop edge, matching navy bolero style shrug – perfect outfit! Haven’t decided on accessories but could easily be pearls or crystals, or even a combination.

This could be a lovely dress, nice material and very flattering. However I had problems with the first dress and thought it was a one off so ordered another because I really liked it. However second one still the same, poorly made.

The hem dropped in the front and I am not referring to the flyaway. The top area by the bust had too much top material than the lining and therefore did not lay flat.

This dress is really great, but when ordering there are many things to consider. First of all, you must be a tall person or plan to spend money on hemming. I am 5’8″ and the longest sections hit me at the top of my feet.

I felt that it fit big. I ordered 2 different sizes and am thinking I still need another size down. But, don’t let that discourage you from ordering, just be aware about the length and sizing. It is also heavy, so if you are looking for a light feel, this is not it.

But the heaviness gives it great flow, and the fabric is perfect for packing, as it doesn’t wrinkle at all.

So this piece is not figure flattering. It runs quite large. I am usually a medium but this piece was too oversized for me in medium. I ordered the same dress in the petite range in small although tbh I am tall.

But the small fit perfectly. Was abut short for me but okay. I think a small in cream would be my perfect size but I liked the maroon colour better. However, this piece isn’t figure flattering on its own especially if you are heavy chested, however it’s quite warm and looks very good with a long coat so I kept it as a winter essential.

This is a nice little dress for dressing up or down! It is oversized; I would usually be L but bought M and it fits nicely. I don’t think my usual size would have been too oversized really – sizing down is a fine fit but it means the sleeves aren’t as puffy.

The material is super soft, I absolutely love it.

I was looking for comfortable dresses to wear to work and while out and about during the week and fell in love with the Rebecca dress when it popped up in an ad. I couldn’t choose between all of the patterns and ended up ordering three! I bought the Black Cream Roses, Burnt Orange Floral, and Gray Wildflower patterns in size small.

I didn’t realize they were all slightly different fabrics until they arrived, but they are all really nice and feel like they will be very comfortable in the summer heat. I’ve worn the Black Cream Roses pattern a couple times and really like the flow of the rayon fabric.

I think it runs very slightly roomier than the other two so I like how it fits best. They all have a loose fit, but definitely size according to your chest and shoulders. I found that the Gray Wildflower dress pulled a bit at the 3rd (from the top) button so I’ll be exchanging it for a medium.

It is also a bit more sheer than the other two because of the light colored fabric. Overall, they are really great summer dresses and they’ll transition well into fall with a light jacket and booties.

I’m going to brunch at a restaurant where I spotted a Kardashian a few years ago. I wanted something lightweight, beautiful, expensive looking, but wouldn’t break the bank. This dress delivered!!! I ordered a Medium, I am 5’3”, it falls mid shin, i’m a 38D and it’s fitted in the bust, but not too tight or requiring an under layer. This dress falls in such a beautiful way, that when you’re picking a size, I recommend picking one that fits your bust, regardless of if it’s a larger size, it’ll fall beautifully on your body.

I wanted SO bad to give this dress 5 stars and believe me, I love most of it but the bodice on my dress is shorter than it should be – doesn’t quite come below my bosom – I’m very average. The Medium size is a little bigger than me and I could have used a Small so that’s not the problem.

What caught my attention in the ad was a dress that showed as a light blue background with a floral print. I wanted it immediately! What it was though was a dull gray – not at all what the ad looked like.

So I settled on the navy blue with orange floral print. I love the silhouette and sorta like the color. I’d buy one in every pattern and color if any of them were brighter or lighter or pastel springlike colors.

Love the style but fabric is too thin, would be better with thicker material for compression and no panty lines. The color is not as vibrant as the picture. Dress is ok, returned.

This is the second item I’ve bought of this dress, love the shape and style, even for a bigger girl, it’s very flattering. Washes up nice too. The length is perfect (I’m 5’10”), comes just below the knee.

The side pockets are just an added benefit.

love the scoop neck, the swing style and the pockets, but it ‘lifts’ from the back so it seems like its longer in the front, very uneven so i spend most of the time tugging at the back. and its not my bum thats the problem — i have other similar dresses but dont spend the whole time tugging at them.

I have another similar Dress/Tunic to this and wear it a lot for work. This one looks nice for Autumn/Winter and was great value for money.

I love when ON puts out something really different. Ordinarily I wouldn’t wear a clingy style like this but this seems super versatile so I tried the navy one. Loved it – ordered the emerald green also.

