A few years ago I got into a bicycle accident that resulted in facial scarring. The scaring was significant, but after using this product, it is barely noticeable. I was genuinely surprised with how well it worked and how fast I could see improvement.

I’ve been using it at night for the past 6 months, and just finished the whole jar. I’ve used during the day. Finished 3 tubes of the gel, and one bottle of the oil. The cream is a bit thick, but when you rub it on the scar it dries up really quickly so no need to worry about transferring the product on your sheets or PJs.

The jar is nice, the product is really nice to use. However, it was essentially ineffective for one thing that it is supposed to do – get rid of scars. I have multiple scars on my knees of various sizes, and it didn’t manage to get rid of even the tiniest one.

Granted, the scars are pretty old, so maybe that’s why this whole range didn’t work. Still doesn’t take away from my dissatisfaction with the products. I put these products religiously every single day for the past 6 months, and zero effect.

It didn’t even manage to work on recent and very tiny scars. I’m really disappointed to the point where I won’t be purchasing any scar treatments from this brand in the future.

I want to put this on my whole body it’s so luxuriously velvety smooth… HOWEVER, using for post-op breast EXplant/lift and mini tummy tuck to remove painful adhesions from two prior myomectomies… only on day one using this as my doctor has only just cleared me for “regular activity and skin care regimens” lol… only on day one but feeling optimistic.

Using it on my breast scars abdominal scars and as my night face cream… cuz why not, right? (is that ok? Jk Lol).

This lotion worked great for my belly with my stretch marks. It helped my PUPPS Rash in my skin stay hydrated so it didn’t become more itchy. The reason it is getting 1 star is because I didn’t realize it has caramel coloring, which is a known carcinogen.

I’m so upset I used this while pregnant and even on my baby’s legs after he was born. Will absolutely not use this again. I love the scent of this product. especially with a sensitive pregnancy nose. This lotion is amazing. I heard there isn’t really much you can do to combat stretch marks – you are either genetically prone to them or not.

Okay, hear me out. This product is absolutely wonderful for stretch marks. At least while I could use it. I was able to feel the hydration and loved how smooth my belly was. I did have to wear a belly band under my shirt because I was afraid it would ruin the few maternity shirts I had.

But hey! I’d rather have that than stretch marks, right? Unfortunately, I was nauseous with my son for the whole pregnancy, and the smell of this lotion (I still remember it perfectly to this day 9 years later) was too sweet and overpowering that I wasn’t able to use this after a few months.

I had three more pregnancies after that one and with the first two I tried using this but couldn’t take the smell. I really dislike it to this day so much that my sister used it recently and I couldn’t stand it.

But I was unlucky in that sense. I would’ve loved to be able to use this because I know for a fact it works after countless success stories from my friends and family. I’m done having kids now but if I could tell one thing to this company, would be to make a fragrance free version.

I have a small shingles patch above my eye. Daily use of this product has given me a noticeable lightning of the scar. It was once red and is now a dark pink with some areas a lighter pink. I am happy to see how well it is working so far.

Not sure if it works yet. Just purchased it and following directions as applying 3 times a day for my facial acne scars. But no lie, this stuff STINKS as in ain’t no smell like this. It smells exactly like onions.

I love this product! I started using CELSUS a year or so ago when I burned my forearm taking a pan of muffins out of the oven. At that time, I searched the web for the cleanest, most highly reviewed scar cream that I could find and discovered CELSUS.

I was excited because in addition to being highly reviewed as a scar cream, I also found a lot of reviews claiming that CELSUS could be used as an eye cream and was great at fading finelines, wrinkles and crows feet.

I was sold! After using the cream on my burn for 2 weeks, I saw a significant difference in my burn scar, which had reduced to half its size and lightened significantly. After 2 more weeks of using the cream religiously (applying it 3x’s per day every single day), my scar was almost non-existent.

Since then, I have kept this cream on hand to use under my eyes as an eye cream (which works like a charm) and as one of the staples in my medicine cabinet. I have used it on cuts, blemish marks, and scrapes and have gotten the same great results as when I first used it on my burn scar.

