So I first tried dove go bar pretty recently. I’ve never really had any preferences before using it. I would basically go with the cheapest and or more quantity choices. Dove go bar was coincidentally within the categories of good price for a good amount as well, but for whatever reason I never got around to trying it.

Once I did try it, I kind of had a realization moment where I started noticing my skin type and what works for me. I absolutely believe that dove go bar is one of the rare beauty products that is compatible with almost everyone, although I will say, to an extent.

Meaning, for me, it hydrates me perfectly!! Whether I use it for my body or facial washes. Others may have more oily or more dry skin base, so they may not feel satisfied using Dove Go as their ONLY skin care product.

But I would definitely recommend, no URGE, everybody to keep a few Dove Go bars on hand at all times. I feel that it’s gentle enough for people with sensitive and dry skin, but I genuinely believe it will also prove to be proficient for people with a naturally oilier skin base.

It can exfoliate without dehydrating and it can rehydrate without overpowering your skins natural oils.

I have been using these soap bars from Dove since I was a preteen! They make you feel really squeaky clean, with a softness left to your skin thats just the right amount of moisture without the feel of any sort of film you can get with other brands.

The Dove White bar has this unmistakable type of smell to it that’s very sensual and feminine and will linger on your skin through out the day without over doing it. It’s such a fresh-clean, yummy smell! I’ve always loved the way after a wash the smell fills the bathroom, and then as the doors opened, the scent flows through the rest of the home.

That’s how I always knew my Mom was taking a shower. 🤍 On my days off I love to lather a Dove bar into a loofah, to create a rich thick lather and just saturate my body into the soapy, creamy thickness and just let the water from the shower do the rest.

I always come back to good old Dove Original! Like anyone who has suffered with acne. I have spent a fortune on products claiming to give you clear skin! it does make the skin, face body feel supple soft.

It doesn’t cause the skin to break out, I’ve just accepted I have awkward hormones! It is so easy to use with a Muslin cloth when cleansing, just make sure you buy good quality Muslin cloths and don’t wipe too hard.

I use it in the bath as well it foams up beautifully and I just love the smell. Hope Dove makes an eau de parfum in the near future. I’ll just stick to the soap and deodorant stick for now. Awesome!! This is a great soap which has an extremely delightful fragrance to it. In comparison to other soaps this feels premium. Undoubtedly the price is also reasonable and provides a bit of value, since you get a lot of bars with this option.

So do bear in mind you will require additional space to store these additional bars. For those of you wondering how this soap performs on dry skin, I have to say this is fantastic. It’s a shame that this soap is rather difficult to find in retail stores, as they usually only have the original Dove soap there.

In my opinion this is much better than Dove’s original version soap. With that being said, I would have no hesitation in recommending this great everyday usage soap, which is perfect for all skin types.

Nothing special. I purchased for the vanilla scent but it’s very light, isn’t that great, nor very vanilla. If you love true vanilla this is not it. Also I hoped it would be moisturizing and at first it seemed to be alright.

However, after two weeks my skin is the driest it’s ever been! I have never in my life experienced dry skin like this. I normally don’t even need lotion but since I switched to this soap I have been needing to moisturize 2-3x a day! I stopped using this for a few days and my skin started to return to normal.

But once I began to use this soap again the dryness instantly returned. As far as cleansing goes it wasn’t great at removing deodorant either, I had to put in more effort than usual. Overall I am very disappointed in this product and now I’m stuck with 7 bars that I have no use for.

We love the smell of original white Dove soap. It is nice and creamy and lathers up very well. It leaves the skin smelling so clean and fresh. It’s 1/4 moisturizing cream so you know your skin will be moisturized and not dried out like with some soaps.

I love Dove body products! I prefer to purchase as little plastic as I can, which is why I’ve used the body bar soap for years versus the body wash. It’s not great for travel, but for everyday use, I use this.

It just leaves your skin feeling soft, supple, and moisturized without any filmy feeling or heavy perfume scent. Just clean. It is a bit on the powdery side as far as scent (the only con I can think of), but I prefer this over the cucumber scent.

I even use this to wash my face and used to chuckle to myself when anyone asked me what my skincare routine was. It was literally washing my face with this or makeup remover if needed, facial moisturizer, and spf.

