20 Best Curtains For Sliding Glass Doors (2023 Updated)

I ordered the Chocolate which is the exact color as the picture on the website. I wanted to try something a little lighter, so I then ordered the Barley. Now that one is nothing like the color on the website.

It looks more like the Taupe (label says Barley so I did get the right one). I will be returning the Barley and keeping the Chocolate. But aside from not all colors being represented accurately, the curtain is very nice and does the job.

I am IN LOVE with these curtains!!!! They are gorgeous in person and they literally changed the look of my new home instantly. I have three big windows all on wall wall and hung these about 8 inches higher than the window AND WOW!!!!!! I can’t say enough and I am hard to impress.

They are great quality and luxuriously soft. The silver pops but in a classy ( not tacky) way. I also purchased more for my smaller Windows as well in the other color. We put these up last night and I woke up to a dark house so I can definitely say they perform well as far as blackout curtains are concerned.

We live in Cornwall with an east facing bedroom and were getting blinded by the very early morning light with normal curtains. We looked for blackout curtains elsewhere and they cost an arm and a leg.

These were really cheap and totally do the job – the light only comes in the sides and top, which is a curtain rail issue, but we don’t mind because we know it’s morning without getting blinded. The designs great as well and the green colour looks great with our purple walls.

Just what I was looking for. Needed two pairs for my lounge so didn’t want to pay a fortune. Very good quality and very affordable. Nice and soft and love the slight shine of silver through them. Came quickly too.

Would buy again.

I had to replace polyester sheers on 4 front windows that had deteriorated un the sun for almost 20 yrs. Found these after buying pair in store that were optic white and returned. Ordered 8 of these not expecting to work out after reading reviews.

they worked perfectly. Not white white, more on natural color. Washed and dried low heat on perm press, hung on rod immediately after dryer. They go on a regular metal curtain rod. Don’t get why people had trouble putting them on rod.

Was thinking would not be able to find old fashioned sheers to tie me over until i can have RH draperies done or shutters when i decide what to do, but thank you Target for these as now I wont have to have stress if new custom window treatments during holidays which is always the worst for getting custom stuff done and who knows may be several yrs before that happens.

I wanted a sheer curtain to have some privacy during the day while still allowing the natural light inside. These work perfectly for that. They did have creases, but the creases just worked their way out since the heat is on and they’re above a vent.

Otherwise you’ll probably want to iron them. They look nice and were perfect for what I was looking for. I have another set of curtains with these to have privacy at night. I really like the way two sets of curtains look.

if you’re looking for privacy curtains a sheer curtain isn’t what you’re looking for. If you want a curtain that you don’t have to iron, then you should look for another material. Make sure to read into what you’re getting.

People leave bad reviews because it’s not what they were expecting. If you do your research into what you’re buying then you shouldn’t be surprised when you receive it.

Absolutely lovely curtains. Im chuffed with the quality. I rarely leave reviews but so happy with these that I had to! They’re actually blackout too! I’ve tried a few curtains that claim to be blackout and let sunlight through.

You definitely will not be disappointed if you purchase these. (Maybe measure though, I didnt and they touch the floor, but that’s on me not the seller!).

I purchased the original Madison Park Essentials bedding in Aqua on a last minute whim two years ago. This purchase, unforeseen at that time, triggered an obsession for me! From the bedding, to the matching curtains, shower curtains, rugs, mats, laundry baskets, storage bins and a mouthful more, Ive completely overhauled my entire house! Ive tried off-brand items and nothing has compared to the bold and pristine colors and quality of the Madison Park brand.

As much as I love this, I do cringe at the pricing of the majority of the items. Im left to having to wait out the best sales! Ive been searching the stores for this theme a little over two years now, and can honestly say that the original exact match trellis design is a rarity in its form! Ive been looking for a reasonably priced set of standard (common) living-room length curtains in gray or seafoam green for quite some time now. Im pleased to have stumbled upon this set today!.