It has no perfume, (a very, very subtle and soft aroma is the only thing we have left once applied) and with a very creamy and smooth texture (it spreads a lot, with little product it perfectly covers face and neck), this cream has become in one of my basics in my day routine.

I apply it daily to my face and neck, very clean and without traces of makeup. It is absorbed very quickly, there is no sticky face, no fat, no product residue. The skin looks healthy, luminous and radiant.

As a new mom I received a lot of advice about using different products to prevent stretch marks and to keep your skin hydrated. I bought this set from Amazon for about $20. Unfortunately this set did not work for me as far as preventing stretch marks.

The set did keep my skin hydrated. I wasn’t a fan of the tummy butter. I personally thought it was too thick and I didn’t like feeling sticky. My favorite product from the set is the oil. It smelled like coca butter and it left my skin feeling smooth especially after a shower.

Overall, I don’t think I would buy this again if I were to get pregnant again. I would not recommend if you’re goal is to prevent stretchmarks. However, you do get a bang for your buck since they are full size products.

Just started using this product. The back of the box mentions how and when to utilize the oil, lotion and butter but fails to mention when the cream is indicated. Also, the back of the box gives instructions for the belly mask usage, this product is not included.

Will have to invest in the belly mask now that I know it is a thing. As far as the cream goes I’ll just use it in between applications of the other products. I can otherwise assume that the cream is actually useless and just a filler.

The oil has been the best part of this set for me. It does actually seem to visibly take down the appearance of my pregnancy stretch marks and I use it 2-3 times a day. It also helps a ton with itchy stretched skin and it’s been the only thing I have found that works to take itch away as well as being pregnancy safe.

I highly recommend the oil. As for the others; the message cream I don’t like because it’s very thick and gets clumpy on the skin (also it doesn’t smell nice like the others). The lotion and the tummy butter I do like and smells good so I use those daily.

I do think the most effective is the oil so if you’re trying to find something that works best maybe just try the oil first. Also I’ve read a lot about oils being most effective being recommended by doctors.

I’m not sure of the science behind it but it does seem to work for me! And I’ll be buying more of the oil when I run out.

After a long time of searching for a pregnancy cream/oil as my usual line was discontinued I came across this one and with such great reviews I figured I’d give it a try. Well I have been using this for a few weeks now and at first I couldn’t get over the smell as it’s not great.

It smells like orange tootsie rolls. It’s a very strong scent so if you are sensitive to smells at this time this may be too much for you. I have now gotten used to the smell but feel this butter does nothing for my skin I apply continuously throughout the day and my skin is very dry from using this.

I have used other belly butters/creams and never have dryness. It is a very thick butter which is good but it doesn’t melt into the skin like most do this one leaves the skin feeling sticky. As for the oil the smell is absolutely awful once applying to the skin it feels very heavy and sticky.

You would have to be carful with clothing as it does stain and leave a yellow residue. I will not continue to be using this line and will be on the search for another.

So I really wanted to love this product because I love the stretch mark oil and scrub. First of all, I do think the Tummy Butter does what it’s supposed to. It keeps you moisturized. However, I only ordered the product once and couldn’t get myself to try it a second time.

First, I don’t like that it leaves a yellow tint on white clothing. You don’t notice it while wearing the clothes (I don’t think) but when you change at the end of the day you can see it. (It does wash off).

Second, it leaves an oily residue on the clothing even when you wait a bit before putting on your clothes. You don’t notice it as much on lighter clothing (other than the tint) but you do on dark clothing.

Third, the scent it left on my clothing wasn’t pleasant. I like the ingredients of the product but I noticed it was leaving a scent that wouldn’t fully go away after washing the clothes. Maybe it’s the detergent I used or maybe it was just the combination on my skin.

Some scents aren’t made for everyone. While I won’t purchase it again, I think it’s worth a shot if you want to try it.

I love the way this butter smells. It’s dreamy and scrumptious. I was using bio oil but the smell of it just made me nauseous during my pregnancy and I wanted something lighter and also something to help with itchy skin which started early on in my pregnancy.