KoI purchased this Dove Cleansing Beauty Bar in the Sensitive Skin Formula and I love that it doesn’t have any harsh fragrances or irritating chemicals! Although my facial skin isn’t sensitive, it’s dry reactive.

The skin on my body is dry, sensitive, and reactive. My body skin can be extra sensitive on occasion due to shaving so I prefer cleansing bars that are not harsh or irritating on my body (especially legs, underarms, bikini area).

This bar of Dove Sensitive Skin cost me $1 at DollarTree in Dec 2021, which is VERY affordable! I’m sure you could get this particular Dove bar in bulk save even more $ fuel/costs of getting 1 bar at a time like I did, but wanted to try it out! one of my top fav scents in the world – i literally am a dove fanantic – love their products. can never go wrong. i always pack one for overnight trips. they’re so easy to use and great texture. loove the shea butter scent.

Dove summer care is refreshing grapefruit and sweet lemon scent. This peachy pink bar has exfoliating beads and creamy rich lather. I generally use a wash cloth to lather the bar but with the exfoliant it is best to use directly on the skin.

My skin feels fresh and moisturized and smelling amazing. I highly recommend this product.

This is the best bar soap for my money. I’ve used body washes in the past from many different brands, but I always found myself preferring bar soap instead. After that, I tried quite a few brands again.

This is my favorite for a few reasons: 1. It’s a moisturizer as well. As a child I had some skin rash problems and had to use the original white Dove bar soap. That is actually what originally led me to trying this one.

It certainly doesn’t make my skin baby smooth and soft (I wouldn’t want it to anyway), but it does help prevent cracking on my hands, knuckles, knees and elbows. 2. It smells good. My girlfriend loves it and says it smells “manly”.

Ok that’s all fine and good, but the real selling point is that the scent isn’t overpowering or cologne like. And, as mentioned before, it doesn’t smell like a pre-pubescent boy trying to get his first date.

3. It’s barely more than a dollar per bar. For something that cheap you would expect it to basically disintegrate after two showers. Not so with this soap. It lasts a full week usually, and very often more.

You can reasonably expect to get 7-10 showers per bar AT LEAST. So, less than $10 buy you some great smelling soap that will also help your skin stay healthy and it will last you almost three months.

It’s gone from 16 simpler ingredients to 22 and it doesn’t moisturize any where near as well as it used to. Why the major formula change from what it’s been for years without honestly disclosing it on the bottles? Companies advertise “new formula!” all the time.

This was my favorite body wash- zero dry skin quality clean scents. Now my skin is dry again and I would have never known why had I not had an older bottle on hand to check.

So sad that the scent changed on these bars. We compared a bar from the last pack to one from the new pack and it is like 2 different products with the new bar smelling like a cheap green apple/chemical smell.

It’s cloyingly sweet and overwhelmingly strong. We are likely going to donate the remaining bars to a shelter and look for something that smells better. This used to have a very pleasant masculine type of fresh scent.

~ Greetings, I recently purchased this relaxing lavender beautiful bar in a pack of six. I do feel this will be another addition to stay with Dove. Since, Dove soap first came out in 1957 to revolutionize how women care for their skins, this soap 🧼 has been an staple for many household, mainly for quality, availability as well as how well it moisturizes the skin.

I always knew that there would be another sibling to Dove’s original white soap and well as Doves Rosa soap; then, they came out with this relaxing lavender bar. This particular soap, out of all their recent creations of recent Dove soap bars in other scents, takes the stage for me.

First and foremost, it has the same consistency of Dove’s 🕊 original white soap, however, much more creamer when it lathers. It is definitely soothing and it is partially the same scent as white original white soap, with a tad bit of herbal scent incorporate to it, which is the scent of lavender at the background.

The color itself, is a light to medium shade of pastel purple, very pretty and it made my skin very moist and supple, after I took shower. I love this soap, my other favorite next to white original Dove soap! Yummy in another words! I highly recommend this product.

It even smelled like the original. with some herbal-smelling lavender mixed in. Experience using it: I showeved with this soap every day for a couple of weeks. The lavender smell did help me relax a bit, but the smell reminded me of old ladies (sorry!).