I have a long shacket I’ll wear over this with some ankle boots and leggings. It’s a little $$ IMO but worth it. I usually wear either an XL or an XXL in ON (I’m an 18-20) but I went with a 2X for this and glad I did.

It’s very fitted especially through the sleeves. It’s a little long for me at 5’5″ but not unattractively so. You tall gals will love this one!.

Amazed at the fit and quality of this dress. I ordered the emerald color which is beautiful and the style is very versatile – cute with sneakers, boots and heels. It is form-fitting but because the fabric is heavy, it accentuates and soothes curves.

It may run slightly small as it actually fit me correctly and sometimes midi dresses (and Old Navy clothes in general) can swallow me – I am 5’2 and the petite length hit where it should.

Great dress for the changing fall weather. It’s a little bit of a thicker material which I like. I wore it out immediately and got lots of compliments. My only complaint is that as the night went on the material did stretch out some, and not as tight fitting.

I so wanted to rock this dress! Like, so bad 😩 I fell in love with the back and I justified the purchase because it was on sale knowing the front would be a risk. I mean, anything bigger than a D cup would be pushing it.

I ordered the Hailey dress in my size and it is far shorter than advertised. It is advertised as a midi length and the dress reaches my knees (I am 165cm tall and have a petite frame). The term “midi” applies to any length from two inches below the knees to just above the ankles.

In the pictures it is shown to be nearly touching the ankles of the models. Really disappointed with this purchase as it cannot be returned or refunded and the dress is not as advertised.

where do i start, as soon as i received my package i could immediately tell by looking at my dress the quality was amazing!! i then put it on and it fit so perfectly. i was nervous it wouldn’t fit as i hadn’t tried it in but from looking at the sizing guid it was perfect.

i highly recommend this dress as you can dress it up or dress it down as much as you want and still feel confident and comfy at the same time 💌💌.

Usually, I avoid sweater dresses because they tend to be unforgiving but THIS dress is so pretty! It’s comforable and flattering. The length was a pleasant surprise. I’m 5’3″ and I usually wear a 26/28 but I was able to purchase a 22/24 with no problem at all.

This dress is so heavy, and made excellent; the waist is positioned good, it long enough , I’m 5’7. The best feature is the buttons, even though this dress does not button or unbutton. So no worrying about gaps if you are heavy breasted.

This gorgeous dress is perfect for warm summer evenings when you need to dress up a bit for a social occasion. Its definitely not a ‘throw on over a bikini’ type dress, as the fabric is too heavy and silky for that type of use.

The rich colours are very flattering on me as I have olive skin and dark hair, probably less so on fair skinned people. It does look and feel very glamourous with the cascade ruffles around the neckline, and on flare insets in the skirt.

but be warned, those ruffles need to be gently ironed to make them fall elegantly in gentle waves rather than in flattened creases. not a problem if you have a clothes steamer, but about half an hours work with a conventional iron.

For evening wear, I paired this dress with a black shrug from Whistles, a black Hobbs Kensington suede clutch bag (from JL) and some block heel black sandals, also from Hobbs (from JL).

I got the size medium and it fits perfectly. It is a little longer than I would like but I can address that. If you like clothes to fit a little larger than I would size up.

I love everything about this dress. It fits perfectly, is warm and comfy. My only complaint was in the delivery. I ordered online and had it shipped to my place of employment because we cannot trust having anything sent to our home.

Where my complaint comes in was whoever the carrier was just threw it at the front door of the store I work at instead of bringing it inside. It could have been picked up by anyone. I am just thankful that one of my employees happened to find it laying there and brought it in to me.

I’m glad I ordered this in the green before it sold out. I love the fabric – it’s hard to see in the picture, but marled yarn gives it a more vivid, saturated color, and the sweatery knit is very soft and warm.

I’d buy it in navy or red if available. I’m between an XS and S, and the S fit better. ON, thanks for not oversizing everything – us smaller ladies appreciate it!.

The slit fell just below my knee. I bought another one in a regular length medium and the slit fell just above the knee. I love this dress so much I want to buy it in every color!.

I’m a size 20 and 5 ft tall and this very soft and comfortable. It has a nice fit, not tight or uncomfortable, its not too long either, comes down to my ankles so perfect for high or low shoes/sandals/boots etc.

The material is a very soft t-shirt material and feel great. It’s also true to size, i bought size 20 and it fits exactly and is very easy to wear.

I’m not a dress person at all but with the very hot weather I thought I give this ago ! I absolutely love it it’s so comfortable I wear it with a belt to give it more shape too. I probably could have got away with a smaller size but it was out of stock so stayed with the 18 and just add the belt.