I was so relieved to find this product. I can’t say I have zero stretch marks but I do think it played a huge role in preventing and helped post pregnancy. Actually, I still continue to use this product even after my pregnancy was over.

I am just commencing my 2nd bottle of Amaira scar vanishing cream – and I am finding it’s healing powers quite extraordinary. I am yet to see a significant reduction in my scars – but as the scars around the top of my mouth from two separate accidents have been there for 57 or so years of my life of 62 years – they are deeply imbedded – and thus – I am expecting their reduction will take some time.

I do believe the scars will at least become less prominent – as I can see the results of the cream healing my skin every day in relation to sores I regularly have on my skin. I pick my skin regularly – a habit I have had since I was a teenager.

The sores can take weeks to heal – and I am finding they heal within a couple of days with the cream. This, of course, doesn’t meant I should pick my skin more often! – but is instead an observation as to how powerful the healing ingredients in the cream are! I will continue to use the cream twice a day – and it is in fact the only cream I use regularly now – as I am finding I only need a small amount to cover my face, neck and the top of my chest – and other creams have become obsolete in my daily routine.

I am seriously considering buying a bottle of the skin lighting cream as well – and I am definitely going to keep using the scar vanishing cream. Customer service – is a strong indicator of an ethical company and is also very much of importance to me – and Amaira’s customer service is top notch.

The only other observation I would make is to definitely watch the little instructional video regarding the pump of the cream – which was my first experience of using such a pump – and it is designed so you get every last drop of the product efficiently.

Well I ended with more scars and the scars that I already had were still there. I’ve been using this product now for about 10 weeks and i’m beginning to see my scars start to fade. I’m really impressed but at the same time I know that it’s probably gonna be a year before I can really say that.

my scarfs have really faded away. I know this because the product works that I’m gonna be using it for the rest of my life. I paid $6500 to a dermatologist just to give me scars where I didn’t have any, and to leave the ones I did have.

A word of advice, stay away from laser treatments, and try this product it woking for me.

Ever since I have had a marina my facial pimples and acne have gone bizarre and I hate it considering I never had acne or pimples before hand! I have tried several serums and facial creams, but nothing was working.

I got this in my Ipsy bag. I am a chemical exfoliant connoisseur, however, this is not one I would have picked out on my own. Something about this type of product being sold at grocery stores deters me.

I have to admit that I am pleasantly surprised at how much I love this. I opened my bag after returning from a short trip to Florida, so my skin was sun-kissed (not burnt-I wore SPF religiously) and it was tired from the traveling.

I used it that evening under some aloe vera gel and my regular moisturizer. I was half expecting for it to cause some irritation because of how tired my skin already was, but I woke up to incredibly happy skin! I was shocked.

My face was so soft and smooth, I had very minimal texture, and it even reduced some acne scarring-all after one use. This is definitely going to become a new vacation/summer essential for me. It’s potent enough to give my skin the refresh it needs, but gentle enough that it wont damage my skin barrier during/after traveling and sun exposure.

I used this for stretch marks, which it’s not readily marketed for, so I didn’t expect major results, but I definitely am a happy customer now. At first I was worried because it made my saggy white stretch marks brighter and pink again.

However, when it did that it also made my skin more plump, so I trusted the process and kept using the product. The new redness of the marks subsided after about a week more of use, and I became very pleased with the end of container results.

After about a month straight of using it once a day (which is about how long the container lasted me), every day after my shower, my stretch marks are much thinner in width, and even though the marks are still pale, they are way closer to skin toned.

Areas of stretch marks I used it for: belly, inner thighs, booty, “love handles”, inner upper arms. I have been using this for almost two months on an old surgery scar. I have recently noticed improvement in the edges/texture/and color. The changes are more noticeable in the spots that were flatter, there now are spots on the scar that are looking more like normal skin.

The raised parts seem to take longer to see a difference with. The jar says to use it for 3-6 months because it is an older scar. I hope to keep seeing improvement this slow and steady improvement is more noticeable than the silicon sheet, laser treatments, and injections that I have tried before.