Thin and silky yet 100% effective Blackout. The curtains are really soft and look quite elegant at an amazing price. They keep in the heat and honestly, the perfect finish to my navy and almond white livingroom finished with mustard light-shades and lamps.

Excellent curtains very good quality would recommend purchase well worth the money I would have loved the tie backs to be included but there were no tie backs included which was disappointing, however the curtains are beautiful and would look better with matching tie backs.

I was very surprised with the quality of these curtains. They’re really nice fabric & beautiful foil pattern. They’re actually blackout curtains & let zero light through. You won’t get more curtain for the price anywhere else.

I absolutely LOVE them! I had a cabana built and wasn’t sure about these until they arrived. They are prefect, they aren’t see through, they are just the right weight and are beautiful. My only problem was getting something to attach to them so they would fit the 1 1/2 inch pole.

Of course, I found the 3inch rings on Walmart website that easily snapped through the grommets, almost like a binder ring. I purchased in total 5 sets (10 panels) to go around my cabana, I probably could have gotten away with 8 panels but the extra two just made me feel more secluded.

I have been adding “private spaces” to my backyard during Covid so that each space feels different. when I’m in my Cabana, I feel like I’m in Cancun on the beach somewhere. I only had them up a few hours when it rained, I went out the next morning and the curtains were totally dry and not wrinkled or changed in anyway, I will have to go and get some rods for the bottom to weigh them down, as the wind does blow them around pretty good but there is a sleeve at the bottom to be able to slide something in them, I guess you could probably just put a curtain rod at the bottom.

I only got to enjoy them for a couple of days since my cabana wasn’t built until mid-Dec. (live in NE) so I have stored them, can’t wait to pull them out in spring. I went ahead and got the white even though I was a little worried about them getting dirty, but the fabric if perfect for outdoors and I don’t think I will have a problem.

These are exactly what I’ve been looking for over the past three years or so. I have high ceilings, and I could not find these longer-length curtains anywhere at a decent price point. At the high-end designer stores they wanted hundreds of dollars for drapes with about the same quality as these.

The color, drape, fabric and grommets on these drapes are perfect! They look more expensive than what I paid for them! They are not 100% blackout drapes, but they block out enough light to meet our needs.

I bought these for our family room windows. They provide just the right privacy- they filter the light without making the room dark. The color goes beautifully with the furnishings. I highly recommend them.

I got these for light control and to use as a more attractive alternative to vertical blinds on the patio door. I bought the midnight blue. The curtains are heavy, well made and really block the light when watching tv making the at home movie experience much better.

The length and width are perfect for my doors. My only criticism is that they come with a grommet header. Personal preference but I hate grommet top curtains. I made them work but it would be nice if curtains came with more options.

I recently redid the sliding door blinds/drapes and the curtains I ordered were just totally the wrong color and they were not black out even though they were advertised as such. I went online and did some shopping around and was looking for a specific tone of teal.

I found what looked like the correct product here and ordered it. It finally arrived and I got it all hung and I am definitely a happy customer! Color and blackout where is advertised and it fit well with everything I was doing.

These are just gorgeous. They are not too heavy and I like that the set comes with sheer panels. It creates a nice mixture of texture and color and really brings the room together. The sheer panels look to be loosely woven while the solid panels are largely woven.

They are extremely soft and hang nicely. The gray color does have a bit of a green tone to them so that is something to keep in mind. I also like that they do not block light out.

When I took this curtain out of the package, it was very flat and the creases were so pressed into the fabric that nothing will take them out. They are not pattern creases but rather random creases that came from folding the curtain to put it into the package.

Also it was advertised as a light and heat blocking curtain. It does very little to block either either heat or light.

I bought this to replace the ugly green insulated curtains I had. My critters trashed them over the 20 years. I loved the deep brown color of this patio curtain, so I bought them, thinking that they were insulated as well.