For those that love the moisturizing part that comes with dove along with a amazing scent this body wash is for you! It smells amazing and lathers up incredible. The only con I’d mention is it isn’t AS moisturizing as the original unscented dove soap but then again from my findings it’s difficult to compete with the original.

But I also feel this probably depends on your skin type. Although it isn’t extremely moisturizing it still is moisturizing and would imagine this would be great for non dry skin/regular skin or even slightly dry skin but I don’t think I’d recommend it for extremely dry skin.

My skin is dry. However, I found using a body scrub after gives my body that soft feel I love and the scents mix well with this soap and of course lotion after my shower.

The scent last even after the shower. You feel clean and moisturized after use. It is within a great cost range. Not very cheap but also not overly expensive. My family uses this brand regularly. I like the squeeze bottle but feel I over use and get more users from the bars.

The only con to this product is that it appears the size is smaller than what it used to be other than that it’s a great product that I recommend to anyone. You can find it at any store. The only thing I would have wanted to know is how popular the scent is because there have been a couple of times my local Walmart was out of this specific scent.

My mother always used this soap and it reminds me of her so I use it now. I did not realize how that works till I found a large size package buy of this Dove Pink and since I usually use another brand, I then realized what it reminded me of.

So cool in that way. To the quality – I got the multi pak and immediately put one in bathtub disk, one in kitchen dish, and one in vanity sinks dish – to encourage HAND WASHING IN COVID!!! For showering, it is a wonderful fragrance that lingers in my hallway which to me is lovely.

AS A CAUTION TO ALLERGIC FOLK – this may not be for you due to the fact that it is a lovely scented soap with a soft peachy-rosy fragrance – but if you do not like fragranced soap, do not get this. IF YOU LOVE fragranced you will enjoy the wonderful Dove Pink scent.

In shower if you use a net ball this soap laters up beautifully, producing lots of fragrant cleansing bubbles, but rinses off very well. In swimming season, I have used this on my hair in a pinch, and it was mild and fine.

Would not recommend every time to do that, but just saying, it is quite mild formula. So glad to have this lovely soap in our home, and with the fragrance, mild formula, and even the visual appeal of a feminine pink soap bar, it is a WIN- WIN.

Just have to say that recieving the box in the mail with the Dove logo had me excited and made my day. I was extremely happy and surprised that I was picked to do a product review as I had only registered two days prior.

Upon opening the box, the packaging was extremely organized and packed in an Eco-friendly manner, which I really appreciated and I am sure that others can agree with this as well (with shredded paper in a cardboard box).

The sizes of the products were very generous. Dove Purely Pampering Mango Butter Beauty Bar: Although the bar doesn’t give off the scent you expect to be as strong as the other Dove Bars. Scents can be deceiving, this bar smells fresh with the mango scent being subtle.

I love how it leaves my skin feeling smooth and me feeling fresh. I found that this beauty bar was great because I was able to wash my face with it, as it was so gentle on my skin (which is was very convenient as I have extremely sensitive skin and often end up paying a ridiculous amount for facial products/have a hard time finding them) and that, in terms of shaving gave me the texture I needed to be able to shave properly with my skin feeling moisturized and smooth afterwards.

All in all, I loved both the products. I would definitely recommend them and, I would be more than willing to test/ do future reviews on Dove products 🙂 Thank you Dove for making products that make me feel and smell great.

I’ll start off by saying, I love Dove products. I have been using Dove for many, many years. I always like to try different scents. All of your scents that I have tried has been great except for this one! This one is not great at all!!!! When I first put the body wash on my towel I can smell the mango and then as I was applying it on my skin, it started to stink.

It went from mango & cream to butterscotch popcorn. I do not want to bath with something that smell like butterscotch popcorn. Please remove this scent and try another one because this one is not working!.

I’ve never had any problems with MY skin using any soap/deodorant products from Dove at all. The only issue I have is what scents I want to stick with!! My favorite is Rose but the mango butter almond butter scent smells amazing! I’m not a fan of sweet smells with ANYTHING! ONLY FRESH! But, I absolutely love it! The smell hits you as soon as you squeeze it out the bottle, and after you can still smell a hint of it.