The only downside I found is it takes a while to dry, due to the large size of scar that is covered by clothes I do not always have time to sit and wait for it to dry in the morning. Also for a large scar this bottle only last 2 weeks when used twice a day.

A larger bottle for larger scars would be nice especially since it takes a while to see results.

I had ankle reconstruction surgery last November and the scar was terrible! I tried SkinMedica after first trying another expensive brand but this one wins out by far! I tried one with allantion and the scar felt slightly moisturized but nothing more and then I found out you can buy it in a drugstore for like 5 bucks.

When I found the SkinMedica my scar actually started healing! Not only does it look 100 percent better but I felt like I previously had nerve damage and all the feeling came back after I started using this.

My boyfriend even said he can barely see the scar now. It’s a miracle worker!.

Collagen sheets would be a more effective treatment if you are looking to treat any scars of significant size. They say thing can help with C-section scars or surgical scars, but you are going to go through this pretty quickly if it’s a scar of any significant size or quantity.

You also want to make sure that you are using this on a newer scar. I tested it on an old and new scar. Old, there was zero improvement and on the new. I didn’t see anything that it did to improve it that a 7 dollar bottle of polysporin wouldn’t treat with the same results.

I just recently tried this lotion because I was complaining about ashy legs and a friend of mine swears by it. It is awesome if you don’t mind oil! It does absorb the dryer your skin is, so I find myself reapplying until I can feel a thin layer remaining to know my skin is properly moisturized.

A welcome but unexpected side effect is that it’s also lightened some of the scarring I have on my hands and wrists from working with dry ice in the past! I don’t have before photos, but it is noticeably lightening them.

It does have the texture of a cleansing balm or solid oil, so it’s something to note if you have a Thing with oily lotions, but the benefits definitely out weigh the texture in the winter for my partner with chronically dehydrated skin, as he is adverse to how lotion feels.

I also wouldn’t recommend this specific on for the face as cocoa butter can clog pores + experienced clogging with this when I used too much of this one. Overall, great product, especially for dry winter skin! kelly.

Cocoa butter is the gold standard for expectant mothers for stretch marks. Palmers was the one I always purchased and used. It was a nice formula with that natural nice cocoa butter fragrance. I have to say it works amazing because I got huge with my first pregnancy, preeclampsia swelling and alot of weight gain to the point my own mother didn’t recognize me when she traveled the 1000 miles to attend the birth of her first grandchild.

So, it would be expected that I would have stretch marks all over my body but I have to believe the use of this cocoa butter designed for stretch marks helped me to not end up with as many. Of course I did acquire stretch marks on my tummy, hips and breasts…that’s just silly to think I wouldn’t.

But after 2 pregnancies and getting over 205lbs with one and 180 with the second I can honestly say my stretch marks are barely visible, they aren’t wide, deep and very noticeable at all!!! Using this during and after pregnancy is a must to preserve our skin and minimize and reduce our mama tiger stripes!!.

I have tried several scar products and Scar Esthetique has given me the best results. I normally order the lager size but will be traveling and this size is great for traveling.

My surgeon recommended this silicone scar gel after breast surgery that left significant scarring (anchor scar from a breast lift (that’s around the entire areola, down from the areola to the breast crease, and under the breast,) so a pretty big scar) I’ve been using it consistently for 3 months and am really pleased with its performance.

I began using scar away gel 2 weeks after surgery, when I was able to take off my steristrips. The scars were originally a livid purple and raised because they were still very new in the healing process.

I apply morning and night. For the first 2 weeks or so, you could actually see the outline of the scar through my surgical recovery bra because it was fairly raised. After about 4 weeks of consistent use, my scars have completely flattened out, and you cannot detect them at all by feel.

They are also now just a dark pink rather than livid red-purple. That’s to be expected, they will eventually fade to white and be basically invisible. The only reason I have knocked off one star is because sometimes it’s hard to tell with the roller top if the product is dispensing.

So I roll it on and then stand under a light to see if it’s shiny. It dries fairly quickly and is unscented. I would much rather use this than scar sheets.

