I found the other low ratings and descriptions of the product to be in line with my own experience. I’d like to add that I taste zero seasoning in these “seasoned” “ground beef” discs. I tried cooking these pucks at least three different ways and they tasted no bueno time after time.

I really like the taste and quality of this meat. I use to buy the store brand. But as of lately, it just has not been up to my standards. I chose this brand because I looked up the company’s website to see how well there farm was.
Not oily, very light. It tastes very good and I like how I can cook it and there’s not a lot of oil to drain. I actually didn’t drain because there wasn’t any! Small package perfect for just me. when I say it’s light it truly is fresh and easy to cook.
Lacks the smell that others said. I love using it for my chili and tacos.
We have had really good experience with this, and have not got a bad package yet. Some people report gristle and a bad smell. I have not had that once out of 15 packages of the past year. We are a bit particular too.

Bubba burgers in the beef kingdom are alot like the homeless in humans. Frowned at and shunned. I dont enjoy Bubba burgers, they are kinda tough and chewy and ate less like burgers and more like cardboard.
They are a running joke in our family. I guarantee you will NEVER have a juicy Bubba burger. I’m not ever sure it’s real ground beef. Maybe some soy byproduct with maybe 2% actual beef. I’m not a fan.

Terrible smelling of Schweidsons signature series: the chuck brisket burger potties. Burgers look pretty, fresh and the color is pink. As soon you open the package terrible invasion of smell comes out of burgers, I don’t know what smell is this.
Heavy, strong, stinks, terrible, bite you. But burgers look good and I put on the grill, you see blood, then after grilled taste ok, no strange, but what is this smell about in pink beautiful burger? Why manufacturer doesn’t disclose the exact ingredients? What is in? I ate one, now I am so afraid of it.

I don’t like that overpowering the taste of the burger. This was the perfect compromise! SO much flavor packed into this meat. I loved it paired with cheddar and avocado on a light fluffy bun. Even with condiments the meat flavor shone through.

We love trying new burger blends and being a Texan I am extremely fond of Brisket. Because of that we were stoked to receive these for review and instantly decided to make a BBQ style burger with some leftover Mac Cheese after Thanksgiving.
They grilled up well, though they did give off quite a bit of smoke indicating a slightly higher fat content than we are used to. That being said they grilled up well and were juice despite the darker color from all of the BBQ sauce we mixed into our seasoning blend (salt, pepper, garlic, Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce.
) From there we put them on brioche buns with a mound of Mac cheese, a thick cut onion ring and more drizzled BBQ sauce. You’d think with all the toppings we wouldn’t be able to taste much of the meat but these have such a great flavor on their own that the meat was able to shine through.
Overall we will definitely purchase these again as the great flavor is indicative of the superior meat quality for such a low price point.
Absolutely one of the best hamburgers I have ever made. I added bacon bits to it and cooked on a low /medium heat on the grill. I added bacon/cheddar seasoning as well. Then I put it on lightly warmed up Hawaiian rolls with mozzarella cheese, added fresh cut tomatoes, some mayo and a basalmic glaze.

One package left out in fridge and made the next night. I wanted to taste the beef with this first one and kept it basic with chedder. My very first bite it was so juicy it shot juice 4ft to my left as my family and I bust up in laughter.
Taste sent me to nirvana and the rest of the meal with my family was silent and we slowly devoured our burger. Ordered 5 more packages that night! Bucket list burger to grill and eat!.
IšverstiShow in original languageLongtime SRF fan here. The taste, texture and quality of these burgers are fantastic, bar none. However the packaging is problematic as it is impossible to separate two burgers while frozen, and also difficult while thawed without tearing them apart.
I bought a couple of dozen of them for a vacation and while delicious, they were a challenge to prepare. They either ought to be packaged individually or with something sturdier to keep them apart.
IšverstiShow in original languageAfter sous-vide-ing for medium rare, I was dismayed to find all the juices rendered in the bag. So–when I briefly grilled them, the meat was dry, sans juices. I have two burgers left, and will just grill them, rather than risk the juices thrown away in the bag.
My hunch is that the burger is so fatty that the fat rendered at the 140 degree temperature. What a shame!.
An excellent blend of meats. Great flavor and just the right amount of fat to support the flavor. First time I have used Allen Bros as a meat source. I have used three others, but my attention is now with them.
These short rib – brisket burgers are awesome! Maybe better than the AB prime steakburgers (who would have guessed?) with more flavor and goodness. A great addition to an already great line of burgers!.
Perfect mixture of beef cuts so that you get a juicy and tasty patty. Have bought these for other people and they all rave about how great they are. Great for a burger, patty melt, etc or just as a stand-alone.
Very good burger with lots of taste. Don’t be shy about getting a nice char on the 10 oz size and still have the inside a perfect med-rare. However, I received the burgers frozen but all out of shape and a few with completely flattened sides.
It’s almost like they thawed at some point, were thrown around or against something and then refrozen and shipped out. I wrote customer service and offered to send pics but have received no response.
I don’t mind paying $90 for 12 burgers but I expect them to look like burgers. May try somewhere else next time.
As a carnivore connoisseur, I have been a Wagyu fan for years, with its rich fat ratio, and superb beef flavor. truly the best beef on the planet, whether its an A5 ribeye, or Wagyu hot dogs. With that being said, I can say these are the absolute best burgers I have ever had.
The thick pattie also allows you to grill them on very high heat, to get that perfect charcoal sear/char, while still being able to serve at a perfect med-rare. Trust me, worth every penny.
The Waygu steak burgers are the best burgers you’ll ever have. Over a fire is fine, excellent, better than you can imagine. If you want the perfect taste, cast iron cooking at medium high heat gives it that char you’re looking for while producing a medium/medium rare inside.
Nothing beats these Waygu burgers from Allen Brothers!.

I was in the food supply business for 42 years. The steaks are ok. Wet aged steak angus or choice can be ok to me. I may have to try your prime steaks next time. I sold meat for all of those years. I would bring home some wagyu meat periodically when I could afore it.
I am retired now and still enjoy good tasting and quality meat. Maybe if they were wet aged longer the steak would great. Thanks.