It has a dark brown silky back, which is beautiful, but not insulated or very room-darkening. Light comes through. not real bright, but definitely not a light-blocker. These are super easy to get on the rod, and I was really surprised that the rings were large enough to fit over the huge curtain rod the old curtains were on.

One really amazing surprise was how much bigger it seems to make the room look. You’d think the lighter color of the ugly green I had would have made the room look larger. nope. These rich, deepchocolate-colored curtains really make the room look bigger and the ceiling higher.

Because these seem to be a bit thinner, I think I’m going to buy another one to put on the rod, so the curtain is folded. I might also add another curtain rod and put another curtain up to add more insulation and room-darkening to keep the room cooler in summer and warmer in winter.

The curtains are attractive and don’t look at budget as they cost, but they are not exactly blackout curtains. I have blackout curtains in other rooms and they actually blackout the light and are heavy enough to serve as an insulator in winter.

These, not so much. The light comes through and they are thin material.

This is a nice curtain. They are wrinkled when they arrive so they need to be washed or steamed to get the wrinkles out. Its not completely blackout but it’s okay because they really do reduce the amount of heat in the home.

This fit perfectly for my patio sliding door and the color looks alright. I did not want a dark color because I wanted to keep the house looking bright. I would recommend this product to a friend.

I bought these for our bedroom and love that it is just one panel. The one panel really blocks light from the outside with no separation in the middle. We have similar curtains like this in our living room and really loved them.

Material is super soft and really adds some style to the room. Would definitely recommend these curtains.

I bought one a year ago and it has been great. It blocks the light and the fabric is great quality. My pets tend to get their hair stuck to it but washing it on the delicate cycle brings it out as new again.

I now have it in 3 different colors.

I was excited to get these bright and colorful curtains. However these ARE NOT what’s displayed online. They show a white back ground with colorful bright orange and teal flowers and leaves. These curtains are no where near that.

They have a darker grey background. The other colors are very dull brown and darker grey flowers than the background. What is supposed to be a bright teal in the photo is a very dull blueish kind of grey color.

When hung up patterns fade into the the grey background making the entire curtain just a dull grey curtain with darker shadows. Very disappointed in these and returning them. They are nothing like what is shown.

I almost forgot to mention these are also measured 84 inches from the top of the curtain to the bottom so they are 3inchs too short if you are needing a full 84 inches when hung.

These are not exactly “blackout or efficient”, more like between sheer and blackout (single layer of material, without a 2nd layer for blackout purposes found on more expensive curtains). Still nice quality for the price.

90% of wrinkles came out after being in dryer for about 5 minutes. Soft/satiny feel. Add some automotive tape weights (self adhesive/flat wheel weights) to the holes in the bottom outside corners, and they hang straighter and flatter.

I wish they were darker, but still, I like them enough that I’m going to purchase another set for another bedroom. They look nice, and I feel are a good value for the price.

An excellent addition to my home. I have seven windows on the front of my house. We get the morning and early afternoon sun which makes the rooms very hot. With curtains pulled, my rooms stay cool. I have twenty one windows total and am in process of buying for the rest of my home.

My husband and I put up two extra-wide panels to cover the double doors leading to our bedroom’s rooftop terrace because we wanted the luxurious drape of two panels. They were easy to put up and look great.

I feel better rested and my fitness tracker reports a higher sleep score than I have ever had thanks to these beauties. There are no prying eyes after dark either if I turn the bedroom lights on. Great deal, I would buy them again!.

This is such a great idea for curtains. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy or traditional for this window. They are exactly what I wanted for the room. They look like a work of art on my wall! Easy maintenance if you have pets as the pet hair doesn’t stick to the fabric.

I wish they were a little heavier so that they can fall better but no complaints over hear. Hope you like yours.

The quality of the curtain panels was excellent. Beautiful sunset with the colors that go with the room perfectly. The light does come through and are not black out curtains but they do filter the sunlight nicely and darken the room just enough.