I had a hip replacement and started using the gel once the wound had healed. the surrounding skin and scab was very dry and the gel helped a lot with this. Once a I started swimming the chlorine would dry the scar tissue quite badly and the gel definitely helped with the itching and suppleness.

Overall there are areas which have pretty much healed completely and there’s no sign of a scar. Quite amazed with that. Some parts are still visible but they were the more “angry” areas of redness (where the stitches slightly parted) but they are considerably better than before and looking like it should disappear like the other areas.

I was initially applying the gel twice per day for about 3 weeks now once per day for 4-5 weeks. the 15g tube is still going. I thought it quite expensive at first but the results are positive and the tube has lasted quite a while.

£28 to reduce or so far completely remove the scarring was money well spent as the scar is on the front of my upper thigh. I ordered another tube as I will keep using it as it looks like it may well hide my scar.

Have been using Kelo-Cote scar gel for a month now, so it’s probably a bit early to really see any results. I’m using it on a fresh scar from ankle surgery about 3 weeks after I had the cast off. I have noticed some bits of the scar have disappeared slightly, however the red angry incision line is still quite prominent.

I will continue to use this for as long as this takes for the scar to look less visible. A little goes a long way in terms of application. Still got about half the tube left after applying twice a day.

It is a bit sticky after application but I guess that’s what you would want to know it’s providing a seal over your scar. Also used on some pimple scarring which has helped reduce the redness. Have attached a photo of how the scar looked day one before first application to today – 1 month later.

Pretty big fan of this! I use it pretty casually. usually once a day before bed OR right after I shower. It absorbs into the skin really well, doesn’t leave any greasy residue. Really love the lavender scent, although it is a little on the strong side if you are super sensitive to scents.

The lavender scent 100% beats smelling like you just rubbed an old candy bar all over yourself, blech (I’m looking at YOU, cocoa butter!) and was one of the reasons I was drawn to this product in the first place.

I only started using it when I first noticed a baby bump and skin started to itch a little, sometime in my 2nd trimester (about to enter my 3rd trimester) and skin looks and feels fantastic so far, with no marks.

Ingredients list is really solid. Good, clean stuff. Someone remarked that Gotu Kola is “unsafe for pregnancy” — um, yeah, if you ingest it! It’s fine when used topically, just like a lot of other ingredients during pregnancy.

(You can look this up for yourself in case the claim that this brand is OB-GYN recommended isn’t enough proof for you. ) 🙂 A few cons: The dispenser sometimes makes for a messy application, since it is oil and has a pretty runny consistency coming out of the pump.

Not a really big deal though. And it IS pricey, but. really, for a product you’ll only use for a few months out of your life at most, I can justify it. Treat yourself, mama. :).

Ok SO here’s the scoop on this awesome Belli oil. I used this with my THIRD pregnancy. I gained 50 lbs 😵😵 Now during my pregnancy this oil worked AMAZINGLY. I didn’t get a single new stretch mark while pregnant and using this! However, after I had my son, I lost 20 lbs in a week which is where all my stretch marks came into play.

I started to use this oil on them immediately but it really didn’t do anything. It is a GREAT preventative but does not help them after they appear. #mommusthaves.

I used this during my first pregnancy 3 years ago. I was really worried about getting stretch marks on my tummy because my skin seems prone to it. I have them on my inner biceps which always seemed like an usual place to get them, so I assumed I was destined for stomach stretch marks from pregnancy.

I used this every day starting from my second trimester and I had NOT ONE STRETCH MARK. I just repurchased because I’m pregnant again and there’s no way I’m going without this stuff. Is it possible I’m just not genetically prone to getting stomach stretch marks? I suppose.

But I’d rather keep using this and not risk it. The lavender scent is nice but a bit strong. It reminds me of spa massage aromatherapy oils. It’s not a huge draw back but might be too strong for some people.

I am dark skinned. When I was young (10+ years ago) I used this on a scar from a deep cut that was sutured and had healed. It didn’t help much. My scar is black and had not faded after using this product for months.

It’s a purple gel with a decent smell. What doesn’t work for me, may work for someone else. I still recommend giving it a try. It was quite pricey back then. I don’t know what the price is like now.

My kids are always getting hurt and falling. I mean they’re kids that’s what they’re supposed to do right ? Well I’m so happy that I found mederma for kids. Their product really does work ! I’ve seen scars that have gone away just 12 hours after using it.

Some others take a few applications depending on the scar but I works and you don’t need much. Id say one tiny tube lasts at least 6 months to a year if not longer.

I just tried the scar gel. For now, it’s good as a scar gel means for kids. It’s purple gel with nice lite flower fragrance. It’s fun color! It goes on smooth and dry fast ( goes clear after dry ).

Since I just started using it so, I’m not sure if it works or not. I will update the result later in a month.

Сначала делаю масаж сухой счеткой, потом скрабирую кожу ног и живота, после этого наношу этот крем и с помоцью вокуумной банки делаю масаж, на протяжении 5 минут, даю крему впитаться.

После трех недель ежедневного использования, выден результат. Намерена пользоваться до трех месяцев как указано в инструкции. Думаю свести растяжки к минимуму. Рекомендую.

Мы, беременные, – такие непредсказуемые 😉 Насчёт запаха трудно вообще судить, если даже одиному и тому же человеку то воняет, то нормально. Если что, – Попробуйте позже))) Я очень рада, что мне всё таки подошёл этот крем.

Увлажняет прекрасно, впитывается довольно быстро. Я поправилась сильно, в 4 месяца выгляжу на все 6. Растяжки на груди были от предыдущих деток, новых не появилось. На животе не было и нет. Мне крем нравится.

During mid-pregnancy I noticed that I was developing stretch marks on my lower stomach. After trying a few other products that didn’t work a friend of mine suggested I try this cream and I am so thankful that she did! I literally noticed my skin becoming firmer and the stretch marks fading after less then a week of using it.

I’m still using this cream as I am losing my pregnancy weight and the stretch marks are almost gone!.

I used this cream after my last pregnancy with twins. This time I started using in the last trimester and it has done amazing things for my skin! Thank you.

Using after the shower around abdominal and buttocks area. Soft, not greasy. Stretched marks I had before became lighter and soft.

I used the Mama Mio tummy butter on my second pregnancy and got lots of stretch marks. Unfortunately I had purchased this product early into my pregnancy, at the same time as the tummy butter. Otherwise I would have returned it.

Used it and it’s made no difference to my stretch marks whatsoever. I cannot recommend this or any other product on the Mama Mio range. They did not work for me and it’s not down to genetics like a lot of people say.

I had hardly any marks after my first pregnancy using a different brand.

Life changing Product This is by far the best pregnancy product I have ever come across. Everything about the Mama Mio Goodbye Stretch Marks Stretch Mark Minimiser is wonderful. Firstly, I used the product for a considerable period during and after my pregnancy, and I was ecstatic about the results.

My stretch marks are barely visible, if anything almost gone. Secondly, its scent is fully engaging and calming. I enjoy each application of the product. I love the luxurious feel of the cream on my skin, which leaves it feeling moisturized, smooth as well as supple-this is from my aunt.

I was given this at my baby shower and heard great things about it and was excited to start using it. The product comes in a pump and it gives nice amount for each pump. The smell is gentle and is a blend of aromatic and sweet.

The texture is oily without being over running. The only downside with this product is that it feel you have to use a lot of product to get a good spread on. In comparison to the other products I use I feel this will last me a short period, all though I like and recommend it I feel it is in the long run pricey.

This is the best body cream I have ever used because, as another reviewer already said, it leaves the skin in the condition it had when I was in my 20s. Already ordered three more tubs. Not mad about the smell but that is personal preference.

I love this cream. It’s a nice lightweight texture with a lovely scent. It absorbed quickly, my skin feels more smooth and firm since using. I’ve used it all over my body and seen a pleasant difference to it’s appearance.

I would definitely recommend!.

Great cream. Works well although I am using it for only one week now so need to wait bit more to see the clear results. The smell is very strong and reminds me of an 80 year old men perfume, not my favourite.

However once on the skin the smell fades away so I can continue using it.
